Convert salary to saving account but i have pay maintenance charge November 2016 then submit all documents and request convert in salary account. But due to shift the branch other place and they lost my documents. They are punished to me and per month deduct account maintenance charge. So please very very request return my money and convert salary account.

    This is to inform tou that there is a gang running who are calling people in the name of hdfc bank and collecting imp information from people for the purpose of credit card application and issuance but they are the fraud ladies.. speciality is the ladies impress customers with their soft spoken good profeasional english and then after collecting all information never reaponds.. m a victim of the same. Ladies names - shivani(ph#+[protected]

    Shivani calls forst as some manager and asks to send docs to [protected]@gmail.com and then says u ll receive all details about application update from pooja and after that they give one fake application no which i verified with the bank is not a application no for hdfc and the number pattern seems to be little differernt than the bank application no.. as the bank all have a typical format of application no generation..
    funny thing is that the lady shivani called me for first time smwhr during sept2016 in the name of icici bank amd today apr2017 again she called me in the name of hdfc bank. Luckily i had saved her number earlier woth her name amd she also told today her name is shivani and calling from hdfc so i cathed her up and them i googgled more about this and i got to know few more people also had same kind of issues and names are exactly the same .. shivani and pooja .i believe its a very serious gamg who r using girls to trap people and do cyber crime.. hence requesting to closely look into this as this ll bring in bad name to hdfc .. i have already mailed about this is icici since last time they were icici employee while calling.. please find the guilty amd take the necessary action..

      This is in regard i Deepak Maggo r/o b-56 sharda puri ramesh nagar new delhi-110015 holding hdfc bank credit card but due some financial losses i was unable to pay there dues and i was in completely touch with bank at residence address and phone but on 10-04-17 and 11-04-17 i recieved a call from no +[protected] a guy informally abused me and ask for money and when i reacted back he is abusing my whole family what the hell is going with bank norms as i hd relation with hdfc bank from 2010.
      Please help me in this matter as some gundas are sitting and calling for the money.

        Double debit of amount.

        I tried to make payment of ₹11549 to flipcart on 5 april using my debit card.
        I received single OTP on my number but when i entered it then my account was debited twice for the transaction.
        I also contracted flipcart regarding this and they said that they have received only one payment of ₹11549.
        I went to the bank 3-4 times but nobody is solving my issue.

        I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 1, 50, 000/- and loan amount was got credited in my bank saving account in the month of i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs.

        But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose .

        My personal loan accoun no. Is 27546648 . The tenure of loan is 3 years.

        Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail. .

          2. There are two more car loans running on my name. Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that one of my Alto Car Loan is going to be completed during the month of Feb 2018 and another one has recently taken during the month of Sep/Oct 2016. But still I am not aware even my Loan account Nos of my both Car Loan Account. May I request you to kindly forward the latest loan account statements of both these accounts also.             Hi,

            I try to withdraw the money of Rs.10, 000 from the indian bank atm on 6th April 2017. I received the SMS that i withdrawn the money at 8:27 p.m but i didnt get the cash from the ATM and it went for temporarily out of service.
            I have raised the complaint using my debit card details to this number [protected] and gave a complaint letter in the HDFC bank located at the Pallavaram branch.

            Pls find the complaint number details given below

            Dear Customer,
            As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.
            We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint dated April 07, 2017 we had raised a chargeback on Indian Bank vide reference number 1289989. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.

              I am using HDFC credit card, in the month of March i paid CESC bill & also purchase something. My total used amount was Rs. 4762.14. Then after i deposit rs. 4770.00 on 07/04/17, which is higher than my purchased amount. But now i am looking that additional of my purchased you charged rs 100 for Branch cash dept & rs 15 for some additional service charge.

              Apart from my payment now system is showing to pay $107.14 additional charges. It mean i will have to pay again additional rs 100.00 apart from my remaining balance to clear my due amount, because you are charging rs 100.00 for cash deposit.

              Really frustrating. i have already paid some extra amount. in total rs 200 extra i am paying to your bank.

              When you bank offer me for the card, they told me that i will get cash back on purchasing or payment of CESC or LIC. But here i am paying extra amount to you. Your customer care or Bank must have to inform the customer about the hidden charges.

              I will clear all my due, but from today i will not use your credit card for any kind of purchase. Not a good experience to use your credit card.

                  Sir, I am your customer from last more then 15 years, I have Saveing a/c in your Lakshmi nagar branch, Delhi-92.i never had any problem with your staff but on feb13 2017, I visited branch to get fixdeposit of 200000 rupee, there I met mr.ashish and mr. vikram, both cheated me and instead of f.d. They invested my money in life insurance, same day late night I got SMS that my money has invested in insurance, next day early morning I again went to branch and met both of them, first they requested me to remain as is but after my refusal they asked me to give a cancellation letter, which I gave, I requested for receiving of this letter but they said don't. Worry with in a week time your money will br cr. In your a/c.
                  Fibally after one month 14/3/2017 I got my money, in this one month, more then hunkered times I called up mr ashish, every time he misguided me, and after few days he started avoiding my calls, in this one month more then ten times I visited the branch.
                  After getting money mr. Ashish promised me to complacent my one month interest either from bank or from personal.
                  I have all his SMS regarding this.
                  Now again one month has passed, I did not get anything. Whenever I call he send me SMS that I am near to your house comping with money, sometime he send SMS, will come today, will come tomorrow.
                  They are making me fool and spoiling bank image,
                  Pls see into the matter and compalceat my interest money

                    I opened a salary account in 2015 . it been 7 months that i have left the job or no salary credited in account, yesterdays i checked the mail Rs 5500 deducted from my account in the name of maintenance charges. I complained in HDFC, , HBL number =[protected], they keep on saying that after 3 months salary account converted into saving account so you have to pay maintenance changes for that, told her that it is true but as per new guidelines by RBI https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=9343&Mode=0 no deduction need to be done on the name of maintenance changes. still they are saying the same thing, Please help me with this.

                    Even after this complaint, they have deducted more 2000 Rs.
                    I do not know, who made my previous complaint as resolved .
                    I want my money back, other wise i will file a written complaint to RBI.

                      I have not being receiving any banking related SMS from hdfc bank for the past 1 week. This has been after porting to BSNL. On contacting the BSNL side the have tried a full trace but banking messages are not received to their server. On contacting eith HDFC customer care they are not registering a complaint or even trying have a technical team discussion from their side with BSNL technical team. This is customer negligence. I request HDFC technical backend to contact BSNL @[protected] and find a proper resolution for the same ASAP.

                        Hi,

                        I had to pay my credit card bill on or before 25th Dec 2016. I paid the total amount except Rs 225. But in the next month (5th Jan 2016) bill I saw 4500 Finance charges. When I spoke to customer care there was no response and the calculations they give me are invalid.

                        They sent me an xl shet with the calculation which are not justified at all.

                        I contacted the customer services of HDFC over email and there is no response from there as well. They copy paste a message all the time whenever I ask the resolution.

                        I'm attaching the images here.

                        Please help me in getting this issue resolved.

                          HDFC representative collected the processing fee without even checking if the property is eligible for loan sanction. They promised that the processing fee will be refunded if the loan is not sanctioned. In fact, HDFC sanctioned the loan and sent me the provisional sanction letter and asked me to claim the loan. But when i did try to claim the loan amount HDFC representative said that the particular property is no more funded by HDFC...

                          I have been writing several emails to HDFC asking for refund of the processing fee... but till today even after 3 months i am yet to get the refund...
                          HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          HDFC bank deduced Rs 172.50 as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC few days after cash deposit of 9000. As per RBI, they should not charge if the customer is using the cash transaction only one. When the overall transactions including internet is only 5 per month in my account (including only 1 cash deposit), why should HDFC bank charge me?

                            Dear sir, I am an ex employee of hdfc bank working with hdfc bank ltd changodar branch my employee code : 126458
                            I dont knew the reson for getting me resingned from the organisatio. As I have also work hard at my level to achive my targets and I had been achieved my all targets. As I have also given resigned as per my boss decision on dated 18/10/2016. And leaving mr with immidiate effect. Till that date I dont received my F&F and my leaving formalities also because of not having relieving latter I have also not joined any other organisation pleasw given me a compansation for this 6 months of period ptherwise I will go ahead.

                              Hi, I have a made a txn to book my show on April 1st. I have loaded amount in payzapp and I have tried to pay through wallet but txn gets fail. Still money is not credit to my account.I have sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@payzapp.in but still no reply.As per details failed book my show txn amount should credit within 5 days even though it's not happen and no update for my mail and call.

                              And transaction status showing as success.

                                Myself ABHISHEK BHOWMIK having HDFC customer I'd 47765219. On 8-4-2017 at 19:30:05, I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from ATM of Indian bank, +251 block-B, Lake Town. ATM machine was shown that "Unable to process" and as a result no money has come out whereas the SMS received from HDFC, was shown that Rs. 5000 was withdrawn, available balance Rs. 52087.96. Request to kindly take-up this matter and reimburse this withdrawn amount to my account. Pls ignore if this problem already has been solved by you. I need confirmation SMS for this credit in my account. My registered mobile no. [protected]. It's very urgent to me. Pls keep this in top priority.

                                    I have taken one personal loan before 1 years now my monthly emi was 7017.
                                    i am submitting my loan emi regularly. i got a phone call before 7 days deduction date of emi. But today i got a phone call from HDFC bank and someone is talking with me. staff Executive talking me like a criminal.he was shouting me and Misbehavior with me and . he says you are fool or he says i called you lot, s of time if you have any guts you can stop me....
