Hi,
I have used my payzapp account with mobile number to transfer an amount of rs.13000/- on 23 october. The amount got deducted from my account. And when i called for the support they mentioned me that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be credited in my wallet within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any refund and there is no update at least to track. Hoping for the sooner response.

    transaction failed but amount deducted

The amount was deducted from my account at that time but the transaction was not processed. Mobikwik says that Mobikwik did not get a confirmation from your respective bank for the said transaction Please do your best for return of my amount. My personal details are below.     Sir, on 23/10/2017 i transferred amount of rs5000 from payzapp to my bank. But it was failed. I didn't get money. Customer care people responded after continuous calls of 2 hours and said wait for 5 working days and ended the call.

    If your technical issues why my money is grabbed. Do i have to wait for 5 days.
    If you have technical issues stop the app services.

    Resolve my problem immediately
    Have you got your money ?? Because I am also suffering same issue

      Your feroz gandhi ludhiana branch has committed to
      (I) charge rate of interest (Roi) at 11.25% p. A. But on disbursement it was advised that it is sanctioned at 11.41 p. A. And branch has committed to reimbursed the difference. But till date difference in roi is not reimbursed.
      (Ii) branch has committed that we can close the account after 18 installments without prepayment penalty as the loan was sanctioned under promo code. We are following the branch and processing center from last three months but no body is granting us permission to close the account without prepayment penalty. Till date we have repaid the 21st installment.

        How dare you marked my complaint as resolved!!! Such a pathetic customer service!!! Yesterday also one
        A person (Mr shahid khan, employee id - s59964, mobile no - [protected]) who claims to be from hdfc loan verification dept met us and presented us some fake documents which are as follows:-

        Loan no :[protected] & [protected]

        Pan card - sign is edited and wrong not matching with original id
        Employment details - completely wrong not matching
        Bank details - completely wrong not matching
        Electricity bill - reliance electricity bill which is not applicable to residents residing in navi mumbai.
        Contact no - wrong no, which he didnt provide us

        We asked for the xerox copies of these above documents to raise fir in police station but he denied. We also with his manager (Mr mudassar i shaikh), sales manager, consumer durable & life stsyle products), j. B nagar, andheri (E) branch - (Visit card attached in mail)

        I want you guys to take action against these fraudelent people as they are using our name and address for claim product loan and not providing us details of the same. We are however taking this matter to consumer court and also raising fir.

        Kindly help in resolving above fraud case and close thsi matter as soon as possible to avoid legal battle

        Hello team,

        This is to inform you that from last month, around 3 people who states themselves as hdfc employees made a visit at our residential address for verification of some fake product loan from some store at worli. We are very clear that we haven't taken any loan from hdfc bank. On top of it, they are taking name of my father in law who has expired four years ago. Whenever those hdfc officials visits my place, they don't have any proof to justify their claim for verification. Three different people visited us and they are asking for our documents like adhar or pan card. My question is that when we have not taken any loan how can you ask us our private information. If you guys really want to do verification, brings all the documents which you have collected while providing loan and then match with our original id.

        We are very much irritated as these people visit us when only my mother in law who is an patient is present at home. If again and again you guys makes unnecessary visit, we have no option but to raise an fir against this. Also i will take this matter to consumer court as this is pure harassment as just because you guys have done some goo[censored]p while giving loan, why we should suffer.

        Kindly look into the matter and revert back asap. Never expected such big mistakes from big organisations like hdfc.

        Again we got a call from person stating as hdfc official claiming that they we have taken loan and asking for our documents. This is too much. You guys not even courteous enough to investigate the matter and close this matter. This is pure harassment. I am going raise an fir against all these officials. Also i will lodge a complaint in consumer court against you guys for such big blunder you guys are doing. I will ensure this matter get escalate to higher end and will also claim compensation from you as now this is getting unbearable!!!

              My policy no. Is 15008215 in the name of preeti manchanda, i want to get my surname update in the policy after marriage surname is preeti bhatia, i have aadhar card, pan card, driving license and bank statement as proofs but they are not accepting any proof. I have given same proofs to reliance life insurance and they have already done the changes. I don't understand why they are demanding other proofs. I made a complaint also regarding this and again they have sent me the letter stating that you have to provide so and so documents for surname change which they already told me in the branch. They say you have to give marriage certificate which is not mandatory now a days, even for passport marriage certificate is not mandatory, you make fool of people while selling policies don't tell these things after taking the policy you don't co-operate with people, i don't understand if anyone else can accept pan card, aadhar card why can't hdfc life do this. Reliance has done the changes with same documents. I don't want to continue with hdfc life, please do the needful. It is really cheating.

                    I had done bank transfer from Payzapp to Axis Bank but yet i had not recevied amount.
                    Kindly refund or complete the transaction ASAP.

                    I had got the details from the vasai road west branch that amount will be reversed to our HDFCPAYZAP within 5 working days but still i can't find any thing in that.

                    wrost thing is that customer is not contactable on any manner.

                    Bank Branch staff only replys that our back team is working, , god know how and were are they are working. HDFC bank Application is cheating and fraud

                      I would like to inform you and need your valuable time to resolve the issue as i am facing since last 10 months.

                      I am a customer of hdfc bank from last 10 years and had a good transaction with bank, but now i am totally disappointed with the services and charges which was applicable in my statements and accounts. Due to this i am not able to do a single transaction in hdfc bank account.
                      I have an account no. [protected] in shamli branch and a credit card i. E. [protected] from last 7-8 years. As per history sheet all the emi’s paid on time but due to major accident before few months, there was some delay on my emi’s. After that bank holds my account and maintain my balance in negative. We tried several times on phone banking to continue my both the accounts so that we can pay my emi’s through net banking and maintain my accounts also for future transactions, but nobody helped me out to resolve the issue. I am facing problem to paid my emi in cash for personal loan a/c no. 3640399 to hdfc representative and after that we are facing the bouncing charges with reflect in my account also.

                      As similar the total amount reflect in my credit card a/c i. E. Rs. 105666.00, and the finance charges is also reflect in my account. I paid regular emi’s from last few months as before, so why we are paying these financial charges.

                      Sir, my humble request to you please regularize my both the accounts so that we can transfer my emi’s direct from my account and use your services in future. Otherwise it will be more difficult to me to paid such kind of financial charges in future.

                            Hi,
                            I want to cancel the policy 19663969 within free lock period as i have travel plans and the policy not useful to me anymore. I didn't receive the policy document.
                            Its already 25+ days from the policy issued. (Sep 26). I contacted hdfc life customer support regards policy cancellation 15 days before. They respond me that asked me to visit nearby branch with documents. Since i didn't receive the policy, they asked me too visit the branch with neft and policy cancellation forms with written request letter.
                            I checked with the local hdfc life branch on policy cancellation with the neft and free look cancellation forms documents. They're not accepting the same without policy document.

                            Let me know what can i do for the same??
                            Its seems hdfc life don't have a proper customer support as well as don't have a proper workflow at all.
                            I want quick and proper response for the same.

                              I have done 2 transaction to institute of chartered accountants on 29 sep 2017 for 1500 rs each but transaction declined.

                              Then i completed the transaction with another bank.. However the transaction has not been reversed yet.

                                My self anita nilesh more want to inform you that i don't want this service of one assist. Some of amount were debited from my fdfc card no.7020 without my concern. Last year i took this service but not proper response of csr and senior. It was useless but this year they forcefully activated without informing. Amount debited and i called customercare then they respond me we will call u in 48-72 hrs. Still no calls from their side wrong commitment was given mr satish senior with whom i discussed all about my previous services and told him about csr wrong commitment and not proper response.
                                So credit my amount and deactivate this useless service.

                                I have not received the details of transactions i.e. deposits and amount standing thereon of my credit card bearing no.[protected].
                                HDFC bank, you have withdrew 177 Rs without my knowledge. The description says "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 091017-MIR[protected]". My account number is [protected]. I need to know why this amount has been deducted and why was I not intimated.
                                I have not received details of transaction of my credit card bearing no.[protected].So please give me details of transactions of my credit card i.e. deposits and interests thereon.
                                I had made the final payment of my credit card (5337 xxxx xxxx 0548) in Oct 2016. Still have'nt received the NOC of the same.

                                Please suggest a way to get the same. Customer Care not responding.

                                I had HDFC children's double benefit plan few years ago. We moved to New Zealand and so now not able to continue to pay the policy amounts. So, emailed to HDFC @ [protected]@hdfclife.com. But not getting proper response from them to know the process to surrender and get a refund.

                                Not happy at all.
                                On 21st aug 2017 I have made the payment of RS 90300 RS to pay may HDFC credit CARD bill. By mistake I have paid some extra amount of rs 81, 000. I was making payment of RS 9300/- only.

                                from last 3 months i am asking to HDFC credit card to refund my money. still they are not giving me the extra amount which i have paid.
                                Please give us Statement or no dues as my Loan account No[protected], Because i have no any information about my Loan from HDFC Bank.
                                So please help to solve my problem please...

                                  I have received hdfc credit card but without my information the organization included smart emi and hegic-credit shld fl cvr services and they informed there will be no charges for smart pay service but they included that also, they made bill of nearly 1000 rupees to pay. How will i pay to those which i haven't asked them to include. Kindly take this into notice and please make refund of my amount from that organization

                                    I had received offer mail on mail id from hdfc cards for 10%cash back if hotel booked on websight bookong.com. I booked hotel in march. Booking com id [protected]. Made payment on hdfc credit card on 30th april. I have made complaints telephonicaly as well as on customer care still not received cash backhotel name hotel royle heritage. I made coplaints however bank says the problem will get solved within 7 days. Now i made complaint on phone banking the mail box of my phone banking has stopped working. Please solve my complaint.

                                    My account no is [protected]. Two time bank has deducted an ammount of 177 without any reason.I dont know what kind of facility they are providing. Also they are not provide a clear details of the reason of this deduction.my account is a salary account.
                                    With out intimation HDFC bank defected the AMB CHRG INCL GST 177rs two times from my account, need a justification and refund the same value.

                                    I associated with this bank for more than 3 year and my account type is salary account.

                                    Worst behavior from the HDFC bank... I am feed-up..
