    Unauthorized transaction

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending 2820 without my concern on date:09/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

      I purchased IPAD 11 PRO on 6 months EMI from a store in kolkata, with a HDFC cashback offer of 5000₹, on 15th December 2019, but still did not receive the cashback. Please help me out with the cashback. It's already 120 days now. Need the resolution soon because am having shortage of money to payback my bills.

        Sir i have prob in credit card payment in feb payment due on march 9 th but i allredy sumbit my reqest in call centre i have some prob in my family member are death on 3th march and my payment due in 9 th march i have not saficent payment to give you for full payment after then i will pay yours bill payment minimum after then you people surchage in late payment in this statement i am yours 5 years old customer without any delay payment from my side. But in this time i am out of station so thats why i give you only min payment for my bill after i tell you my prob do consider my first request and give back me my late and intrest amount give me back.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.               I have paid my credit card payment 1 day after my credit card due date.
              25th is the due date of my credit card every month.
              I have exceeded only 1 day for payment i. E i have paid on 26th of last month itself.

              Due to covid 19 i think it got late to reflect my amount in my credit card.

              I have paid my dues on 26th ka last month but the was reflected on 31st of last month.

              Late payment fee has been charged 1000 rupees
              + finance charges 7, 375.92 unnecessary.

              Lockdown has been implemented from 21 of last month
              Because of this lockdown i was late to do the payment on date but i have taken only 1 day extra to pay the amount.

              Please help to out of this

                I have recharged my jio no. [protected] with 399 on 13th november through hdfc pay zapp. I have get message for successful transaction and amount deducted for same from my debit card but i have not get any recharge amount and also not get any successful recharge message on my mobile phone. Please solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money asap

                    I have applied for fastag for 3 vehicles on 2 February, 2020 from the online portal of hdfc bank but still not even the wallet id is created or the fastags are delivered. I have contacted the customer care number several times and they say that it takes 7 working days but it has been more than 2 months. Please see to it.

                      Hello sir,

                      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 884.62/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 8th april 2020 under the name of depository charges feb20.

                      Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 884.62/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    The due date for my credit card monthly bill is 11th of every month. I paid my bill yesterday on 10th April but the money got deducted from my account again today on 11th April. Kindly reverse my transaction.
