Hi,
Considering fastag will be delivered in mentioned time (7 working days) in the hdfc portal, i ordered fastag in hdfc fastag portal on 22/nov/2019, reference number : hfr439005. Still i haven't received my fastag.

It is really hard to connect with customer care (Either line busy or call not answered). After few hours of dedicated try (Every time), i have been connected to customer care couple of time, but every time i received same answer from customer care execute saying (Portal issue we couldn't check your details).

Will i be getting my fastag?

Seriously this has messed up my travel plan which i have planned on dec-1. Considering initial government rule, i canceled my trip as i haven't received fastag in the mentioned days (7 working days).

    Hello,

    I was trying to get the fastag from hdfc and i tried two times. First time my money got detected from my credit card and the page got failed. When i tried the second time complete transaction got completed and i got the reference but i did not got any email on the same.

    Question are here
    1. I am part of hdfc bank for the last 10 years i never faced this kind of issues and the customer no what you have provided is always is busy? Is the way to get tracked both the transaction.
    2. First transaction i made but the page was failed will i get my money back?
    3. Second transaction got completed and the reference no is hfr806322. But i did not received

      Dear team,
      I got a call 3 months back from hdfc ergo team (Ph no:[protected], they informed that i did not claim i policy sum assured then so i am eligible to get the entitled money if i could take a temporary policy from cigna ttk which is the client for hdfc ergo.

      I agreed to that and purchased cigna ttk prohealth - protect plan and paid rs.20000..

      They informed once we receive the policy hard copy we should be able to get the next steps of the proceedings from rohit malhotra from hdfc ergo (Ph no: [protected]) and subsequently anjali sharma - [protected] from hdfc ergo.

      That was not the end of the story, rohit malhotra said there is a small formality from hdf where i need to enroll and purchase a hdfc plan to complete the process. They asked me to visit hdfc branch, m. G. Road, bangalore and provide documents and complete the process.

      I did that a swell and purchased a hdfc life plan as they suggested.
      Asked to pay premium inr 30000
      Plan: hdfc life young star udaan

      I was told by june i should be getting rs.1, 87, 000 /- to my account (Including the refund of 20341 and 30000) which i paid for the temporary insurance.

      Then i got another call where they said there is a problem in gst calculation so i may have to pay some money to correct it. I completely declined and asked them to deduct whatever tax from amount payable and credit rest of the amount to my account.

      Finally, they said 2, 17, 000 is the final amount and deducting 30% gst i will get 1, 80, 000 rs in account.

      After that they have been postponing telling the amount is disbursed in alphabetical order and so on.

      Till now i have not received the amount to my account.

      This is such a worst experience in my entire business transactions in all my life. I want you to kindly look into this on priority and get this sorted for me at the earliest.

      Please cancel my cigna ttk & hdfc life insurance plans and credit my account with the amount i am eligible to get from my previous policy and refund of these 2 policies that hdfc ergo insisted to purchase.

      Till now i not getting any response from hdfc team or fraudster rohit malhotra and anjali sharma.

      Please tell me hor file a complaint against these people??

        I have applied a fast tag wide no:hfr805083.. Uploaded required docs and made the payment... Till now no communication from the bank... Their phone number is 24 hrs busy.. No email i'd is given anywhere... I have send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but no reply from there too... Hopeless service... Wasting customers time and money... Wonder why they don't send an acknowledgement to the mail i'd as soon ad they receive the amount... Other agencies are providing tags on the same day where these people are least bothered.         If you cant accommodate huge number of customers on time, please stop accepting new application.
        Here you are taking payment in advance and making customers wait without any intimation.
        Your customer service number is not at all working and you dont provide an email id... pathetic service never expected from Hdfc...
        Those who wish to apply for Fastag, please opt some other. means and save your time and money
        Till now no reply... no one contacted... no pdf... no fastag...
        Customer service number is always busy... pathetic service...
        They send me mail with Cust ld, Wallet Id and recharged my wallet with 300 Rs.
        I have Created login at hdfc fastag site: But till now I have not recieved my Fastag: No information regarding dispatch of the tag.

          I have applied for fastag on 11th novmeber. After 10 days i received wallet id and tag id. But since then i did not receive any update of physical fastag. Dont know when can i get it. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. I saw many complaints and as per suggested wrote mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. No reply from it. Tried given contact number. It is not working since long. If post any number here, first call check from your side and then post it.

            I had applied for fastag via hdfc bank after seeing the ad on your webpage.
            On the first time registration, session got timed out, money was detected, but registration was not completed. I have still not received the refund of rs.500 for this.
            Second time registration was successful.
            But i have still not received my fastag and its already dec 2.
            Hdfc bank officials say they cannot help and i need to contact hdfc fastag customer service.
            Hdfc fastag cc is always unavailable and no email id that i can write to also.

                I have ordered my hdfc fastag on 22 nov 2019. I received the acknowledgement mail stating that "your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 200 on 11/22/2019 4:54:24 am. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]."
                My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]
                But till now i have not received the physical fastag. I am also not able to connect to the 24 hours hdfc fastag customer care all through the day.
                Please resolve this issue asap so that i get the physical fastag i ordered without further delay.

                  I have applied for hdfc fastag on november 9th and there are no updates on the status of the application till date.
                  I had paid the amount and an application number was generated.
                  I tried calling the customer care to check the status of the application for the past two weeks and it was never reacheable. Customer care number says "busy" all the time. Something that is completely strange.
                  Today i was able to reach them and they mentioned that their portal is down. I asked them for an email id to get the status of the application instead of calling them, since they are never recheable, they say they dont have email id as well.
                  Please do not apply for hdfc fastag. Please go the toll plaza directly and get your tags.

                      I got my fastag chip sometimes on 26th november 2019. Till now contentiously trying to register, but it always says no records. I tried contacting the customer care number printed on the chip card i am getting response as user you called is busy at the moment. I have no clue what to do now. Wasted the money, i feel. Never thought a reputed bank, like hdfc, will have such a pathetic service in a particular department. Usually they are good in core banking sector. But here they definitely failed.

                        With reference to fastag application hfr832591, i have submitted the online application on 1st dec 2019. So far i didn't get any acknowledgement, or do i have any tracking mechanism. Please provide me the same. I have been with hdfc bank since 2005.

                        Also while i was trying to make a payment for the fastag on 29-nov 2019, post payment the site time out happened, due to which my amount got deducted from the account while the application didn't get processed. Kindly refund the money for the same.

                            I received hdfc fastag from my car dealer on 13th nov but haven't received welcome mailer on my email or phone. I cannot register without wallet id. I have been trying to contact customer care but the number given on the site-[protected] never connects through. This is really annoying. You make the fastag mandatory but the implementation process is not smooth. They have not provided any email id on which customers can raise their issues. Just a landline number that diet work.

                              I was trying to apply for fastag on 29th nov 2019. I decided to pay with my debit card and was all fine till the payment page. After authorizing the payment, i was ended on session timeout page without any further information. Tried reaching customer care many times but was of no use.

                              At-least going by the reputation of hdfc bank, i didnt expect this from the bank. And till now the amount is not reversed to my account. Bad experience.

                              I got the same experience after applying on[protected] and making payment by HDFC credit card.
                              Very bad experience with HDFC fast tag. Customer service is of no use. I feel cheated.
                              I applied one week before and paid amount 500.I received the wallet id.[protected].The referance no.HFR469236.Still am not received the fastag sticker, i am planning to go out end of the week .I cannot reache customercare and do not know status.

                                Hi, myself veera raghava sai kiran having a salary account in hdfc bank.
                                Hdfc bank have deducted rs 295 from my account ([protected]) in the name of inter brh cash change gst.
                                I don't understand why they have deducted the amount and without informing they have deducted the amount
                                Its deducted on 18th of november.

                                  I have tried to book the fastag for my cars through hdfc fastag website today (29/11/2019). When i did the payment 1000 rs. Using my credit card, i have got the sms stating my payment was successful. But my page session was ended and i couldn't get any confirmation regarding my transaction. I called the hdfc credit card department, they said the payment was made successful but there was no answer from fastag. I didn't get any response from them. I tried calling customer care several times and it's always busy. Don't know how to proceed. I oblige you to kindly provide assistance in this matter.

As per the cibil people hdfc didn't provide them the data.                                     Hello, i was trying to purchase fastag for my vehicle reg no gj06hd2060
                                    And when i reached the payment page for the same, due to some issue i was not getting to the next page. But my money from my bank account i used for the same has been deducted. And no email or sms has been recieved by me since then. And nobody is picking up the helpline number
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hi,
                                      I received my fastag from hdfc by end of september. Tried to use it at multiple too plazas in north india but to my surprise it was not working anywhere. As per toll plaza officials some issue in reading of the tag even the hand machine also.
                                      I lodged complain with hdfc fastag after trying 3-4 hours on the customer care nos (The most pathetic). I was told since you are first time user we will sent you an replaced fastag within a week. Since then i have been mailing them with all data s and it is now more than 2 months of waiting and absolutely nil response on mail.
                                      I have trying to call them but it is now 2 days of trying the number never gets connected (Please try whoever is reading — [protected]). The most poor service i have ever encountered.
                                      Now government is making it compulsory at toll plazas. How can we use it when proper customer care and infrastructure is not there to support it. I have already deposited rs 1000 and unable to use it.
                                      I am attaching an image of my fastag which is not working since the day i received it.
                                      Kindly help...
