Hi Team,
I have been with HDFC Since 2010. My wife was trying to withdraw of 3000Rupees from HDFC ATM on[protected] at Shad Nagar, Telangana. unfortunately, withdrawal amount not received, and that amount is debited from my account. My wife immediately went to Hdfc bank, shad Nagar informed to one person he suggested to send email with all details of transaction, and he given his email id: Rajashekar.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, i send 2 times email to that id but still now no response from them.

      Not able to avail HDFC Credit Card

      I am trying to avail a credit card for mysel[censored]sing the HDFC Credit Card portal. However trying to do so triggers an error on screen saying, "Your request could not be processed. Please try again to continue."
      Please note that I don't have an HDFC Account active, I tried to get an account but it says that I am already registered and have to visit a nearby branch to activate/link my account.
      I am actually facing issues in both...

      HI,
      My account has been debited 8 time instead of 4 for my SIP installments and it occurred bounce charges on my account for Rs. 1753.
      dated: 17-OCT-2022

      This is happening twice now Last month also my money was around RS 2000 was debited and its not acceptable. I am highly disappointed in your services. this time it caused my account to go in negative balance.

              On 23 August '22 I made a remittance of Rs 21, 706 from Indonesia to my Hdfc savings account.It's been more than 2 months and the money is still not credited.It is reflecting as transaction on hold by bank and the reason is stated as name mismatch.Despite of submitting all the necessary and required documents online and by physically going to the branch there is still no reply from the bank's side.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I Was paid my Electricity bill on[protected] Saturday by using My HDFC mobile banking app. I received a SMS and Mail confirmation on[protected] the amount was Paid successfully. But I Received another SMS on[protected] the payment was failed. Hence the paid Amount Rs.14651 not Credited my account.

                  I really Feel bad to using the HDFC mobile banking. Because of the other apps like Paytm and Gpay's are working properly and if any payment failed the amount was refunded immediately in the linked bank account.

                    The company named hubpages approached me for online typing job on 22/10/2022, the executive told me that registration amount rs 500/-
                    I did the transaction on 22 oct 2022 of 500rs to wrong and fraud account through phone pe UPI id

                            While i making a purchase through Flipkart to buy Nothing Phone (1), the transaction happened twice and the amount got refunded from flipkart side but there is a processing fee of 229 for the first transaction .                               Hello sir,

                              This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                              Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 20th OCTOBER 2022 under the name of depository charges SEP22

                              Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

                              Please do the needful as earliest.

                                    I made an address change request in the 1st Week of October via the Netbanking and uploaded a copy of my Passport as SUPPORTing document in 2 days my address got updated and everything looked normal till yesterday when i received a SMS from HDFC @ 6:00 PM stating me to visit the nearest bank to avoid blocking of my account due to non-delivery of Address Change Letter and in the next Hour the bank account was blocked. I was unable to make the payment UPI OR Debit Card. I reached the Branch office to check and they had no clue that my account is blocked they continuously pointed that the Net banking shows nothing. This is completely unprofessional as there was no prior intimation no time given to sort the issue even though the SMS read as " Reach the nearest branch to avoid blocking". No one in HDFC have any idea of the issue. However, I see lot of complaints already in consumer FORUM. I have made a simple request to get the address change and if its not delivered to my address it should be sent to my Branch office which never happened. However, I requested for a Debit Card that was delivered on my newly updated address without any issues. I guess that should be enough as a prove that I am residing in the address. If you are unavailable at the said address due to an emergency or for any reason who authorizes HDFC to block the bank account and UPI Payments. I was trapped in a situation were I was unable to make an important payment and faced humiliation due to this action from HDFC. How could this be legal ? I will request to please take action against them, and I personally will detach myself from HDFC after being a CUSTOMER for 12 Years after this incidence an will request all others to do the same. A highly unprofessional Bank who does not know to handle a simple request of address change and can take such a step of blocking the account and UPI Payment without even intimating CUSTOMER on time.                                     This is the section from your Site: Where is the information that you could block my Card due to some non-delivery of ### Letter you are sending without even letting the CUSTOMER know about it.

                                    To Change your mailing address with the Bank, you need to submit self-attested scanned copy of your Address Proof.
                                    Following documents are accepted as Address Proof for Resident CUSTOMER.
                                    1) Passport
                                    2) Driver License
                                    3) Voter's Card
                                    4) Aadhaar (Smart Aadhar card is not accepted and downloaded Aadhar copy should not be older than 30 days)
                                    5) Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
                                    6) Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name & address
                                    If submitting Aadhaar, please mask the 1st 8 digits of the Aadhaar number e.g XXXX XXXX 1234
                                    If you are NR CUSTOMER, please click here to view the list of acceptable documents.
