I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I got a text today it's showing unbilled rs. 1299/- as smart emi request from my credit card number ending with 9980 without my consent on date:27/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this credit card any more. So cancel the credit card and refund/adjust this debited amount of rs.1299/- it's a one assist membership fee
Note: i've note used the credit card even activated it /reset pin. Got it recently

    I am trying to cancel my credit card using phone banking but hdfc bank is insisting on give a written application and send it to chennai address.
    My concern is if they can issue credit card over phone banking and all verification is done over phone banking then cancellation request shall be executed using phone banking. Why am i supposed to write something for cancellation.
    This is just mental harassment carried out by hdfc bank credit card department.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    OTP 's are receiving my registered mobile number of HDFC netbanking due to that i am not able change my forget password and credit card payment and other trasactions as well.

    Long ago I requested for a credit card.Your guy told me that after 10 days I will get the card.But I did not get the card for 22 days.If your bank can not give it, I do not need it anymore.

      I want to close my salary account [protected]. So i submitted all my document to the branch sheikh sarai. But no action is taken till date and monthly they are charging me for non-maintenance account.

      I went to janakpuri branch where i have submitter my account closure with demant closure form. But they only close my demant account only. Please its a request to close my account. I am not going to pay any charge as i have given my document on 3 montha back.

      Please take necessary step to close my account.

          I recieved an sms today stating the following “dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to tata aia life insurance co ltd with value rs. 31506.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.“ i am not aware of any such transaction authorised by me.             May i know what these charges on my hdfc bank account are for?

            Amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]
            Amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]

            These charges were levied this week, and i don´t really use my hdfc account for online transactions, so what am i paying gst for? I lost rs 708+ rs 531 as these charges. I´d like to know what amb stands for and what the charges are.

              I tried to add money into my payzapp wallet and during that process the amount for rupees 1400 was credited twice from my bank account but not added in the wallet. I tried contacting customer care helpline number and mailed the payzapp support team many number of times but there was no reply from your side. I request you to please refund my amount of rupees 2800 immediately.

This oneassist membership was given to me without my knowledge and rupees 1299 was debited from my card. I contacted the oneassist customer care but your executives were too annoying not letting me cancel the membership and explaining me again and again your services even after i said i am not interested. Please cancel my one assist membership and refund my money back.

                      My personal loan is running in your esteemed bank. Dur to some major problem in my family my september month emi is missed from my side.. This is the first emi that i have not paid.. One of the employee from your bank talked to my mother very rudely.. My mother was continuously saying to note down my daughter's number as her number is changed. He didi not listen and talked in a very bad manner and disconnect the call. We are requesting him that we will pay it by 29th september positively. But he did nt listen.. Atleast the person should the listen to the old person polietly.

Whenever we call her she is always busy. First time our cheques had been stopped to encash at other branches of hdfc and we are calling her again n again and she always says i am busy we dont know what documents we have to submit. We have nine sister concern accounts in your bank by the name of m/s indoglobe traders, m/s igc fastners, s/a rajiv singla, sanjeev singla, anupam singla, veena singla, rohini singla, rajiv singla and sons, sanjeev singla and sons if you will not take action i will be forced to close all these accounts.                                 I received a hdfc dinerz credit card ten days back and to my shock they have activated the credit card protection policy without confirming with me.
                                Now i want to cancel the credit card protection policy to which customer care is continuously saying we can not cancel it.

                                I would like to get full refund for the policy. Also please let me know how to deactivate the credit card as i do not wish to use it for my rest of life.

                                In future i will not recommend to use hdfc credit card nor will use it.

                                Hopefully it is resolved immediately.

                                  On contacting the OneAssist team at[protected] I was blatantly told that this is the best plan that I can get, despite my repeating time and again that I do NOT want it. Furthermore, I was told that cancelling the plan would lead to my own loss as the amount is already debited when in fact the fact of future clandestine auto debit of the amount was HIDDEN from me at the time of accepting the credit card membership. The OneAssist staff said that they will not 'refund' my money which is absolutely unacceptable. The call was made on 26/09/2017 at 12:12 PM.

                                  send a mail for bank did a fraud with customer. Who will responsible
                                  for this.
                                  Main thing I asked solution of this problem, they totally failed. bank
                                  did't give any one reason to I'm here to use account continue. So I
                                  decided to close the bank account.

                                    Dear payzapp team,

                                    I transferred money from payzapp rs. 1100/- dated 24th-sep-2017, but money has not received in to my axis bank account but amount got deducted from payzapp wallet.
                                    So please refund my money in my account...

                                    Your customer number is alway bussy pls check update me asap.

                                    I wrote the mail to their support id but i have not getting any response from payzapp. This is the worst experience of my life.

                                    Dono't use this app. They are fraud. They are just making a fool to a general public.

                                      [protected]W2 no this wrong reference number...when i applied online credit card so this number was showing but actually when i applied from HDFC BANK ranjangaon there is different reference number but accidently i lost my iphone so cannot trace/track this number...[protected]W2this is new application number but my old number when i applied throu BANK...this reference number i forget it...and also i submitted my Payment slip Last month
                                      and pan card xezox in bank 9days ago ...when i'm going asking for where my credit card ..he says submit payment slip and pancard ...that day...

                                      so now plaese help me for new credit card

                                        I have opened hdfc sb a/c in thippasandra branch bangalore on 2012 & requested for canceling my sb a/c on 2015 dec with written complaint to front office lady. When i visted 3months later office was been shiffted to new location, where the same lady was been there and asked abt my calcelation process, she told need to check with branch manager & he is nt available now. Then waited for 20mins bt no very poor response. Later visited to same branch after 2 weeks meet branch manager & asked status of my a/c where he asked for acknowledgment for the same where i have nt recvd any thing such. He also told there is negative balance of rs.3520/- without paying that account will nt get canceled if you want i can get waived of rs600 to rs800 so that u can continue using it. I told i[censored] can waive all negative charges i can use it as my salary a/c its nt my mistake of nt canceling the a/c after give writen request also & also came to there is charges of demat a/c, charges for platinum debit card which was been given free of cost to me & not even aware of the charges and have takeny signature with my knowledge. This is my humbel request to hdfc that if all my negative balance to get nullyfy and get me to use it or cancel the a/c permanently if so confirm me & this yime i am very serious abt this issue as a client for ur bank.

                                        I have made a transaction Rs.10000, on 3rd September, 2017. It has failed.
                                        But deducted from Payzapp wallet.
                                        But, still the amount not refunded to my account.
                                        Please solve my issue and make the refund.
