    With reference to saving bank account in hdfc bank vide no. [protected], i am account holder with this bank and today dated 07.04.2020, debited my emi for rs 23525/- for which i have requested earlier for deferment as by opting morotarium benefit provided by bank and now unable to get my available balance in correct way, kindly remove debit lien in this account and acknowledge the same in my email id as [protected]@gmail.com or sms at my registered no. [protected].

      There is an amount being held by bank itself since very long time.
      There is regular transaction in my account every month.
      Bank employees also couldn't give proper resolution.
      Request release the fund immediately and give the proper clarification for hold the amount.

      Need urgent attention here, yesterday I did imps transaction through net banking from HDFC TO SBI.

      Amount got debited while the amount didn't got credited to benificiary account showing status as PROCESSOR DOWN while checking the status of IMPS transaction in HDFC.

        My train got cancelled due to covid19 hence i got message from hdfc bank ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 1525.00 has been credited/reversed by indianra3472086 on[protected]:18:03:56 but money is money not added to my account and i checked bank statement transaction is not reflected please help me to get my money back as i have too many transaction like this

              Hi i did a recharge of 599 to my vodafone number from my registered payzapp account [protected]. The amount got deducted and the transaction shows success but my number is not recharged yet. Can't contact customer support also no proper response also on the mail.

                I am ashalatha m. S here my complaint is that i had obtained a loan for 2 wheeler from hdfc bank for 3 years 1872/_ which was obtained on 4.4.2017which cum to end on 4.4.2020 the hdfc bank had deducted a money from my account without sending single message, the bank number was not sufficient to call and customer care is not responding at all... Without communication of our problem how v people get to know kindly help out from this issue, and on5.4.2020 i got a message from the bank stating that (Caution! To defer your emi under moratorium, hdfc bank will never ask for top.

                    Hi team,

                    I had raised the order number [protected] on 27-jan-20. Its been more than 2 months. As per the hdfc this issue should have been resolved in 14 working days. Hdfc doesn't have the credit card on call support it is directing me to voicemail and there is no option for this issue.
                    With the current situation when i am loading the complaint online on customer grievance for nodal officer i fill the details and on submission i get error message "this page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information. The incident id is:[protected]."

                    Kindly resolve the order number [protected] and process the amount to my bank account linked.

                          Hi all,

                          I have sent email to hdfc (Customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) which was initially shared with the customer care team of hdfc. However, it's been more than 6 months where i have to been contacting to hdfc by phone and email but no response.

                          When i talk to customer care via phone, they states that back-end team would contact you and no one and on top of that when i asked the customer care agent to connect the call to supervisor or manager and they denied. When i had an accident and was unable to pay the dues for 3 months then they called 15 -20 times in a day and now they are not even responding and on top of that even after doing the settlement i still get messages to pay my dues, which i'm unable to understand as i do have have all the payment transactions and the settlement letter which was sent by hdfc.

                          Please help me to get the no objection certificate for the settlement that was done on my hdfc bank credit card..

                          I would also request you to please clear my name from cibil as the settlement was successfully closed in a single payment. My details are mentioned below.

                            I added money to my paytm wallet which were subsequently not added to my wallet but were deducted from my account. I received a message to be refunded the money within 7 days but did not receive it yet and the period has expired. I request you to check when the amount ₹600 will be refunded back to my account.

                              This complaint is not against any employee of hdfc bank. This problem is not solved by you i already tell you in april 2019. You promise with me for solve it immediately but no any action done by you till date. Problem is that my subsidy is not refund by your bank from when i opened my account which is since july 2018.                                       I had bought i phone 11 in nov 2019 in mumbai and used hdfc debit card to make the payment. I was told that as per the scheme offer i will get 6000 rs cashback in 120 days. Same was printed on the receipt i got from the swipe machine when i made the payment using the debit card. But even after 120 days i have not got any cash back.

                                      I have contacted hdfc but they have not reverted to my query. My transaction was done on 19 nov, 2019 with below details
