My shipment no is [protected], the HDFC debit card. When I call your office (at no[protected] and we decide on a certain date and time for delivery of the parcel, the parcel is never delivered on time and on schedule. The message from my end is conveyed on phone and there is no record for the discussion held. Later, the receptionist who takes the call seems to know nothing about the conversation that has taken place or is pretending.

This kind of service from a company like yours is simply not expected. Why can't this communication take place on mail so that it is possible to track the commitment made by the Blue Dart staff on phone. I wish there would be some sense of respect for the customer and their needs. The attitude of all personnel is so lackasidical. Its amazing. You need to really pull up your socks. You have lost at least 20 customers (people around) while you continue to behave with this non caring attitude .
I will never recommend or use Blue Dart in the future

hdfc debit card — Irresponsible delivery

I have applied for hdfc debit card which was sent through Blue Dart courier vide air way bill number [protected] to me. but the responsiable person has not try to search my location and returned back to the bank very easily.My address is correct , i have received other courior by bank through FIRST FLIGHT at the same address.

    Due to statement not receive, i was unable to make the payment of my axis bank card, when i tried to know the my card o/s thru their customer services, but i was failed to know as they are having very bad customer services as when i called some times systems were not working and some time they picked up the call and disconnected.

    I have sent my issues to their given customer services id and their Grievance Cell id too, but till yet there is no revert.

      I paid my bill around 23rd May. but i got late payment charges around RS. 380.

      It is stated that I have shopped at Bangalore for Rs 6050.00.on 28/2/10
      which is wrong. I was very much in Mumbai, I have paid by card on 28/2/10 at Peninsula restaurant for Rs 1220.00.
      I regret to write that it is not safe to swipe HDFC CARD in future, as this is a repeated offence.
      I need credit for Rs. 6050.00 for the bill i recd.

        Hi,

        Through this mail i would like to present a very disgraceful experience i face with HDFC Bank.

        I own a credit card No. [protected], due to sum unavoidable circumstances i was not able to pay my minimum amount due on my credit card by due date, which i already informed to collection department. My credit card is already in settlement mode.

        Later on June 1st i came to know that my all amount in my current account ([protected]) put on hold, that also without intimating me.

        Am not understanding how a multinational bank can go such a cheap level to interfere in their customer accounts that also without intimating them??? i Issued many cheques, now who will pay their bouncing charges??

        Regarding this i called to customer care, they given me one number when i called their that number was fake, again i called customer care they ask me to contact credit card department, credit card service representatives ask me again to call back to banking officer, i was very frustrated, my thousands of rupees wasted in calling from one department to another department. i was begging them to give me collection department number, anyhow i extract that number from my friend.

        I called to collection department, they transferred me to the concern lady who is handling my account, ( i dont know her name but the contact number is[protected] &[protected] I asked her am ready to pay my balance minimum amt due's and even ready to pay necessary late fee charges, but the behavior of that lady was very worst.

        I was giving her respect but she was acting as i had owed money from her, she used vulgar language which i never expected from HDFC, she was not ready to give me solution for unholding my funds, on the contrary she was cursing me. what is this???

        She told me she called me and i didnt picked her call, in fact my mother already talked with her, she started to teach me her job, I told her calling to customer is your job and you did not done any hardship on me.

        She was continuously disconnecting my called, i was fed up of calling her, i just wanted to know solution o[censored]nholding my funds, but she was giving call to her colleagues, who were just saying sorry we cant do anything.

        Now just you tell me please if phone bankers dont know? credit card customer care dont know? collection department dont know, then actually who knows what we customer should do??where should i go to defreeze my funds?? finally my patience comes to end and i decided to complaint regarding HDFC employees such unprofessional, unethical behavior.

        It has been almost more than 48 hours since my account is on hold, and yet i did not received any clarifications & resolutions.I already escalated this matter to my companies Account department, they already having tons of complaints agains HDFC bank from my fellow colleagues.

        Am very much upset by the HDFC such behavior, If i will not get satisfactory resolution to my matter, am going to escalate this matter to higher government authorities and even in process to review with media & print media.

        Am ready to pay minimum amt due but first please assist me un holding my funds & please teach HDFC employees who are associate with this bank directly or indirectly to intimate the respective customers before playing with their account numbers.

        Due to parents health issue am already facing huge problems.

        I hope you the higher authorities will take necessary action on their staff, who dont even have basic ettiquetes or say manners wih their customers.

          Dear Sir,

          I Rajendra Kharpuriya holding corporate salary account with HDFC bank (Employee of SWAN Telecom Pvt Ltd) & my account no is [protected].

          I came to know that HDFC bank has blocked amount of Rs 31, 227/- from my corporate salary account against credit card outstanding payment (credit card no [protected]).This credit card was suspended in 2004 or 2005 & I have never received any statement (hard copy or soft copy) of credit card from that period to till now.



          This is very indecent gesture & treatment by HDFC bank to its corporate salary account holder by blocking my amount without any prior permission from me or intimating me before taking this action.



          I am shocked & fail to understand that Why HDFC bank cannot act in this span of year from[protected] & above that, they had offered me three personal loans & one more credit card.

          The details of personal loan account no & credit card offered.

          1) PL acc No-798713 – Aurangabad in Oct 2004

          2) PL acc No- 2251538 – Nanded in 2006

          3) PL acc No[protected] – Mumbai in 2007 – currently it’s still running

          4) Credit card no – [protected]

          5) This is for your kind information that I never missed my any EMI for all three PL & I have zero outstanding on Credit card no – [protected].



          With reference to above details, it shows that I am not defaulter, If I was then how come HDFC bank offered me above services.

          I admitted that there was a communication gap from my side & HDFC bank, Neither I approached to update my correspondence add for credit card no [protected] nor I have received any statement from HDFC bank via Hard copy or soft copy .



          Finally, I am assuring you that I never been a defaulter with HDFC bank else I never made my salaried acc with HDFC & never avail above facility provided me HDFC from time to time. It was just happened with due to lack of communication from both sides. If I had received the communication regarding my outstanding amount, I would have paid the same.

          Now I request HDFC bank to provide me the statement for credit card no [protected] that is claimed that owned by me & I am willing to settle principal outstanding amount on the credit card as per actual statement.



          KINDLY CONSIDER MY PLEA & DO THE NEEDFUL BY UNHOLD MY AMOUNT IN MY CORPORATE SALARY ACCOUNT- [protected].

          Fraudulent activity with my HDFC salary account -(A/c No. - [protected]).

          Dear Sir,

          I Naresh Sitaram Satam holding corporate salary a/c with HDFC bank ( Employee of e-next financial ltd.)&
          my A/c no. is [protected].
          I had applied for HDFC credit card in the month of March 09.I got the card (Credit card no.[protected]) but I was given Bajaj Allianz policy along with the card without my confirmation.
          I came to know that HDFC bank has blocked my salary for the month of November 09 amt.of Rs.5041/- against credit card outstanding payment amt.Rs.8202/-(Credit Card no.[protected]). I have cancelled my credit card by paying settelment amount of Rs.842/- as I had no option to do so.

          I would like ask you couple of qestion, why Bajaj Allianz policy was given to me along with the credit card without my concern? Why my salary a/c no. was provided to Bajaj Insurence company?
          Kindly refund my amount which was debited from my credit card a/c to Bajaj Allianz Insurance company against the Health Ins.cover, otherwise I have no option to apply in Consumer court.

            Dear sir,
            I am customer of your bank from 2 years through my company.
            I always use to go to your ATM at K.P.H.B, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
            Every time it is experienced that one security personnel always use to comment, unnecessarily showing law & trying to be oversmart especially when ladies are there.
            This is actually now intolerable. He is out of control now & immediate action is necessary to control him.
            So kindly look into this matter.

              Dear Team,


              I Rahul Khaneta a customer of HDFC Bank . I am holding a HDFC bank's gold credit card no [protected]. bank issued me this card in 2007 and Its credit limit was rs 30 k . I used this card and i have to pay all my outstanding before my due dates. On behalf of my good credibility your bank increased my credit limit which was 30 k to 50 k. In part few month I had a some personal problems in my family, which made me unable to pay my due amount an time.Some how I deposited rs 5000 in the month of nov 08 and rs 5100 in march 09. Despite this HDFC Bank freeze my salary account without any notice and without my permission.


              I am the only person in my family who taking care of all family members. MY father is heart patient and diabetic from last 20 yrs. I managemy father's medicine's expensesas well. my wife and two kids staying with my parents in rajasthan. MY daughter has fallen ill over ther and my father need some money for her treatment. I bring this problem to HDFC consideration but they people asked me to fax copies of my daughter's hospitalization documents. This all is really disturbing me and my family I feeling harassed.I have responsibility of my family on me to run it.


              On 28 th of april 09 I spoken to Mr Sameer ([protected]) and Mr Tarun ( [protected] ). They asked me to deposit rs 900 in my credit card account immediately I deposited rs 900 in card account. On the contary HDFC hold my salary account ( [protected] )

              since the no one is ready to have conversation with me in this regards. Mr Tarun andMr Sameer Not picked my phone calls. I am trying to speak with HDFC concern people but nobody is responding me . I have been making regular phone calls to hdfc bank since my account is freeze . But no one seems to be interested to help me out in the matter.


              I am ready to settle this card and ready to pay my dues in the future, Now kindly release my account and i request HDFC bank not to do any deduction from my salary account at this moment of the time as me and family need financial support.

              HDFC Credit Card — Holded my salary account

              Three months back i made a settlement of credit card with associate named nisha, where she spoke to me for 1 hour and settled the account for Rs.12000/- and promised me to send the NOC to my Office address.

              And after three months to my surprise my salary account was kept on hold without any intimation for credit card payment, now they say the card was never settled and the horror was they charged me intrest and late payment was charged to me for this three months and kept me in such a horrible position that i was hospitalized for 1 week for my kidney operation and i cant withdraw the amount from my bank and when i tried calling the credit card department the gave me this number[protected] to speak to Mr.praveen since three days i am calling this number but i am unable to reach Mr.praveen, how can i come out of this problem is this the way the bank treat their customers now i am left with no money to live. please resolve this god will bless you.

              HDFC Bank — Freeze on Salary Account

              Hi All,

              Please beware that HDFC puts a freeze on salary account without even bothering to inform th reason for a dastardly act.

              Please guide me in the right direction to take action against them
              My salary account was kept on hold without any intimation for credit card payment, I have updated my mobile twice, but ididn't receive any call from concerned department, I am very disopponted.How can i come out from this proble if you arn't serious to settle the payment.
              bank has no rioght to freeze any account. coz both departments are different . one can not co relate both the things. u must go to rbi ombudsman to file a complainr against hdfc bank

                  Hi,



                  I own a credit card form HDFC bank. I have paying my minimum payment amount every month. However, due to certain curcumtances i failed to pay the payment for the month of April. I had a talk with Sapana (HDFC executive) om 22 May regarding this and i was asked to make the payment of Rs.1550 immediately. As my account was put on hold i asked her to take the amount fom my account and what ever is left amount for the minimum payment can be collected from my home. I also had a talk regarding settelment. She assured me that from the next month it will be done. All I had to do is sumit one letter regarding this to the executive, who would be coming to my home to collect money. Executive came and collected money from my parents and assured them that he would summit the frorm regarding settelment on my behalf. So we all were relaxed.



                  To my uttter surprise, on 31st of May I found that the amount of Rs. 18406.90 was detected from my account without any of authorisation. I am self dependent and right now I do not have any money with me. Is this the way u all treat your customer. I relied on your executive that she said me that make the minimum payment for this month and rest of the amount can be paid in montly installment for the next 8 month in the amount of Rs 2500.



                  This is not all, I complained regardig this all and reply that i got was shocking that how can i belive you that u had talk regarding all this. I was assured by the executive that my settlement would be done by next month and he would make the payment for that month.



                  Today I had a talk with priya from billing department, and she said me that the amount that has been taken canot be refunded. My question is why such a huge amount has been taken from my acount that to wih out informing me, when i had paid the last month payment and had agreed with settlement process.



                  Kindly give me justification regarding this. I has caused me lot of harasment, I do not have any money with me right now, as i said i am self dependent...I do not what i will be doing for the whole month. This is not the way to behave with customer.



                  Please kindly revert as soon as possible.

                  This is in reference to Credit Card Number - [protected] in the name of Mr. Mayuresh Kamble . For past 7 months I was not receiving the Bill for which the Complaint was logged in several times at the call centre number with no response, Every time I used to get a call from a person calling from HDFC Bank using abusive and sub standard language threatening dire consequences if the payment is not paid, for this also I had lodged a complaint at Call Centre but again with no response.



                  The above mentioned issues were going on for some time with no resolution so finally I had spoken to Ms.Reshma at Credit Card Helpline who said that she will reverse the late payment Charges provided I paid the minimum amount due. I agreed to it and went to the HDFC Bank to transfer the amount . There I came to know that amount of Rs.25800 on 02nd October 2009 had already been drawn by HDFC Bank Credit Card Division



                  Although the issue was pending since long time nobody bothered to resolve the issue but were very prompt in taking out the payment from my A/c without my knowledge and authorization. This incident has left a very bad taste as per se HDFC Bank Credit Card since it violates people privacy. They should not have invaded my A/c when I was ready to pay .



                  I would request you to look into the matter since such transactions are not approved by RBI, as it is violation of personal privacy.

                  This is what I am trying to highlight that without speaking to Customers your Bank assume lot of things . If there was an issue regarding the payment s why was your Bank not prompt in resolving those issues although it was prompt in putting the hands on my A/c.. Now lets take your claim that a Bank Officer had spoken to me I would request you to kindly provide call details about what had transpired between us.

                  Secondly you have mentioned about Card usage guide, what you had studied about was Bank rights I believe you haven’t studied Customer rights which states that I can file Complaints which are supposed to get resolved not to sit tight over them and then feign ignorance about Complaints, and then run around town justifying yourself till date none of my Complaints got resolved .

                  Thirdly the maximum efficiency to which a HDFC Bank can operate is although Rs.25000/- had been debited from my A/c your mail states that Rs.31, 618.57 is due and is still payable as on date.

                  I have studied the Banking Ombudsman scheme very well, and hence I know my rights your mail itself would be sufficient to prove how the HDFC Bank functions and its inadequacies.

                  Since the payments have been received by your Bank I would request you to activate the Card so as to form a mutually beneficial relationship.

They constantly use absive language . The names are -- Sameera Shailh, Jyoti and her Manager from the number[protected]/[protected].
                  I am highly irratated and frustrated with the attitude of HDFC Bank, I am plannimg to file a police compalint so that if anything happens to me tomorrow, HDFC Bank would be solely responsible.

                    This is a complain mail to you for regarding my Lost cheque.
                    I am working in omnia B.P.O. domestic call center. I recieve my cheque on 9th of May and i submitted my cheque for widrow in my A/C No. [protected] at ur branch HDFC BANK Ambedker road Ghaziabad on 15th of May an today is date of 31 of May but there is no response to u. When I was going to recive my amount then they told me sorry ur cheque has been lost. Then I told what can I do then they told u will go sec 26 Noida and chake there I am working girl . Now I take leave and went there.In noida they told sorry we can't do any thing. Then I again come ghaziabad branch then they told we are surching ...Plz ubnderstand my problem and help me...I realise that ur copmany can't fullfil the need of customer.

                    I hope u will do somthing for my Lost cheque as soon as posible... Other wise I can take acttion in Consumer cort with my lose.

                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                    Complain regarding my lost cheque.

                    I am an employee of Bird Group working with BIRD INFOTECH, Gurgaon. I received my salary cheque and i have dropped that cheque on 13th of oct at the DROP BOX against my a/c nbr i.e. [protected] . Today is 21st of oct but that cheque has'nt been clear yet. And moreover i lost my debit card on 20th oct but no issues regarding that coz my i have blocked the card. When i called up the customer care people and after going through all the verification check i asked about my cheque they said that they are unable to trace the cheque. So plz kindly advise me what steps should i take further as i have'nt face this problem earlier with you people & i am not going to call the customer care people again today also i have called them atleast 10 times but all the time the call gets disconnected.

                    I am an accounts holder of your bank at Malleswaram, Bangalore, no.[protected].. A payinst
                    cheque No.531737 dated 11/10/2007 issued by your bank on behalf of Lloyds Finance Ltd., Mumbai
                    payable to G V Mangalam (my wife) was lost/misplaced. I came to know only now when Lloyds
                    Finance sent me cheques for the balance amount. They advised me to execute an Indemnity
                    Bond in your favour to issue a duplicate cheque in place of the lost cheque.
                    I shall be grateful if you kindly let me know whether the said cheque has been paid or not and is
                    still not debited to the accounts of Lloyds Finance. I confirm that I have have not received the
                    said cheque.

                      • My friend and colleague Ms Tapati Nandy informed me that she has received a call from HDFC Credit Card Collection Department, Nayapalli Branch Bhubaneswar asking her to “make the payment on my behalf for the minimum amount due of Rs 2400 in an absolutely intimidating and abusive language. The concerned ladies even threatened to send a person to her house to collect the above mentioned amount.” The call was made from[protected].These
                      • This call was made without any such instructions from my side and my knowledge.
                      • There was another similar kind of incident on 26th of April 2009 where-in the call centre executive used abusive language when my mother received the call at my residence.
                      • My credit amount due is around Rs 48000 due for which I have paid roughly Rs 57000 as interest alone.

                        i m rajesh malik i send money in my brothers account in hdfc bank .they send sms on my brother mob. that amount credit in ur account but when he go to withdraw the money no any money in accont.branch manager told him that money once credit but again go reverse without telling any reason.how it possible?if once money credit in account then how transection become reverse? y they not inform?these persons behavior is also not good.so u take strict action against them. i m waiting for ur response

                        We used to have Current Account and EDC Machine in the name of M/s, VICTORIALS PHOTOS, Jayanti Market Corner, Panch Batti, M.I.Road, Jaipur bearing Account No.[protected] and we had closed this account long back but still we are receiving statement of your Bank but with Zero Balance. Kindly stop sending Zero Balance statement to us so as to avoid paper wastage and postage expensed being incurred by the bank.

                          This is regarding to complaining to you that on 12/03 I filled a form to transfer my A/C which I have in Jammu, after 15th days I get back it without any result, The name of approval officer was not there it was the mistake of bank they rectify & promise me that you will get change your address within 5-8 days .In the next 15 days I don’t get any result, in between I went to the branch 2-3 times, On third visit branch told me that it is not possible to transfer the A/C, So It is better to you to open a new A/C & close existing A/C & will get your welcome kit in 5-8 days, Now one month has been finished I don’t get welcome kit.
                          Today, I got a call from courier company they asked my address for the confirmation. MY address is “J 17/35 St. No. 8 Chohaan banger Shadhra New Delhi 110053” according my supporting document which I enclose with the form. But on welcome kit it is “A 15/35 St.No. 8 Chohaan banger Shadhra New Delhi 110053”. So the delivery guy is saying that it is not possible to deliver. Today, Again I visit to the home branch & get customer ID[protected] & A/C No. ([protected]).

                          Now it is approx two month going to complete neither I got opened my new A/C nor address has been change. From the last two month I am not able operate any transaction & having no cash for the daily routine also what should I do, ……………………
                          Give me the reason why should I use your ESTEEMED HDFC BANK.

                          If the branch having too much load of work the branch should not open the A/C or promise to the customer.

                          Hopes will get some positive result AS EARLIEST

                            HDFC Meritus Scholarship — non-receipt of IVR no.

                            Have received sms to call and take the test from my registered telephone with regard to HDFC meritus scolarship. But have not received any telephone number wherein to call. Please help me with the telephone no.where i should call up for my daughter to take the test. We are located in New Delhi.

                            my daughter m.gouri took the 3rd round of hdfc meritus online test for scholarship. In the second trial of online test, she got easy questions and answered all correctly. But the marks displayed was only 23 out of thirty. Can we know which one was wrong? Is there anything wrong with the evaluation, we suspect. We will be very thankful, if we can view the valuation sheet.

                            i am amanpreetsingh dhanoa.I have a complaint.That is that I am trying to do meritus scholarship 3 round test since yesterday but unable to do so because when I enter my registration number i.e. [protected].Its showing that your registration number is incorrect.Please help me because today is last date for the 3 round test.

                            My son has cleared the second round and was eagerly awaiting the 3rd round, i.e. the written test that was originally announced / intimated through SMS. (Infact, he was organising all his certificates - academic and ETA). Suddenly, there was a message asking him to appear for the intermediate round (3rd) online. He's taken the online test for 3rd roung and scored 22/30 and got a msg saying that he got a silver certificate. No clarity whether he's cleared the 3rd round or not. We assume he's not made it to the final round (now, may be the 4th round..). Even today, the HDFC meritus site has conflicting information - 3 rounds at one place and 4 rounds at another.. what is the need to confuse the kids?
                            When it was mentioned clearly that after 2'nd round written test will be conducted how 3'rd round was again done on phone?

I have to complain about the official site of HDFC, they are really confusing showing different number of rounds at different places .I have cleared 2 rounds and got a respectable 28/30 in the 3rd one. There has been no SMS since. I dont know what I will receive; the certificate or the entry to finals which may not be finals.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have been using the HDFC bank credit card for the past one year due some financial problems and loss in my business I could not able to pay my dues. A collection agent representing your bank contacted me theartening me to make the payment, and also that person used to some uncultuerd slang and if I could not able to make the payment he asks me to send my wife ...work and make the payment.Those words realy tinched my heart and forced me to suicied with my family.I am ready to make the payment but I request for sometime to make.Please I request you to educate your collection agents not to use these sort of words to anyone it may affect lot of person also the reputation of the bank also.

                                Sub: Complaint against HDFC Bank & Their recovery agency.

                                Res Sir,

                                I Altaf Khan, Res:Pote Building, Kharadkar Nagar, Vadgaon Sheri, Pune, want to complaint against subjected matter, the concern is as follows:

                                1)Recovery against by the Name Mr Amit has visited our residence befor 7-8 month approximately, when I was not at my residence, he has used very harsh words & abused my Mother & wife about the recovery of money. Due to this incedence my mother got shok & in this tention she fell down from the bus & due to this we have admitted her in the Jahangir Hospital & we have to do expence around 40 to 50 thousand.
                                2)After this incedence one of lady by the Name Ms Ankita has called on 18/5/2009 up to my elder brother & shouted & scrolled on him & told him that Bank will through us on the road.
                                3)After Point no 1 & 2 incedences the recovery person visited to my residence 2 times more & asked my family to send me or bank will held me in the lockup.
                                4)After considering all these incedences & due to my mothers ill health also we have kept quit.
                                5)On 21st May 2009 I have personnaly visited to HDFC Bank, 2nd floor, CyberNxt Building for the talk with Manager. I met up to the manager & informed all the situation & shown my willingness to pay the amount once we will see our financial condition (I.e. Due to resation we were lost the job & due to mothers medical expences.)
                                6)On 23rd May 2009, we have again received call from the number[protected] & the HDFC representative has again shouted & abused me on call. We had informed him that we had conversation with Bank Manager & we will be paying the money back once we will see our financial condition & we will inform the same to manager.
                                But the representative has not listen to that & told us that they will use their power rather going in to Court of Law.

                                Hence today 25th May 2009 we have decided to lodge a complaint against this & we went to Shastrinagar Police Station & 3.30 pm, but these people have refused to take complaint by saying, we need all people, you have not paid the money now lodging wrong complaint and all.

                                So we are sending this complaint to you via R.AD on anticipation that some one will lodge our complaint.

                                We read your complaint against HDFC bank, i would like to say regarding same matter, we have to pay my credit card due and loan to bank and same thing we are also loosing a lots of business due to rescission time period, we are having a few bank's C.C and since more than 5 years we are paid a time to tome all due but since a few (4) month we are unable to pay our due because of resation.

                                  With reference to the earlier several communications with HDFC customer care for dispute in the transaction carried out thru my above mention credit card there has been no proper reply as yet.

                                  I would like to give brief on the entire occurrence of the event for better understanding and prompt action to be initiated.



                                  v On 5th January 2009, I got the SMS and call from HDFC call center stating the debit transaction took place in my said credit card. It was online net transaction on 5th January 2009 thru Bharati Cellular amounting Rs. 25000/-

                                  v On the hearing on the incident, I had immediate wrote letter and faxed[protected] to HDFC customer care stating dispute in card transactions.
                                  v After which I had requested to block my credit card & requested for further investigations.

                                  v On 9th January, I received email from Reejesh K.R (Customer Service Officer) who gave assurance of investigating and intimating there are looking into the fraud took place.

                                  v After which there has been several email and telephone follow up done from my end,

                                  v After this incident, there are monthly statement for the outstanding was received but every time the response were matter is still under investigation and there was interest and penalty imposed for non payment.

                                  v I have been chasing your team for prompt reply, but on 11th April 09, the email of investigation still under process was mentioned.

                                  v On 8th May 2009, I get to know there has been amount of Rs. 27136/- has been blocked by credit card department for non payment of outstanding dues. I have immediate reported the incident to the HDFC Manager in Kamala Mills Compound were by they asked to get it resolved thru credit card department only.

                                  v On 8th May 2009, after several follow up with Credit Card Customer Care department for unauthorized blockage of the saving account, finally the amount was released.

                                  The entire story narrate to you shows my concern toward immediate closure of the dispute fraud transaction. If you refer to all my communication, there has been several follow up from my end were as there has been no communication given except we are still investigating the case.

                                  I have been harassed from HDFC recovery department for outstanding dues, when I call up call center the response is we will get back to you shortly.

                                  All said and done but my card dispute transaction is still unresolved, because of which I would request you intervene and help me to resolve.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have employee reimbursement account with HDFC bank and branch is Laxmi Road.
                                    From this account RS 15000 is debited on 02 April 09 from my account but this transaction is not done by me.

                                    Very Important: Bank is dont have details from which ATM its withdraw

                                    For security purpose I blocked the debit card and applied for new one.
                                    Kindly do the needful to get this amount back.

                                      - Local cheques clearing - I never knew it takes 3 days for a bank to clear a local cheque with the technology we have today

                                      I have an account with HDFC bank Koramangala, I had deposited a local cheque of ICICI on Monday morning at 10 am . My cheque had not cleared till Wednesday as i has issued some cheques based on the third party cheque that was deposited on Monday . I had visited the bank quite a few times asking them for an update on the 3rd party's cheque that i had deposited into the bank . They informed me that they are still processing...

                                      I have applied for a personal loan in the month april, they have collected all the documents and verified and residential and official presence. after that i have received sms stating that the personal loan has been approved with the reference numbere, a week back representatives called me and collected the aggrement signature and cheque leaves, after that i never got any response from them or any loan amount disbursed in my account. after couple week back again they have called and said there is problem in the signature issuue for the cheque. so again i have got a letter from the bank.

                                      after a week again they have called me and said that unfortunately a month has gone so you need to submit your latest for the month. because i am in a big financial crisis i have given all my documents ... again i got the email stating that your loan got approved, u wil get the money in two days. but till date i havent received my loan amount.. also i am not getting any proper feedback the bank officials, Worst process from hdfcbank chennai...

                                      Hi, applied for personal loan. Recieved message stating approved and verification is also done but no update after that. It is little weird when banking staffs calls and ask for personal loan and when we are in need it doesn't work as they committed to complete the process
                                      I Have Applied personal loan from HDFC bank. They have given confirmation that loan amount will be disbursed within 2 days. Then a week passed still did not get the amount. When asked them they were telling that within an hour amount will be credited every time (the same answer every day for the past 8 days). Still not get credited. Could you please help me to get it resolved.
