Hi,

I have observed unknown transaction in my account with customer id: 61xxx01

Details of the transaction:

Date narration cheque/ref. No. Value date withdrawal deposit closing balance
20 sep 2017 dc intl atm w-d markup gst 010917-mir[protected] mir[protected] 20 sep 2017 1, 896.15 29, 084.00

Apart from this negative balance of around 10894 is appearing in my account. I. E a transaction of around 13k was spent without my involvement.
This is ridiculous i have not done any atm w-d out of the country... Please resolve this asap

    I, subhash. M. R., on 08/09/2017, remitted my telephone bill for my reliance no.[protected] using my hdfc visa card ending 4213. By mistake i have
    Entered rs.3382/- instead of 338.20. I have paid rs.3, 044/- extra. Immediately
    I have informed hdfc customer care. They told me that they will call me within
    72 hrs after confirming with the merchant for reverting the extra payment.
    But nobody called me nor did revert the extra amount. Pls do the needful.

        Hi team,

        This is regarding hdfc term policy application no[protected]
        Policy no 19373317.

        As i have already mentioned in my previous email that i was suffering from asthama in my childhood and i am using asthalin rotocaps whenever i have breathing problem. I have mentioned the same on the application form as well.

        Also i don't have any medical documents for the same as it was diagnosed in my childhood.

        If you require any further medical tests it should done from your side and i am not going to pay the cost for these tests.
        As nothing regarding this was mentioned to me while i was purchasing the policy.

        It's been more than 3 months i have purchased the policy and till now i have not received any policy documents.

        I also received a call from your end the executive name is tiwari who confirmed to me that everything is done and i would receive the policy in next two days. But i have not received the policy till date.

        I am ready to undergo any medical test you require but i am not going to pay the cost for the same.

        Please look into this on priority and do let me know when will i receive the policy document.

        If you don't want to provide me the policy i need the complete policy amount with interest till date.

          Such a fraudulent bank hdfc, never seen a worst bank like this, i had a negative balance agree, i went spoke to the bank manager his name narayan nayak from madiwala branch, and he said there will be no more money deducted from your account, i confirmed it and next month again when my salary got credited with out even giving any intimation through phone or mail they deducted the full amount with was in my card, 19th sept 2017, i want the bank to compensate what ever the loss i went through, i went to the branch to complaint about this, but the staff had lot of attitudes dint not even responded to the queries, this was so uncomfortable, the movement you go out and there is no balance in the account bank deducting amount with out any intimation

                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 1st september 2014 and i see that i have rs -7745.08 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                        Why you people are doing this... Had taken personal loan-350000rs in hdfc bank and you people have deducted 6000rs inclusive all charges with gst and again without intimation you had taken 849 rs (Inter-brn cash chg incl gst 040917-mir[protected] what is this?? I want my money back...

                        Please dont use hdfc credit card/debit card as they are deducting gst without intimation. This is really unfair...

                          I did ask officially to stop time to time messaging of the mentioned subject with immediate action but still i am getting the same to be stopped immediately.                               Recently i have opened my saving account in same bank. But problem is, it is not separate from salary account. If i open my salary account in mobile, all details of saving account is also shown.

I fined around rs 2805.72 unnecessrly it's really made me disappointed and it's 600rs/month. Twodays back i complaint about this problem but not resolved.                                   I deposited 35 k in my hdfc salary account. After a on 21st of sept'17 there was a deduction of rs.177.00 including gst for depositing the money in the hdfc branch which was apparently not my home branch.

                                  Kya phaltu giri kar rah hai kuch bhi charges aur mera atm lost hojane ke baad bhi mai new atm apply karne gaya to muje platinum debit card diya uska charge 750+gst hai wo charge activate hone ke baad bataya...in hdfc ranjangaon branch

                                  My name is amit... Meara hdfc mai salry account hai maine rangaon hdfc bank se credit card keliye 28th aug 2017 apllied kiya tha... After 9-10 days mai bank 4-5 bar mai gaya per wo muje sirf reson bolte the ki apke home branch gya hoga dekho... Maine dheka nahi aya... Fir wapas mai bank gaya phir bole ki post se aya mai apne gaon ke post office bhi gaya nahi aya... Phir mai bank gaya to wo bole ki payment slip aur pan card xerox dedo mai ne wo submit kiya... Tab bhi abhi tak mujhe mera creadit card ka kuch message bhi nahi aya... Ye bahut galat baat hat hai

                                    Applied for hdfc personal loan even got messages that loan accepred. Ref no. 50983018. Principle amount also fixated. Used to get atleast 2 -3 calls from hdfc till i applied loan. But after appplying no one responding. The f. O of hdfc vijaywada even calling all day times he is not answering calls. We apply loans beacuse o[censored]rgent needs and the way these pppersonnel irresponsible behaviour made me lose the trust i have on hdfc. My son is going to become nri and planned to taake account in hdfc before. But now i am pplanning to shift away from hdfc. Really disappointed. Is this the way hdfc treats a customer?                                       I have a made fund transfer of rs 5000 from payzapp app to my saving account on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called on customer support no. [protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information.

                                      For your information i have attached the screen shot of my transaction details. Could you please help me to get my amount back.
