I have been following up with over writing them 100 emails that the card benefits have not been received while i have made annual charges, and well made them updated in advance that i will stop the payment, however even after 4 months they are not able to confirm on time the late fee and finance charges they levied, while they sent the collction agency at my parents place. Right from top management, board, branch managers, service executies, sales manger are thiefs in this company and i have over 100 follow up mails / sms / calls but they are pathetice and hopeless, rather they should b sued in court
