Payment debited but cloth shop not get credit

I have purchased the cloth at Anbu silk, pollachi on 21.10.16 amount of Rs.1800.00 using Credit card of HDFC after swiping get message for debited for my mobile but in Shop not create the bill of swiping & also not credited the amount. The Shop owner check the settlement of day not showing the Credit amount. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as quick as possible. Reverse amount to my credit card.

Money deduction without my knowledge

Fraud word is also seems to very small for this hdfc bank.
The bank has deducted money from my account on behalf of some BS demat even though I don't know what the hell this demat is?
Now I am unable to reach the bank through any call and they are not replying my mails.
I have never seen such a fraud bank.

Account closure

I am trying to contact help line, regarding to closure my NRO account as i am settled in Dubai. Send them email and even i send my son to the Branch regarding the same. But still no response and by surprise now its showing a debit balance as there was some amount all vanished now and showing debit balance. Hello -

I am a customer of HDFC Bank from 2004. I see a deduction of Rs. 115 against PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016. This is surprising!!

Neither I authorised anyone nor I am aware of this transaction. The customer should be informed beforehand before any transaction is made in the customer's account.

Can you please look into it at the earliest?

I took a credit card from HDFC Bank a year ago. I received the credit card after a lot of hassle nearly two months after having applied for it.
