Dear sir,
I have been holding the account in your bank from last 4 years. But its very sad to say that, i am very unhappy with your service.
On 23rd oct 2018, rs.27100 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. According to the message i received, the transaction was executed via phonepe app and i lodged a complaint in the bank on the same day. (Complaint number mump[protected]). After several follow up from the bank, bank informed me that the money cannot be refunded as the otp was shared by me. When i clearly stated in the complaint that the otp has not been shared by me as i have not received any otp message from your bank.
I request you to please address my complaint and do a proper investigation on the same.
