unauthorized deduction - one assist mfee

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank
Has auto debited rs. 1299/- (One assist membership) from my credit card number ending with 7003 without my concern on date:08/09/2017.
After contacting the concerned department of one assist, they said it has been activated from my end, which is not true. And refused to refund the amount. After some argument they agreed to pay only 400. That is how these hdfc and one assist people...

payzapp transfer not credited and refund also not received

Dear sir, iam nagaraju my payzapp account id;[protected] on sep 9th i transfor 5000rs to my icici bank account but amont not credited to account and that day shows status failed very next day transaction status changed to success. But till now amount not credited.in notifications till showing transaction pending and if you payment not recevied with debited amount refund received in 5 days. I waited for 6days till now there is no any information....

Today i have transferred 500 from credit card to wallet money got deducted but transaction got failed in payzapp. I contacted bank and they said that money has been claimed by merchant so please refund my money back my mobile number is [protected]. I have done transaction today and this is my first transaction that ended in this way. Please have a look and sort it out...

cheque bouncing

I paid premium for policies for lic, hdfc, and kotak life in the form of cheque numbers 194969, 194968, 194967. All cheques are bounced even though i have sufficient funds in my sb account. This is happened twice for all the above cheques and an amount of 3540 rupees deducted from my account as penalty. From hdfc bank i came to know that the reason for bouncing is amount in protective crossing incorrect, which was not able to understand....

credit card application status - in process

I had applied credit card (Application #[protected]w1) more than 25 days ago. Physical and online verification are also been done but application status is still showing "in process" since last 18 days but till now i did not receive any info which is very bad news to say if this is the thing with the service provided to customer then no customer will be happy. I am very disappointed due to processing the credit card.

Hi,

I cancelled an order in flipkart and immediately i got an sms

Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 0274 for rs. 55749.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart14513 on[protected]:15:19:13

I even got a call immediately after i cancelled my order from a hdfc representative to confirm the same

This is still not reflecting in my unbilled credits....

transaction failed and support not responded

Yesterday i was trying to load money of rs 4900 in my payzapp account. But the transaction was failed and money was not loaded in payzapp wallet. The amount was deducted from my axis bank account. I have already sent mail to support[at]payzapp.in. But i have not got any response.
Also the support number is also out of service.

payzapp transaction failed

Hi,
I have made a transaction of 3k rs from my icici credit card on 14.09.2017. But after entering 3d authentication code the app showed transaction failed. On the other hand i got the message from my bank that the transaction of inr 3000 using credit card is made at payzapp wallet on 14-sep-17. The amount of inr 3000.00 was debited from my credit card and still not added to the wallet. I tried calling your customer care no 1800 102...

fraud payzapp by hdfc

Amount failed from payzapp app and amount deducted but not refunded back
My number - [protected] i have done a 5000 transaction on 4th sep 2017 to transfer to my hdfc bank account but amount failed and amount has been deducted and my amount was not credit back into my payzapp account.
I given complaint they said it will take 5 working days today is 8 th working still they are not refunding my amount back.

lost money in payzapp and not refunded the amount

cancellation of one assist membership

I am bindu umeshkumar i am using hdfc credit card since 5 years ending with 3603. I got a sms on 14th sep 2017 which shows that one assist member ship fee of 1399 has been deducted from my account. Without my knowledge how your bank has deducted this. Same thing happened in last year as well. As instructed by your employee of customer care, i have called one assit help line and cancelled that membership last year itself & i got 400 rupees...
