This is regarding my fastag use and charges deducted in maguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha. Fastag customer id:[protected]. I crossed manguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha on 30th december 2019 in the morning hour and returned in the same day evening (Round trip). Here single way toll charge is rs.115/- and double charges of rs.230/- has been deducted from my wallet instead of round trip charges. There is no such contact facility to inform this and the hdfc fastag customer service number never respond. Even i contacted nhai customer service and they said to contact hdfc and communication is very very poor from hdfc as i have experienced. So how this will be resolved.
