I was using a hdfc bank edc machine from long time.
When i had taken edc machine bank had given me circular of charges. I had confirm with them while taking edc machine.
After 1-2 years in may 2017 bank had charged in my account.in september while i was checking my mini statement then i come to know that every month low uses charges is dedected may 2017. Every bank must have to inform there customer by any communication way whenever rules are changed.
Hdfc bank had not informed me about changes in charges. They are now sending me new charges circular which is not applicable on me. Here i had request you to please provide my refund bank into my account.
My home branch is sion (Mumbai)

This is fraud with me as a royal customer.

Hdfc bank is not replying for wrongly charged into my account. I thought I will get refund through help of your website but still no refund I had received back to my account.
Sir Maine Soppetrade website SE apne HDFC account me 500 09/10/2017 ko transfer kiya but waha SE neft 10/10/2017 ko ho gya per Abhi tak mere account me nhi aaya

      I tried to book ticket on 10th october, 2017 for train number 12029 from new delhi to beas. During booking time, on payment page i entered the all credentials and press ok, after two seconds it shows me error. Money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked.
      I waited for 5 days to get my money back, but i still not get my refund back.

      I need my money back please do the needful.

        Dear sir,
        This is naresh kumar from chennai, one month before i have paid rs. 2000 to institute of company secretaries of india but the transaction was a failure. Transaction date is 24/09/2017 around 11.00 am. I have compained "n" number of times regarding the issue. But the bank is not at all responding properly. Since its is unsuccessful transaction they are asking for proof of such transaction. How can i provide the same? It is the responsibility of the bank to check the proof o[censored]nsuccessful transaction.

          I ordered online goods to the site dhamaalshop.com on 11-april-2017 with using my hdfc credit card & merchant payment gateway (Hdfc) and the same were expected to be delivered at my given address, but i never received the same till date. But neither i got solution from "consumerhelpline.gov.in" nor from "hdfc bank". Please help me out to provide solution to refund back my non delivered product, as i was using hdfc bank credit card as well hdfc gateway & after there was immediately information given to national consumer helpline for this fraud website & fraud gateway which is provided by hdfc bank.
          Where is my fault since i m getting mental & financial harrasment..??

            Today (15oct 17) i got a call in disguise from hdfc people (Around 2pm) they asked about my debit card which needs to be upgraded. Though i didn't discolse then pin, before i could understand 2 transaction took place from payumoney and some one in the name of sandeep kumar was credited twice the amount of inr 9021/-. A total of 18042 was deducted from the account i have informed customer care and payumoney about this. Transaction id of[protected] and[protected] is requested to block at payumoney. Tomorrow i will visit the branch.
            I found the debit card is deactivated now! No clue on who did this?? I didn't directly ask hdfc customer care to block, they told me to visit branch as soon as possible.

            Please let us know, what are the chances that i get my money back? And how long it will take to settle.

              Myself krunal pardeshi s/o rajendrasinh pardeshi have register for cashless hospitalization for my father rajendrasinh pardeshi at nirmal hospital surat, gujarat.
              Hdfc ergo rejected my application saying that during initiation of policy (Year 2014) we didn't disclose about diabetic symptom of my father. Indeed, at the time of policy issuance (Year 2014) medical test was conducted and it has been revealed that my father is diabetic. For that i am paying 10% more premium since last three years. Have attached snapshot of policy and additional payment receipt.
              Note: at the time of policy issuance policy company was l&t insurance which changed to hdfc ergo in year 2017.

                Bank didn't respond in time to my complaint number hbl[protected] case number 06024615, docket number[protected] dtd 4th oct 2017 and due date 2 working days. Bank repeats its mistake again.

                Bit surprised that no response from mr mathai to my complaint hbl[protected] case number 06024615 and docket number[protected]
                About his finding upon investigation complaint date 4th oct dead line for resolution 2 working day

                I am shocked again to see minimum balance amount of rs 708 deducted on 13th oct 2017 irrespective of maintaining minimum balance amount for general savings account

                Not giving proper response to complaint and repeating same mistake again and again is a serious violation and unethical banking practice

                With this mail i notify that i reserve the right to take necessary legal action against hdfc bank and its velachery main road branch officials

                I would like to notify that some other staff of the branch are calling my son mr. R. Abhaiguru customer id of hdfc bank810751 who is maintaining another sb account in the same branch are frequently calling him to apply for international credit card.

                My son is a student he doesnt have any kind of income he is not eligible to apply for any credit card

                Without knowing the fact the concerned official of branch is calling him repeatedly and disturbing him since the calls are received from bank branch landline number the calls are not blocked by the dnd facility activated in the mobile

                You are requested to investigate on this matter on priority and do the necessary corrective action within 2 work days including reversal of charges deducted gst earlier dues of rs 256 to advice bank branch staff no to disturb customers on credit card application without verifying eligibility criteria

                Dear mr. Dayananth.
                Thanks for your info. Why should i lose rs 256 for no fault of mine i haven't requested to change my account type rather i am compelled to do so which is a violation of agreement with bank. It is clear negligence by bank. Not taking call is an excuse. The answer must be in writing. All my grievances related to non provision of locker. No service by single point contact etc. Not addressed. Hence i would like to escalate the issue till my tax amount is paid upto any level. Let hdfc bank grievance team address the issue after proper investigation. If i didn't receive convincing response then i would take all other options available legally and ethically.

                    I have a hdfc saving account with zero balance. I am not using the account since more then one year and i am charged with inr600/- quarterly. At the time of account opening the bank executive never told me about such charges. Now the bank has made an overdue of approximately inr8000/- rupees on the account in minus balance. Sometime back amount of inr4000/- was transferred to this account and its automatically adjusted...

                    I got an hdfc credit card last year. A month later i got priority pass with the card. I was told that i can avail two complementary lounge visits per quarter. It seems later their policy changed but i was not intimated about it. I used the priority pass on 22nd july and i got a charge of inr 1700+taxes in september months's statement. I tried to call customer care but they are saying that i don't have any option other than paying the bill. They are not even closing my credit card. I want either my card to be closed or refund of the charges.

                      I made a payment of rs 250 through payzapp an app of hdfc bank on 23 sep 17 for recharging my mobile no.
                      The transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I enquire the same from payzapp customer care they informed me that my amount will be refunded with in 5 working days. After 5 days i checked again from payzapp customer care then they told me that your refund has been given check from your bank. I checked from my bank they have no clue about all this. Till date i am waiting for the refund. You are requested to do the needful.

                          Hi, i am using hdfc credit card for more than 5 years, i never opted for the service one-time assitant but it got activated automatically which charged 1899 rupees on my october statement. Spoken to hdfc credit card customer i care, where they will help me out and also spokeneassist customer care, karan who is rep ultimately useless.

                          I am wondering how these kind services get activated without the knowledge of customers, where this is very irritating and these kind of a things spoils the trust, long earned name of the bank.

                                Am maintaining hdfc bank account for last 6 years... The last one year am in abroad, so am not suppose to use my indian account for transaction. Also i had my own nre account.

                                Amount has been deducted for not maintaining minimum balance.. Now my account balance is -448 inr.

                                Also august and september month penalty has been deducted in one day t. At least if you could deducted for august month... I would be aware of this issue in august itself.

                                Hdfc cheated my amounts by deducting two months penalty without any intimation

                                  My account no is [protected], some amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

                                  i m the hdfc customer, hdfc has become more worst which is not use for any savaing as planned, and what is amb chrg incl gst for oct2017-mir[protected], this is very worst, i m planning to clsoe the account within december. Minimum balance should be 5k its not possible, just get back to us with refund information.

                                    This is lakhan singh. I made a transaction through payzapp on 22/10/2017 in which i transferred 5000 /- from my payzapp wallet to my hdfc bank account. But i entrered incorrect ifsc code as hsfc0000396 instead of correct ifsc code hdfc0000396. Initially it showed transation failed but amount was deducted from my wallet and not received in my bank account. Now in history that transaction is showing successful but no amount is received in bank account as ifsc code entered was incorrect. My transaction id is[protected]zq16zk1
                                    Now i tried their number multiple times but their number is always busy also i send email three times but no response yet.
                                    Feeling cheated... Big fraud company... Please stop using this app

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      This is to inform you that myself indranil nandi holding an account with your bank at salt lake sector v branch kolkata, west bengal. My account number is [protected]. At thetieof opening it was a salary account but i have left the company in feb 2015. I am not using this account from 2015 onwards still the bank withut intimating me has converted this account into savings and are putting a charge of 699 rupees per month for non maintainenance which is against rbi policy. I was staying abroad for long time and currently staying in mumbai. Hence it is impossible for me to operate this account. Request you to kindly close the account as early as possible and intimate me as i will not be using this account anymore.
