We had taken LAS by assigning LIC policies from HDFC Bank Wardhaman nagar branch Nagpur.in 2008, having agreement. no 126140 & LAS A/c no [protected] the same has been closed but as per process, we have not received No Due Letter, Now one the policy was matured but we are facing problem to get the maturity amount on our LIC policy as LIC officer told us we want No due Letter from HDFC Bank & sign & stamp of HDFC bank Maneger on the format they had given to us.after that they will issue us the maturity amount chaque .for that
A) we had visited bank but they told us for Noc, contact with Mr.Nikesh Raikar at 4'th floor Hdfc Loan against security, Fadvi Tower, Sadar branch .accordingly we met him & shown him Original copies of LIC policy & request for getting NOC he seen the account & told us that he want to mail at HO & after reciving reply I will give NOC for that we had contact him & visited many times but he say i had not received any reply till now. To day He has said on phone he had mailed many times eo Mr Shrikant Dalvi at HO but he had given reply.hence till today we had not received No Due Letter from HDFC Bank & we are suffering loss.so you are requested to look into matter & issue us No due letter at the earliest.
B) for that we had also mailed at HDFC DP HELP ([protected]@hdfcbank.com 20 nov 2018 with subject line "Re:-(Case ID[protected] they had replied us on 23 nov required details of 14 digit LAS Account no or Registered mobile no / PAN number (by Sanghapal Fulkamble Cust Service officer Loan Support Team HDFC bank ltd) for that we had send the mail on 24 nov giving the details of pan no of me & wife, email id, current mobile no, again i had send mail on 27 nov .but till today there was not any response.
Hope you will look into the matter & resolve our problem at the earliest.

    We have applied for home loan from HDFC and it has been sanctioned in three parts (File No.[protected], File No.[protected], File No.[protected]. We have submitted all supporting documents that was claimed by the Assistant Branch Manager. They have completed all verification procedures (at home and working place). In this juncture, the bank is reporting that, they require the legal heir of an unknown person from the land's ancestor document. This is not fair on your part and this has caused a great mental and physical stress on the customer part. The expense that we have spent in this regard is also high. It is also to bring to your notice that we submitted all the necessary documents in advance. In this regard, we are to file a case in Consumer court for the same. This is to inform you that we have faced lots of pain by your reputed banking. We expect your reply on this matter

      Hi this is balaji, i have a hyundai i20 yesterday given a claim for front bumper damage and rr door damaged but today service advisor called me and told hdfc serviour front bumper old damage so not cover in insurance. There is not old damage only scratches only but insurance not given a claim for my vehicle then i need proper explanation form hdfc insurance otherwise i will move legal action.

        I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

          Dear sir/ ma'am,
          1. I am a customer of hdfc bank. I wanted to change my correspondence address. I approached hdfc bank, stadium road, patiala (Bank code 756).
          2. I sent my representative for address change form, which i could fill before going to the bank... Which they refused and insisted on my personal visit to the bank.
          3. On visiting the bank, firstly the concerned staff was missing, others where clueless about the procedure and when i insisted that either they should clarify the same from the manager or i would like to meet him, i got a reply from the staff that the manager is not available.
          4. Finally i left the bank without changing the address and got the same done from another branch of the bank.
          5. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional, and a "couldn't care attitude". Next day when the same was brought to the notice of the concerned manager, he also seemed to be least concerned about the complaint.
          6. This lackadaisical attitude towards the customers by the bank staff has forced me to pen this complaint

            I have applied for a credit cards in hdfc bank. The agent of hdfc bank call me & told me to come out side of company for verification. I am waiting for the agent for 30 min out side of my company. But the agent not came. Then after 2 days i went to the bank ask the my credit card application status. They told me my application was rejected. This is my mistake or bank mistake.

              I have applied for credit card on 22nd november 2018 and submitted all the documents to one executive of janpath road branch, bhubaneswar. After that i received a call from hdfc and they verified the details of mine.

              After few days i received a text on my number [protected] with application reference number 18k[protected]e8 and asking me to reply back the passcode. I replied to that. For few days i checked the status on hdfc portal saying in process. On 5th december status changed to decline. I dnt know the reason.
              After that i raised a complain to hdfc customer support and they mailed me to submit my residence address and office details with passport or addhar in nearest branch and said that my contact number is not available. If my contact number is nit available then how i m receiving the text? I do so. Now yesterday i recived a message in my number saying that application prcessing is completed. And again i received a mail that my application is rejected due to internal policy. If i m not egligible they why you guys have taken the application and also i have checked the egligibility and i meet all the criteria. I have given all the documents. If i cant get the card the i want my documents back and also i can get card from other bank too without any such problem. I have faced such a horrible experience with hdfc. I have wasted more than 15 days with these thing.

              I received this mail from HDFC bank and today morning when i called customer care then they said me that i have applied multiple times that why my application is rejected. But I didn't applied multiple times. Is this is some sorts of jokes.
              As I have recently shifted to a new apartment, my new debit card, as sent through Bluedart (waybill [protected]) has recently returned undelivered. I enquired about it to my parent HDFC branch at Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai but no info till date while the last date is drawing near by 03jan19 only.

                I have been trying to close the NRE accounts at Triplicane and R.K.Salai branches of chennai HDFC Bank since returning to india in December 2015. Both branches gave multiple reasons like there were links in my account and such. They also made me travel to different branches to close my attached accounts like DMAT, PIS, etc.. But the account was never closed. Now they are asking me to pay charges to close the account. Its like a pathetic government hospital where we have to pay bribe to get things done. I have complained through all available online channels now, but it always ends up with an email from the corrupt branch at R.K.Salai saying that I have to pay charges and then the resolution also reads the same thing as the email from the teller or other bank employee of that branch. I am tired of this [censored].

                    I want to inform you that I have been cheated by an agent from hdfc life policy. His name is Amit and contact numbers are

                    He called me three months ago and told that if you buy policy from hdfc life, then I will provide you loan on that and you can buy it from hdfc office. Also misguided that to not tell hdfc office staff about loan also during verification. Then after 15 days I borrowed money to buy a policy of Rs25396/- annual premium of 8years, Then 10days after delivery of bond papers he told me that the company has changed its rule to offer loan on this policy please cancel it. After cancellation He again asked me to buy a policy of different amount like 40000/- for loan. Actually I was in hard need of money, then I again borrowed money from debtors and bought a policy of Rs 40024/- annual

                      Hi Team,

                      I am working in Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore and my salary account is in HDFC Bank with the name of Rohan Prasad ([protected]). On 12.12.2018 Rs. 885 has been deducted from my salary account as a depository charges. First time that kind of charges has been deducted from my account. I am holding this salary account for past 4.3 years.When I tried to contact customer care they said its a DMAT account charges and when I called my personal banker he said its yearly ATM charges, lastly my personal banker said we will reverse INR 885 in your salary account but they didn't refund my money.

                      I visited Kadugodi HDFC branch also but they also not able to provide clear information. They said try to contact your personal banker he will refund your money. I am trying to contact my personal banker for past 3-4 days but he is not responding to my call.

                      Please check and try to help me to refund my money in my salary account as soon as possible

                        I have applied for Jumbo loan on 8 December 2018, and my loan is also approved. but still didn't received the DD.
                        When i talk to customer Care they just say we have dispatch the DD now you have to follow up with the courier service (Metro Courier). when i ask to talk to their manager, after waiting of almost 30-45 min they connected to one person Rajesh. seems like he is also a new, don't seems like manager. he said talk to metro courier we can't help it.
                        there is no option to send email to HDFC senior management as well. phone are also not working properly.

                        i never saw such a worst service from HDFC Bank.

                          I had raised a complaint on the call center number regarding the tag being charged despite me having paid cash for the return journey for my trip to Bangalore Airport on 18th October 2018...

                          As usual they asked me to mail to helpdesk but no use or refund.

                          Again today i had recharged the tag for INR 500 to make couple of travels to the airport for receiving some important guests but despite the balance being available the status was kept as Blacklisted and had to pay money at the toll plaza...

                          The calls were again futile by just asking to email and complaint and wait for eternity and get no resolution.

                          I had also asked them to cancel and again they said sen an email, the call center Team Lead Mr. Asgar Ali refuses to take any calls when asked for an escalation to the executives.

                          I would suggest people stop taking the HDFC service demand from car companies to get it from other providers as if all demand they will have no choice but to get it from other banks...

                                I have raised the claim (C[protected] Policy no. [protected] for my CAR accident happened and car got hit from back side and front side, HDFC person did the car inspection and he has approved both the side in insurance but later he has denied saying that its an previous impact and will not cover in this claim. I have taken an zero depth insurance from the company and now they are denying claim the damage happens to my car. I have told and explained the situation saying that the part got damage due to hit to the front vehicle I was not in the situation to see what happen to car as my two year daughter got injure but still they are not listening to me. I need to be address this issue on high level, I am going to put the blog for HDFC ergo on social media as well.

                                Note: I have attached the accident photos and the estimate given by the showroom and the surveyors approval marking where he has approve or denied for front side damage.

                                  I have requested to change my email id with hdfc credit cards division 2 months back. I have sent 2 requests in the past 2 months and the back end team has come up with different reason to reject my request.
                                  1st time i sent my request they rejected it saying signature mismatch
                                  2nd time i have sent my request with signature mismatch form and they have rejected it saying kyc not provided.
                                  I have called customer services the 1st time and asked them what required documents needs to be sent, they only asked for signature mismatch form.
                                  Now they need a kyc form. I have updated my phone no and billing address providing my signature mismatch form 3 months back and i don't know within a month how your back-end team finds another signature mismatch when i requested for email id updation. If i call the customer service they are not providing the right details in one call, instead they give out some information to end the call. Contact details or mail id updation should be easier process, where you can do it through online instead hdfc card services makes it difficult and asks us to send the reuqest through post and finally they reject it. I need to get my mail id updated in emergency basis as i have issues with the mail id which is registered with them

I got a call today from miss sneha bhise and i had the worst experience ever from an employee regarding the payment collection.. She was being extremely rude and impolite to me and being a hdfc premium customer for years this is the least i could have expected.. Anyways to cut it short make sure you sack employees like her at an immediate effect or end up loosing clients like me..
