This is in regards to the term insurance policy under my husband's name KK Jha from HDFC Life, Policy Number 22499085.

We have registered the claim under CL-[protected]. The claim was rejected.
The claim is incorrectly rejected stating we kept hidden the health details of the policy holder but the policy was issued only after the complete health checkup performed by HDFC. Hence the reason for rejection of the claim is not valid.

My husband has mentioned everything correctly on the form and no information was withheld from our side. Yes his sugar level took a significant hike at the time of admission to the hospital but that was due to covid medication.

We have been trying to get a result on the same policy since October but every time we are given a different date by HDFC. We have asked to review this reason multiple times but every time they are giving the same reason without acknowledging the fact that policy was issued after the complete health checkup.

When we 1st complained we received a mail stating the Claim Review Committee will address this concern and will get back to us by 11 December 2021, but no communication was made.
When we mailed HDFC then we got a reply stating again the claim review committee will get back to us after 12th Jan 2022
And now again we got a date of 8th Feb from HDFC.
But no one is acknowledging the fact that policy was issued after performing a full body checkup, now the same policy is being revoked on the ground that health information was withheld.
From the month of October we are just being given the same response with a new date. As if no one is listening to us. The company is just playing around now and now it has reached to a point of mental harassment.

      Dear Team,

      I visited the HDFC branch(secunderabad) on Nov11, 2021 to convey the incident details, where in bank
      official s have confirmed that there are not having payment detail of last transactions which i paid
      the cash to bank official who have collected at my residence permisses(i have called customer care to
      collect the amount as i was shifting to hyderabad from mumbai in 2008, cheque was denied by them
      accordingly cash was provided to collecting official)

      There were no communication in between the period 2008 to 2021 to me interms of letter or Mail or SMS

      One of the official has confirmed to pay the amount approx 5700/- on Nov 11, 2021.to clear the two
      transactions amounting of 850 rs /-

      As i have applied the loan amount 1.5 crore amount and it is was on hold due to CIBIL score (which was
      reduced due to two enteries -One is pertain to vehicle loan -mentioned transaction

      Second line item:

      I have not applied for credit card and not recieved the card also However in CIBIL plat form it is
      mentioned as zero transactions and settlement done

      I have paid the amount of rs 5700/- to bank to clear the loan entry from CIBIL

      Needful required in two aspects

      1) Removal of both the line enteries from CIBIL plat form

      2) Reversal of amount paid for Clarence (Rs 5700/- loan number[protected]

        To HDFC Bank Credit card manager,

        Credit Card Application Red No.22A[protected]SF

        I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a week ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile.

        Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i have checked the Application Status of my Credit Card application to enquire about the status. It showed that my application is declined.

        This is pathetic. Being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

        I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service.

              मेने ४ जनबरी २०२२ रुपये 8500 की पेमेंट अपने paytm अकाउंट से अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड की पेमेंट की थी
              मेरे paytm अकाउंट में किसी और का भी कार्ड ऐड था में उस दिन थोड़ी जल्द बाज़ी में था तो मेने पेमेंट कर दी और कुछ दिन बाद मुझे मेने अपना HDFC क्रेडिट कार्ड देखा तो उसमे overdue charges लग चुके थे तब मुझे पता चला मेने गलत कार्ड में पेमेंट कर है और मेरे paytm कार्ड होल्डर नाम भी नहीं शो कर रहा न ही कार्ड के पुरे digit show कार्ड starting six digit और आखिरी के four digit दिख रहे मेरे आप से अनुरोध है की मेरी पेमेंट मुझे बापस (Refund) करदी जाये में पेमेंट की डिटेल्स अटैच्ड कर रहा हु

                I have used my credit card for an e-commerce EMI transaction with a down payment of 13499.75 rupees on 16th January 2021. The first payment got failed and I retried the payment and again it got failed, but money (the down payment) got deducted in the second failed transaction. The same day I got a message from hdfc bank saying that the money is credited/reversed back by the e-commerce site, but now my credit card details include the same downpayment in my Outstanding Authorization Amount. Please reimburse and correct the same.

                    My account deducted 354 rupees in the name of AMB CHRG INCL GST without informing and I have maintained 10000 also in my account.

                      I was having a current account in HDFC Bank A/c No. [protected] in sion branch, Mumbai. which I had to closed due to pandemic on 18th July 2020 with the help of my A/C manager Mr. Inderjeet but it was not closed due to loan account was linked with that account which I shifted from current to saving A/C online before closing my current A/c but due to HDFC protocol I had to go to their Chembur Branch and fill a form to shift the loan A/c (I have not been told while closing my A/C) so I did that also, out of surprise still my A/c was not closed and I have been charged with Non Maintenance of A/C and some bounce charges so I went to Sion Branch and met my A/C manager Mr. Inderjeet he checked and said there are charges associated to your account that is why it is not closing I said I was paying all my EMI’s on time from my saving account but he said still You didn’t shifted it so EMI was hitting your current A/C as well and Non Maintenance is because you did not maintain the average quarterly balance I said who maintain the balance in closed A/c and why you didn’t inform this when I came to close the A/c, After showing him all the proof of timely paid EMI’s he assured me that he will take care of it and close my account soon, In spite of tons of phones calls and whatsapp chat with this guy and It’s been more than 6 months loan A/C also closed, I paid all EMI's but till date I am receiving messages of Non Maintenance charges, it is a mental harassment as well it’s spoiling my Credit Score. Now I came to know manager Mr. Inderjeet left the HDFC, I have no idea whom to talk and why should I pay charges If I’m not wrong, It’s his mistake that he didn’t inform I have to go to Chembur for Shifting the loan A/C and when the amount was small he said I have mailed the head office about the incident and will wave off everything and close the A/C and now the charges are more than Rs. 20000.
                      Being India’s No.1 bank I can’t expect this from HDFC Bank, Please help me out to close my account.

                        I opened salary account. While opening the account, bank staff told like "we can manage zero balance in salary account". But now they are detected amount for Nov, Oct and Dec. Each month they debited RS. 708/- from my account without intimation. But in message they mentioned RS. 600/-, detected amount is different, message is different amount. This time very tight situation due to COVID, but bank are detected amount like this and debited amount and sent fake details. I need my amount.

                          So this hdfc bank withdrew an amount of 1410 from my bank.
                          It removed 704 first and then again 704 as Amg charges..
                          It is my salary account. How can you withdraw money from my acc.
                          Is this the punishment for using HDFC bank?? We don't withdraw money thinking it will be safe in bank but little do we know its not safe there as well.
                          Please refund my Amount right now

                            First of all, I checked my email and found that I have never received any email/sms/phone calls from your end informing me about the charges which will be deducted from my account. Also you have deducted 2000rs for 3 months, that's a lot of money.

                            I'm in dire need of money and you have deducte 2k without informing me.

                            Due to covid, I have not been able to maintain the average monthly balance. I recently got money out of my provident fund into my HDFC account and you have deducted 2k already.
                            Please refund the amount back to my account as in this difficult situation it is not the right thing to do.

                              The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                                    I am account holder in hdfc bank savings account sometime back i made some transaction so my minimum maintaiance balance i crossed so my 500 rs was deducted but i ididnt get notified about charges through sms or get warning on mobile through sms later when i check my account balance i get to know that 500 rs was deducted they should notify about 500 rs deduction through sms but they didnt then after that i carefully maintained minimum balance but they charged 318 rs for aqb this is just unacceptable and idint Even notified about this deduction thank god i checked my balance then iget to know that 318 was deducted so i checked statements and there i get to know that they charged aqb ser chg this is just unacceptable firstly i maintan my balance still they charged me for this thanj god i tansfer my some funds and maintain the balance or they deducted more in name of minimum balance requirement this is just sheer loot of coustomers not informing about dedctions they can send thousands messages on insurance and loans but cant send messages on deduction of money such worst service 😡 i want my money back and i will close my bank account. Worst bank in history of india looting its account holders. 👎

                                        I have an account in your bank. On 5th of Jan, i went to my home branch, and filled form for email as well as number change. It was a bit urgent. Varun ([protected]) who is working in HDFC, vikas puri came to my place to collect Adhar Card. Then on the same day he told me that he needs the back side of Adhar card for which he said that you give me the OTP of adhar card direct login, which according to me is illegal and i am gonna take action against him. On the very next day i went to my home branch, and made a complaint of Varun. There was one lady Ms. Shell ([protected]), and she said if you have any problem call me on this. She took a different id proof from me, and said that email update as well as phone number change would happen within 2 days. Shame on this kind of a staff who spoil the reputation of bank. I am calling her since 14th and she is not picking call. Still my application is lying in the bank.
