I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8897 without my concern on date:15/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-.

    I received a hdfc dinerz credit card ten days back and to my shock they have activated the credit card protection policy without confirming with me.
    Now i want to cancel the credit card protection policy to which customer care is continuously saying we can not cancel it.

    I would like to get full refund for the policy. Also please let me know how to deactivate the credit card as i do not wish to use it for my rest of life.

    In future i will not recommend to use hdfc credit card nor will use it.

    Hopefully it is resolved immediately.

      I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8425 without my consent on date: 25/09/2017.       On contacting the OneAssist team at[protected] I was blatantly told that this is the best plan that I can get, despite my repeating time and again that I do NOT want it. Furthermore, I was told that cancelling the plan would lead to my own loss as the amount is already debited when in fact the fact of future clandestine auto debit of the amount was HIDDEN from me at the time of accepting the credit card membership. The OneAssist staff said that they will not 'refund' my money which is absolutely unacceptable. The call was made on 26/09/2017 at 12:12 PM.

      I Received SMS from HDFC BANK today that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST MEMBERSHIP FEE. hdfc customer rang information. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
      and who are you to care about me. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

      I deactivated my credit card before 3 days & return to the bank cut in 6 pices but why the showing to protection of mine credit card.

      I already registered many complaints against this fraud
      you can check by the use of mob no. [protected]. I complained over the
      toll free [protected] they replay my service will be cancel but not
      till not canceled so I have to deregistered my credit card but and
      bank credit card person MR. Dharamveer HDFC REWARI BRANCH told now the
      service completely closed & Bank will never disappoint you but after
      this incident mails are coming from one assist & they gave me one
      assist id, but I don't want any protection, Bank person Dharamveer
      accepted & told he select the option of one assist by mistake & bank
      person totally failed to give any solution to me. They totally upset
      me Affair amputated me many times. They give date every day by day but
      not he give me any complaint no. at last they told to me give card in
      6 pieces & deregisterd card in bank and written complaint and sent to
      Chennai & told the paper will reach Chennai in 5 days. The given time
      about to end and Bank is not taking any against this prob So I have to
      send a mail for bank did a fraud with customer. Who will responsible
      for this.
      Main thing I asked solution of this problem, they totally failed. bank
      did't give any one reason to I'm here to use account continue. So I
      decided to close the bank account.

        Dear payzapp team,

        I transferred money from payzapp rs. 1100/- dated 24th-sep-2017, but money has not received in to my axis bank account but amount got deducted from payzapp wallet.
        So please refund my money in my account...

        Your customer number is alway bussy pls check update me asap.

        I wrote the mail to their support id but i have not getting any response from payzapp. This is the worst experience of my life.

        Dono't use this app. They are fraud. They are just making a fool to a general public.

          and pan card xezox in bank 9days ago ...when i'm going asking for where my credit card ..he says submit payment slip and pancard ...that day...

          so now plaese help me for new credit card

            I have opened hdfc sb a/c in thippasandra branch bangalore on 2012 & requested for canceling my sb a/c on 2015 dec with written complaint to front office lady. When i visted 3months later office was been shiffted to new location, where the same lady was been there and asked abt my calcelation process, she told need to check with branch manager & he is nt available now. Then waited for 20mins bt no very poor response. Later visited to same branch after 2 weeks meet branch manager & asked status of my a/c where he asked for acknowledgment for the same where i have nt recvd any thing such. He also told there is negative balance of rs.3520/- without paying that account will nt get canceled if you want i can get waived of rs600 to rs800 so that u can continue using it. I told i[censored] can waive all negative charges i can use it as my salary a/c its nt my mistake of nt canceling the a/c after give writen request also & also came to there is charges of demat a/c, charges for platinum debit card which was been given free of cost to me & not even aware of the charges and have takeny signature with my knowledge. This is my humbel request to hdfc that if all my negative balance to get nullyfy and get me to use it or cancel the a/c permanently if so confirm me & this yime i am very serious abt this issue as a client for ur bank.

              I have bought a mobile 3 month ago samsung galaxy s7 edge in 49900..i have an offer of 10000 cashback ..the mobile store member told i will get those money within 90 days...but i have not got that money...the payment that i gave is from icici bank debit card...but there debit machine was HDFC bank...i have copy of that too...i can give you...plase help what should i do...

                I, shruti gupta, having hdfc customer id 63237193 had 1 credit card having number [*protected*].

                I got that credit card first time and somehow, i missed my payment of rs.800 only. Mistakenly, i completely forgot that payment.
                But when i got mail and realized after some month it got interest of 4000.
                I paid all the amount with fine (Total 4000/-) for that mistake so that i can use hdfc credit facilities in future.
                But now when i am trying to get new credit card i am not getting that.

                Sir, it is a humble request, to please allow me to have new credit card with your hdfc bank. I have my salary account with your bank.

                  When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch". When i click upi option before logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer

                        Complaint against - debt recovery manager - mr. Paras sachdeva - ph. [protected]

                        I had taken a home loan in 2012 from hdfc bank. Due to tight business conditions, i have two home loan instalments due at present. While my payments are also stuck in business and are delayed and that is why my instalments get delayed most of the time. But at the same time, i understand the importance of a home loan and a home. That is why i pay up as soon as i receive payments in my business. I am also paying the interest on the delayed payments and never disputed the same. When my clients don't pay up in time, i don't start harassing them and i don't treat them as thieves. Whereas the recovery team of hdfc bank starts harassing us at every drop of hat. They should advise their recovery team to take up the matter which is legally acceptable and under the norms. Keeping in view of the above, now my husband talks to them and they have started harassing him too. Today one mr. Paras sachdeva, debt recovery manager, phone no. [protected] called up my husband and also my loan guarantor who is my brother. He also got very disturbed. This has been very embarrassing for me and my husband. Kindly let me know the procedure of follow up by hdfc recovery team in case two instalments become pending? Are they allowed to harass and speak to us as if we are thieves. Should i consider sending a legal notice of harassment to the person or to hdfc bank. Till date i have paid instalments for 56 months and instalments for august and september 2017 are pending.

                          I am unfortunate user of hdfc bank.

                          I received my credit card bill statement on 4th sept-2017, below is the snap of my bill.

                          Total amount due

                          And paid the whole bill amount on 6th sept-2017, below is snap;-

                          After paying my bill when i check my credit card balance, it was still -900 rs.
                          I had word with your credit card call center they said it was charges for over-limit credit amount.

                          Now my concern is :- if hdfc bank wanted to add any additional charges as (Fine, interest and late payment charges) under my account why it was not added when i asked for the full and final amount of my account which i have to pay, i have paid[protected] rs as fine, interest and late payment charges. And i would say that this is unprofessional and absurd behavior of hdfc bank towards their reputed customers.

                          Reshma, you never forget to drop me remainder email, but you never bother to check the customer's statement and charges. Your team and your useless third party recovery vendor use to continuously call me and harass me for a long time.

                          You will not believe they directly threaten me by saying recovery team will come to my home and recover the amount. They even don’t have manner to talk with the client, even they never had updated details of my account as they called me even after i made the payment completely.

                          Is this the way hdfc bank staff works? Before threatening me you can check my previous personal loan which i completed on timely basis by making payment on due dates.

                          This is the worst service example

                          I took a loan from hdfc of 2.5 l in december-16. I have emi amount of 6707 rs. Every month.

                          I bounced the said amount loan for last two month because i have some personal issue.

                          Your recovery team harassed me by calling and threatening as usual. Please find below pics of their continuous follow-ups.

                          28th aug-17 was sunday, your team added my number in your automated system, no-one was available there on that day in your office while i picked up the call.

                          Is this the new way to recover the money or to harass hdfc's reputed clients?

                          Now, my main concern :-
                          I agree that i bounced my emi against that you deduct rs. 15310 from my account on 7th sept-2017.
                          Means, around rs.1896 i paid as bouncing charges, interest and fine.

                          If you deducted the above mentioned amount from account then why below mentioned amount was debited from my account and post deducting rs15310.

                          I am not getting why hdfc banks accounting team is working like this and making their client's life miserable

                          This is the worst services i have received by hdfc bank, as i have other accounts with different banks but never witnessed such kind of behavior with their clients

                          Your recovery team call people so many times and literally harass them in such a way that the person who is already going through a bad phase still don’t want to commit suicide, should take that step and commit a suicide.

                          My dad was hospital since 2 months and that’s why i was unable to pay emi on time.

                          I know this is my personal issue but i pray to god that you all should suffer this kind of pain.

                          One more thing if hdfc banks makes profit by debiting one or two penny from public's account then please tell us that bank needs money to pay salary to their employees or meet their expenses, beg us we will happily donate it to you guys.

                          Hdfc is worst bank and worst service provider.

                          I have my small firm for which i approached hdfc bank to open current account team, they rejected our request for current account and the reason of rejection was our partnership deed was made on rs.100 stamp paper.

                          Now please tell me, is hdfc bank is bigger than or more important than pan department of india.
                          If government of india provided us or helped us with the pan card and if they didn’t find any problems about our documents then who are these people to reject our account.

                          We opened our current account with yes bank and icici bank using the same documents. And we are happy to do business with them as they care for their clients

                          Hdfc recovery team has no manners to talk top their clients, they harass & threaten the clients and provoke them to commit suicide.

                            I wanted to foreclose my new car loan with hdfc after 20 months of regularly paying their emi.
                            Loan taken on 11.11.2015.

                            Today i. E 25.09.2017,
                            I approached hdfc loan division at indra nagar, bangalore to foreclose the loan they want to charge 5.9% prepayment charges on the outstanding principal of rs.2, 21, 786.66
                            Which is rs.13, 085 (As mentioned in the calculation given by hdfc)

                            When processing the loan application i was told that there will be no preclosure charges after 6 months of repayment.

                            The bank executive is asking for a hard copy of that commitment.
                            I was not given a hard copy at that time.
                            This is not fair.
                            Can any one help.

The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- and auto debited 100/- smart emi fee from my credit card number ending with 3322 without my concern on date:20/09/2017 and 22/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299+100=1399/-

                                I hold a credit card of hdfc and my payment got delayed only by a week and i already informed the officials through mail in hdfc department and also i kept my word and made the payment after a week..

                                But even after informing for a week the hdfc collection agents have tortured and harassed me and gave me an emotional turmoil for such a thing without knowing what kind of client they are dealing with..

                                They have no sense to speak in a mannered way.. Hdfc has hired some slum guys as third party agents who don't have a little clue as to whom they are talking to when they make a call..

                                I have received literally 55 missed call within a minute after i blocked away the number and like this i recorded to have received 500+ calls in a day to torture me even after i had officially communicated to hdfc that i would soon make the payment within a week..

                                I wish to legally lodge a complaint against hdfc for have been treated their clients so ruthlessly without categorizing them while issuing the cards itself..

                                  You people keep saying will provide loan with in 4 days or so and am now irritated with this commitment of yours. I have raised a request for personal loan almost one month now and still your people have not completed the request.
                                  Every other day they are coming and saying send this statement send this and that am really irritated now and i will sue you guys until all this is compensated properly. This is like mental harassment to me you guys are giving to me.

                                    In kasavanahalli hdfc bank allways they make customers to wait for long time. Cuz only one person will be available at teller desk. So can you please allocate 2 persons in the teller desk in this branch.

                                    Most of the time ppl visit branches only for cash deposit and withdrawal. So atleast for this there should be good service and bank should provide and value the customers time.

                                    If this continues then no one is going to visit the branches.
