Dear sir/ Madam,
I am Bidipta pal . I gave IRDAI exam from Hdfc life, Serampore. My exam was held at NSEIT Limited - Howrah. I couldn't continue my job for some reason. My contact person in Hdfc life is Mrs. Shayeri Roy[protected]. I had requested her for given my NOC but she couldn't provide me. She said that it was not in her hand. So I would request you please provide my NOC as early as possible.

    My name is saksham gupta . Some months ago my account was debit blocked by tha bank due to the transaction made by my account.
    I seriously appreciate that banks take these steps to protect us from any type of fraud and cyber crime . For that I visited the branch and gave them all the details and documents they asked me . But still my my issue is not resolved . I received a scolership recently and I have to pay that to my ongoing education loan .
    Please I request you to kindly resolve my matter as soon as possible.

    So if you are also facing debit freeze in your bank account then there is nothing to worry unless you have not done anything wrong. Banks do it for our safety. Okay so the process is simple just go to your home branch and tell them about the freeze and ask them the reason behind freeze . So there can be two reason 1- bank might itself done it . 2- cyber crime team has done it. So in my case bank had done it . The reason for debit freeze in my account was because I have a Student account and I have made many transaction, although transction was not illegal aur fraud bit bank doesn't know so for investigation they freeze your account so just go and provide all the documents they ask and wait patiently because it takes at least one month to complete the process. Thanks

      I have a salary account in your bank with Account no. [[protected]] in the name of [ Hathkar Manisha] . I have checked my account statement, you have been charged some charges from my account. I have started a SIP in mutual funds, due to some emergency, i was not able to maintain sufficient balance on the day of deduction and due to insufficient balance it got bounced . As this the first time, that got bounced or failed due to minimum balance . I have been charged ACH Debit Return Charges of Rs 590/- and 531 on 22 April 2024 is deducted from my account .
      I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds, What are these charges for? Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is SIP. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance. I request you to return the amount as there was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

      You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

      Please help me resolve this and return my money.

        Please close my account or keep it blocked..I dont care.. I already visited branch thrice and did follow up with Prahlad sir cybercity gurgaon, Saurav tiwari and Jyoti Sir branch manager of Nehru nagar branch number of times. I informed them please do the verification in business hours but I receive call from Saurav tiwari at 7:10 pm on 12th April 2024 after having conference call discussed with all 3 at arround 6:15 pm on same day and they branch manager given consent that address incorrect while I was with conversation with Prahalad...I know nothing will be done with my complaint..simply don't call me ever for any marketing or loan or anything...on 12th, I was assured it will be done and branch manager informed me that there is jo process of calling customer whole doing address verification. And they are simply sending confirmation address incorrect...

        Please tell me if your executive not able to find address then how you can say address incorrect when same address mentioned on property paper / ration card/ voter id card/ adhar card and electricity bill..

        I am at my home location in business hours but u all are stubborn and will do verification in non business hours and i[censored]nable to find address then you all will send confirmation address not found or incorrect...

        If its incorrect for hdfc bank nehru nagar branch then why I will again visit branch..when they are not going to find address as specified by govt of India.. if I go another branch then how they will verify address.. if other branch able to verify address then your executive at nehru nagar branch are incompatible and not capable of doing the assigned task...

        How you all will confirm that if i visit another branch then same story will not repeat...

        I already said to Prahalad sir that please dong ask that saurav tiwari to do verification and inspite of saying that do verification in bysiness hours..he called me in non husiness hours..I received his call and still address not verified then I think its not my problem ..its pr9blem with tahtexecutive who is arrogant and asked me question why I opened account in gurgaon..and said if you anser this qiestion then only resolution will be provided.. he is arrogant..rude..careless...
        And from 15th April I started calling Prahalad Sir and it seems he mistakenly attended my call at apx 10 am and informed me that he will do follow up and inform me accordingly but no call received and after that I called him jumber of times till today but he didnt answered my call.

        So why I will visit branch when n one call call mr or find the address as prescibed bh govt of India.. its my mistake that i tried to do address update...

        Its best close my bank account forever..n please bar my number from your list for all marketting calls...atleast tjis can be done from youf side..stop harassing me when nothing can be done online or by visiting branch...keep your bank account services with you...

        Simply close my bank account...dont call me for anything in future...

        Its your fault and its me who will pay the late fee for your own bank loan...
        If I dont pay loan then see how the collection executive will find my address for loan revovery...you all r [censored]...

        I never thought of disgusting service from HDfc bank...

        If possible please waive off my late fee...I will make the payment for loan using the link sent on sms...your auto debit feature sucks because of you all...
        I understand debit transaction blocked due to verification failure but whh the credig transactiom blocked...its all youfscam to put latefee on customer bank account...

          Hello sir/ma’am
          I needed a forex hdfc card for that i had to open a hdfc bank account. I was out of india for a while and was not successful for maintaining the minimum balance. My phone number did not work there and i did not get any mails regarding deductions of amounts. I came back to india and my first salary was credited on 2/04/24 on hdfc account. Today i understood that they have deducted about[protected] rupees from my account for not maintaining the minimum reserves. This was my first salary and the amount fined is too much. I really need help. I cannot pay this much as fine. Please help. Thanks

                I am writing to inquire about a refund that I have not yet received in my HDFC bank account ending in 1192.

                On March 31st, 2024, I received a notification from Amazon India stating that a refund of ₹45, 070 had been initiated for an item I returned on the same date. The refund was processed from Amazon India's end.

                However, after waiting for 5 business days, the refund has not yet been credited to my HDFC account.

                    What is this charge? I want this to be reversed.

                    2. I used to get the complete amount deducted on the 10th of every month against my credit card as I have put the payment option at autopay so HDFC automatically deducts my payment by the 10th day of every month. There is no point in delayed payment or something on which they are charging me.

                    I had always made the complete payment to HDFC and never opted for a minimum due payment. Then, How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges to be reversed asap.

                      Hi HDFC TEAM

                      I did an IMPS transfer from hdfc to the Bank of India account but it has not been credited to the receiver account.

                      I got a message that it's pending for received back's deposit/reversal but the money had been debited from the HDFC account and no status from the last 24 hrs. the received account didn't received till now

                      there is no quick support in this case.

                      how can I get a status and if needed reversal?

                          After availing the jumbo loan from HDFC bank git a message that your DD has been dispatched with UWEX Courier but you can't find this UWEX company over google if you google then you find a company with the same name but they say that they are not in tie up with HDFC bank and not delivering any HDFC Product

                          I'm still waiting my DD to be delivered and unable to track the status as the UWEX courier dos not exist

                            I just opened a bank account in HDFC bank in Pilani, Rajasthan branch, and just after 5 days, my account was blocked without any notice or reason.
                            Its almost 1 and half months, and yet the account is blocked, whenever I go to bank, they ask me to wait for 1 more week and this has been going on for last 1 and half month.
                            There is no proper reason why they blocked my account, and they are not giving me a proper resolution.
                            HDFC bank was a reliable bank to me but now I just dont trust it anymore.
                            Its more than 2 weeks after complaining to the branch manager, but no help.

                                But still my pan number AQUPB1153F is showing in IRDAI PAN LOOKUP.
                                Kindly remove my pan number from IRDAI pan lookup.

                                    I hold an account in HDFC bank. I entered a wrong UPI id while on a call with friend transferring money to him. I sent Rs.28, 800 (7000+21800) making two transaction on same id. Later when i realized mistake i informed HDFC bank very next day (29 June is holiday and customer care no. is not working). I also submitted these details multiple time on their online complaint portal and end up having multiple reference no. only. I have not even received a single call from HDFC bank till date regarding the matter. By frequent mailing i only got to know the payee bank account no. and IFSC code (not even the name of account holder). While HDFC bank also stated the transaction is complete the dependency of getting money back lies with the Payee bank only. The haven't received my money till now.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                        Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 826.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 24th Feb 2024 under the name of depository charges Mar-2024

                                        Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 826. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging. i want my money back please refund it.

                                        Please do the needful as earliest.
