This is deepak from bangalore & my contact number is [protected].
There was a personal commitment in between & could not pay the minimum due also due to unavoidable circumstances. Later i got legal notice to my permanent address & went to your richmond town credit card division office. I met a officer named as mr. Vinod (Mob no: [protected]). At the discussion he took a signature of mine saying that the over all outstanding is freezed & there will be no interest charged henceforth. Now when i am paying regularly from the month of may 2016 as per my convenience, the amount freezed is not getting reduced. I was shocket seeing my statement of every month. I do not get payment confirmation through mail. I just get statement. But my main concern is that when the officer (Mr. Vinod - richmond town branch) took signature on a paper to freeze the amount then why is it not getting reduced every month? I have not gone for settlement, i have decided to clear over all outstanding & requested not to charge any more interest when i had met hdfc officer in the month april/may month.

    I have made transaction on flipkart using my hdfc bank credit card but i have cancelled my transaction. I have not received the refund yet. I have made transaction of 4244 using my credit card and i have received only 649 rupees. I still have to receive 3595 rupees. I have contacted hdfc bank multiple times and more than 1500 balance from my mobile has gone. They are saying that there are no transaction from the merchant and they don't have any details regarding that. Also the amount for that transaction which was debited from my account is not reflecting on my statement. My available credit was deducted at the same time but i never received the balance. And when i raised the complain to grivances and nodal officer, they have again debited 2000 rupees and there is no record in the statement that why it has been debited.       I am having a classic account with hdfc. I can see that the hdfc bank has deducted rs. 114.5 from my account under the name - program management fee. What is this fee about? What is the program the bank is offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. It is a fraud to deduct customer's money without taking their concerns. I want this amount refund in my account.

        Hi,
        I am Amol. I have a HDFC credit card(Card No - XXXX XXXX XXXX 3234). I wanted to cancel it. I called to customer care and requested them to cancel. They told for permanent cancel i need to send letter to below address with Card cut diagonally.

        Accordingly i have done the same and send the written form to above address with diagonally cut card. Then after 15 days when i called the customer care they are saying that my sign is not matching.
        Mean while couple of days back i have traveled out of India for long term. I am sending the same mail to " customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com". But i am not getting response what i need to do further. But every time in response i am getting same auto generated reply.
        Please let me know what i need to do next to close credit card account.

          Inspite of registering my mobile number i still get annoying personal loan calls each and every freaking day . now you people have started to call from mobile numbers. I got the call today from this mobile number [protected] and this crap continues everyday. I have already filed complaint on your DNC link . However if i can even a single call from HDFC, i will file a police compliant without any second thought.

            Recently i been upgraded from all miles credit card to regalia first credit card. I been to bank to deposit cash in my credit card to repay the bill. My due date was 6th oct 2016. I went to hdfc bank on 3rd oct and they were unable to process my request due to nonavailability of some "din code" of regalia first. They than contact credit card dept but were unable to help. So they said me to deposit tomorrow or after. I went again on 5th oct to deposit the money. Again it was same problem. Than again on 7th oct but they were unable to enter payment in the system because it asked some din code which branch were not updated by credit card department. I talked to credit card customer service and gave phone to branch person even than it was not solved. They said to do it online. And than for two days bank were closed bacause of sat and sun. On 9th i made payment online after arranging fund in my savings account. But i was charged with late payment fee around 1000rs. So i want to cancel and reverse the charges.

              Please follow the below steps to submit your request for a Cheque Book through NetBanking:

              Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and NetBanking Password (IPIN)
              Select "Cheque Book" below the "Request" section on the left hand side of the page
              Select the Account number (if more than one account)
              Click on "Continue" and then "Confirm"
              A reference number will appear on the screen confirming your request. A new Cheque book sent by courier to your registered address on record so as to reach within 7 working days.

              There are no charge for issuance of Cheque book of 25 cheque leaves per half year for Savings and Salary account holders. Additional chequebook of 25 leaves will be charged @ Rs 75/- per chequebook.

              I would like to cancel my HDFC credit card how to do that. I called up customer care and requested them to cancel but still they are not cancelling. Please advise to close my credit card account.

                Bank are not decreasing the rate of interest decreased due to decrease in base rate.To decrease the rate of interest they are asking for charges.The rate of interest is also floating rate of interest but they are not decreasing it.A/C NO.[protected] A/C NO.[protected]

                  Hello Team,

                  I had few queries pending with HDFC for a long time.
                  I demanded resolution/clarification from several representatives, but they either dodged the query or replied that they are not in a position to handle.
                  I stopped paying seeing this attitude and demanded resolution/clarification.
                  Collection department was mean and it harassed me several times for payments.
                  I requested to cancel my membership so that the payable amount doesn't creep-up meanwhile my queries are not resolved. I had to send the diagonally cut card to HDFC head office (as got from Internet) to cancel my membership and also i requested for an amount which i have to pay to get it done with once and for all.
                  No reply was received from HDFC although the diagonally cut card was received by HDFC according to my courier service provider. All along i received threat mail, threat messages and threat calls.
                  One representative guided me to the Priority Redressal Department. This department not only took so much time in providing partial resolution but also left few queries unattended.
                  Now the PriorityRedressal Team directs me to Settlement Team and Settlement Team directs me to the Collection manager who doesn't have any idea of the whole scenario.
                  I request your intervention at the earliest to resolve this issue amicably.

                    Whenever I visit branch they always assure me that service will be activated within one week but I am still waiting and waiting.

                    Please close the account and refund my money if you are unable to provide a good customer service.

                      Hi my credit card application number is [protected]n1. i have given my salary slips my bank statements and everything. i am a wealth management (the top level) customer of icici and exclusive indusind customer (again the top level privilege customer). with all verification done and everything i checked online and got the status as disapproved without any reason. i called up customer care multiple times they dont know the reason. mudassir from hdfc bank was constantly calling and i gave all the documents properly.
                      As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. fsd. bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. we want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. my cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. if we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. it is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc.

                      I need a proper reply from bank immediately or else i am filing a legal case soon.

                        I purchased a tv of Rs.27589 through EMI by HDFC BANK Credit Card .there was mention, i have to pay 1000 more as a interest for 6 months EMI .So i purchased tv on EMI for 6 months, but in bill details, HDFC give me bill of Rs 27589. HDFC did not convert bill Rs. 27589 in to EMI and when i asked for bill convert to EMI. They are charging Rs.1800 for 6 months.In this way they miss-leading me and ask for Rs1800 instead of Rs.1000. HDFC charge Rs.800 .i call their customer care Services, but they did not give me satisfy answer why i have to give Rs.1800 instead of 1000.
                        this is very clear HDFC will get benefit of Rs.[protected]=800 by misleading me. this is injustice .Please consider my compalint.

                          I'm a HDFC account holder for more than 5 years and I have ongoing personal loan for more than 2 years. Recently, I applied for PL top up and their executive told me to clear my SBI due of Rs.58000 immediately inorder to get this loan approved. I got complete assurance from that executive for this loan approval and paid my SBI dues for which I have borrowed money from my friends for 1 week of time. Its been more than 2 weeks now and they are saying it is not possible to get this loan. I don't know how I am going to repay thi Rs.60000 immediately. A customer seeks for loan only when he have financial needs. Instead of solving my financial problem, they have created a very big problem to me and got away with no answering phone calls, no care on my emails, etc. I never expects this from one of the leading bank in India.

                            Hi,

                            I have a running loan from HDFC.
                            Unfortunately, the building construction has been delayed, due to which the loan disbursements have been slow.
                            We expect HDFC to check the construction status whenever a Demand letter is forwarded for clearance. However, we have noticed that HDFC has cleared loan disbursement even without checking whether CC and other clearances in place.
                            Most of the banks are doing this primary check, but HDFC is not.

                              I got a HDFC credit card( Card number [protected]) from one of your executive Padma, she spoke to me over phone and told me that I'm eligible for some offers like life time free card with no annual fee and monthly fee and also I will get 1000 rupees every month
                              from second year onwards excluding the twelfth month.Based on the conversation with her, i applied for the card .Now when i received the card I'm not seeing any of the offers which she claimed.

                                    I had applied for a credit card with HDFC bank, HRBR layout, Bangalore over a month and a half ago. I was informed by a certain miss Daisy Horta that the process will take about a week after I submit all my documents, which I promptly submitted. I was corresponding through one of their agents called Mr. Vidhyadhar Gowda, who had all the documents including my bank statements, personal address, office address, Identity card etc. I tried contacting the bank regarding what had with my credit card status and I found out the person whom I was corresponding with had left the office along with my documents which I am afraid could be used for purposes I don’t authorize. I had to resubmit everything and I contacted the bank after another 2 weeks only then a person came to my office to confirm my work address and then again I did not hear from the bank 2 weeks. When I called Miss Daisy, whom I was corresponding with the whole time. She would put my call on hold or tell me that she would call me back in 10 mins.( never happened) When I called her several times, she put my call on a do not call list and when I went the HRBR layout branch nobody was ready to give me any information. After much asking around they gave me the number of a certain Mr. Rohit Sinha. Who appeared to be helpful at first but I later realised that he was only stalling me. After trying to call him several times he yelled at me, told me that the company doesn’t need customers like me and that he has more people to take care of and I am not one of the priority customer. So basically everyone was just harassing me and nobody was ready to communicate of give me any information. I would have really appreciated if one of the staff could have given some clear information instead of wasting one and a half month of my time. I needed the credit card urgently for a foreign tour instead I just got thoroughly harassed by the bank staff and wasted some good time.

                                    I am have been calling at customer service department of HDFC credit cards at their number [protected] and [protected] regarding my credit card concerns. After spending 1 hour on the phone, I couldn't get through the customer care service executive. I was continuously treated to HDFC commercials. My issue is still unresolved.

                                      I Opened a Salary Account With Hdfc Bank LoNg TimE Back I Think In 2012. WhilE Opening The account the Bank Executive Told Everything Is Free It Is Zero Balance Account And Demat Account Is Free For Lifetime. But These Are Liers they Are Cheaters. I Want To Close My Account But They Ask For Money While Opening The Account Everyone Comes At Your Doorstep But Once The Account Is Opened They Treat You Like Monkeys. Icici Bank Is Way Better Than Hdfc I Have Been Using Icici From Last 4-5 Years My Experience With Them Is Very Good.

                                        Have applied for credit card on September end 2016. Have given all information correct. Still it didn't reached my address. Also i filed a cancellation request both online and offline via normal post for the same. But no response from HDFC bank. For last one month i have tried a lot delivering the card to my address but i failed to do so. As every time the phone banker is saying we will look into the issue. Also the same has been comunicated to grivance redressal but it's of no use too.

                                        On 29th October 2016 I have submitted a physical letter requesting the closure of Credit Card, which I confirmed on 5th November 2016 from Bank Teller named Swati Khatate that the letter has reached Chennai. But while calling the phone banker (Saumaya) on 7th November 2016 about the status, she said that no letter has reached Chennai office. Such a huge discrepancy between a phone banker and a Teller is not expected. Also I have posted a letter to Caesar Pinto regarding this, but I didn’t get any response from his side also. I just want to know what the hell higher authorities of HDFC bank are doing???
