I have taken a personal loan of rs.10, 50, 000/- from hdfc bank during august 2016. I have paid the emis on regular basis without any default. I wanted to preclose the loan account and approached the bank for the same. They asked me to pay pre-closure charges of rs.42000 @4.72 per cent apart from outstanding loan amount of rs.8, 72, 000/-. I have contancted bank customer care and physically went bank branch for waiver of these penal charges. I have also requested through mails for waiver. But bank people are not at all waiving these charges. I have paid processing fee, insurance charges, service tax, stamp duty etc at the time of loan sanction. I have also paid interest on the loan amount regularly without any default on the due dates. After 15 months i wanted to close the loan account. Inspite of all these they are charging me with these unjustified penal charges. Please help me in this reguard. Thank you

    I'm disputing 599.00rs of 839.00rs. I bought fashion cult been cotton and lycra slim fit trouser for 839rs. Paytm order #[protected]. I used my hdfc bank credit card. I returned the item on august 20th, 2017. Paytm processed the refund on august 22nd, 2017 for 599rs. Received an email confirming hdfc ref#74766517234733732176033 but the refund is still not received in my hdfc credit card account. Please assist.

      My credit card transaction was declined when i tried to purchase an item online at around 12 30 pm on 17th october. I subsequently got a call from the transaction monitoring team asking for verification on the transaction and i gave them the details required to verify that it was me entering the transaction. I was told that my card would be unblocked in 15 mins but when i tried to do another transaction in the evening at around 8 pm it got declined stating that my card was still blocked.

      I repeatedly called the customer care helpline at least 5 to 6 times after this error however, no executive responded to my calls even after waiting on the line for 10 to 15 mins each time! I tried to do the transaction two more times after that hoping the transaction monitoring team would call me again but now i am unable to even connect to the customer care number since it says that the verification of the last 4 digits of my card is invalid since it is blocked!

      This whole incident has been extremely inconvenient and i need my card to be unblocked as soon as possible, hopefully today itself since i have a purchase to make which is time restrictive.
      Kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

      2 days before i received new credit card to my address after that i set my credit card pin with my otp number and when i go to store for shopping its nt working and whn i call customer care they told me bcoz o[censored]nauthorised transaction so i raise my request for call back after that they call me yesterday 1time bt that tym my phn was on silent mode so i didnt answer bt after 10mins again som1 calling me and when i receive they told me why u didnt answer the call i tell her its inside my pocket on silent mode after that she told me i raise ur request for call back again i said okay and i ask her why my card is blocked so she told me bcoz we didnt verify ur company bt i told her ask ur executive he already visited to my office 1week before nd he check all my docs n evn he sit in my office fr smtym after that again she wrote my office address and she told me okay they will call u back thn u should tell him they will unblock ur card bt still no1 call me back really i dnt no whts hppning here they already check each n everything after that they gv me the credit card also and now its blocked..!!         I have applied for credit card 2-3 weeks ago and hdfc bank has sent me the credit card through blue dart couriers.

        I am working in a company and my job timing is 9am to 6 pm (Monday to friday)
        With sat-sunday holidays. Blue dart courier is coming to my current address on my office working hours. I have told them to send me the parcel on saturday or sunday and they said ok we will send you the credit card on saturday but they are not coming on saturday-sunday and calling me on weekdays and telling me that sir i have at your address can you collect the parcel. How can i collect it? Why dont they come to my office address?

        Please help me out in this case

          Hi,
          I have been using credit card since september 2016. I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership. I asked them thoroughly that is there any hidden term and condition for which i will be charged. They cleary denied that i will never be charged for my membership. This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 igst for membership renewal fees. Since the words from my bank are now broken, i feel the strong urge to make them correct this as per the offer they gave me. I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.
          Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

              Hello team,

              I went to india this year in april and that's when i applied for my account conversion to nro/nri at "rama krishna nagar, chatrapur, odisha 761020, india" in person. It took them more than 2months just to convert my savings account to nro and i have been following up with the bank manager every week to know the status but most of the time my calls get unanswered.

              The current status is the manager not even entertaining my calls and i don't know where to go from here. I don't have my nri account setup and i hope you understand the value of bank account.

              Hope to get some traction here

Jab mai jail me ta tab kisi me mere policy ka use karke kisi mail se msg karke paise nikal lia hai. Jis account me paisa gaya hai axis bank ke account me vo account vi mera nahi hai. Us account ko axis bank me 2016 me open kia hai or use mere dono policy ke paise gaye hai. Mai axis bank ke khilap to report likhwa dia hu ki jab mai bank me aaya nhi to mere pan card or adhar se mera account jaise unone open kia. Or ap log bina varify kie huye meri policy surrender kaise kar die. Apko ek bar mere ghar aana chahiye ya mere family member se milna chahiye, ya mere sign match karna chahiye lakin kuch ni kia ap logo ke, bs kisi me mail kia i'd de di or paisa ap de diye, apke jaise kon sa bank hai jo bina sigh match kie huye policy surrender kar die.
                Mai branch gaya to bolte hai ki kuch nhi kar sakte hai ap mail daliye or social media se direct uper ke executive se bat kijiye. Call centre me call kro to vo sab bolte hai ki nhi milega ham kuch nhi karte hai... Meri wife ke nam hai, mujhe policy no nhi pta hai, mai policy no picha to bolte hai ki time nhi hai mujhe nahi pta hai... Kya pta uska vi paisa koi nikal lia ho, mamta pandey ke nam se uski policy hai, address - ward no 3 paddkka amarpatan did satna m. P... Mujhe kuch dino ki hi bail mili hai, mujhe 4 tarik ko pir se surrender karna hai ja ke... Uske pahle mujheere paise chahiye... Mere ghar ki halat ye hai light ka bill tak jama na hone ke karan light cut ho gyi hai... Ek rupes nhi hai.. Ydi mere pass paise hote to mai direct consumer court jata na ki apse bat karta.

                  Hello,
                  On 16th oct and 17th oct, i transferred 10, 000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
                  It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
                  Transaction id[protected] and[protected].
                  I visited both the banks on 17th and told them the incident in details.
                  But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
                  Icici bank not gave me the details of account but said as hdfc payzapp is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

                  Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

                  Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

But last three times i have not received the debit card but i have received e-mail from you on 19 sep, 26 sep and 16 oct. All the mail are stereo type stating that, the addressee is not found.
                    But i would like to confirm you that i am staying at the same address as given in the record.
                    Please do the necessary arrangements to deliver me my debit card at the earliest.

Rs. 2057 monthly emi has been deducted on 05/10/2017 from axis bank a/c no-[protected] but i have called to deposit of rs. 651/- extra due to showing on loan statement that amount has been deducted from bank on 18/10/2017 due to insufficient fund. It is not understood that amount has been deducted from bank on correct date but your statement showing wrong information. Please clarify. Regards.

                        Greetings of the day!
                        I am an account holder of [protected] a/c holder of hdfc bank.
                        I would like to bring to your notice that i have done three transactions to a particular account to a merchant for a job service promised. I was not aware that it was a fraud business they are running to get money from candidates with false promises and blocked the number i was trying to contact them after providing them the money they had asked to proceed. Please kindly dispute this transactions done to the vendor account. They asked 3500/- for registration. Then they asked 13500/- for insurance and medical to proceed further. Then they had asked 20000/- for visa purpose to deposit to go further. Once i had deposited the entire money on periodic basis trusting them, they immediately blocked my number. My friend tried reaching them. They informed him that my visa got rejected and they have to pay a bribe of 20000 /- again to proceed further. They are still trying to extract more money from me.                               Hi team,

                              I have used my priority pass card which i got along with hdfc regalia card in bangalore's plaza premium lounge during august 2017. I used priority pass couple of times and i was not charged for that, may be some 25 rs or so. But this time, i charged very heavily close to 2000 inr for eating just idly and sambhar. I don't know the reason why i charged heavily this time.

                              If there is cap in using pp card then i should have got informed on that, neither lounge receptionist nor hdfc bank credit card division executive informed me on this.

                              Also, i did not receive any timely communication via sms, phone or mail on this. I mean if i should have been informed, then i should have not accessed the lounge.

                              I am very loyal customer of hdfc bank and always uses card and other facilities judiciously and never misuses any thing. Please check my cibil score, timely outstanding clearance record. Not even a single time, my name appeared in defaulter list.

                              I would request you to please revert the transaction which has been levied on me. Charge close to 2000 inr is really unethical and not justifiable.

                              Also, please inform customers right in advance, so that they will be prepared and take decision accordingly.

But every time your representative would promise me that the same would be reversed in your next bill, every time would be fulfilled by your agent/representative.
