I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

    It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. Hfr383548, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- but there is not response from the bank whether thorugh sms or e mail, i am unaware of the progress of the fastag, since 2 days continuesly i am try to contact through their customer no but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag.

    Please refund my money as your process is very slow. So we have taken the fastag from another bank

    Was charged Rs 50& Rs 30several times during my visit to Suratkal at the same tool Plaza. to register a complaint the site after entering all the fields, states upload docs, which one can not upload since a pop up comes up stating "Due to security reason following special characters &/-: is not allowed"

        Applied online for the fastag but have not received any further communication or confirmation mail even after 4 days

        No representative has reached me even after 4 days as the payment page claimed. Hdcf is in total dark to reach them in this regard.

        Need to update the mailing address for receiving the fastag, but not able to reach the toll number for the past 4 days.

        I applied for a debit card a few days back, it was generated and delivered to the wrong address(delivered to the branch where i have taken my card initially), but i have changed my contact address before i applied my card, it has to be delivered to my permanent address instead of branch
        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 security The reference number of the application is hfr332310.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        Its more than 20 days since i didnt received and update
        I want to deregister my HDFC fastag...there's no way in can get in touch with anyone...the helpline keeps you waiting for eternity.

        The fastag does not work on the kherki Dhaula toll...its a daily harrassment.
        I have made the payment on hdfc for Fastag and dailing helpline number[protected] for update/queries. But everytime it says the number is not available. Is this some kind of fraud on HDFC website. My fastag reference number HFR403207. Also as per them, Fastag Application PDF is pending to be received in my mail.

          I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag (Customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected].). Also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but no one responds looks like hdfc is least intrested to help customers

          Dear sir

          Am a savings account holder 51495815 in idfc bank, malleshwaram branch.
          I have applied for loan closure for car loan 69077890 on 14/11/19

          Find acknowledgement they mention 7 days to get noc and it has been 12 days i didn’t get any email or phone call or letter after regular follow up.

          The loan is still active and nobody called for disclosure loan fees. Im in verge of selling the car and they have dragged me without any response.

          I doente have any idea where to complaint

            Hi,

            I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 25, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2005, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

            I wanted fastag for two of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.1000

            After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

            However, amount of rs 1000 was deducted from my savings account.
            I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

            I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
            There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

            I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank. This is very bad experience and i feel cheated.

            Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

              I got a message from HDFC that 169/- spent via your credit card xx1445 without pin/otp. When I chack my statement it does not show anything like that. How is this possible. Is HDFC messaging service not secure?

                I had taken a term life insurance policy plan "hdfc life click 2 protect 3d plus" from hdfc life one year back. That time i had requested the executive of hdfc life to not activate an auto debit of yearly premium from my savings account as i will check my balances & pay from the account as per my convinience. But the person activated an auto debit. After 2 months of commencement of policy i did all the necessary formalities & submitted the documents required for closure of auto debit facility & a few corrections that i needed to make but the corrections were not done to my policy & the auto debit facility was not discontinued. After 1 year when the time came for the payment of next premium i received a message from my bank that the auto debit instruction for my policy has returned due to insufficient balance. I called the person who was looking after my policy & inquired about it. He said that my request for cancellation of auto debit & the corrections in my policy was not processed. He didn't provide me with a proper reason for that. After a few days i called him again & he refused to answer. The grace period passed & my policy lapsed. Till date my policy is due for revival & i am not getting any response from any of the hdfc life executives i had contacted.

                  I applied for fastag 2 days back.. The reference no is hfr484262. You can see in the screen shot that they have mentioned that the fastag application pdf is sent to registered email id. No such email nor sms has come but money is deducted from hdfc savings account.

                  The customer care no is busy always, have been trying since last 2 days but did not even connect once..

                  Looks like hdfcbank is taking customer for granted, these buggers dont even have a site to track the progress

                  Please dont purchase any services from this bank especially fastag

                    I have applied fastag on 26th nov, but i don’t received any email or any confirmation or any massage, although the amount rs 500 have been deducted from my account, i have not got any reference number.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy. It is not responding.

                    But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

                      I got this message from hdfc bank even i don't have such request from my insurance partner because i already paid in last month please check it because it's a serious issue it's looking like scam from bank because there is no such request from my side.

                        I have ordered fast tag from hdfc online on 06/11/2019, it was expected to be delivered within 7 days. Since then there is no communication of fast tag delivery from bank site.

                        Further to it my rm is also not responding to the calls[protected], i have tried calling toll free number for fast tag - [protected] for numerous time but it seems busy all the time or there is no response.

                        Further to it they have charged me 500rs for a fastag which is available readily at toll center at much cheaper rate, i am unable to gulp the fact that why is hdfc charging premium for such a poor service??.

                        Further to it i your email you have mentioned your point of contact which is protected, thus it wont be useful for me to contact HDFC.

                        I would be out of town from 30th dec, what should i do if toll booth center wont allow mefor not having fastag on my car.

                          I applied for hdfc fastag on 25th of november, through online portal and paid rs. 500.
                          On completing the transaction, i was prompt with reference no "hfr510797"
                          For my application and a message saying a pdf copy of my application is sent to my mail.
                          It has been 24 hours since i applied but i haven't receive pdf copy in my mail or for that matter any communication.

                              I have applied for the service on the 15th of november and have so far not received any update on when it is going to be shipped to me. The last email from them was your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and that your fastag has been issued successfully. When i applied for the fastag it said that i will get a call from the representative and will receive the fastag in 7 working days and that my application number is hfr 378078. The customer care number is totally useless. Absolutely no way to reach them out.

                              This isn't really looking good. The fastag was applied on 15th Nov. The time line was 7 days at time. Fastag will be mandatory from 1st dec so you are adding further 7 10 days. Dont you think that's absurd?

                                I have applied for hdfc fastag on 19th nov 2019. After successful submission, message displayed as you will receive fastag in 7 days and representative will contact you. On 22nd nov 2019, i received email with walletid saying account is created. But i havent yet received any mail or phone regarding dispatch of fastag.

                                It is frustrating that hdfc is not giving proper notifications to customers. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number is either busy or just playing music if connected. No one is ready to receive the call.

                                I want current status of hdfc fastag.

                                Also i have gone through lots of complaints regarding the same, mentioned email id and contact becomes protected and customer remain helpless.

                                  I am trying to contact the fastag customer care but the call is always busy. While application, i paid rs.1000 for 2 vehicles and submitted documents for both the vehicles.
                                  1. After my application, i was told that i will receive fastag application pdf in my email which i never did.
                                  2. Today, i got an sms with my customer id and wallet id but when i registered and logged in, it says that i only have 1 car registered under the specified user id, and as mentioned above, i have paid for 2 vehicles.

                                    I have applied for hdfc fastag till now i didn't receive any confirmation email and found no option to track my request. I have been with hdfc for last 10 years and this is the worst moment i have ever faced. My application reference number is hfr472444. There is no way to track my request. The toll free number which is provided in the website is useless. Whenever i tried it was busy. Please don't trust this service, it's waste of time.

                                      I had applied for the fastag for my vehicle through the hdfc website and paid 500 on 25-11-19 via my hdfc savings account. The website froze after the payment was deducted - said the session has expired and i could not go back or forward. I tried calling the toll-free number which is always busy. I want to know the status of my application so that before 1st of december i can get this issue resolved

                                      I applied for fastag from hdfc site. Money was deducted but no further communication since ten days. i havnt even received a reference number.
                                      HDFC Fastag not received after payment.
                                      I have registered it online on 8th Nov 19. Ref No. HFR339102.
