I have made transaction via hdfc mobile app via upi and amount is not credited in the beneficiary account after 5 days, and when i tried to register the complaint then there is a error, this humiliating, my amount is stuck mid-way and these guys are not responding, i have registered the complaint as well, even customer care guys says it will take 7 days to resolve, # you guys my money is with you for 7 days, i need it for some important purpose,

Just stay away from hdfc these guys are worst.

    Earlier i had booked tickets from delhi to portblair from safdarjung airport counter, but due to some unforseen circumstances, i got cancelled the tickets from the safdarjung airport counter on 26/08/2017.
    I have paid my ticket charges thru my hdfc credit card "* * * 2203", but till date i have not received my refund of rs. 1, 90, 000/-.

    Cancellation date: 26/08/2017
    Till date i have not received my payment for the last 30 days. Air india is defeating the purpose of dream of pm modiji and the refund should take no time in digital payment. Please take necessary action. My mobile no. Is [protected]

    It is to be noted that as per air india (Mr. Sanjay) had sent the request no. 25 dated 14/09/2017 and some mr. Paresh from hdfc gateway (Mob no. [protected]) is dealing for the refund. Strict action should be taken for such a negligence.

      My wife have an account in indusind bank. I went to shastri nagar a block atm. I input 4000 amount. Rupees 4000 deducted from my account but dispenced 2500 only, then i again use atm and widrow 1500 again for my requirement and request mini statent through that atm. I get mini statemement that showing 4000 deducted from accont but actualy i recived 2500from that transaction on 23/9/2017 -9.27am. Kavita

      Take action or police complaint.we already suffer for less 1500 dispenced but here is another issue of hacker, they want to robe all my money. Please take action or i will send my complaint on face book that hdfc atm transaction are not safe.using atm means robe your all amount.

      1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e IndusInd Bank) branch where you hold the savings bank account.
      2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
      3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

      I want to change my contact number in my HDFC credit card [protected] to [protected] please change it as soon as possible.
      My credit card no.[protected]. this card billing date is 18th of the month and payment date is 7th of the month. But my salary comes on 10th. So please change the billing date of my credit card 18th to 25th of the month. we already call to customer care but no response.

        Iam take policy in jun month hdfc people said u pay the policy amount by hdfc credit card nd u have a offer in 0% interest we convert the policy amount by emi.. Still today they didn't convert my emi.. And i call past 3month they didn't atten the call also.. Daily i try 50 time still the didnt atten the call if they atten the call means they answer by unprofessional words (Apadi than panuvom ena vena paniko yarta vena compliant kudu...) like this they are speaking my cibil score was going. Their office - chennai tnagar. Don't buy the policy they are very cheated people.. They giveing fake names also one day they said my name gayathri... One day they said my name is priya one day theu said my name is anitha.

            I was having a credit card in 2006 and the account was settled in rs-20600 and the representative asked me to pay the amount in installments and i did, but at last installment the collection agent asked me to pay only rs 600 instead of rs 3000 i had given to him but he denied saying (Sir aapka sirf 600 lene ko bola hai) then i had spoken to his seniors and he told me that system is showing only rs600 pending then also i doubt and asked him to wright the same on the payment slip. And after that no one had asked me for any payments and suddenly in 2010 vinay kamble had called me asking the payment of rs43000+ and i was shocked to hear that still my account had not been closed, then i explained him the entire matter and he asked me to send the soft copies of all the payment slip's and statement and i did, after that no one had asked for the payment, and suddenly in april 2017 rs43000+ funds from my account gone on hold with no intimation. I came to know after 3days when i received weekly sms notification of available balance from bank, i called customer care but they were help less to help as they were not getting my cc details in system then i went to my home branch and they had clarified the issue, since then i am writing mails to grievance and they are replying with their standard format that they will not refund nor investigate the case as the funds had been settled in cc account. Then i had escalated to their nodal and again same reply then i had escalated to the ombudsman but no reply since last 25 days.

            Requesting this forum to help me,,,
            # i am not a will full defaulter as if i wanted to default then i had not been paid the entire amount why i will not pay only rs2600 and become a defaulter for a small amount?
            # if the issue was so big then why vijay kamle had not replied to my mail sent with soft copies?
            # after a decade bank had force fully taken my funds as i am having savings account in the bank since 2009.

              Hi

              I have transferred 20k from hdfc to corporation bank. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account.
              Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently.

              Pleae help me out as the amount is required by the beneficiary urgently.

                  I have received call from number +91 [protected] saying they are from hdfc bank and asked for card details to replace my old debit card as there are some chip issue with my current card due to which they could not update my transactions in their systems. And rs.8011 has been debited from my hdfc bank account on sep 22, friday 2017 at 01:08 p. M. Payment id is[protected] of rs 8011.00 for daily apparels for my mail id [protected]@gmail.com the payment was made through the payment gateway in gurgaon at payupaisa47779.

                  Though i was reluctant to share my card details they were continuously insisting me to share my card details claiming that she is hdfc employee her name is shalini she was also quoting some employee number.

                  Please do needful to refund rs.8011 into my account.

                    I was asked to pay 9000 so the remaining outstanding shall be settled in emi but then after paying the customer care says no such options. I kept paying the collection agent around rs. 4000 for 4 months and still my outstanding keeps increasing. I want to settle my outstanding balance in emi. I don't want to pay any amount to an agent. My card is lost n it is in blocked status n even then i am trying to settle it down. The customer care couldn't help as the card is blocked n the collection agents force me to do a ots which is not possible for me.

                      Hi hdfcbank,
                      My name is cvnarasimhapathi. I joined a company in the year 2006 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few years and changed company.
                      From past 1.5 years i didn't login and now after 2 years it is showing negative balance of around 10, 0000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
                      Without informing me how can salary account be changed to savings account and charge for not mentoning the minimum balance.
                      I want to close the account as soon as possible and am not going to pay single ruppee as per the rbi guidelines. It will be very helpful if you close my account.

                          This is really sad and disappointing. I always trusted hdfc as a bank and that’s the reason i started using credit card of yours but u have failed miserably. You guys have deducted 16k rs from my account claiming it to be credit card payment and i have no clue about it. Is this not ur duty to atleast inform the customer about the same. I am regretting my decision of choosing hdfc over another bank.

                              This is hemanth kalyan and i've ordered nokia 6 back cover in amazon and i've returned it back on 31st august 2017 and the refund is initiated from amazon, but i didn't get my refund into my account. I paid through hdfc netbanking.

                                I have made a purchase by my bank of baroda debit card on hdfc pos. The cashier wrongly enter 4765.00 instead of 1825.00. After that the cashier make a void sale of 4765.00 and it was done on last 16sept 2017. But still now i have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted with the bob customer care but they told ther need arn no which is not showing on void sale slip. Now i contacted with the shop and they told they have done everying from there end and they don't want to do anything. Please tell me the status of my money so i can track it.                                   I am a classic customer of your bank having my savings account no [protected] since the last 15 years at hdfc bank model town sonepat and i have never visited your bank branch in the last 15 years except one or two occasions. My husband is always visiting the branch for all types of work related to the above account. Now i have shifted my residence from sonepat to delhi and my husband visited your bank at janpath new delhi branch on 20/09/2017 for submission of the application signed by me with a request to change the mailing address of my account. Self-attested photocopy of my aadhar card was also enclosed. One employee ms. Aditi jain, sitting at pb welcome desk refused to accept the request for change of address in the account. She told that the account holder has to visit the branch and sign the printed form in front of the bank employee and then the address will be changed. Then my husband surrendered original advice of two fds were matured and requested to give a print of new fds re-invested. For this also she refused and told that the account holder has to give application for issue of fd advice.
                                  In this connection, i would like to say that my husband is an authorized signature of a big psu and dealing with more than ten banks. He has visited your bank hundreds of times and collected bank statements, interest certificate, form-16 and copies of the advice of fds. Since the last 15 years and i never visited the bank. My husband got changed the address in the accounts of my son, daughter in the other banks such as pnb, axis bank etc. Without visiting the account holder.
                                  I know very well that the bank should maintain the secrecy of account of its customer but when some spouse of customer visits the branch and give all the proofs of the genuine spouse of your customer, i think that the bank should oblige and allow non-financial transactions. Having frustrated from the behavior of your bank employees, my husband has already closed his own hdfc bank classic account no [protected] on 31/08/2017 and now i am also thinking close my account standing in sonepat and re-open another account in some other bank instead of transferring the account.
                                  It is, therefore, requested not to deploy such type of employees on pb welcome desk who cannot handle the customers properly.

                                    24/01/2017 rs. 862.50 total charges rs. 2, 632.50

                                    Bank debited unfair charges (Minimum balance) without any notice. If bank change the mode of account bank has not given any intimation or notice to me. I request please remove my unfair charges from my account

                                        Pathetic services. Ashame to say being an hdfc securities employee m not getting enough services. I have applied for money back credit card with limit of 35k & these people had sent me a bharat credit card with limit of 25k god knows om what basis. Infact when i called customer care for lodging my complaint they are least bother about it. I wonder how other people are using these services
