Dear Sir,

My account is with HDFC bank, Rewari. I have applied for account statement. On their site there was written that in case ur email id is registered with us we will send you email statement free of charges. But they deduct the amount of 66 rupees from my account. When i wrote to customer care they refused by saying that your email id is not registered with us. But Sir i was contineously receiving the statment on my email id. But now when i go to their site address they are showing that your email id is not registered with us.
Dear Sir i want my money back. Is this is a new idea for deducting the money?

    To,

    HDFC BANK,

    But my question is without any intimation by RPAD, email or any telephonic talk ( Mr. Hardik I think that we were never talk regarding my account closing), how you were closed my current account in March'2009. Only 3 month was there, during the period tranjection not done. "NO BUSINESS NO TRAJECTION"

    Eventhough I have cheque book, our business is running, some of advance cheque already we are given to some party . Is there any RBI guidelines for the same?, than please inform me. Otherwise it is my humble request to you that please to reactivate our accout.

    Today we are submitting the written application at Shahibaug(Ahmedabad) HDFC Brach, HDFC - Main branch & consumer Forum.

    "Please give me Exact Reasons for Closing of our Current Account "

    Is there any surity that we will not face any problem while opening the new accout with your bank. With question of "WHY YOUR PREVIOUS ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED"

      Who ever it May concern

      I am having hdfc credit card no is ******0660.

      I payed the due for the month of april 09, before my last payment date, still HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD charged Rs.600 as late payment. I had spoken to customer care, credit card department & clearance department all I got is assurance. I thought not to pay on this time so that they can reach me, though they called several times, & assured me that they will pay me back which will reflect in my next statement. I paid almost half of my total due amount, still this month statements I am again charged with late payments & they not even paid me back Rs.1200.

      I had send sms to the concern lady who had spoken to me, now she is not even picking up my calls.

      I had a credit card with an Indian Bank. I had made some late payment in 2 instances (late by 2-3 days) Accordingly, they had levied some bank charges, which I had not been accepting and had requested to reverse the charges on account of my huge usage of the card. The bank did not agree to it and I stopped using the card. After few months, the bank cancelled my card and I was not in a position to use the card. I had made all the payments on account of my purchases except the late payment charges. After few months the bank's lawyer sent me a letter claiming to pay Rs 13 thousand. Later on I had enterted into a verbal settlement with the bank's settlement team for an amount of Rs 10 thousand. This amount could not paid for a reason, that either I was not available for some time or he was not available for dome time. After couple of months I had received another notice claiming Rs 17 thousand.

      When I reached to the bank for paying Rs 10 thousand, I was informed that though my account stands settled, I will not receive any NO DUE CERTIFICATE and my name will still be referred to CIBIL caution List.

      I have two queries. 1 - Even after paying Rs 10 thousand and settleing my account, cant I claim NO DUE CERTIFICATE and can they refer my name to CIBIL.

      2- As the bank has stopped my card services and send me a letter from a lawyer once for Rs 13 thousand and the matter was under negotiation isnt my liability freezed to that amount. Can the bank increase the liability later on as in this case to Rs 16 thousand.

      Please help.
      very bad experience with hdfc credit card. Customer care executves are very harsh. The door step payment collection most of the is a fraud

        On 02.07.09 I transferred an amount of Rs.22671.93 for paying my CITIBANK credit card balance.I also received the confirmation advice for this transaction.
        On 23.07 09 I received next credit card statement and I came to know the on 02.07.09 the transaction did not take place and CITYBank has added Rs.2475.93 towards intrest, late fee, Ser.tax. and over due charges which I have to pay for the fault on HDFC bank.
        It is therefor requested to HDFC bank to compensate for this loss.

          As I start this draft, it reminds me of the Satyam Scam. Had Mr.Raju thought of this, he wouldn’t have been where he is right now. He could have just gone the HDFC Bank way! Opened a Bank and turn into a millionaire overnight.

          I write this with much agitation and frustration towards the bank.
          On the 4th of July, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.4, 000 from an ICICI Bank ATM. However, the machine gave me a “Network Error” message and yet, the money was debited from my account. When I raised a complaint, the phone-banking agent said that the money would be reverted back into my account in 12 working days. The days came and left, but the money did not reflect into my account. I had to call the disgraceful phone-banking agents again and this time I was told that I have to submit a “claim-back” form at my home branch and the money would be reverted back into my account in 12 + 35 days. I have given up the hope that I will get my money back, however, I thought I should make this public, for, God knows how many people have been having this problem. It is really shameful that a customer has to wait for 59 WORKING days at the least to get his OWN money back. Nice trick of HDFC Bank to shut down their satellites and servers, especially on weekends and steal money from customers accounts. No wonder, they offer you Home Loans, Vehicle Loans and all kind of loans available, left, right and center.

          Just take a case of a Credit card holder for instance. If one does not pay the basket amount, the Bank calls them and pesters them, even going to the extent of sending hooligans at the residence of the Credit Card holder to recover the money. On the contrary, when an above mentioned scenario happens, they request you to “Kindly wait”. I have stopped all my transactions with HDFC. Hope this article is published, so that the general public comes to know what actually is going on with the system and the so-called “White-Collared” people committing White-Collar Crime.

          As such it has been a tactic and process of excutives ( as I wished to term them) of the banks like HDFC, AXIS, and ICICI to go to the branches of other public banks and government sector banks and try to lure their customers by way of coaxing them to open accounts in their (HDFC, AXIS, and ICICI ) banks.

          I caught six people like this near the Indian Bank and gave them a strict warning and also their banks, especially with the banks of ICICI and HDFC in Tambaram EAST and reported them, but to my vain they made no effort in correcting them.

          If such is the situation then corruption in these banks are sure to rise.

            Dear Sir,

            I was working for Coca-Cola India in Gurgoan. One day the DSA has approched to most of the my collegues in our company and offered HDFC credit card including me. I accepted to fill the form and take a card only to please the guy becuase he has expressed his condition and was told his salary is linked to the cards he can generate. In principle I was not intrested as by then I was already holding citibank and ICICI card and was happy with service. Within a month I received the card along with the PIN etc. I have just put the card in cold storage witout using as my intention was also not to use. After a year or so (2003) I have migrated to Hyderabad and do not remember exactly where the card has been thrown. One fine day in the year 2004 I received a phone call from the legal cell of HDFC saying that I have withdrawn a cash of Rs 5000/- for which I expressed my innocence on the transaction but however I was told that after the card was accepted by me it was as per the legal agreement I am bound to pay the amount. There was heated arugument and also harrasment to my aged old mother calling her during odd hours. To get rigged of the calls I paid RS 6000/- in HDFC Begumpet branch against my credit card account. This amount has been paid on confirmation that this matter will be setteled.

            After 2 years again I received a letter from one of the HDFC legal partner saying the amount is due. I have given a reply and also mentione dI will go to RBI and HDFC odanmbus cell. There was no response after the my reply.

            Today again I received a call from number +[protected] and the guy on the line started warning me legal consequences if I do not pay Rs 6700/-. I am surprised is this the modus opernadi by HDFC to harras the common man like me. Today I do not remember the card / account number also to revert to the bank. Apart from the above I have good credit ratting in the financial sector.

            Is any body there who can help me please.
            I am holding a card which is [protected] and paid regular basis for quiet few months regularly. For the past few months i had been missing 1 cycle due date and made payment at reccession period also. Your telecaller has harased me badly from Mumbai and at Chennai. Used unparlimentary words and harrased me day and night by using false name. Your bank staff named Ramya whoes mobile number is [protected] told me are you beggar tell me you cannot pay. This was last month and after giving PTP continious calling was there by all sides day and night because of i had to leave my wife from operation theater. After paying also i was insulted by blocking my card, hence i am proceeding to consumer court for the same. I have lost my prestige and continious harresment has made me sick. I will not pay any further and meet all you people at court.
            Hi Sir/Mam,

            HDFC collection agents are harassing me, my family and people at my work place again from the Phone no.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. They call by changing their name, Arun calls me every time. Few years back, Somebody stolem my credit card and used it, I lodged a FIR against it, sent a copy to HDFC bank and I was/am ready to help and go everywhere for the enquiry purpose if police or Bank people want, but bank is not cooperating at all, bank did not even bother about enquiry. Bank is trying to put illegal pressure on me and trying to recover that amount from me. Bank has given this case to some collection agency and some very cheap people keeps me calling and harras me. Also they have started calling at my work. I am very much worried about this...Do I have any right to stop and raise my voice against this injustice. Please guide me or I will also have to go illegal to stop that and I don't want that as I have some faith that some rule/rights can help me...Please help

              Respected Sir,

              I Muneer Pulikandy working in Abu Dhabi and holder of NRE account in HDFC bank.
              (A/c No. [protected]).

              I applied a home loan from HDFC bank last year. But they rejected my application with unknown silly reasons. That time I gave one cheque for them Rs. 3709.00.( Cheque No. 591268) That cheque they reissued to my name on 29/07/2008. But I can came back from Abu Dhabi only on 15/07/2009.

              I gone Kannur main branch and I saw Regional Manager Mr. Renjith Kumar. But his response very very bad. He said this chque has been cancelled because date has expired with shouting. He used all f words. I don't want this cheque amount back, but was insulting me with bad words.

              I am here lodging a complaint against regional Manager Mr. Renjith Kumar for the insultancy.

                i recd. a letter from side on 22nd day of july for conversion to paid up status for the same polocy

                i said that very poo performance of your co. no right to work on insurance field. your co. is very large co.
                and the rule is your co. that not remind to the customer for remind for premium payment in connection your co. remind after the due date that your policy converted to paid up status.

                why, is my money is yours? you will reduce the sum assured with 25000/- and u not claim the bonus.
                let me know is my money coming from tree. or u earned my money from market.

                SHAME ON U & VERY-2 FACILITY OF YOUR CO.

                i already used icici, metlife, aviva & lic also. all are very good they inform me via mail & sms for the
                payment of premium, lic is very old co. is going on mail & sms, but your co. HDFC i registered on mail also but result is 0.

                once again i said that VERY-2 POOR FACILITY OF YOUR CONCERN HDFC.

                  Got my address changed from chandigarh to 802-xenon building, zircon apartments, viman nagar, Pune.
                  (ref. letter dt. 7.7.08 of mr. B.Vaity c.c.desk, received by me). First a/c statement was received wirh
                  wrong name of building (zenon building) instead of xenon building, after 2 months of despatch. No further
                  statements received till date. One statement was also received in oct/nov 2008 on my old chandigarh address. It is requested that all a/c and holding statements be sent now at the correct Pune address.

                  Letter received by me from c.c.desk did show the above address but the 1st. a/c statement was received

                  I will be grateful, if ALL a/c- and -holding statements are now sent to me on correct address.

                    my name is jitender these complaint againts hdfc bank . one of my friend julgar ali want a loan and one esequitive come to juljar place and recived 5 bank cheque crossed and pay to hdfc for loan securities but one of his cheque no 501890 widrol amount 50000.00 by hdfc on 14/7/09. he was not recived any loan amount. so pls lodge a complaint aganist hdfc bank . or refind his amount as soon as possible.

                        Hello,

                        I have been a customer and active trader on the stock market and my broker is HDFC Securities. Its infact very agonizing to use their services. Their phone numbers arent very receptive and only hours of waiting can get me an executive and plus they have this regular irregularity of outage on their servers.

                        Due to this no orders can be placed either on the net or on their call centre or een their offices located in the city. Since stock markets are very volatile in this season and timing is all it takes for some decent returns, this has caused me huge capital losses. My stock prices have plumetted down in front of my eyes and i couldnt do much about it.

                        Even as iam typing this complaint, iam just waiting for their "technicians" to "work on the problem". I want to take legal action against this firm . Being such big leaders in the industry, it becomes their social and moral responsibility to ensure services of highest standard and had it been once i a while the mistake is pardonable but the problem is it isnt. If the servers breakdown due to high traffic, why should they even sign up these many accounts if they cant handle it.

                        Some one please help me on what i can do for this? Is there a legal action that i can take?

                        HDFC Securities — Taking customer for a ride

                        I have my individual 3-in one account ( 5 years old) and a current account. Recently I had opened a 3-1 account with both my parents and mine.
                        I have stocks purchased in my individual account and was waiting for March month to dispose few to take care of investment on saving instruments for tax purpose.

                        The client ID's are different, accounts are different.

                        Today when I tried to operate the demat account I found that account is freezed. On inquiry I found that as my name appears in both account one was freezed and they freezed my individual account " as per SEBI Guidelines".

                        As a customer should I expect the HDFC bank to tell me while opening account on this difficulty in servicing two trading accounts or is the previlage of HDFC bank that it can open with all the hefty charges and then decide themselves on which to close and which one they should keep open.

                        Is it my fate to know about freezing only when I log on.

                        HDFC Securities Password delivery — HDFC Securities Password - Open Envelope Delivered by Blue Dart

                        Hi,
                        I just received my password day before yesterday and that too the envelope was "OPEN". On checking with the courier boy, he mentioned nothing and refused to comment on it.
                        This whole episode is "Thoroughly ANNOYING" and i would like to ask the concerned authorities one question
                        " If my account gets "hacked" who is to blame ? would HDFC securities take the blame or would Blue Dart take it up ??
                        I'm moreover surprised that Blue Dart which is a renowned courier company has such goo[censored]p's. I wonder how do you'll survive internationally, without anyone suing Blue Dart in court for such instances.
                        I'm working in the online media service industry too and if there are such instances, we not only take to task the personnel responsible for this, but also make good to our clients.
                        I would, as a customer demand an explanation for this and expect a revert at the earliest.

                        HDFC Securities Password delivery — Agree with - HDFC Securities Password - Open Envelope Delivered by Blue Dart

                        I also agree with Charles that Blue Dart is a fraud courier company. There is always a problem with Blude Dart courier. HDFC securities should be answerable to Charles and also to their management for keeping such a courier company.
                        It is a very very serious matter as if an account gets hacked it can be used for various criminal reasons leave alone the loss beared by a simple customer.
                        HDFC and Blue Dart should apologize.
                        I forgot to mention.. The AirWay Bill number was [protected] and the dispatch date was May 21.
                        I sent a mail to the mail id mentioned ([protected]@bluedart.com) and also to customer care of HDFC Securities. Surprisingly the mail bounced back from the BlueDart id with a message indicating that the mailbox was full.
                        I can see the Blue Dart guys sitting tight and not even checking mails...
                        Are the BLUEDART concerned authorities listening ?
                        I agree with you Mr. Charles. Blue Dart has been very complacent and lazy. If such issues continue they will loose a lot of business.
                        It has happened to me also. Its unlucky that we are in India otherwise, you could have filed a case against them.
                        They need to apologize with you on this.

As I type, I intend to sell a stock on which I have made some reasonable profit and feel that the stock price will fall soon, but thanks to HDFC i am totally unable to do anything about it. I am out of India and I agree their call centers take ages to respond, if at all. I hope the bank is fully aware of these problems and wishes to maintain it's brand image.

                          Hi,

                          I am rajul mishra. My Salary Account No. is [protected]. I've deposited a cheque on 11th of July 2009 and is not credited in my account yet. I've written to the bank 2 times previuosly. I just wanna know is this a bank or something else. At the time of account opening last year one of the bank agents take my form and the account was activated after two months of that. After that on 11th of July I've deposited a cheque at Noida sector 26 branch. However, the cheque was wrongly delivered to some other place and returned back. The Bank then put my cheque again for clearance and hence it is not cleared yet. Actually my case has become a comedy. The guys overthere in the bank entertain us as an easy bay. They don't think that these type of conducts give wrong message to the society. If my cheque will not be credited by today then I'll definitely sue on the bank in Consumer Forum. As I am a resident of lucknow and working with an organization at noida I'm suffering from severe financial crisis.

                          salaried saving account — deposited cheque not cleared by bank from last 1 month

                          This is to inform you that I have a saving account in Axis bank (A/C No. [protected]). on 12th sep 2008 i dropped a cheque amounted 5000 Rs. (Cheque NO. 814011) at the lawrence road ATM Branch of AXIS Bank.But till the date no action had been taken by the bank to clear my cheque Amont.

                              Hi Sir,
                              I have an account in HDFC BANK, M. G. Road, Bangalore. On 02/07/09 i made fund transfer through HDFC net banking to my Dad's account(SBI, B.S.City, jharkhand) of Rs.5000. But that has not been credited to my Dad's account till now. When i asked HDFC about this they are saying that it was a successful transaction, please consult SBI(Beneficiary account). When consulted to SBI they are saying that they don't know anything about this transaction and please consult HDFC Bank. Again i consulted to HDFC Bank and asked about transaction, but they are saying that "It was a successful transaction and they submitted my request of transfer to RBI on the same day(02/07/09)".
                              The problem is that my Dad didn't received any money till now and both banks saying go consult other bank.
                              I am in between both banks but my problem is not solved.
                              I want you to help me in solving this problem because my Dad is in need of money. Please help.

                                I had a credit card with HDFC. Around 2 years ago the same was settled and the card was returned to them. HDFC can very well check in their records if they have any transaction on this card for lastt 2 years. After the settlement, I had not received a single call or a bill from them till date.

                                But look at the way these smart guys deal with the customers. Today all of a sudden Mr. Gupta from HDFC (calls himself as a manager), called me saying that I have to pay them a sum of 65000 against my credit card. He slowly stated HARRASING me with his phone calls and DHAMKIS. In the entire day he must have made around 20 calls to me asking me to speak with many different people who call said they are lawyers (one of them is Vikram Rana).

                                When he started pressuring me, I asked my husband to speak with him. When my husband wanted to talk with him, he refused and said that my husband was harrasing him by calling him... look at the PUN here... Who is harrasing whom is the question that arises.

                                Later he sends me a message on my cell giving DHAMKIS saying wait and watch I shall do with you. I am staying alone in Mumbai with a small kid. If anything happens to me, I shall hold HDFC responsible for the same.

                                When I did not listen to all his DHAMKIS, he then chose to speak with my husband (who was initially harrasing him) and tried pressuring him.

                                He kept on telling me that he will file a legal case against me and send the police to my office. Mr. Gupta then called my manager and spoke to him on the issue, trying to create pressure on me thru my seniors. Firstly this is my personal matter, why should they involve my work colleagues in this. This is to spoil my reputation at work and make my life more difficult. If I lose my job I again hold hdfc responsible for this.

                                This is such an unprofessional behavior shown by them. Mr. Gupta was not ready to speak with me properly and was continouly abusing my husband.

                                This is a shameful act done by HDFC... How can they harrass a person all of a sudden after 2 years without any notice or any kind of bill being sent to me...

                                On top of that he claims that he had sent a executive to my house who was beaten up by us...

                                This is too much... He is just trying to create a scene out of nothing and trying to prove his point.

                                I am living here alone with my kid and now I am really scared of his DHAMKIS and I threat of my life...

                                Somebody needs to take this up with HDFC and help me sort out this issue.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have a Savings Bank Account No.[protected] with your bank for several years. I have been making withdrawals from different ATMs at different locations but never had a problem. Surprisingly, on last Saturday i.e. on 11.07.2009 at about 7.30 P.M. I used my card to draw Rs.10, 000/- but the machine dispensed 18 (Eighteen) notes of Rs. 500/- each and 5 (Five) notes of Rs.100/- each – none of the notes was a new one.

                                    I was shocked and tried to inform over phone but, by that time, Phone Banking Services were not available. On Monday morning I informed over phone about the short delivery of cash and requested to check and credit Rs.500/- (short delivered amount) to my account.

                                    Today, I received a phone call from the bank expressing its inability to do anything in the matter. This is an undue loss to me for no fault of mine. Has the amount been drawn at the bank- counter and had there been a short cash delivery, a complaint could be made then and there and the culprit could be caught immediately.

                                    I again request you to look into your system, machines and personnel and trace the error as it does not much financially but much more impacts the trust the customers have in a banker and its procedure.

                                    In your case you will have to contact the bank whose ATM you were operating, giving them the account details of the Debit card you were using. Once they find the discrepency in the cash disbursement from the ATM machine, they will refund it back to the same account.

                                    The bank should be able to trace this at the EOD settlement and the money should be back in his account. It would take sometime as Bank would need to dig out the cash totals from the ATMs and not all of the ATMs are maintained by banks.

                                    Please be also advised to keep the slips containing the error messages handy though, in case they were required.

                                    Trust this would suffice.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am writing this letter to you after visiting your office at Rajouri Garden on 29th June, 2009. I am having a very bad experience with your Credit Card department as well as the Bank also. I am holding a credit card of your bank bearing credit card no. [protected] and my salary account is in the name of Neeraj Gupta and my Account No. is [protected]. I am not using your credit card anymore since 06th Jan, 2009. But you are charging the flawed charges in the name of Financial charges in each and every statement thereafter every month.

                                      I talked to your many customer care executives and every time they have assured me that the extra charges will be waived off in my next statement and asked me to pay my actual buying amount and so I did the same but I did not get what I want from them. Even I had sent a request letter, as asked by Mr. Dixit on 13th Nov, 2008, by fax on 20th Nov, 2008 to waive off the flawed charges for Rs. 2, 133.25 regarding these charges but instead of this there was no response once again. So I decided not to use your bank credit card anymore. Once again the same letter is attached for your reference and record.

                                      But instead of this you have charged the flawed charges in each and every statement. In 02nd May, 2009 month statement this figure was Rs.7, 334. My Last payment was Rs. 6, 936/- on 24th Dec, 2008 as per your statement dated 02nd Jan, 2009. But total due in the statement was Rs.10, 055.36.

                                      Now a new dispute has been created by your Bank as I have my salary account with HDFC Bank and My Car Loan (Car Loan No.[protected] was also sanctioned by the same bank. My EMI for Rs. 4, 605 deducted by ECS on 07th of every month. Therefore I have to maintain EMI amount every month in my bank account. But in May my balance was 4, 384.45. From which, without any information, the credit card department had deducted Rs. 4, 384.45 as there credit card dues. And thereafter my balance was NIL. And no amount was left for my next EMI, because of which I had to deposit my car loan EMI for the month of June in the Safdarjung Enclave Branch by cash and faced lot of inconvenience. Who is responsible for this? This is very shameful act that a Bank deducted the amount without the permission of the Account Holder. How could you do this to a valued customer? Isn’t this a criminal offence?

                                      Now I am telling you my actual buying amount and the flawed amount once again.

                                      My actual buying for which I have not paid is as per following table.

                                      And you have deducted Rs. 4, 384.45 on 25th May, 2009 and Rs.11.47 on 01st July, 2009. Total amount deducted by you is Rs. 4, 395.92 from my salary account without my wish.

                                      Now in the current statement i.e. 02nd June, 2009 credit card statement is showing Rs. 3, 171.99 is still due from my side after deducting Rs.4, 395.92 from my salary account which is absolute rubbish. Instead of this the credit card department has to refund my balance amount i.e. Rs. 1, 917.92 which it has deducted from my salary account.

                                      I have suffered a lot since September, 2009. If it would have been corrected in the early days then this would not had been happened and my relation with your bank would not have been so worse. If this problem will not be resolved from your side as soon as possible then I have no way left except the Consumer Court.

                                      At last I request you solve this matter once and for all and I want to keep your credit card for future use but without any dispute from our side.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am holding a credit card of your bank bearing credit card no. [protected]. My credit card limit is Rs. 50, 000/-. But it got exceeded to Rs. 55, 440.97 while doing purchasing in the month of September. Therefore you have charged overlimit fee of Rs. 500/- in September statement, which is not my fault. How can a person know for how much he has shopped for? The card must have been declined for the further payments until and unless the credit limit for purchase is exceeding.

                                      For this extra charges of overlimit fee, I talked to your customer care person Mr. Amit Kumar on 07/09/2008 and he promised me to waive off the same.

                                      Unfortunately when I dropped my cheque for Rs.55, 000/- vide cheque No. 481238 for the same I forgot to mention the date on the cheque and hence it was dishonored by your bank. And again you sent me a new statement for following charges:-

                                      Finance Charges Retail 1, 777.59
                                      Service Tax 345.31
                                      Cess Tax 10.35
                                      [protected]
                                      Total 2, 133.25
                                      =======
                                      In this regard I talked to your customer care person Ms. Kalpana on 13/10/2008 and she also promised me to waive off the same.

                                      And one more time in your next statement for the month of November you have charged Rs.347.00 as Finance Charges. Why you charge these financial charges in your statements?

                                      For this matter I again talked to your customer care executive Mr. Dikshit on 13/11/2008. On that day your system was not working so he suggest me to fax a letter in this regard.

                                      Therefore I request you to waive off all these extra charges which is amounting to Rs. 2, 980.25.

                                        Hello all,

                                        Previously i was using a hdfc credit card. And i believe i paid all my bills but still i ma getting bills and i don't know whay. The worst thing is i raises several complaints via mail and phone but no response till date. I have never received a single print copy of my ills till date at my place.

                                        After one year of mail/phone complaints i was totally fed up with the bills. Then i decided to visit the nearest bank for help. Bank ppl registered a written complaints. The after 2 days i got a call from the bank but due to network problem it some disconnected. The immediately i got a mail mentioning the same and to pay bills immediately.

                                        In the written complaints i asked the bank to arrange a representative o clear my doughs and bill asap.

                                        Bit till date nobody contacted me.

                                        I don't know what to do.

                                        Please help me.
