My father passed away 5 years back. He had a demat account jointly with my mother. However my mother name was registered as her marital name. However all her documents have her maiden name. We have been trying to find a solution for this for the last 4 years but we have been unsuccessful. Need an explanation for the same

We have been following up through the bank where the demat account has been opened. Every time a new problem is told and the application for transfer of shares are getting rejected. The bank officials do not have a clue on why and how the problem needs to be resolved and is always talks of the corporate office.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending 3801 with without my concern on date:17/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      I have made many complaint calls on the cancelation to this service and the response received it not satisfactory.

        Hello sir/ madam,
        I got a call in my registered mobile ([protected]) from hdfc personnel - krishenendu/ shirshendu ray) from hdfc golpark branch related to my credit card. My question is - how much calls has been done without my prior notice, even i don't have people identify. Please confirm whether mobile number - [protected] belongs to any hdfc personnel from golpark branch, i am really fed up with such complain as per my past experience, bank still pursueing to call me from different branch with different people. If such things will repeat, then i will escalate to nodal officer level.
        Need proper justification within 3 business days.

          I did one account transfer using payzapp app on 23 oct but transaction failed due to some issue which i am not aware.
          I tried to calling it's customer care number [protected] but not able to get connected this. I think this is a fake number there is no customer care of payzapp. They just fooling customers.
          I wrote a mail too but didn't get response on that one too. I am clueless right now and not sure where or whom to contact.
          That amount not credited to the bank account nor refunded to payzapp wallet.

          If anyone can help me in this case that will be very helpful.

            Hi team,

            I did a transaction from my number "78xxxxx854" on 23rd oct. Tried to transfer 5000 from my payzapp wallet to my bank account 068xxxxxxx95 with trasaction id "[protected]st75sg7".

            Till now amount not credited. Yesterday status was failed and today it is displaying success but till now amount not credited to my bank account.

            Worst service.24x7 customer care number [protected] is always busy or after ring nobody lifting the call. Unable to reach hdfc payzapp people to address my issue

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I, avtar singh s/o s. Sarmukh singh r/o village gahaur, district ludhiana having 6 saving accounts in my name and my family members name at the above said branch from last 8-9 years.
                  I was have a saving of good funds with this village gahaur, district ludhiana earlier but due to the bad attitude of branch manager ms. Amita (Misbehaving / not attending / waiting for the payment / waiting for drafts, depositing again and again), we have already shifted my/our family funds to oriental bank of commerce, branch dewatwal, ludhiana.
                  I requested for my agricultural limit as i have 90 acres of land but she refused to do so as she is always busy in her personal / family matters and always busy on mobile outside the branch. Whenever we want to contact her, she is found busy on mobile outside the branch.
                  My son recently visited the branch for depositing a payment of rs. 6.50 lacs but for her signature he had to wait for approximately 1 hour as the work of depositing money was of only 5 minutes as there was no customer at 12.30 pm dated 23/10/2017. (Please check the cctv)
                  Above all she is never willing to do work as she is engaged wit one or other personal problem on mobile.
                  I request your good self to please transfer ms. Amita, branch manager, branch gahaur, district ludhiana because each and everyone is fed up of her.
                  I will be very thankful to you for her transfer as soon as possible.

                    policy cancellation within the free look period

                    Now immediately after the purchase i made few calls to the customer support at hdfc life and requested them to cancel my policy since i had changed my mind and also was under some financial difficulties. The online team asked me to visit a nearest branch and cancel there.

                    I spoke with the representative and she told me that they will send me a cancelation...

                    As i transacted today rs 5000 using payzapp to credit the amount to my bank account which i added earlier to this.
                    But amount is not credited to my axis bank account which transferred from payzapp which is showing successful transactions as attached in the mail.
                    Please update the status where the amount gone. I didn't have amount payzapp account or in my bank account.

                        I have transferred 1000 INR from payzapp account to my ICICI account at Sunday Evening. There are status showing Payment Success but I did not receive transferred amount in my ICICI account still.
                        While I have make complaint through Email to Pyzapp([protected]@payzapp.in).
                        and There are no response from Payzapp.
                        I have called so many time on Customer Support and they are saying that amount will be refunded but I did not get my amount still.

                        This is very bad thing if this type of company is doing like this.

                          Why you are deducted rs.1399-00 from my account against credit card
                          No.[protected] today. It is very seriously viewed. Please cancel my
                          Credit card immediately and refund the same because i am not using credit
                          Card and opened also.

                          If you are not cancelled or refund the above amount i will file the case in
                          Consumer forum. Why you are debit the amount without my knowledge. Please
                          Cancel immediately and not to repeat again. You know i dont know pin no.
                          Also for using credit card. It is very shame to deduct the amount without
                          Any transaction for last two years. Why you are issuing cards and
                          Disturbing customer to get the money without service.

                          If we attend bank for your people will not respond but over phone everybody
                          Disturbing in office hours. There is no transaction by correspondence or
                          Mail. How can i accept by telephonic conversation. Some times fakes calls
                          Also may come.

                          Dont do this type of business, it is shameful to our country bank
                          Business. Our people are investing in your banks on belief but you are
                          Deducted simply in the name of online.

                          I humbly request to bank officials please take this matter seriously and
                          Justify immediately. And once again please cancel my credit card ending
                          With 1650.

                            Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : [protected]s3. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s3, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of hdfc bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Ganesh, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regardsumakant g. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

                                Hello,
                                Just want to report a call i received today from someone calling himself ritesh[protected], informing me about a classic assure plus policy i had supposedly originated in 2010, where i had paid a premium of rs. 40, 000 (Current value of rs. 1, 08, 000) and to liquidate which i'd need to make another 2 premium payments. He gave me the number of rajeev saxena[protected], supposedly from hdfc life's mumbai office, who is to explain the details.

                                This obviously seems like a con-job being attempted on a large scale using the hdfc life brand. Please initiate appropriate police action against the perpetrators.

                                  2 transactions show success whereas 1 transaction shows as failed. Please check with this issue on an urgent basis.

                                  All other transactions were a success and there was no issue except the above 3. Have this looked asap.

                                    I am following hdfc credit card since june 21st'2017 however unsuccessful in closing my debit card and the customer support is not helping me for the same. My complaint reference numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]. Card ending in 8456, i have told them many times no t & c has been discussed with me and charged the membership fees within 6 months however promised that it is free for 1 year. Now i am following them and after submitting complaint i am getting cold response and ask for the written authorized letter for cancellation of card and i have send the same. But still these people not ready to waive off the membership fees and closed the card. Now i am fully frustrated and need solution on this.

                                      I received mai from hdfc card department,

                                      I bring to your kind notice that, i vittala sudheer babu paid through my credit card no. 4893 xxxx xxxx 3182, to my mobile: [protected] and nalini teja's mobile number [protected]. I had loaded my amount to payzapp wallet on 29/09/2017 for 1st payment of rs. 5, 000/- ([protected]) and 2nd payment of rs. 5, 000/- ([protected]) on the same day. Both my transactions were successful. The first transaction was loaded and while the second transaction did not load at the payzapp wallet due to max limit has been reached. I received a message that the amount of rs. 5000.00 will be refunded to the account/card. But the same has not been credited to my account/card till date. When contacted hdfc cards customer care, they said the transaction process was successful. The same has been mentioned below for your ref.
