I’m a customer of HDFC for 3 long years, I was believing that it’s a very good bank until I applied for a home loan file#[protected], Cost of the home is ₹3050000, I checked with the bank they said I’m eligible so i applied for a loan of 26, 00, 000 rate of interest is 6.75%, I applied on Aug 18 2021, and I paid the advance money of 450000 on Aug 27th, I’m getting 36K net salary and I have other source of income which is 15k per month, My CIBIL score is excellent and not even a single late payments, I was following up with the sales manager and on Sep 14 2021 I got a call from the appraiser and she was telling me that my current company filed an IT for just 1 year so they are thinking and my company started in the year 2019 so if they check next year my company will be filed the IT for 2 years, And I have 4 years of experience and no gaps between, And I’m acting SME waiting for my TL position, She was asking me do I have any certifications like CPC I was wondering why do they even need certifications for home loan, She asked me for my MCom degree certification I shared that too like a fool, Then no response from her nor the bank, On the website I can see the status showing regret our Inability to process your application, Now the bank is telling they forwarded my loan application to HDFC reach and the rate of interest is 9.5% you gotta be kidding, They took nearly 1 month to reject my application, Before and all I was referring this bank to my friends and colleagues even I referred this bank to my fiancé his UPI is [protected]@okhdfcbank, Now my only duty is to spreading my bad experience about this bank and I will cancel my HDFC account and will make my friends to cancel it and I hate being the dumped customer of HDFC for 3 long years.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

As per my understanding it is not pre-payment issue. Actually the interest (Rs. 8700.00) till end of tenure for our gold loan has been already collected by bank in the 1st day of loan disbursal and it was not communicated to me that if I settle this loan amount before 8 days of maturity extra charge will be collected. Without giving this information charge has been deducted from my bank account. Settlement of loan after 8 days without any charge would be more convenient for me.
I am not satisfied from your response.
Requesting you please check the actual issue and resolve this.

My 2nd response on Mr. Anuj Kumar's mail is as below -
Dear sir,
My simple submission is that if you informed me before the amount deduction from my bank account I did not close my Gold loan. Waiting for next 8 days was not a big issue for me. After submission of my paper I was told to wait outside the bank. I was waiting for my number but suddenly I got message that this amount has been deducted from my bank account. Signature in the paper was taken after deducting the amount from my bank account.
Your colleague told me that by mistake charge has been deducted from your bank account. When you come next time we will adjust this amount and now you are saying that everything communicated to me before closing the loan.
I am a regular costomer of your branch. Hope you will do justice with me.

My issue has not been resolved yet and bank is giving various arguments. Requesting you please look into this matter.
