I regret to inform you that there has been complete failure from HDFC Regalia Smart buy team. Not only their supervisors have lied but they have misinformed too to cover up failure at their end ( whether due to their ignorance or deliberately)
It is highly shocking & disappointing that, both of their supervisors I engaged had lied to me during the conversation held with me yesterday at around 730pm wherein, I was confirmed that HDFC had received the mail from Yatra confirming that booking was done under Economy Standard class only & he would be drafting & sending the mail to Vistara over the same mail, instead he had sent mail copying all concerned to Vistara & Yatra over my mail but not on Yatras mail. Had it been Standard, Vistara team was ready to amend as a special case without charges as stated in my all mail trails...
Where & how, he could have sent mail as Yatra had never confirmed the same .. Whether Yatra earlier confirmed or not is between HDFC & Yatra but such an unprofessional attitude & a lie is not expected from Supervisor level to overcome their goo[censored]p in the system
I have been from the time of booking a ticket hearing from HDFC that booking is under Economy Standard ...
Surprisingly, after my several mails to HDFC & Yatra, I received a call from Yatra Customer support team a little while ago stating that they had booked a ticket under Economy Lite ...which is in contradiction to what HDFC team has been claiming . Why such a lie & misinformation ..This really puts me at the level that I would now like to take action against their supervisors & the entire booking team which has been manipulating here for the last 3 days & putting me into trouble .Instead o[censored]nderstanding my exigency for which I wanted the ticket to be postponed, they have tried to cover their goo[censored]p.
I am hereby enclosing the mail received from yatra to me stating that the ticket is under Economy lite & not Economy Standard .Whatever is the issue that needs to be settled internally between HDFC & Yatra, I was made escape goat & asked to pay the extra charges which I refused
Now, it is clear about HDFC mala fide intentions, unprofessional way of handling, cheating & trying to extract money from their prestigious customer .I have been sending mails over mail asking their supervisor(s) to share email confirming that Ticket was under Economy Standard; he has been not responding instead smartly & cleverly rather, sent a mail asking for charges of INR3200 that will be levied . How can he send mail like this shamelessly
I have requested the team of HDFC TEAM TO AMEND MY TICKET FOR 3rd October from 2nd October WITHOUT ANY CHARGES IMMEDIATELY & awaiting the action from their side
looking forward to an immediate resolution & revised ticket ..A very soar experience with HDFC regalia card .. I have been holding this card for ages
