I had my account blocked due to fraudulent activity. I made a complaint on cyber crime portal and got my complain number, went to the bank, wrote a letter and filled the form to get my account unblocked.
I received a new debit card and later it’s pin. I can’t use the debit card at all because online transactions are not available and locked. For this I have to use net banking to unblock (for which I had already filled form).
Went to bank again because customer service kept saying there’s nothing they can do and I have to go to the bank MIND YOU ALL OF THIS DURING LOCKDOWN! I have zero access to my money and can’t make any transaction and as for my fraud activity complaint? Got rejected without notifying me about the reason! Went through customer care again after rounds and rounds of calling and finally someone answered why and they were wrong. The option I chose in that transaction disputes form was correct (I chose the option “I ordered goods online, the same were to be delivered by———— but I never received the same”)
Got a call back from the team, who assured me she will give me an update in 24 hours, I asked for her contact number for back up, that number doesn’t work and she didn’t get back to me.
As for my net banking, on the advise of the customer executive, made my way to the bank again. AGAIN FILLED OUT THE SAME FORM! She said It would be activated in 7 days.
It’s 15 days now. My credit card payment is due! I don’t wanna have to pay the late fee.
This is so frustrating!!
I tried to visit the bank again today and it was closed.
This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service ever. I’m changing my banking service.
Please please please grant me back access to my money! I neeed to make my payment!
I’ve maintained a great cibil score so far and I don’t want it affected!
It’s been over a month since I had access to my money or used it.
Please for gods sake! RESOLVE THIS DAMN ISSUE!!!)
I don’t have a relationship manager and I’m tired o[censored]sing customer care for this.
