Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, on 26 dec 2019 there was an unauthorised transaction of rs. 20000. From that day i emailed hdfc bank several times. Every time they told me to pay the amount. I have lived police complaint about the same and the police investigation is under process. But the hdfc bank forcing me to pay the fraud amount. Now in these se sitive days duevto covid-19, it is difficult for me to pay for fraud transaction even i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement. So please try to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

    Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/12/2019 in Poorvika Chennai . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.Please rectify this.Im waiting more than 120 days every month statement generating Cashback not credited to my credit card

              Now it's about 15 days past but yet my problem has not been resolved neither branch responding about matter..

                    Dear sir i have hdfc credit card through which i had paid rs. 50000 my sbilife policy premium on 22/03/2020 and same amount was deducted from my card on same day.
                    However, today morning i have got the message that rs. 50000 spent via credit card xx5097 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:05:58:55. I didn't gave any standing instructions or mandate to anybody/bank. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Because if it not resoved it will reflect on my credit card statement next month.

                      "we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

                      To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection...

                          The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 30 as mi revenue hold through gefu,

                          Branch: kazhakootam tvm
                          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                            Dear sir/madam

                            Online transaction for recharge of rs. 400 of tatasky account was done by me via tata sky app through payzap as guest check out through sbi debit card and the amount of rs 400 is deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. Transaction statement message received on my mobile number is also reproduced below for your reference.

                            Sbidrcard x5485 used for rs400.00 on28mar20 at75010149 txn#064001 if not done fwd this sms to [protected]/call[protected]/[protected] to block card

                            Kindly intimate status of the transaction and amount deduction is done but if same was not successful why amount of rs 400 was not added to my tata sky id account for which i made the payment.
                            Kindly reply and clarify about the situation and why rs 400 are deducted when transaction was not successful.

                                      Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:21/03/2020.
                                      I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So I kindly and sincerely request you to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                                      My Request for refunding the unrequested membership fees of 1399/-deducted on to my card has not yet addressed or resolved.

                                      Now again the same have been reflected in my hdfc card statement showing as due.

                                      I again kindly and sincerely request you to procede and resolve the highlighted issue.

                                      I have not got the membership details.
                                      As I said earlier, I have received message like amount have been debited to my card ending with 5530 and welcome kit will be despatched shortly.
                                      But I have not received any thing or any documents through post or courier till date.

                                      So I could not find the membership details.

                                      Same amount have been reflected in my credit card statement as attached previously.

                                      I am worried of this.

                                      Please support and suggest me where else can i find the membership details.

                                      Also please support in recover of this debited amount.
