Hi rs.885 was deducted from my account stating depository charges, without prior statement.

I am not even using my demat account for any of the transaction

While opening the account they said it will be free of charge,
You will not be charged for any services.

Can you please the state how should i go further with the process to reclaim the refund....

I have raised multiple complaint on hdfc fast tag from the date of purchase[i. E oct2019], that its not getting scanned at tolls.

I have called every week from last 3 months to get this solved, even raised a service request through hdfc fast tag login, only answer i used to get till date was that they are re-issuing a new tag with in a week,

Yesterday ta 8:55am i have done a recharge 599 on my mobile
My recharge was not sucessful so i called custmer care at 2:14 pm. They told me that recharge has failed and u will get the refund, her name was anita. Afert full confirmation i have done rechare from amazon
But after two hours of that recharge i got anaother message by payzapp that your recharge ha been sucessfull

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 10/2019 in cyber hub, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apple store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I booked a ticket on upsrtc on 21/02/2020. But this was cancelled on journey date 28/02/2020 with 100% refund by upsrtc on 28/02/2020. This refund amount credited by upsrtc to hdfc upi on 03/03/2020. But hdfc not credit to my account yet.

I filed an application for hdfc fastag - hfr01481563. Called customer care number more than 10times, spoke to multiple people. Everytime they respond saying the tags are not dispatched, we are escalating, the tags will arrive within few days. Its been almost 2 months i cant get any progress on it.
Asked to cancel it, but they are saying they cant cancel once applied. No email id or online way to contact. The only option is to call...

Hdfc bank without my authorization given the shaw acedemy 500rs from my account i need serious action to be taken against it how can you give anybody money without otp just like that i need my money back asap
On 13 march around 4 pm hdfc bank deducted 500rs from my account for online education withot my consent i didn't even click on the website and they gave them my pricious 500rs i made complaint in bank and no serious action from...

My sip auto paytment date is 11 th of every month. But amount tried to debited from my account on 10 th of march. Due to insufficient balance payment not success and for this transaction hdfc bank debited 595 rs of penalty. If i dont maintain balance on 11 th of march which is tha actual paytment date i can accept tha penalty. But the mistake is not from my end and i lost my money....

As per rbi guidelines bank can’t levi any kind of charges on the salaried account under maintainability of the account they have put a hold of 500 today who know tomorrow it will be 10 k or something and for something like they haven’t responded to any kind of justified answer for it.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6523 without my concern on date:13/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299.

I purchased a triple door samsung refrigerator from reliance digital, madinaguda, chandannagar, hyderabad on 8.10.2020 with finance from hdfc.

At the time of purchase, staff of reliance digital told me that i will be getting cashback if i purchase through hdfc loan. Cashback offer was of rs.9000 from hdfc and rs.3000 from reliance digital.

They said the cashback benefits will be credited directly into my account...

I got a call from club factory customer care number ([protected]) about order refund money after long discuss, he told me to put card number in app my account side then suddenly i got debite massage of three transection 1500/, 9999/and 4999/ then. I have purchased 04 december 2019 reliance jewellery and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. I was told that a link would be sent on the registered mobile number through SMS and have to pay rs 100 through the link.
I'm waiting for the link since more then 24hrs.
