I have done hdfc savings assurance plan in 2009 after compulsion & false assurance by a hdfc staff at bhubaneswar for 7-8% return per year. I paid rs 50, 000/- for 10 years. I will get only revionary bonus of rs 1, 18, 000/- in addition to sum assured of only rs 4, 20, 000/- where as i am paying rs 5, 00, 000/-.in total i shall get only 5, 32, 000 after paying 5, 00, 000 after 10 years. Hdfc & their staffs are cheating every body. Irda should look into it.

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed.
However to my dismay and surprise, it is so disheartening to see that none of the HDFC executives really want to understand what the real problem is. They all have a mono-tone scripted email draft which just requires a click in order to be sent out to all queries.
