    Dear one assist

    Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation
    I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership.
    But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

    Please do needful to refund the charge.

    Don't activate this type of subscription in future. With out my knowledge.

    If not i will cancel my account in hdfc bank account.

    The demat account is created by Hdfc bank without informing me .
    They deducted Rs 887 from my account as depository charges..

    I want my money back ..This is cheating the customers .We keep our money in the bank with trust ..

    With the attitude of cheating customers, bank will never grow ..

    Please return my money back.

I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s4 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same.

          I'm using hdfc credit card since last one month card number ending with 2117. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge.                 Policy no. 15339604, when the policy is matured, the company has blocked the funds of rs. 32936 and paid only the rs. 249000 where as i have paid the total premimum for 5 years is rs. 300000/-

                I have been asking for the detailed payout done to me by mentioning total premium paid for 5 years with additional bonuses mentioned.
                Also please note that, i was not aware that if i select extend cover option, you will retain/block the maturity payout of rs. 32936 for the same. This was very high amount for the extend cover option. You have not taken any prior consent from me on accepting the 32936 amount for extend cover option. Don't you think this was cheating a customer. Just for a calculation i have paid rs. 3 lakhs premium amount for 5 years and where as i have got the maturity payout of rs. 249000/- where was the difference amount.
                I will approach your ombudsman and write to him about the complete status of this policy. Also will initiate legal proceedings on this. Absolutely this is cheating from hdfc life.
                Please workout the amount of premium paid and you have returned the maturity amount. Let us know where to meet face to face with your management team.
                Request you to kindly rework on the maturity payment and ensure you refund the amount which should with beneficial to a customer which is above the premium paid.

                  I added 5000 rupees in two times to my payzaap account on 14th sept-17 from sbi bank credit card but the amount is not credited to my payzaap account, but 10, 000/- deducted in my credit card and its not refund till now.                       I received a hdfc snapdeal credit card.. I was shocke d to see the amount of rs.1299 was charged and was taken from my account without my permission and my approval th eone assist was activated and the amount of rs.1299 was taken from my card...
                      The shock was how dare they can take it without my approval and is it he system that without the approval from the customer the bank ca act like the owner...

                        I got a call from a hdfc bank employee(Maria decosta) and she convinced me saying that I can get a moneyback credit card and I applied for that but when I got the card in hand it is a completely different one.So I tried to reach her over phone but she did not receive the call for 4/5 times, after that someone else received on behalf of her and said she is busy right now in a meeting and will call me after the meeting is over but she did not call and when I tried reaching her again she stopped receiving my call.
                        I do not understand these people can call randomly any number when they want us to get a card but when their part is done they will not even pick up our call.I did not activate the card and want it to be cancelled but that also I am not able to do by calling customer care as it is not activated.
                        I went to hdfc bank and they also refused to help and said I have to write an application and all.
                        When getting the card was so easy then why not cancelling and when it was mislead by a bank employee and then not responding to customer call.
                        Is this the way hdfc bank treats its customer!!
                        and these kind of treatments does hdfc bank tells its employee to do with customers, first convincing customer with false information and then stop responding once they successfully grab a customer.

                            I am a hdfc credit card holder more than 7 years and this is the first time i cam to know about this rule of hdfc bank. My total due amount was inr 34, 342 and i have made payment of inr 30342 and inr 4000 was due. Now hdfc bank charge me inr1052. As per hdfc bank since i have not made payment of full amount so they charged me as per their rule. And rule s are

                            A) on the total amount from the statement date till the part payment date.
                            B) on the outstanding balance till the next statement date.
                            C) on fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next billing cycle.

                            So you can see point c, for fresh purchase also they charging rate of interst which is very very unethical/unlawal/unlogical.

                            So i think by this rule hdfc bank is doing wrong with their valuable customer and they should change this.

                              This is regarding the misbehaviour conducted by the security gaurd of the atm on model town, bahadurgarh, haryana. The gaurd is aged too much and is not even able to hear properly. I was standing in a queue and a person behind me went before me to use the atm to which i objected and in turn the guard started to argue with me stating "its his turn and you come out." to which i completely denied as it was my turn to use the atm for which i was standing for a long time in the queue. Without even knowing the exact situation he started arguing with me even though i was not at fault at all and he was even not ready to listen me. Later the gaurd said that he is not responsible to account the order of the queue in which they go inside and started arguing. He even threatened to file a false complaint against me to police. I request you to please take action against him. His name which he stated to me goes by "poon". Please hire a decent person to handle an atm so that in case of any misconduct he may be able to handle it unlike mr. Poon.

                                Getting repeated calls from the number[protected] where a lady claiming to be my relationship manager asking for details of my hdfc securities detail. I didn't entertain her but surprised to see that user id has been locked probably from repeated false entries. I have received a sms from ad-nsesms which states "hdfc securities ltd has reported to nse that your fund balance 0 and securities balance 0 with them as on end of sept-17. See details at [protected]@hotmail.com"
                                I have unlocked the user id and found my account intact.
                                Requesting you to look into the matter seriously before unsuspecting customers are cheated by this gang of frauds.

                                even i received this sms as well as email for my account.
                                what i got to know is that this report does not talk about my holdings / funds..it is the broker updating exchange if any there is any fund / shares of the mine lying with them. i was relaxed knowing this.

                                  Hello team

                                  My cust id is 61098604. I have sent email regarding debit card emi complain to hdfc bank. I have recedived call from hdfc ashram road branch number starting from [protected] at 06:24pm. The person have called is very ruade and talking with loud and ruadely. He dont ready to listen my problem and he says me "dont educate me"i am very disappointed by this behaviour by hdfc bank employee. Also he has disconnect call without proper listening my issue so i request you to please provide feedback to concern person and arrange appologies call from concern person. Also please look in to my debit card emi related issue and provide resolution as soon as possible.

                                  Bank charged me 354 rupees for sept 2017 month for non maintain of 10000 rupees in my account amount in my account in sept 2017 was rupee 9800. before this month i.e for aug 2017 also they charged same. the charge 354 is too high that i can not afford.

                                    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2007 without my concern on date:17/07/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

                                        I invested through mayur vihar delhi branch in hdfc life assure classic plus plus in 2 policies by advisor alok from mayur vihar branch hdfc life, delhi branch whose phone no is [protected] and smc insurance brokers pvt ltd. He cheated and wrongly elevated me the returns to be huge with holiday pakages and rebate which was unrealistic. He harrassed me and pressurised me to buy. Now he is not picking my phone to explain falsefied facts. I would immediately like to cancel the policy. Copy has been sent to irda minisrty and consumer redressal. I would wait for your call and processing of cancellation as i would request you to help me to get back my money which i earned money for my handicap brother for treatment in future.
