Dear sir,
I was paying my credit card bill time to time but due to covid i was in financial crises and my HDFC credit card due or pending since 5 months.
Sir your HDFC Bank credit card recovery excutive harrassing me that hume pata he pese kese nikalwana h apka office me jakar le kar aege, they are telling that word, sir I am undergoing mentally harrassing by your executive, sir i will do sucide if they did any or create any situation at my home.
Please do take action against this.

    I got an email from cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com on 4.11.2022 with reference no as [protected]. In which i came to known that HDFC Bank is closing my complaint o[censored]nauthorised transactions for an amount of Rs.50, 052/- in 3 transactionsoccured on 16th Oct 2022 in my credit card No [protected] .

    After the fraud transactions which might have been taken place in co-ordination with HDFC bank officials, i immediately complained to Bank officials and raised complaint by enclosing all the supportive documents and Cyber crime police complaint which i furnished to the bank for reference.

    HDFC Bank is trying to close the complaint without any proper investigation. Because as per the police enquiry it is found that the fraud has occured in co-ordination with HDFC Credit card officials. Because they only sented me an SMS on 15th oct containg subject " if i cannot reedeem reward points worth 9850, they will expire by tomorrow". How can one knows the reward points which i have got credited by bank . Without the knowledge of bank officials this incident could not been taken place

    Pl do the justice by conducting proper enquiry. I have paid entire my due amount within stipulated time excluding these fraud trasactions. If Bank does not look into my request i have no solution except i) going to lodge complaint in RBI regarding the role of HDFC Bank in disclosing reward points to the Gangsters ii) never take HDFC Card in lifetime iii) closing of HDFC bank account immediately which is of 13 years old iv) to tell all my friends and relative circles about mischievers in HDFC bank officials

      Respected Sir,
      Myself Amit Kumar Sharma, resident of Mehkar (PIN-443301)Dist.- Buldhana (Maharashtra). I am having a savingaccount in HDFC Bank at HDFC Mehkar Branch whose no. is [protected] and the IFSC code is – HDFC0009549.
      On 18th May 2022, Booked a bus ticket from Mehkar to Nasik worth Rs. 2625 and due to some change in plan cancelledthe same ticket on the same day. The ticket was booked from GOIBIBO app, which is a travel booking company.GOIBIBO send message that cancellation confirmed and return initiated for worth Rs. 2495 after deducting cancellationcharge of Rs. 130.
      We as a family were following them for the refund since 25th May after 7 days of cancellation. They told that will be doneby 2nd June. But when not get received they told to contact HDFC after providing the RRN number [protected]. Ipersonally what’s app this to Mr. Kulkarni sir on 9th June to check but didn’t got any reply.
      We were totally frustrated after following with GOIBIBO for not getting the refund. On 27th June again talked withGOIBIBO customer care, they again asked to wait for 48 hours.
      On 28th June 2022 got a call from having number

      saying that he is calling from GOIBIBO, his true calleridentity was also showing GOIBIBO refund team, importantly he was totally aware regarding the ticket, amount, refundamount, HDFC bank account etc., so this didn’t created any doubt on my mind. During the long conversation with him hetold me to download GOIBIBO refund app from Google Playstore in my mobile & after that he debited Rs. 99000 frommine above said account at 15:24.
      My concern is that apart from downloading that app I didn’t share any OTP to him and nor shared my customer ID orpassword for the transaction.
      Secondly the fake app downloaded on my mobile and the HDFC bank SMS comes onwife's mobile as that number is registered with my account. Than how the amount get deducted? As How thehacking of wife's handset done?
      Immediately after getting the debit message I with my wife rushed to bank at around15:40 (Can check bank camera ) and asked Miss Dipali to stop that transaction but she said that already deducted andcan’t help and go to Police Station to lodge FIR.
      I
      have lodged a FIR at PS after that. But having questions that -
      1.Why HDFC didn’t act immediately to stop or pull back the transaction? Acted only after next day when BM came atbranch.
      2.HDFC staff also didn’t told to contact HDFC customer care to block account. Why? This was done only after PoliceStation officer told.
      3.Why didn’t provided the account detail, where the amount deposited? If it’s an wallet than surely that will be connectedwith account or app? And if I am not wrong anyone can't transfer money from wallet in minutes.
      4. Is the security of the HDFC is so loose that anyone can hack the OTP n transfer amount from anyone’s account?
      5.Why & How without sharing the OTP fund get transferred?
      6.For a minute I have done the mistake by downloading the app but this does mean that HDFC will allow the culprits to dothe fraud?
      Sir, I am from middle class family and only the bread butter earner, Have to take care of another 2 family i.e. My in laws(atNasik, & both are senior citizen & no son ) and sister(at Aurangabad alone as Brother in law passed away) as no one is intheir family employed or earner, as residing alone. The fund was saved literally by cutting expenses from my hard earnedsavings
      I am sure someone leaked my data too, otherwise how he knows all information regarding me?, How he knows that I amhaving more than 1 lacs in my saving and pulled 99000 only? Why not more?
      Gone through the RBI circular too as per that, (PDF attached and link shared below), I am entitled to get the amount backas it's being banks responsibility to complete the insurance formalities from the cyber fraud insurance.

      I request you to please check as it’s being my negligence & HDFC bank’s fault also and reverse back the fund to myaccount. I hope will understand and take care of that, and take necessary steps to get refund of the same.

            I booked a airticket on 17th October through paytm for an amount if 5601 rupees for 3 months EMI. I got the ticket and generated an invoice with EMI transaction no/banking ref no.[protected]. But in the statement there no conversion of EMI as my bill generates on 18th every month. Its been more than 10 days there is EMI procees in my statement. Full amount is being billed instead of EMI amount. I raised a complaint on 25th October via email, for that i was said I will recieve a resolution on 27th oct, then on 31st. And again on 4th Nov . On 5th they said 14th. My due is on 8 Nov . I also tried converting manually which I no need to do because you have only 6 months from you side that is already looting the customer, because problem is on the bank, for that also they said today there is a conversion problem, Kindly take a loan. Why should i take loan because you could not convert from you side.
            The email reference is 18202203.
            This is just forum . Nexy im going to the consumer court itself.

            I have paid my hdfc credit card payment rs. 46000 on 27th july from lakshmi vilas bank through gpay but it is not reflected in hdfc credit card statement, and it is shown like not paid

              Recently I purchased a TV worth 72000and paid amount using hdfc credit card and after 5-6 days they credit the amount and convert it into offus EMI without my knowledge.

              Purchase date: 30/10/2022
              AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS Date: 04/11/2022

              I have paid the whole amount the next day i.e 31/10/2022 after purchasing the TV but still, they do it. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Hi Team,

                      This is to report that HDFC Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
                      They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.
                      It is a way to reach out to all customers.
                      I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the Axis Bank team not to call or sms the users registered on National DND.
                      Infact, they change the numbers daily and call from different numbers daily through their 3rd patries also.
                      All that is required is to register on the National DND list as per the TRAI regulations.

                        I have made a payment from CRED to HDFC credit card on 31st Oct, it got failed. Got refund on 3rd and again i made same payment on 4th, CRED took 3 working days to complete the payment and HDFC charged me 550/- rs as late payment fee.

                              I have a salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds (NJ wealth) using auto-pay option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 2200 is deducted from my account

                              I have called customer care and they told me that this amount is deducted because of payment bounce.

                              I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalize so harshly for not having balance.

                              Hdfc bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                              Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me of the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient, you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                              Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

                                  I bought something from my HDFC debit card EMI option in the previous month. To avoid late payment charges I already paid the amount for this month, in the same date the EMI was deducted again from my bank account for the same month.
                                  I am not sure how they are able to deduct the amount from my linked account
                                  I contacted my HDFC bank, but I didn't receive any positive feedback

                                    My wife holds 2 cards hdfc regalia and priority pass. We travelled from mumbai airport n used the card for economy class lounge. No charges were charged. We went to istanbul, while returning, we specifically asked the lady at the counter which card will get us free access to the lounge. She took the card swiped and without charging anything, we were allowed inside the lounge. After we came back, hdfc credit card dept charged us for both entries. However after lot of arguments they have returned us the amount deducted but not the taxes. The second amount of approx 3.5k has not been returned. I have 4 cards 2 icici and 2 hdfc. I showed all to the lady on the counter but she choose to take the hdfc card only. I think this is breach of trust. They should not charge us from backend. Card number is in the name of sonal card number 4639 xxxx xxxx 3855. I can be contacted on [protected]

                                      I have charges hdfc Rs.12800 for ach debit returns, every month they are charging me the amount like this I was not able to pay my previous 2 month emis because I didn't received a salary so, but for that they have charged me almost 30k for this few months

                                      I request you to please provide me at least 40% charges back to me .

                                      This is my hard blood money so I am requesting that please return Mr at least 40 charges.

                                        I paid my credit card bill via CRED pay to hdfc bank on 5th November. Nov 6 is my due date. But the amount I paid (₹64, 399) is not reflecting on my hdfc account . I’m tired of trying to reach to both the parties hdfc and CRED pay. The UTR number is HGA6P11A[protected]. Hdfc bank is denying to talk to me because they are mandating me to talk in Hindi instead of English. What kind of customer support is this. And I have no means of resolving this . I have attached proof of successful transfer of amount to the credit
