Hello,
On 16th oct and 17th oct, i transferred 10, 000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
Transaction id[protected] and[protected].
I visited both the banks on 17th and told them the incident in details.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
Icici bank not gave me the details of account but said as hdfc payzapp is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

    I am bhupendra vibhande and my savings account no is [protected], my debit card is matured in jun 2017. I have applied for the renewal of the same and repeated follow up. But last three times i have not received the debit card but i have received e-mail from you on 19 sep, 26 sep and 16 oct. All the mail are stereo type stating that, the addressee is not found.
    But i would like to confirm you that i am staying at the same address as given in the record.
    Please do the necessary arrangements to deliver me my debit card at the earliest.

      Dear sir, my two wheeler loan a/c no[protected]. Rs. 2057 monthly emi has been deducted on 05/10/2017 from axis bank a/c no-[protected] but i have called to deposit of rs. 651/- extra due to showing on loan statement that amount has been deducted from bank on 18/10/2017 due to insufficient fund. It is not understood that amount has been deducted from bank on correct date but your statement showing wrong information. Please clarify. Regards.

        Greetings of the day!
        I am an account holder of [protected] a/c holder of hdfc bank.
        I would like to bring to your notice that i have done three transactions to a particular account to a merchant for a job service promised. I was not aware that it was a fraud business they are running to get money from candidates with false promises and blocked the number i was trying to contact them after providing them the money they had asked to proceed. Please kindly dispute this transactions done to the vendor account. They asked 3500/- for registration. Then they asked 13500/- for insurance and medical to proceed further. Then they had asked 20000/- for visa purpose to deposit to go further. Once i had deposited the entire money on periodic basis trusting them, they immediately blocked my number. My friend tried reaching them. They informed him that my visa got rejected and they have to pay a bribe of 20000 /- again to proceed further. They are still trying to extract more money from me. I would henceforth earnestly request you to kindly dispute the entire transactions done to this account of niraj kumar under the description of silva travels, and to please help me refund my hard earned money back soon from this fraud racket. If you need any further information, you can reach me at [protected] / [protected]. I have attached the dispute form in the mail attachments for your assistance and investigation.
        I have tried reaching the customer care but they keep asking me to contact the nearest branch who in return tells me to contact the customer care.

        I look forward to a speedy action from your part as this might save other candidates too from being a victim of this fradulent activties.

          I need an apology letter from the credit card collection team for misbehaving with me and my family. First to make a payment, i have been trying

          To call them for a week now and no one is interested. When i call jyothi phone : [protected], she is too arrogant and says she is at a higher

          Post and cant listen to me.
          She makes one of her employees (No : [protected]) call me and he says he is going for lunch so he doesnt have time. I tell him that i need to talk

          As i am on a full day meeting. He puts me on hold, saying one min and decides if he has to order fish biryani or mutton biryani. When i asked

          About this, he says he told me its his lunch break.

          I come from an organisation who treats customers like king and here i dont even get treated like a customer. He says next time be prompt on your

          Payment. I dont want a collection person passing lewd remarks on me. The collection team has been dealing in such a way that they have forgotten

          The manners. I will never have bank with you again

          I have called jyothi 35 times after my conversation with the agent and she never picked up

          My card filed logged in on 23rd september...And during this i received e reference number and then application number and then received and did digital verification through tvw message, and card received almost date is coming to an end and till now i don't get any type of verification after digital verification...So please review this...

              Hi team,

              I have used my priority pass card which i got along with hdfc regalia card in bangalore's plaza premium lounge during august 2017. I used priority pass couple of times and i was not charged for that, may be some 25 rs or so. But this time, i charged very heavily close to 2000 inr for eating just idly and sambhar. I don't know the reason why i charged heavily this time.

              If there is cap in using pp card then i should have got informed on that, neither lounge receptionist nor hdfc bank credit card division executive informed me on this.

              Also, i did not receive any timely communication via sms, phone or mail on this. I mean if i should have been informed, then i should have not accessed the lounge.

              I am very loyal customer of hdfc bank and always uses card and other facilities judiciously and never misuses any thing. Please check my cibil score, timely outstanding clearance record. Not even a single time, my name appeared in defaulter list.

              I would request you to please revert the transaction which has been levied on me. Charge close to 2000 inr is really unethical and not justifiable.

              Also, please inform customers right in advance, so that they will be prepared and take decision accordingly.

                I don't know how and why that money got deducted from my account.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  It is to inform you that i had requested for reversal of late payment charges to your representative. But every time your representative would promise me that the same would be reversed in your next bill, every time would be fulfilled by your agent/representative. Due to this, such late fee increased to rs. 9643.49 (Given below) which leads to creation o[censored]nnecessary liability on me.

                  So, it is my humble request through this letter that pls reversal those unnecessary charges that levied against the credit card bill as early as possible so that i can clear the all dues of credit card.                     This inform to us unnecessary visit 12/10/2017 time 15:00 and fraud inquiry at my home for house loan. This is very serious matter. I have not taken any loan for hdfc bank. I guy was visit my home &he is confirm the i m hdfc loan department for loan inquiry regarding brikesh patel loan amount was 25lac. It has to be wrong information pass from hdfc bank. He is go to my neighbor. And asking my from hdfc bank from loan department. Also call to neighbor son fron krushan bhai and correspondence and he is asking please share brikesh patel mother number and where is she job location. This is very serious matter from your end.

He is confirn the never come to my home. So who is come my home and this number mr. Sandeep panday called neighbor. If mr. Sandeep does not come then how to put the phone so how did this number talk?

                      I just logged into my HDFC netbanking and find that under Loans tab, it is saying that there is no loan mapped to my account.Please help as I have almost paid 12 months EMI out of a 5 year Tenure.

                        It has been about 2 months i have opened nre and nro account with hdfc bank in gujarat, at the time of opening my account the lady (Ms mamta sonare who opened my account) had my mobile no. Written in residence phone no. Instead of mobile phone no i am not able to transact as it says my phone and email id are not set up

                          I ve preclose my jumbo and insta loan in july'17 yet i ven't received closure stmt for it. Being calling to phone bank from last couple of months nothing is working out... Pathetic service.. Feel cheated.. Everytime ur executive say give 4 days i m waiting for last 4 mths... Doesn't understand how much time it takes to generate a stmt. Hope atleast now i will get a response.

                            Hi team,

                            I am using hdfc credit card from last more than 4 years but i haven't miss any payment of it but this time i missed payment of around rs.3, 500 and paid late by 8-9 days around but what i can see is the heavy charges in the form of late fees and finance charges, applied in my next bill which is not justified at all. (As shown in the below screenshot).

                            I request you to please take this as an exception and reverse the same charges from my account.

                              HDFC bank needs to give it's EMPLOYEES some serious training material on customer service. I applied for PL and was told it will be processed in a week .. it took then 3 weeks to process the application. You call them 5 times for the same query and you will get 5 different answers and none of the answer is true.
                              Poor customer service.
                              You drop them emails, they will not respond.
                              You call them, they will hang up on you.
                              I wish HDFC goes bankrupt and gets lost from the business.

                                I have a salary account in hdfc bank.after quit the company this salary account is not used. After few months some amount of money is credited this account but rs 3118 is cut the bank. Can i return this money after closing my account???

                                    Hello,

                                    I’m not receiving otp when adding a new beneficiery from past 4 months. I have spoke with customer care team, everytime they have been saying “the peoblem will be solved in next 24hrs”. I’m getting alerts on my mobile. Either the bank has to remove this otp option or provide good service. Hiw can i use the banking services with out receiving otp. Hope someone from hdfc bank will fix this. Thanks.

                                      On 7thoctober 2017 saturday i added 20, 000rs to my payzapp wallet by using my hdfc credit card, 20, 000 has added to the payzapp wallet, 1stly i transferred 5000 rs to my friends axis bank acc it shown that transaction is successful, i thought that it is credited and i started to transfer fund rs 5000 to my hdfc bank by two times it got succesful and also credited 10, 000 to my hdfc acc and lastly i send 5000 rs through contact name to myself it also got successful y transferred and credited to my acc, but the 1st transaction to axis acc fund has not received in to axis bank account but money got deducted from payzapp wallet.
                                      A transaction from payzapp on which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support call centre anytime busy no response from hdfc, they just diverting by telling this is not our dept like that silly answers, no response right now,

                                        I suffered and torchered by hdfc bank from past 5 months. Seriously very unfaithful bank. No one in the bank executives cleared my query and creates unwanted amount day by day. All persons provide fake information. This is very disappointed because no any court, law and admin is present in india to stop this type of fake activities. And i also recommended to all users please do not use the hdfc credit cards specially.

                                        HDFC is Simply charging Depository Charges of 773.33, and Debit card charges of 885. And its was free debit card given for salaried account.
