    credit card renewal fee wrongly charged

    I have visted secunderabad branch for cancellation of my existing credit card but hdfc exective suggested me that upgradation of credit card with life time free. But till date no info about credit card and as well exiting credit card renewal has been charged. I want to reverse that and cancel the card, with immediate effect with out effecting my cibil...

    Hi,

    I would like to infirm you that, HDFC Bank credit card Department, doing fraud activity regarding credit card. As per HDFC bank they issued credit card to me, but I haven't received, all the times I informed them, but they are not taking this issue seriously.

    Some One assist pack is activated to my credit card account and HDFC Bank is not bother about it, whether customer received the credit card or customer actually request for the same.

    I aware of fraud activity on credit card business, but this type of activity is forcefully activated the pack and no paper work is happening, also no reconfirmation on and addition.

    As per HDFC bank customer care credit card issue to me on july'18. but no purchase or any PIN change happen., then how it is possible, that last 5 months how come any password or any purchases is not happen with that.

    They have no answer on this. After that I informed to the customer care to blocked my card immediately. Also I email to HDFC bank customer email ID - customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.

    Today 20/11 someone lady called me about the same. But she is not willing to help me anymore.

    I also visit to HDFC Bank branch Ballygunge Phari and spoke to Suruchi at counter no 5, not remember full name. She is also help less on this.

    I would request you please help me to get out of this mess.

    I am a salaried Person if this kind of fraud activity is happening and HDFC Bank is behave like this and put their customer on trouble. Then what we do.

    Hi,

    Today one of customer care support called me name Sangeeta and explain about the policy. System told me about the card delivery and one assists pack is activated without my consent, for this I have been charged for this. Now one assist team inform me that they will reversed the payment that of 1399rs pack activation charges.

    But HDFC bank refuse to reversed the charges, when one assist team reversed the pack activation fee. And HDFC bank charged for this which I have not aware of any payments. Also they told me you are responsible, you need to check your mails and messages to avoid such kind of issue. This was their responsibility to call and confirm from customer if they provide any service to them.

    When they called 100 times for different kind of offers for credit card, loan etc, but when customer taken the offer and any fraud kind of activity happen they simply raise their hand and tell you are responsible.

    Can any one from HDFC senior department taken this issue seriously.

      Dear Sir,

      I have done two online TNEB payments on 04/11/2018, Rs.470/- & Rs.50/- detected from my account and bill generated. later in the day of 16/11/2018 came to know from TNEB officials the payment was not reflected their summaries and charged me late fee and collected Rs.535/- & Rs.110/- directly from house.Which was communicated through net banking mail box twice dated 17/11/2018 & 19/11/2018 and online customer care mail communication sent 20/11/2018 still there is no response about the deduction from my account. Kindly look into this matter and solve this issue. It is making my day stressful...

        I have facing some problems with of credit card payment regarding my problems so I am calling regularly customer care department but they not giving me satisfactory reason. My credit card is blocked last one month without giving me any information. They told me that we did not find any specific reason against my card and told me that your payment submission timely. That my payment against my credit card received by bank with in time. So waiting for your response last fifteen days.

            I have placed an order on amazon and the order got cancelled but still i am unable to receive any refund from the HDFC bank for the Debit Card Easy EMI loan.
            When i tried to contact HDFC consurable support, they gave different answers like the amount will be refunded in 2-3 days, few of the guys says it will take 15-30 days and now i am finding myself in trouble as i need to place an order in a hurry and my eligibility for DC EMI has been booked.

                Mr. Kapil Sachdeva called me in June-18 and introduce himself as GBIC personal over phone. He briefed his job in GBIC and asked me to give case to settlement (dissatisfied Insurance). I have given both my HDFC policy from which I dissatisfied because of HDFC's agent had given policy with wrong commitment.
                I given my both case to him and he committed to take fresh policy before going to complete settlement accordingly I taken additional policy with PNB metlife but still my both has not been settled. Now He is denying to pick and response.

                        We are staying in abroad and 50days before we have settled our credit card account in chennai by paying rs.26740. Hdfc debt collection team was co-ordinating closely with us until they receive the amount from me. And when i was trying to trace them for noc letter/credit card closure letter, there is no response from the manager as well his executive.. Trying to catch him through calls msgs mails for the past 6days but no answer.. Would be highly grateful, if i get an update on the status of my credit card.. I know they have paid but not sure whether they paid as settlement or emi's as i haven't received any receipt stating that..

                        when all the documents, cibil score, inspection is correct than why you disapproved my request. The reason for rejection has to be shared with customer. Will never apply for HDFC credit card again.

                          My credit card ending 1722 has been debited without my knowledge. They did not call or inform me about debiting my card one assist. This is a useless service that i have not used till now and i do not want this service to continue anymore. So, please discontinue the one assist service and do credit my card back.

                            From hdfc ergo insurance, there was a renewal raised on 12-nov-2018 for rs.8124. Due to this transaction, in my credit card there was a over limit charge of rs.500 raised. When i enquired with hdfc bank through customer service (Ph no[protected] on 13th nov, the agent said, it was the renewal hence the amount was debited. And also the agent advised to me to contact ergo to reverse the entry, once it is debited automatically the over limit charge will be reversed.
                            Actually, already i sent sms to ergo to cancel it based on their intimation sent to me in sep'18. The renewal amount was not intimated to me and it was automatically debited from my credit card. Though i put around rs.4000 in to my credit card account to avoid additional charges if any.
                            So again as advised by hdfc bank customer service agent, i sent a mail to ergo and i received the confirmation for the cancellation.
                            As per the statement, the debit and negative entries are available on the same day (12.11.18) though, the over limit charge is available in the statement on the same day for the excess of rs.4500. I could not understand this if + and - entries are there then why the over limit charge is there for only rs.4500.
                            On 13th evening, one more reversal entry was enable in the cc account. I called the hdfc customer service agent on 14th and asked to remove the over limit charge. Now the agent said, once the rs.8124 is reversed, the over limit charge will be reversed. But i was not satisfied so i told her to hand over the phone to her manager. The agent said, manager was not there once returned i would be called. But nothing happened. The over limit charge was not reversed.
                            On 17th one more debit entry created for the amount of rs.8124. So, on 19th i called the customer service and asked about the entry. They said this will not be effected in your statement. The over limit charge also will be reversed. Even though, i said, i wanted to speak with the manager. Now also the same reply received. Till 20th nothing happened neither the reversal of over limit charge nor the manager contacted me.
                            I do not understand why there is manager for the customer service phone calls since he/she does not want to face the customers.
                            And apart from that the card is being used since 2005 by me though, they have put an over limit charge and also after my repeated phone calls it is still not reversed.
                            Just the bank wants to snatch the money from the customers in many ways and does not want to recredit the wrong debit. This is not the first time i faced. Many times it happened and every time i have to call and request them to reverse the wrong entry.
                            Even in reward points given by bank, whenever a new credit card is issued due to expiry of the old card, to the customer, 50% of the reward points will be reduced. Why they give reward points and why they want to get 50% for the new issuance when the old one is expired? Simply they cheat the customers and snatch the money with the hidden charges. When i go for the pre closure of the personal loan or jewel loan, initially the bank rep will tell only the minimum charge and when i go for the payment, the huge hidden charge will come.
                            If i do not receive any proper reply, i do not have any option except to close all the accounts in hdfc bank.

                              Amount is deducting from my account for bajaj fincerve but i didn't use it
                              Even i don't know anything about this card
                              But every month it is deducting
                              How to cancel it and how I'll get the deducted amount back
                              From many months it is deducting
                              How without our permission it can be deducted
                              Please solve the issue as soon as possible

                                I was holding an hdfc titanium times card from more then 6 to 7 years. Now they are offering life time free cards to the new customers. I connected with the customer care and told them to convert my card to life time free card as i have to bear the annual charges even i earn more then 70, 000 a month and they are offering life time free cards to guys with salary less then 20, 000 a month.

                                They told me to send a cancellation application at chennai branch and tole me the retention team will connect but instead of that they cancelled my card.

                                I again connected with customer care team to told then the hole story. They do not have any solution apart from applying a new card after 3 months so reach to the grievance team and then nodal team. All of them are useless then someone from nodal team told me that, i need to reactivate my card then only they are able to convert it to life time free card so i send them the reactivation form and told them to convert it to life time free card. They activated my card but did not converted it to life time free card, moreover, they have change my cc number.

                                I wrote an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and rajendrakumar. [protected]@hdfcbank.com as well but havn't received any solution yet. Even i posted on twitter as well by looping in mr. Puri and neeraj but that was again a time waste effort.

                                I am chasing them from past one month and that too for nothing. Do not fall in the trap of hdfc bank. All the guys from top to bottom are useless.

                                As per suggestion from you higher management, I have reactivated my card so that they may convert it to life time free card.

                                Upon reactivation, you guys have changed the CC number and moreover, I had paid the annual charges till Feb 2019 and upon reactivation why the expiry dates are different?

                                Due to validity dates changes, my next bill will have the annual fee included which I have already paid till Feb 2019.

                                This is totally ###. Stop fooling the customers.

                                  I had purchased oneplus 6 from amazon.in on 01/06/2018.
                                  Hdfc bank's 10% cashback offer on debit card payment was there.
                                  Before purchasing the product i called bank's customer care & they told me that the casback will be credited to your account within 90 days.
                                  Then after their confirmation i ordered the product.
                                  But till now no cashback received. Its 5 months now.
                                  Even i have contacted with the bank also but they are also unable to help me.
                                  I have tried phone banking numbers several times but unable to reach their customer care representative, every time call disconnected.
                                  So what should i do now.?

                                    Hello team,

                                    Good morning!

                                    I want to raise a complain against the hdfc credit card department for delaying the delink process of my credit card from one of my savings bank account.
                                    This process usually takes 3-4 working days. However, it has crossed more than a week and the account is not yet delinked.
                                    This is not at all a good customer service. And, more over the customer care representatives are repeatedly saying same thing "it will be done in next 24 hours". This is not at all accepted.

                                    If i compare current position of hdfc bank credit card department with other banks, then hdfc is the worst. Others are much much better than them.

                                    As my service request number :- [protected] is still pending, i'm raising a complain here expecting some action to expedite the process.
