I have been penalised for cheque bounce, wherein i have sufficient amount in account. But i am trying since last week to speak to hdfc mangalore kadri branch no one responding to calls and also there are not professionally behaving with us. I am in saudi so i am not able to come down for this reason.
I am asking for fax number but they are saying they do not have fax number in bank. Please solve my issue since paying penalised for...

I am really disappointed with credit card. My wallet was stolen after which i blocked my credit card. To reissue the card, there was a problem. My old address was of pune but i had relocated to mumbai. To change the address, i tried to contact hdfc through phone banking but it was of no use since the card was blocked. Then, i went to the nearest branch (Khadakpada, kalyan) but they simply refused and told to contact through phone banking...

I have loaded the cash into pay zapp wallet on 14-sep-2017 but money deducted from my credit card and money not loaded in my wallet, on the day i called to support team they said that the amount is refunded same day itself. But still now i’m not received the refund.

I am holding a credit card ending with number *9800 and due to some fraud transaction happened on my card i have requested to get it blocked. I have raised a request for a new card and they have issued it ending *4002 by charging 100 rs/- now even the 4002 card has been blocked for some reason and when am trying to reach customer care they have given me a message saying card has been blocked and we will allocate new card...

I was using platinum debit card where the fees for the card is 885 including all the charges. I cancelled this debit card and applied for an lower grade which is business debit card and cost for that is 250 rupees. This, i have done based on the customer care executive suggestion. He mentioned through netbanking minimum card can be applied is business card. If you want still basic then you have to visit the branch.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0675 without my concern on date:27/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited - from my credit card without my written consent. On date:10/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and did no apply/requested for such service.. So cancel the membership and please do not charge my credit card on the issue or cancellation.

I regret that i applied credit card with wrong bank whose intentions...

I have demat account with hdfc bank. My cust i'd is 65971149. Hdfc is deducting large amount of brokerage amount from last three days.in last three days they have deducted more then 15000 rs. Today also i earned profit of 13000 but they deducted more then 7600 and send just 3375 by neft. I want my money back or else in will drag you in court for deducting my earnings....

Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation i did not get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

Please do needful to refund the charge.
