I had filled out an account opening form on 15/08/2021 with the HDFC Nehru Colony branch, Dehradun, with the employee Jyotsna.
It has been over a month since then, and I have not received any Welcome Kit/ Passbook/ Checkbook or net Banking details via email / by post yet. I was informed by the employee that the Welcome kit was not delivered, and returned to the bank. But I am have not been provided with neither a tracking number, or given any other solution to open the account and start my transaction with the bank.
Since, I am an NRI customer, I cannot visit the branch in person, and the current branch manager has not been receiving my calls or providing me with a solution to my problem.
Kindly send me the welcome Kit ASAP so I can begin banking with you.
