I have raised cheque book request on 2nd november using internet banking, on 3rd of november i have received sms with dtdc courier awb-x25411645 number, it supposed to be delivered within 7 working days, till now i didn't received it, so i tracked with the help of awb-x25411645 number, it is showing like delivered at pallikarani, i was wondering why they have delivered pallikarani instead of padur and to whom they delivered, so i called hdfc customer care for the same, team don't have any information except courier details, so i have raised the complaint for the same (Chnc[protected]) i am dissatisfied with the hdfc banking services, the bank even don't have tracking info what they delivered and whether it delivered to customer or not, could you please look into the issue and update me.
