I have been using hdfc diners rewardz card for almost 2 yrs now and spending 30, 000-40, 000 rs per month on average, as hdfc was giving 3 points for spending 150rs with each reward point worth 0.75 rs. Now, i got to know that the points have been reevaluated, post 15th aug, to 0.30 rs. Per point, without intimation!

I have 24, 000 points currently whose value decreased by 10, 800 inr. This is how hdfc rewards customers for loyalty!! You ask us to spend by showing some reward value and provide something else?! This is plain cheating and stealing customer's money.

I am expecting a refund of the lost money due the revaluation of reward points. Thanks hdfc for looting my money!!

    I a banwari lal sharma. I have taken a credit card from from hdfc bank of which full payment has been made to the respective bank. Details of account are :-

    After making the full payment to the respective bank, the bank showed the remark "settled" in cibil and due to which we are facing many problems. So kindly help us in getting no dues certificate.

    I have been charges Rs177 for this 3rd Party cash txn multiple times within 2 months..
    Without any information how could this be done... I have been trying to HDFC contact customer care but my call automatically disconnects. I have also sent an email but never heard anything back on it.

      I used my hdfc debit card to withdraw 5000/- at citi bank, on 29/09/2017at 11:05 but money was not dispensed. I received the slip with ser no.008606stating "0614 dispenser failure". But the money was debited from my account on 29/09/2017. I request you to kindly arrange to get back rs.5, 000/-.

        I have been charged 767/- from the hdfc bank without any notice and the transaction details says
        Inter-brn cash chg incl gst 160917-mir[protected]

        I called the hdfc for the charge back and there was no response from them

        When i called the customer care or the personal banker they said i can go and raise a request anywhere and this would not affect them as this is the rules. It is up to the branch to mention the charges. And it is customer's issue if they don't know the charges for the transactions.

        Ridiculous service from hdfc.

          Hi sir,

          I applied for a personal loan in a hdfc bank and got it but after few days my documents was illegally used for generating credit card without my prior knowledge. (Without my permission)

          Even they started auto debited some amount for pay online bills of my mobile number.

          I want to close this this credit card as soon as possible, you can call me on +91 [protected] for further help.

          Otherwise i will complaint to concern authority for using my confidential documents without my permission.

          Please take immediate actions.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I loaded the money rs 10, 000 from credit card (Lic credit card issued by axis bank) on 27.09.2017 at 1.30p. M. To payzapp.
            Credited amount is not came to payzapp and it is shown balance is 0.
            But amount is deducted from my credit card and i got the acknowledge of deduction as sms.
            Please see that amount to be reached to payzapp balance.
            I wrote the mail regarding this to [protected]@payzapp.in but no response. I got system generated mail and i also called payzapp toll free : [protected] number but no response.
            I request take the action on hdfc and ask them to return back the balance.

            We visit to Sector 40-D HDFC Branch And we said to the Branch Manager and to Mr.Shavinder to open the current account of ours bt they both behaved rudely with us and said tht in this branch no current account could be opened

                I was using hdfc regalia card. I used this card only because of one and only reward feature telephone/dth recharge option.

                Hdfc suddenly removed the feature with out informing through email and phone.

                When i ask recharge option for existing rewards, hdfc denying the feature.

                This is absolute fraud by hdfc, to lure customers and cheat in future.

                this service [protected]@hdfcbank.com is absolute fake and useless. HDD is fake bank. Do not put any deposits in this bank. One day they are going to run away with all your money.

                    I have bought a credit protect plan from hdfc life online as the offer was showing in hdfc internet banking so i bought it their itself. I bought that policy on 8th june 2017. I did not receive any policy so i have raise a ticket in hdfc life by sending an email to [protected]@hdfclife.com, but still now the ticket is not resolved. I don't why they are taking so much time to check this? I have also send them the statement where the transaction is mentioned. But still no result.
                    Everyday i am sending emails asking about the status of ticket and never gets a response. So please resolve my ticket.

                      Hi all,

                      I could have noticed that rs.1899 as on 28th sept'17. Already this account de-activated on 26-sept but now without my notification one assist team has been activate it again and deducted this amount from my account.

                      Kindly deactivate my plan for this year due to amount detected without customer knowledge so now requesting you to refund the amount of 1899 at the earliest and contact me anytime in case of any clarifications required.

                        There was reduction in udf charges at delhi airport. So, people flying after 1 august to and from delhi had to be refunded excess udf amount if they had booked tickets early.

                        My travel dates were 11 aug from ahemdabad to delhi and 17 aug from delhi to ahmedabad.

                        Airlines & booking agents have already refunded amount to smartbuy long back and below are the details:

                        Refund receipts are already mailed to smartbuy but these people don't bother to revert back.

                        It has been 1.5 months escalating everything but nothing works. These people are not ready to refund the amount.

                        Please someone help me here.
                        Can i lodge a police complaint against these people?

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I am a customer of hdfc bank-credit card and totally dissatisfied not from the services but from the behaviour of your staff members. Hdfc people calls me time and again and use very vulgar language so that i make payment on time. Understand, i have taken this credit card for my use not for the hussle they have created into my personal life and i want these people to be chucked out from the bank. And who have given them permission to use their personal phones to call the clients - i want to report the number [protected]. Please take an immediate action against these number, else i will have to go to consumer forum to complaint for this.

                          Please take action on this asap.

                            I have never been to any foreign country, but hdfc deducted intl atm withdrawal gst charge from me on 21st sep 2017 rs. 547/-

                            What is this? Very much ridiculous.

                            When i called them, they are even unable to show me the transaction for which the charges has been charged.

                            Absolutely not expected from hdfc. Very very dissappointed.

                            I lost my hdfc credit card, my login credentials got expired automatically before 6 months. Then i called customer care many times, its asking for many extension numbers, but nobody is available for help. So, i could not pay credit card bill. Now the charge for the amount 420 is above 5000.

                              Had written to cancel my credit card. Had sentt written application along with payment cheque. Didt get cancellation confirmation. Again raised this issue with consumer complaits. On complaint, they confirmed receipt of complaint and told their executive will be in touch.
                              They contacted and asked for cancellation fee of rs 100/. They asked me to give otp of hdfc and icici. I did not give any otp as it was instructed not to share with anybody

                              Kindly block this card and i will not make any payment to anybody from now onwards.

                                26.9.2017 i got a credit card of hdfc bank after 6 months i applied so many times oll the times after verification it got sucked however finally i get a card bharat credit card platinum hdfc card no [protected] after getting that ol the otp i get it today i get message that my credit card is successfully linked with my account when i am generation the pin it showing its a invalid card when i go to bank for register same problem then i speak with phone banker then she told me dis card is deactivated by mistake you get that... Why you guys doing this stupid work? See m totally pissed of with your services now just tell me how much time you guys take to reactivate this card???                                   My name debasish tripathy from odisha bhubaneswar. I am using hdfc credit card with 35000 limit. Suddently today my limit decreased to 23000 without any information. Credit card end with 9724. My account shows negative 11900. How can i pay it without any infomation he decreased. If here my problem will not resolve i will go to court. And case a file to hdfc bank.

                                    It was informed to viswanath and jamal by my builder (Nilesh) that we are planing to do registry on 28-july-2017 and requested
                                    To viswanath and team to do my disbursement from indore branch. I went indore specially for registry only and it was told me that all loan related documents will be courier 28-july-2017 by flight.
                                    Nothing was done as mentioned on above date, it was totally fallacious information provided to me and my builder.
                                    Documents reached indore after 1-aug-2017 that is totally wasted for me because i need loan on 31-july-2017.
                                    Jamal who is doing all process for me told us that you please go ahead with registry and we will disburse you loan but this was not happened.
                                    I dont understand why all documents and process is not told to us in single shot, why i faced multiple surprises in between process.

                                    I was doing continuously follow up with hdfc team but no body was taking it seriously and i was helpless on 31-july-2017.
                                    This is not not acceptable.
                                    Is this is a kind of customer services provided by hdfc?
                                    On what basis we believe on hdfc?
                                    Is hdfc took 2+ month for loan process?
                                    Why all information are not passed to us truly?

                                    Please help me to return all the document with fee

                                      I applied for the consumer durable loan to buy a Air conditioner in the month of aug 2017, at the time of disbursal the HDFC advisor told me that there is 0% ROI on the loan and the amount of 18802 will be deducted in 9 equal EMI's of 2023, but now when I receive a message from HDFC bank to maintain the montly EMI balnce in account, I am shocked to see the amount is changed from 2023 to 2177 and I receive the message of ROI is 1.5% per month that means 18% . I am shocked to see how clever are HDFC employees, they even don't care the breach of the trust from the customer . this is the second time this is happening with me, first time I leave this, but this time, I am writing this complaint to let the people know about HDFC non professional behaviour, Please please I will request the people to stay away from HDFC, the most pathetic behavior ever shown by any banker .

                                        I am hdfc credit card holder. The bank will activate one assist membership process but i don't like this so please stop the one assist process i am calling the hdfc bank customer care and also one assist customer care but no response so please you will do the cencel one assist membership

                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Recently i noticed that rs. 306 has been deducted from my account under DC INTL ATM W-D MARKUP GST 110917-MIR[protected] on 26th Sep 2017. Please justify the reason for deduction. If it is by mistake please refund the amount.
                                        Your Hyderabad credit card collection department people was talking very roodly on call.they are behaving like roudys.

                                        Before approving the loan they told that 10.9% interest.Once the loan approved they changed to 13% interset.
