Hi,
I want to cancel the policy 19663969 within free lock period as i have travel plans and the policy not useful to me anymore. I didn't receive the policy document.
Its already 25+ days from the policy issued. (Sep 26). I contacted hdfc life customer support regards policy cancellation 15 days before. They respond me that asked me to visit nearby branch with documents. Since i didn't receive the policy, they asked me too visit the branch with neft and policy cancellation forms with written request letter.
I checked with the local hdfc life branch on policy cancellation with the neft and free look cancellation forms documents. They're not accepting the same without policy document.

Let me know what can i do for the same??
Its seems hdfc life don't have a proper customer support as well as don't have a proper workflow at all.
I want quick and proper response for the same.

    I have done 2 transaction to institute of chartered accountants on 29 sep 2017 for 1500 rs each but transaction declined.

    Then i completed the transaction with another bank.. However the transaction has not been reversed yet.

    Please help in this regard.

      My self anita nilesh more want to inform you that i don't want this service of one assist. Some of amount were debited from my fdfc card no.7020 without my concern. Last year i took this service but not proper response of csr and senior. It was useless but this year they forcefully activated without informing. Amount debited and i called customercare then they respond me we will call u in 48-72 hrs. Still no calls from their side wrong commitment was given mr satish senior with whom i discussed all about my previous services and told him about csr wrong commitment and not proper response.
      So credit my amount and deactivate this useless service.

      I have not received the details of transactions i.e. deposits and amount standing thereon of my credit card bearing no.[protected].
      HDFC bank, you have withdrew 177 Rs without my knowledge. The description says "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 091017-MIR[protected]". My account number is [protected]. I need to know why this amount has been deducted and why was I not intimated.
      I have not received details of transaction of my credit card bearing no.[protected].So please give me details of transactions of my credit card i.e. deposits and interests thereon.
      I had made the final payment of my credit card (5337 xxxx xxxx 0548) in Oct 2016. Still have'nt received the NOC of the same.

      Please suggest a way to get the same. Customer Care not responding.

      I had HDFC children's double benefit plan few years ago. We moved to New Zealand and so now not able to continue to pay the policy amounts. So, emailed to HDFC @ [protected]@hdfclife.com. But not getting proper response from them to know the process to surrender and get a refund.

      Not happy at all.
      On 21st aug 2017 I have made the payment of RS 90300 RS to pay may HDFC credit CARD bill. By mistake I have paid some extra amount of rs 81, 000. I was making payment of RS 9300/- only.

      from last 3 months i am asking to HDFC credit card to refund my money. still they are not giving me the extra amount which i have paid.
      Please give us Statement or no dues as my Loan account No[protected], Because i have no any information about my Loan from HDFC Bank.
      So please help to solve my problem please...

        I have received hdfc credit card but without my information the organization included smart emi and hegic-credit shld fl cvr services and they informed there will be no charges for smart pay service but they included that also, they made bill of nearly 1000 rupees to pay. How will i pay to those which i haven't asked them to include. Kindly take this into notice and please make refund of my amount from that organization

          I had received offer mail on mail id from hdfc cards for 10%cash back if hotel booked on websight bookong.com. I booked hotel in march. Booking com id [protected]. Made payment on hdfc credit card on 30th april. I have made complaints telephonicaly as well as on customer care still not received cash backhotel name hotel royle heritage. I made coplaints however bank says the problem will get solved within 7 days. Now i made complaint on phone banking the mail box of my phone banking has stopped working. Please solve my complaint.

          My account no is [protected]. Two time bank has deducted an ammount of 177 without any reason.I dont know what kind of facility they are providing. Also they are not provide a clear details of the reason of this deduction.my account is a salary account.
          With out intimation HDFC bank defected the AMB CHRG INCL GST 177rs two times from my account, need a justification and refund the same value.

          I associated with this bank for more than 3 year and my account type is salary account.

          Worst behavior from the HDFC bank... I am feed-up..

            No other bank does the same.

              This is to inform you that there was a dispute on my bill generation and here once again i have provided the details.in the below provided screen shot you can see customer's name, card number last 4 digits as well as the date 23/12/16 where amount 4000 credited once and debited twice. Why this happened? Because there was a transaction failure. So it might be network issue from hdfc bank server side or that merchant's terminal issue. So you can see the mysore saree emporium took 4000 for the item i bought. One time it got failed and the same got debited then credited after end of day settlement which occurs every day.

              In april month's card statement where the mysore saree emporium merchant name has been included with same amount and same date 23/12/2016. Could you explain me the logic of sending dec month transaction on april month's statement.

              Now since its the fault from your end, why should i pay the same along with the gst, service charges and late fee which you are imposing every month's credit card bill. I am being tortured to pay the due amount every month by calling me & my parents again and again which i am not gonna do. Now my outstanding bill is showing some 9000+ which is not at all acceptable.

              And now hdfc is sending me conciliation notice stating to pay 8736.

                I have purchased a computer from m/s carryzone, vapi gujurat,
                For which i had opted payment thro credit card '
                During 1st transition the payment was debited from my credit balance but was denied to merchant & i opted for 2nd time which was carried out successfully.
                Total debited amount from my credit card was for total rupees 50000/- out of which only the payment made by me was rupees 25000.
                Immediate i called customer care of hdfc for reversal of amount to my credit balance. They confirmed it will be done only after 90 days.
                Since last 150 days i am following continuously to bank manager,, customer care. Credit card executives at our district place. But i am not getting any concrete result & only passing the ball game is going on in addition to this i am getting threatening call from bank for making payment for which i have not spent at all & today i have get a mail from advocate of bank that they are sending legal notice.
                I think i have made a big mistake by going with hdfc bank for opening a account which is only advertising as no1 bank in india with no ethics & care about customer.
                Please resolve the issue so that i will close my bank account from no1 bank of india.

                  I had applied for a regalia credit card from hdfc. Same has been provided to me. But i found that without my consent hdfc has initiated shield insurance against my credit card and that also through emi. I have informed both hdfc along with m/s hdfc ergo insurance to cancel the same. But they have not yet cancelled the same and issued me the insurance statement along with credit card bill to pay the amount. My credit card no is 8945. It is requested to cancel the insurance and return the amount deducted to my credit card immediately. Further a revised statement may be provided to me for payment.

                    My credit card was charged with 1623 rupees as finance charges and 885 (Incl. Gst) as late fee for 3 days of delayed payment, for a due amount of 11898 rupees which is so unjustifiable. Hdfc is charging around 21% of total due amount as extra which is really ridiculous.

                    Speaking to customer service is worst experience again, they were not even able to explain how the amount has been charged.

                    I am customer of hdfc since 5 years, never delayed the payments till now. I have never expected this kind of service with hdfc.

                    I want those extra charges should be waived off immediately. I request to consider this complaint and take the necessary action.

                      I requested for a loan on my citi credit card for an amount of (Rs. 164000) and by mistake got it credited into my dormant account [protected].
                      Is there any way i can transfer that amount to my salary account that is with the same bank.
                      Or how does the dormant account work. If i do a transaction will that re-activate my account automatically.

                      I got a loan requested from citi bank and got the amount (Rs 164000) transferred by mistake into a dormant account [protected].
                      Need help in getting that amount transferred into my salary account.
                      Or will i be able to do it without visiting branch, or since the amount has already been credited into the account, will the account re-activate again automatically.

                          I have applied for tpt in hdfc bank more than a month before. But still it is not activated. I have faced a lot of problems in making payments. Prime minister is insisting people for digital india and these third class banks are making people to suffer.
                          I could not make payment to my clients. Faced a lot of problems due to the bank staff and management.
                          The account is maintained at hdfc bank uruli kanchan pune.
                          Account was opened in the month of june and still i cannot make fund transfers.
                          The staff members keep on saying it will get activated soon, but still the problem remains.

                            I had given a request (On august 28th 2017) to either upgrade my credit card limit to 2l or if its not possible to upgrade, to cancel the card. I received an sms saying "the written request could not be processed, details being sent". But i never received any details. I sent another written request along with my payslip. But till today, neither my card is upgraded nor is the card cancelled.

                            Please cancel my credit card.

                            I've forwarded the signed letter along with the destroyed (diagonally cut) credit card to the address which you have mentioned.
                            I've also received an SMS on Nov 14th 2017 with the below message
                            " Your credit card has been processed for permanent closure, any loans availed on card will get preclosed with preclosure fee if applicable. HDFC Bank"

                              Needs emi option
                              I purchased a laptop recently with hope to pay in installment but there is no such option
                              I had a talk with customer care 10 to 15 times for emi option but no positive reply. I request you to kindly

                                Dear one assist

                                Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation
                                I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership.
                                But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

                                Please do needful to refund the charge.

                                Don't activate this type of subscription in future. With out my knowledge.

                                If not i will cancel my account in hdfc bank account.

                                The demat account is created by Hdfc bank without informing me .
                                They deducted Rs 887 from my account as depository charges..

                                I want my money back ..This is cheating the customers .We keep our money in the bank with trust ..

                                With the attitude of cheating customers, bank will never grow ..

                                Please return my money back.

                                  Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s4. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s4 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same.

                                  My Home Loan Application Login date 31 july 17, application reject, than start hdfc loan process money refund scam till the date almost two an half month Complete.Still HDFC money refund in proccess. Better for feature Lifetime Avoid HDFC .

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2884 without my concern on date:17/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                      Still not getting responses from hdfc or one assist team
                                      I'm using hdfc credit card since last one month card number ending with 2117. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card who you have deducted in my credit card account
