HDFC Bank reduced my credit limit of credit card even after regularly paying the dues.
and they keep on messaging for promotional offers.
if you dont want us to give limit and use your card they why the hell you are sending soo many mesages for offers.
Very disappointed, even after paying dues on time, these bank is proving that people who don't pay at all are clever ones....

I contacted them for credit card delivery, as I had received text from them stating that the card is undelivered contact customer care. The lady started saying your company who knows it the address is not there are no contact details, when I was trying to tell her its there delivery guy called from my office mail room I have received the call she said you are repeating BS things and hung up the call...

Dear sir,

I am a salaried person and i have salaried account in your bank. At the time of giving me platinum debit card, your bank staff was saying that this is life time free card and there is no annual fees over there for this card but arround 900/- rs was debited from my account for annual debit card fees. This was the mistake by your staff.

And i have received an unfair approach and a very casual decision...

Recently i transfer lone from axis bank to hdfc bank lone got approved on august, it should be received by 1st of september, but it got delayed by one month due to that i pay one emi extra to axis bank and for that delay axis bank charged me 90 rupees interest per day,

I had a credit card of hdfc bank, i had been using this from last 3 years, i want to do the settlement of my card, i got a call from hdfc bank after than they stopped contacting me, i want a call back from settlement team, before some time i called to hdfc back also they had a discussion with me but again i did not received any call back from there end, after some days i will be moving to jaipur than i will not be able to do settlement also...

On September 21, 2015 Rs. 1000 deducted from my savings account for SIP Investment stating "MC ISSUED FOR SIP GAJUWAKA[protected][protected]" in the account statement from HDFC Bank Limited, Gajuwaka. Neither I was been provided any folio / documents nor the next month amount deducted from account. Your customer call center has technical or deliberate problem, as when i made a call. After taking input it is getting disconnect without connecting with individual.
So this is very wrong to make a one way to register the complaint.

Two years back I was informed by HDFC representative regarding “Health Insurance Policy” for two years and end of the maturity period I will get the refund amount; this was a special offer only for me.
