I had purchased my Iphone XR on 6/01/2020 from Aptronix, Sarath city mall, Hyderbad on which I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs. 5000 by March end.
I have still not received the same.

    Hi team,

    I have been a loyal hdfc customer for the past 7 years and i randomly have got charged a new debit card and an annual fee of rs. 885 ; i did not apply for a new card nor did i sign up for a debit card with such a high annual fee.

    I have attached screenshots for your reference. I want this amount back in my account in the next 2 business days or i will escalate this complaint into a lawsuit.

    I will also contact the local government regarding this fraud of charging customers this “debit card annual fee” and make sure that they audit this practice since other people have complained as well.

    Please reverse this transaction immediately and i will not escalate this any further.

        I have bought my i phone xr with hdfc bank debit card on 08/12/19 from iadvance laxmi nagar new delhi as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apple store also, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          emi auto debited even after paying the same through net banking

          My account is auto debited for an amount of rs.11125/ for personal loan ac number 5954082" though the same is paid through netbanking because the bank did not debit due amount on due date. So i paid my dues next day by using payment of overdue option. Kindly refund the amount of rs.11125/ that is paid in excess of emi amount to my savings account.

          Cancellation of one assist membership
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9737 without my concern on date:26/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

            I bought an iphone 11 on november 20, 2019 and haven't recieved cashback as of yet.. It is april 10, 2020 which is almost 6 months and as per the cashback scheme it was supposed to be credited in my account within 120 days.. Kindly look into it as retailer is also telling me to speak with bank and bank is not being much cooperative in this subject.

              My train tickets have been automatically cancelled because of the lockdown. Paytm customers say they have processed refund to hdfc bank already. They have initiated the process on April 1st and asked me to contact the bank. I havent received my amount yet.

                Hello team,

                I dint opt for any moratorium in hdfc and emi need to deducted on 07th of april 2020 however it dint happen, and it did reflect as outstanding emi in my online banking under loan section.

                As a reason i had paid my emi online on 09th of apr 2020 and the same was reflecting in the e statement, however again the emi got auto deducted on 09-apr-2020 again.

                Can you please confirm what is the reason behind that.

                My loan no is 60237790 for your reference.

                I Just got a call from Mr Ravi Teja from HDFC seethamadhara Branch Vizag and he mentioned the the EMI deducted amount will be credited back to my account post 20th of this month. I thank Mr Ravi Teja for taking the initiative and solving my issue in this peak time . Thankyou HDFC

                    I have a cancer care policy from hdfc life, his premium was rs 1825 yearly,
                    After 1st premium i study in detail about policy feature, i am not satisfied with policy, so i decide that i will not pay 2nd premium of policy
                    That's why i visit in hdfc life office for deactivation of policy, he said please sign mendate deactivation form after that amount will not debit from your account, i sign it and submit it, after that auto debit facility remove from my policy no 90917011, i got msg at that time for successfully deactivation of auto debit

                    But after 10 month on dated 29 march 2020, amount of rs 1825 again debit from my savings bank account. I complain it to hdfc life service team.. They clearly mail me that. Your amount is adjusted in your policy we can not refund it
                    My question is when i already submit request for auto debit deactivation then how can hdfc life debit my account who will authorize to hdfc life, and after complaint they clearly said we can not refund it,
                    Then why i sign auto debit form.
                    Request you to please help in refund my money

                      I use hdfc net banking to make payments. When a payment is attempted to be processed, a one time password is sent to the mobile phone on record for authentication. This is not currently working. I am trying to make payment for ka professional tax, and i am not receiving a onetime password on my mobile phone.

                        I salma david tharakan having a loan relationship with loan account no 7815203 this is with reference to an sms received on my registered mobile no as mentioned below
                        “dear customer, your emi for apr-20 was not presented for loan no 7815203 due to rejection of ecs mandate by your bank. Applicable charges will be levied to your loan account due to aforesaid reason. Please visit our retail assets 1) new vijay cinema, chembur, 2) s v road, kandivali-w, 3) tradestar, andheri-e, urgently to submit verified ecs mandate. Kindly refer to our banks website for the pan india list of our loan servicing centers”
                        On receiving this message i have visited your hdfc bank kandivali (W) branch but due to the ongoing lockdown situation was informed by the security personnel posted at the branch no one is available from retail. And it is not possible to visit any other branch due to travel restriction as directed by maharashtra government after which i tried to contact on[protected] but there is no response by ivr.
                        My first installment of inr 3882.00 was successfully processed as schedule without any issue but received this message when second installment was due. Kindly advice action.

                            I had bought an iPhone 11 through my HDFC debit card from an authorised Apple retailer in Margao, Goa. And they had told me that I would receive the cash back within 120 days. It’s been way more than 120 days and haven’t got any cash back. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

                              I contacted amazon about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been a week since my amount isn't refunded. I contacted amazon and they told me to ask from the bank end. Hence please i want to know about this from the hdfc is there has been any requests of refund acceptance or not.

                                I had purchased a Mobile phone worth Rs 60209/- on the 10th of August 2019. As per the offer on the HDFC Card, I should have received a 10% cashback within three months. However, I didn't receive any amount for this offer and transaction. When I reached out to the customer care executive I was asked to highlight this issue through an email.

                                I have already shared all the details over the mail and it has been almost 8 months and yet I haven't receive any cashback. Also, I am very disappointed by the service provided by HDFC. I have been contacting you people back and forth and yet I have not received any resolution. I already shared the bill of the product which i purchased. I will never believe in such offers by HDFC Bank, its all fraud.

                                  I’ve purchased iPhone 11 on 9/12/2019 from Imagine store Hyderabad using my HDFC debit card and was entitled to receive a cashback of Rs 6000 within 120 days from the day of purchase. However, I’ve received the cashback yet. Please check and credit my cashback as soon as possible.

                                    Myself surajit. I made an online purchase of 5797.68 rupees from myntra using instacred. However due to some unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel my order and post that myntra has confirmed about refund. However there was no confirmation from bank and HDFC has already charged me first month EMI that is 1012 rupees. This is sheer harassment of public trust.

                                    Why you people are doing bluff??

                                    Attaching snap for reference. PLEASE CANCEL MY LOAN IMMEDIATELY AND ISSUE FIRST EMI REFUND.

                                    As i bought two products so myntra cancelled and refunded amount in two parts.

                                    2646.68 (2nd product) + 3150.99 (1st product) = 5797.67 (total loan)

                                    I tried to fill up the form but it’s saying invalid complaint reference number. I am being harassed like anything. Please help me jn cancelling my loan and issue me refund of my first emi.

                                    I made an online purchase from myntra on20th march using debit card emi via instacred.but due to some reason I canceled the product and myntra issued complete refund. However the loan is not canceled yet and 1st emi of loan rupees 1012 has been deducted from my account.i have raised several complaints in last 10 days but no response. I do not know why i am being harassed and for same i raise a complaint in consumer forum. As I purchased two products so myntra refunded the amount in 2 segments.
