Today i did a tatkal train booking by my hdfc credit card-[protected] however, transaction id got generated-[protected] but without passenger details.

My family needs to travel tomorrow but i have no confirmation, hdfc and irctc customer service are good for nothing. I didn't get any response.

    I have made a transaction of rs. 5000/- to my bank account on 23th oct 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account and neither credited back to my payzapp, i tried calling customer service no one is answering the call and every time it is saying busy.

      #hdfc bank... Cheats of the first degree!!! Out to make money out of every single customer. They create mental torture and trauma especially for over 15 yrs loyal customers like me.
      Biggest opportunists to find a reason to fool customers and fine them deliberately to make money.
      They ensured that my credit card payment had technical issues in clearing my payment on time (Rather much before time), in spite of complaining to them that they need to fix their technical glitches and make note on their system, they conveniently harrowed me by making me keep re-paying (3 times) through multiple ways, then blocked my card and then the trauma created of continuously blaming me for being responsible for non-payment (And that too for a so-called one week delay on their system) and that hdfc cannot do jack # about it.
      They do not even transfer the calls to managers to handle the case sensitively... These ridiculous unprofessional and full of attitude executives show they-know-it-all, are not even able to find solutions and then show attitude. They don't care two hoots for any customer, they get a customer stranded with a blocked card and then the stereo type statements to just calm a customer and sweet talk them to believe the customer is at fault.

        Fund transferred from sbi kayyur branch with the utr number and they have provided all the proper information in screenshot with correct information on 13th oct 2017. But the amount is not credited in hdfc bank account and the same i have informed to the hdfc bank via personal banker. Every time they have said that will get back to me and so far it is not happened and now a days personel banker is not responding back. Please let me know how to proceed further.

            I am a teacher, i am not able for a visit into bank in school time. Bank also in pai village and i am from village songs. After 3:00 they (Branch employees, security guard, peon etc.) refuse any time of maintain above work. Please take a needful action otherwise i am changing my bank. Also leaving a rti.

              My transaction got failed due to bad internet, after that i saw my transaction failed and money also deducted. It happend twice means total 10, 000rs. after sometime i saw the status of failed transaction changed to success. I saw the same kind of complaint in the forum. Anyone of you help me to get my money back. I am not getting chance to talk to customer care, everyone it is busy. Can anyone please suggest me to get my money back..HDFC service is really worst no proper response to problems...

                U offer me the pre approved credit card i say yes i want before 5 or 6 month but he send me the card of my previous company address me be 4 times than i call yur customer care lost of time and i told them pls send my card at my home he told me that yes sir i send yur card at yur home address now this days i have not received that card i am not satisfied yur bank and yur customer care and yur services...

                  I have done 2 fund transfer to bank transactions (5000 each). The amount got debited from payzapp wallet. But it didnt get credited to the beneficiary account. I have enquired with the bank customer care. They said no money is transferred to this account today (23/10). Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I had transferred a payment of rs.5000 from payzap wallet on 20/10/2017 to my icici account number. By mistake i had entered a wrong account number. So i didn’t get the amount credited to my bank account. If the account holder name and account number is mismatch, how come they can transfer the payment to a different person.

                    Now neither the icici bank or the payzapp team is not taking complaint for refund. Need a best support to get back money. If the name and account number and name is mismatch, they should restrict the payment transfer or provide an alternate solution to resolve the issue. But none of them is taking even a request to resolve.

                      I have used my payzapp account with mobile number to transfer an amount of rs.13000/- on 23 october. The amount got deducted from my account. And when i called for the support they mentioned me that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be credited in my wallet within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any refund and there is no update at least to track. Hoping for the sooner response.

The amount was deducted from my account at that time but the transaction was not processed.                         Sir, on 23/10/2017 i transferred amount of rs5000 from payzapp to my bank. But it was failed. I didn't get money. Customer care people responded after continuous calls of 2 hours and said wait for 5 working days and ended the call.

                        If your technical issues why my money is grabbed. Do i have to wait for 5 days.
                        If you have technical issues stop the app services.

                          Your feroz gandhi ludhiana branch has committed to
                          (I) charge rate of interest (Roi) at 11.25% p. A. But on disbursement it was advised that it is sanctioned at 11.41 p. A. And branch has committed to reimbursed the difference. But till date difference in roi is not reimbursed.
                          (Ii) branch has committed that we can close the account after 18 installments without prepayment penalty as the loan was sanctioned under promo code. We are following the branch and processing center from last three months but no body is granting us permission to close the account without prepayment penalty. Till date we have repaid the 21st installment.

                            How dare you marked my complaint as resolved!!! Such a pathetic customer service!!! Yesterday also one
                            A person (Mr shahid khan, employee id - s59964, mobile no - [protected]) who claims to be from hdfc loan verification dept met us and presented us some fake documents which are as follows:-

                            Loan no :[protected] & [protected]

                            Pan card - sign is edited and wrong not matching with original id
                            Employment details - completely wrong not matching
                            Bank details - completely wrong not matching
                            Electricity bill - reliance electricity bill which is not applicable to residents residing in navi mumbai.
                            Contact no - wrong no, which he didnt provide us

                            We asked for the xerox copies of these above documents to raise fir in police station but he denied. We also with his manager (Mr mudassar i shaikh), sales manager, consumer durable & life stsyle products), j. B nagar, andheri (E) branch - (Visit card attached in mail)

                            I want you guys to take action against these fraudelent people as they are using our name and address for claim product loan and not providing us details of the same. We are however taking this matter to consumer court and also raising fir.

                            Kindly help in resolving above fraud case and close thsi matter as soon as possible to avoid legal battle

                            Hello team,

                            This is to inform you that from last month, around 3 people who states themselves as hdfc employees made a visit at our residential address for verification of some fake product loan from some store at worli. We are very clear that we haven't taken any loan from hdfc bank. On top of it, they are taking name of my father in law who has expired four years ago. Whenever those hdfc officials visits my place, they don't have any proof to justify their claim for verification. Three different people visited us and they are asking for our documents like adhar or pan card. My question is that when we have not taken any loan how can you ask us our private information. If you guys really want to do verification, brings all the documents which you have collected while providing loan and then match with our original id.

                            We are very much irritated as these people visit us when only my mother in law who is an patient is present at home. If again and again you guys makes unnecessary visit, we have no option but to raise an fir against this. Also i will take this matter to consumer court as this is pure harassment as just because you guys have done some goo[censored]p while giving loan, why we should suffer.

                            Kindly look into the matter and revert back asap. Never expected such big mistakes from big organisations like hdfc.

                            Again we got a call from person stating as hdfc official claiming that they we have taken loan and asking for our documents. This is too much. You guys not even courteous enough to investigate the matter and close this matter. This is pure harassment. I am going raise an fir against all these officials. Also i will lodge a complaint in consumer court against you guys for such big blunder you guys are doing. I will ensure this matter get escalate to higher end and will also claim compensation from you as now this is getting unbearable!!!

                                  My policy no. Is 15008215 in the name of preeti manchanda, i want to get my surname update in the policy after marriage surname is preeti bhatia, i have aadhar card, pan card, driving license and bank statement as proofs but they are not accepting any proof. I have given same proofs to reliance life insurance and they have already done the changes. I don't understand why they are demanding other proofs. I made a complaint also regarding this and again they have sent me the letter stating that you have to provide so and so documents for surname change which they already told me in the branch. They say you have to give marriage certificate which is not mandatory now a days, even for passport marriage certificate is not mandatory, you make fool of people while selling policies don't tell these things after taking the policy you don't co-operate with people, i don't understand if anyone else can accept pan card, aadhar card why can't hdfc life do this. Reliance has done the changes with same documents. I don't want to continue with hdfc life, please do the needful. It is really cheating.

                                  I know i have already received reply from your end but why can't you people accept pan card and aadhar card and bank proof for name change... Please reply this question when passport authorities can accept these proofs, bank can accept anf Reliance life can accept so can't you people, i am not satisfied with your answer...

                                    Today i have deposited 2000 into my payzapp account from my hdfc credit card before some time back and i tried to transfer it into my hdfc savings account but it got failed.

                                    Henxe request you to reverse it into my credit card account as early as possible.

                                      I'm sheuli dey, my atm card no is [protected], its sbi atm card.

                                      Yesterday, when i withdraw money from the atm machine (It located at mallathalli) at that time loadsheding was happened & when the electric was came, my money was not withdraw... But withdraw sms was came

                                      With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your SBI savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e SBI branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank. Assuring you of our best services always.
