      My grand daughter has come from overseas, i had given her a bearer cheque for rs 10000.00 and had attested her signature at the back of cheques. The cheque was given as gift to my grand daughter out of my love. She is about 17 years of her age. She was accompanied by her mother who is an ex defence officer. Even my on personal requested to branch manager on telephone she was refused payment. Reason given was that she is not an adult. My main aim was that as student she learns the process of cheque payment system at the and realises about the affection of her grand father which is very much defeated with the kind courtsey of bank which in addition to inconvenience and harassment by bank.
      2 please ask the bank to send me a copy of authority ie rbi or any other govt organisation for my knowledge and appropriate action if any or please take suitable action at ur end. This has happened on 03/12/2016 at about 12.30 p. M. At hdfc bank brs nagar ludhiana.141012.

        Sir around one both back I have applied for home loan, I am a very old hdfc customer even though bank were taken around 20 days to sanction my loan and same I have submitted all the required documents to hdfc around 10 days back but still my loan not disbursed .My selling agreement to seller will be finish soon and I have lost my all token amount if my loan will not disbursed on time.

          Denominations of 5, 10, 15 have debited from account as service charges for last 5 yrs not even once i was informed about it. NEFT/IMPS are basic banking facilities for these i have debited service charges . While making transaction also i was not intimated or while debiting amt also no message or alerts given. any deduction should be informed prior to customers for trust banking. very disappointed while seeing the statement.

            Why i have been charged in below txn without my notice. Could you please let me know at the earliest as to why this is being deducted and how I can get the money back. In the past one week, money has been deducted from my account (showing my debit card), then ive been charged debit card adjustment fees and the money deducted hasnt been returned.

            1. DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected] charged 151.83.
            2. DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected] charged 331.28.

            I used to ignore but know it is costing me more money.

              I Was working in EXL services in 2014 that time i opened A/C in HDFC Bank however in Feb 2015 due to health issue i was resigned the job. Now I am currently working with TATA Capital Housing Finance ltd. also i m very pleasure to held existing HDFC salary A/C Yesterday i got my 1st salary 3922/- but when i seen showing sum deduction of Rs 3922/- i am married person and i have 3 year daughter now i m not able to manage my home in 0 rs I visited the nearest branch for confusion then Branch Manager said my salary A/C converted in to Saving A/C. I have a mail copy from hdfc bank my saving a/c now convert into salary a/c but after that they diduct 6212. total 3922+ 2300=6212
              So i am requesting to you kindly reverse my deduction amount around 7000 because of health issue i am unable to maintain my salary A/C.
              Kindly find the attachment of hospital reports.I look forward to hearing from you. If you want any help from my side please don't hesitate.

                I have taken a personal Loan in HDFC bank(loan Account :[protected] on Jan 2016. Now i am willing to foreclose it due to the Obligation in ICICI Home Loan i took .But the person at loan desk were not willing to close it due to still 2 EMI is pending to complete 12 months mandatory period.I am willing to pay the remaining Two EMI up front with all preclosure charges to close the loan but still they are not agreeing .Without closure of this loan i will not able to receive Remaining payment from ICICI.Its very disappointing being a preferred customer for HDFC I am facing this issue.

                They didn't resolve the complaint ...Hdfc representative called and simply said you cannot foreclose your personal loan...its very rubbish ...they are saying you can close it after only 12 months...but i am saying i am ready to pay the 12 months emi upfront with all pre closure charges...and i am not asking for waiver still they are saying you cannot close the loan...what kind of bank it is ...i am a preferred HDFC customer i am itself facing this issue...i have decided to close all accounts everything with HDFC ...worst bank ever i have faced...

                Kindly note that your loan can be foreclosed only after twelve installments are realized. This is in terms of the loan agreement executed by you.

                However, we understand that you wish to foreclose the loan account as you are availing an home loan .

                We, therefore request to submit us the copy of home loan sanction letter bearing a clause to foreclose our personal loan which enable us to take the approval for foreclosure of loan before realization of twelve installments.                   Hdfc bank has debited an amount of inr 289 from my saving account as isaqmc charges without my consent/awareness for any such service. The charge has been levied for quarter oct-dec 2016.

                  This is very unethical and unprofessional. Hdfc bank has kept me in dark while deducting the charge for a service that i never took.

                  This is not only case with one account holder, the bank has done this with several others

                  Request quick redress.

                    This is to inform you that here is in Surat ring road branch they are provide poor service to a/c holder. Here is started token system early in the morning and then say go and stand in line. You take some strictly action against this system. And we didn't get 24000rs. They told us that u ll get only 4000rs from saving a/c and 6000rs from current a/c. What is this. This is very ridiculous. We gave our maximum time to collect money and they are giving only 10000rs. Please take an action against this type of services. I am not happy with HDFC Bank service.

                      The Customer Identification Number (Cust ID) is a system generated Number, assigned at the time of account opening. This is unique for each individual/ Business Entity and is distinct from the number of your Account(s) with us. All Accounts held in same name/ legal capacity are linked to the common Cust ID. However, we regret our inability to communicate your Cust ID through email due to security reasons.

                      This is communicated through the Welcome Letter at the time of opening an Account or through the periodic Statements. Also, currently customer ID's are added in all reordered cheque books that are issued to the customers.

                      You can retrieve the customer ID online by following below steps :

                      Log on to our web site http://www.hdfcbank.com/
                      Select the NetBanking option and click on "Login".
                      Click on "continue to Netbanking "
                      Click on "?" sign next to customer ID field
                      Enter your registered mobile number
                      Enter your DOB or PAN card number
                      Enter the text shown for security check
                      Click on continue
                      Enter OTP received and click on continue.
                      Unique Customer ID is displayed upfront.

                        MY account went to -5000
                        It was salary account. I quit the job 3 years back.

                        I didn't noticed that they started deducting money for past two years.
                        Today for an emergency my fried transferred 2000 to my HDFC and i came to know it was in -ve

                        I don't have any income from Salay for past 3 years and I am not using the HDFC account at all.

                        I didn't get any fortification mail or letter regarding this.

                        Kindly suggest how to get the reversal of deducted amount.

                                Bank since 2009...Post which; I also received the credit card of the
                                same bank and was using/maintaining properly till Feb of this year but
                                unfortunately I caught up with Typhoid and then continued with
                                Jaundice due to which I had to quit my Job and went to my home town
                                for complete bed rest for more than couple of months. After that I
                                could not pay even the minimum amount dues of the total expense amount
                                due to jobless till August of this year.

                                Post getting job, I started paying the EMI's for loan which was taken
                                in the year 2014 and was not being paid for 3 months from Apr'16 to
                                Jun'16 but unable to pay the CC dues wherein it was already informed
                                to HDFC through net-banking portal. They simply informed me about my
                                remaining dues and asked to pay apart from I did not get any
                                resolution. Again, in the month of Sept'16, I marked a mail to Bank
                                for closing my card and requested for settlement, also asked to give
                                me an option to pay it in installments as I am not financially strong
                                to pay in one shot. But, again the respond which I got from "RPMC
                                Senior Management" was bit disappointed as they sent me the settlement
                                letter to which I never agreed/committed on that high settlement
                                amount.

                                And after a month I started receiving calls from Recovery Agents
                                related to it where they again asked a huge amount which was not
                                possible to pay due to low salary wages in compare to my last
                                withdrawn salary which was clearly intimated to them in last mails as
                                well. And than I asked them to provide me installment option in such a
                                way so that it would be easy to pay it.

                                Repeatedly, I am requesting them for installments options so that I
                                can pay the whole amount and clear all my dues to close the same but
                                they were still asking for the same amount in one shot.

                                Initially, this month I was in touch with a female Recovery agent for
                                settlement related and were discussing on the amount to be paid and
                                also I've informed her not to call between 11 AM to 5 PM as phone
                                never remains with me at that time. Last time she called me from
                                landline no. once on last Saturday and Yesterday but I missed to pick
                                the call otherwise I never fails to pick up any call apart from rare
                                time.However, we had a last conversation stating that
                                she would get back to me for negotiation of the amount.

                                But now, from last couple of days, one recovery agent named Mr. Joseph
                                calling and threatening on call along with abusive
                                language which are legally and ethically against the Human Rights and
                                Indian Penal Code. Last time, while writing few mail, it was already
                                informed to HDFC but still I am getting threatening calls.He shouted
                                and asked me to submit 75 K in an hour or else he would call my
                                parents and my relatives to abuse them and will ask to pay the same.

                                I know; now a days technology is very vast to get any ones contact
                                number but I don't think it's fair to find any females' contact to
                                tease, threaten or abuse them wherein they are no where into the
                                role/picture. If their deal is with me than be it with me only as you
                                all have never taken any permission or confirmation or consent,
                                neither they are any guarantor for this.

                                I would request you to kindly look into the matter and advice on the
                                same as I have never denied to pay it and I don't how they are
                                portraying my details of all the conversations I had til now with them
                                so kindly let me where should I complaint related to this to get rid
                                off as presently I am very much afraid of these calls and truly
                                speaking I am not able to do any activity with this reminder calls.

                                If my intention was not to pay; I would have never write a mail to
                                them or shared my contact number neither I would have picked any call
                                after knowing its from Bank. Everyday, I am speaking with them everyday
                                might take hard decision, i.e. better to suicide rather than listening
                                those abusive languages or should I go through legal procedures so that
                                I can get free from mental harassment due to which I am not able to do
                                anything in life.

                                I would request you to get back to me as I am not in a situation take
                                any of the recovery agents (HDFC credit card) third party rather than
                                picking HDFC's people call. For settlement of credit card I don't want
                                to go through these agents as I am getting very much afraid.

                                  he told me after it you not need to use and account close now my account showing me -6000 nearly balance and some more than 1000 already my money cut from balance .

                                  Now i want to close my account . I also read RBI guideline and have one copy with me. Kindly tell me how i can close this issue and help me to fix this problem.

                                    I purchased a mobile from Flipkart priced Rs.5999/- through HDFC Bank Debit Card on 27th October. But the next day I cancelled my order and according to Flipkart the money should have been refunded within 3 days. In the meantime on 28th my account was blocked by HDFC Bank Official by mistake (they have admitted it and apologized). Now my account was reopened after 5 days. But I didnt receive the refund amount. I have mailed repeatedly to Flipkart and HDFC but according to Flipkart the money is with HDFC Bank and they are not crediting the same to my account . According to HDFC they have not received any money. I have forwarded the email of Flipkart confirming they have refunded still no response. Already 1 month is gone by and this mud slinging is continuing and I am not receiving my hard earned money back.

                                      Similar transaction was made in my account too.

                                      This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                      An amount of Rs 862.70 has been debited on 16th NOVEMBER 2016 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES Oct16 -with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

                                      When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customer.

                                      Also no prior intimation/ later information about such deduction is given to the customer.

                                      I applied for new debit card and sent through blue dart courier by Awb.[protected] on[protected] to my old address even though I updated new address and returned back.I tried to contact customer care it was a answering machine and very irresponsible. So pl sent my dedit card to my new address.

                                        This Parag Shripat Shende.Proposal no[protected].My prosopal was rated up after asking so much documents. I didn't continue with rated proposal and cancelled my proposal. Hdfc life committed me to give refund within 10 days.Refund processed on 12.11.2016 but failed to credit due to technical reason.I have provided fresh NEFT mandate with account statement .But till date I didn't get confirmation regarding refund process.
