I have booked air tickets (Air india) using regalia services. Unfortunately one of the passengers died before the commencement of the journey. I have canceled the ticket at air india counter, but they said, i have to process it for a refund through regalia since their platform was used for the ticket booking. I have called regalia customer care center, and send all required documents to them required for refund. However, the refund has not been processed till now, despite the passing of considerable time (More than a month). Also, there is no response from the member support team in spite of sending repeated reminders.
