'HDFCSL=[protected]' Application No - [S[protected]] I have applied for Click2Protect Term insurance plan and have paid 3Lks one time payment for the policy on 23rd July. I have completed the medical check 2 weeks ago and i was told HDFC will get back to me. I haven't heard anything from HDFC since the last one month...i have sent so many emails to the onlinequery ID but just keep getting reply that it's in process. I have never seen such a delay with any other bank for an Insurance policy. Is there anybody who listens in HDFC Life? ~Vittal Raju K

Dear HDFC Credit Card, I got a call from the number +91 [protected] at 5:55 pm yesterday 24.8.15. The guy who spoke to me said he is calling from Chennai main branch and that he is taking care of my accounts. He requested me to buy medical credit card for my parents by trying to convince me with the benefits. When i refused, he replied to me stating that, all the HDFC credit card holders needs to buy this and it is something mandatory. when i further refused, he replied that "if you cannot afford to pay this, how will you be able to pay your credit card bills". I asked him whether is it compulsory to buy this and told him that it is not required for me at all at the moment and i will never fail to pay the bills for what i would spend using my card. His reply was - "how can you pay your credit card bill when you cannot afford to buy this medical card?" and then he finally said he will block my card. I haven't heard such a ridiculous response from any sales guy ever before. this is seriously insane. Please take necessary action.
      Dear Customer,

Request you to share the phone no and the number on which you have received the call at [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your card and contact details. Kindly mention reference ID TTU[protected] in the subject line. Will check and get back to you on priority.

I have purchased hdfclife progrowth plus policy no: 15501280 As per the latest brochure in their website If the fund switch carried out through the portal it should charge Rs 25 per request http://www.hdfclife.com/savings-investment-plans/progrowth-plus-ulip-plan For each fund switch through their portal charges me Rs: 285/- . when I call up their customer care they say its for new customer. I don't understand why it doesn't apply to me when I hold the same policy and why do they charge so much for an existing customer

I am having Titanium Times Credit Card. While issuing the card, they told me i can use the reward points to pay the credit card bills. Now They are saying this feature is not available on this card. If consumer doesnot pay bills in time, he loses his CIBIL score. Should this not be applied to bank also? If banks mis-communicate to its consumers, they should lose some kind of score which has to be made public to stop this kind of fraud. Can someone guide me how to handle this?

I applied for credit card in Hdfc bank through a bank agent who stands in front of my office in gurgaon. He told me that there will be membership charges which will not be charged if I will do purchasing if 10000 ieithin 6 months. But within 3 months they sent the bill with membership charges attached in it. And when I asked that agent about the reason for this membership attachment then he asked me to call Hdfc customer care and talk to them. When I talked to the customer care, there was a lady who talked to me very rudely. I asked her that I will not pay and will surrender then she said rudely that you can surrender the card. After that I tried calling them many times but was unable to talk to them and now its being 4-5 mnths they are just adding interest in that bill and sending me at my home and if I am not paying the amount then they should also had called me on their own asking me why I am not paying the bill. They also didn't call me. Please look into the matter as I am not going to pay so much amount as I am not using the credit card since 6 months. I am ready to pay the amount for which I purchased. So please see what going on. I will be very greatfull to you. Thank you

As mentioned before also, I had issues regarding my credit card which has not yet resolved. In spite of mailing so many times to the bank on different email addresses, even to managing director, I didn't get any response from the bank regarding the solution. They just saying that they will get back within 7 working days. But its being more than 2 weeks and I didn't get any solution . inspite of all this i got another bill in the mail with the same problem. Please look into the matter and solve my problem asap.

I am sending the screenshots of my mail and the mails sent by bank.

                      Regards

I want to inform you that in spite of telling so many times to the credit card customer care representative that why I am being charged for over due as my credit card is within credit limit. Everytime I call they keep me on hold for a long time. If this kind of attitude continues I have to initiate a legal proceedings in the consumer court. On the other hand I have been asking them to convert the amount in my credit card which I have pay into monthly EMI then also I m not getting a satisfactory solution. Please take this matter with urgency and looking for early and positive response from your side.

I contact the HDFC bank again, as per the COMMENT POSTED by the HDFC bank, but again no reply from the, HDFC bank is in a habit of making people suffer, this is not the only case, while going through the reviews of the people on different forums, they have done this to lot of people.

HDFC replied they will get back to me within 2 business days, however i haven't received any reply from its been 6 days, even i contact them again, but as usual, HDFC bank don't believe in replying to the consumers, they only have 1 reply that is system generated email to let us know they will get back to us but they don't, i am also attaching the screen shot of HDFC reply and after this automated reply, they never bothered to reply again.

i would urge people to contact me, so together we can file a classified action law suit against the HDFC for the harassment they have caused to lot of people, this might be a start from our end to make sure people don't suffer due the harassment that they might face in dealing with HDFC bank in future.

if anybody would like to reach me, they can contact me at puneet.[protected]@gmail.com

i will be more than happy to work with you all, as i have already hire a lawyer to prepare the law suit against HDFC bank.

Has it been resolved? I have a similar case with HDFC where they are agreeing that the mistake might have happened from their end but they would not want to agree in writing.

The bank had placed a lien of Rs 7249 for my credit card which was already terminated in April 2015. I paid the amount and the lien was removed. Today again I get a message regaring the credit card : E-stmt for your HDFC credit card ending 3068 sent to your email id. Min due RS.0. Total due is Rs..24 Payment due on 09/SEP/2015 I terminated my credit card in April 2015. After which they placed lien on my salary account and kept adding God knows which charges and yet I paid though I never spent anything on my card as I terminated it. And still I get messages regarding the due. It may be just RS .24 but I do not want to ignore it. Later they will come back to me saying I did not pay and now I have to pay xxx Thousand money and when I dont pay they will agin place a lien. The guys dont understand that the card is terminated and I am not using it. What kind of charges do the people apply on a terminated card. And hats off to the customer service which is good for nothing. God knows how many time do I have to write emails because the credit card dept never recieves the call. And the other dept say we dont know anything call the credit card dept. I bet them to give one number from credit card dept and when someone calls they recieve it.

I have opened an account in HDFC Bank Rohini branch 2 years back. Customer executive has told me that i need to deposit 25000 initially and can withdraw afterwards and no AQB charges will not be deducted. But they have charged the AQB Charges regularly each month for 1 year. When I contacted branch manager they told me that if I am not able to maintain the balance than I should close the account. Instead of reversing the charges they forced me to claose the account.

Hi, I have come across some unexpected and unreasonable deduction from my HDFC bank account. I am bothered and pissed off by reporting this issue to the customer care dept. of hdfc bank several times leaving without any result/solution. The story is last month unexpectedly my debit card([protected]) blocked, I rushed to nearest bank branch(Faridabad) also made the calls to customer care many times to know the reason but they couldn’t help me to explain it, why it was blocked…OK, I again rushed to bank branch to provide me a debit card, they issue me a very basic debit card(Rupay) and told me that will charge for this card something Rs 150+service tax, that equals lump sum Rs 170. I said yes despite the fact that my earlier card was blocked without any reason. But my account has been deducted with Rs. 855 two times, summary listed as: 04 Aug 2015 DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE FEE 170715 04 Aug 2015 855.00 19 Aug 2015 DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE FEE 070815 19 Aug 2015 855.00 Can you please help to return my money back which deducted without my permission, reason, explanation or again I need to make calls to customer care and make understand the issue. Seriously I am feeling helpless from last few days as bank’s response is not mature and sensible. Please help me to get my money back (Rs 1530.00) as soon as possible. Also I believe the bank will grow forth by maintaining its integrity and faith in its customers. I hope you will help me best. Best regards..
