Hi team,

My name is ijas shaikh was having salary a/c with hdfc bank. Unfortunately i resigned from the company due to family problems. My salary a/c is converted from corporate account to regular account, now it is not zero balance account. Unnecessary it is costing me 600 fine. I gave application to east street branch camp pune mentioning each and every thing. Spoke to the executive miss pooja. It is more than a two months account is not closed yet.

I again visited the branch pooja said it is awaiting approval to waive off the negative balance.

It is not my fault, i am taking the initiative to close the account unnecessarily every month costing fine.

Request you to close the account on priority as already we are going through financial crisis.

    My wife hena Arif account number [protected] in hdfc darbhanga..Bihar ...never applied for a credit card...but we received a credit card ...why???????... It's a bad policy ... when I contacted the bank they are saying ...pls give application...I gave application ...then they say ..you have to consult customer care...and you have to fill a form ...I am tortured now by this type of cheaper and mean attitude by hdfc people ... shameful act we are very old customers ...not only one whole family ...8 account...we will close all

        My credit card application now shown as disaproved. They have verified my documents and said earlier that you can track you credit card in 4 days and approved digitally also. I will complaint if hdfc not going to solve my problem, they have taken all the documents and i am not able to contact them right now, hdfc has to tell me the reason of rejection of my application, asap

          My hdfc bank account has been minused 600 something amount of amb charges. Hdfc bank and its policy both are worst because everymomth hdfc deduct lots of amount and i don’t have lots of money for hdfc charity system kindly try to waive my whole amount with in 1 or 2 days.

            The yelachenahalli branch teller ms shetty is extremely ill tempered and treats the customers as a burden. She uses unwanted animation and body language which is not acceptable for anyone with even a little self respect. I have even raised her issue with the branch manager. If you do not take any action against her, i will be withdrawing my account.

              My credit card was returned back to the bank from the courier, And it is impossible to reach the customer care.

              It will be really great if i get an number to reach some who speaks rather than a machine which has no answers for me.

              The IVR on the free tool has no point, I've got an SMS to contact customer care which is of zero help.
              Some leads on this will be really great

                We have purchased jewellery from tanishq store in jodhpur during jan 2018. Payment for the same was done partially through saving bank account with hdfc bank in the name of vimla jain and credit card in the name of sushil chandra jain on 4th jan 2018.

                There was a cash back scheme going on during that time which can be verified from your records. Despite following up with local branch and tanishq store we have neither received the cash back of rs. 4000 in each account neither we have recieved any satisfactory response.

                This was never expected from hdfc bank which is our trusted banker from more than two decades. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and credit our accounts with the cash back as per the scheme.

                  My food card showed insufficient balance on 7th nov.
                  I used it only on 1st nov. Swipped for some 50rs.
                  Later i didn't use my card. My new number is not updated, so am not getting messages for every use.
                  Please helo me update my new number and sort this issue of insufficient balance. I want to access my card billing statement and update new phone number to my profile.

                    Hi,

                    I had certain dues towards my hdfc personal loan and credit card account. Bank has put lein on my savings as well as current account. I had paid the dues in august and asked the bank to remove the lien from my current account. They have not removed it since august. I tried calling customer care, credit card, personal loan and collection team. I was told to visit to the branch. I visited the branch at malad west. They ware not aware as to why my account was under hold. They asked me to visit the retail loan office in kandivali. I visited the retail loans office and they were also blank. Meanwhile i had 2more emis pending as i wanted them to resolve the issue first. I was told that the lien has been marked twice on my savings/salary account and they will get one of it removed in 24 hours. They are still not sure how my current account is on hold and asked me to contact customer care. Meanwhile i have paid the personal loan emi in cash at the retail loan centre. I don't know whom to contact to get the lein removed. Please help me out in this matter. I have mailed the same to ombudsman also. Details below

                        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -8000 balance.
                        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 8000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                        I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                        Plz juistice to me. 8000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                          I have done hdfc savings assurance plan in 2009 after compulsion & false assurance by a hdfc staff at bhubaneswar for 7-8% return per year. I paid rs 50, 000/- for 10 years. I will get only revionary bonus of rs 1, 18, 000/- in addition to sum assured of only rs 4, 20, 000/- where as i am paying rs 5, 00, 000/-.in total i shall get only 5, 32, 000 after paying 5, 00, 000 after 10 years. Hdfc & their staffs are cheating every body. Irda should look into it.

                            My previous complaint was just like that closed without giving a proper resolution.

                            I'm frustrated with dealing with the security breach bank "HDFC LIFE".

                            I had a very horrible experience with hdfc life. I sent multiple emails and i have to follow up on my own to get a response.
                            My question was very simple and i sent the question to [protected]@hdfclife.com
                            It took more than one month to say that the statement was sent out to me without a password due to the technical glitch.
                            I don't want to be a part of hdfc life and i want to kick out as customer data was not handled without proper security measure.
                            I see there was a deficiency of service. When i requested the agent to surrender my money hdfc life agent say this is not possible and there will be charges.
                            If you can't surrender then compensate me for the damage which you have caused due to the security violation.

                              I had taken a personal loan late in the September this year. I am not able to pay my EMI online nor able to contact my personal n=banker who actually helped in getting the loan. I am over my due date now and still not able to get anyone who can help. My friends have tole me that the bank will be debiting EMI from the account they deposited the Loan amount to.

                              Please someone help on this.

                                I have taken a loan of 10 lacs from hdfc 8 months back. And they have only deposited 7 lacs in my account, but charging me for full 10 lacs. I have made n number of calls and written atleast a 1000 emails... none o[censored] revert and deducting emi for 10 lacs from my account every month.

                                  1. I have recently received a credit card statement, dated 13/09/2018, mentioning the total due on my card worth INR 1188.00 whereas the card has already been closed and all outstanding expenses have been settled two years back.
                                  2. I also paid a visit to HDFC CC division in Fort, Mumbai and the representative confirmed to me that there is no outstanding payment due on my card and also confirmed that the card is closed as per their records.
                                  3. He did not disclosed the CC number for security reasons however he did help me with the AAN number and requested me to send an email to the customer care mentioning the issue in order to settle this dispute.
                                  4. To this I immediately sent them an email however they have reverted back to me mentioning that they have now blocked my card and have issued a new card in my name.
                                  5. There has clearly been a misunderstanding here and all dues with regard to my previously held credit card have been settled at the time of closing two years ago.
                                  5. Request for your help in this matter and resolve this dispute.

Further, we confirm that the card was closed only with effect from October 25, 2018 and the charges stands reversed and reflects nil dues.

                                  However to my dismay and surprise, it is so disheartening to see that none of the HDFC executives really want to understand what the real problem is. They all have a mono-tone scripted email draft which just requires a click in order to be sent out to all queries.

                                    I was issued a hdfc regalia credit card by promising that it will be free for lifetime based on my account history with hdfc bank at your perungudi branch. But in my latest statement i was charged annual charges of rs.2500. I contacted your customer care over phone and mail and visited the nearest branch (Nandambakkam) and none of them were able to do anything. Nobody even showed any inclination to help with almost all people suggesting that i cancel the card and keep quiet. I don't understand the way your people are behaving with not even a inclination to understand and help.

                                      I had taken a consumer durable loan from hdfc, with the loan number : [protected] in the name of ashok kumar bhattacharjee. I am not an account holder in hdfc. I had submitted the ach mandate forms and the check for the first installment in the hdfc office in kolkata. But while the first cheque was deducted from my account, the payment for the second instalment has still not been deducted from my account. My sbi account shows that the ach mandate was submitted and rs 59 has been deducted for it two times. But the main amount has not been deducted from the account yet. My due date for the second installment was 5/11/2018. Even after three days has passed the amount is not deducted. The customer care of hdfc are worst especially for the consumer durable loan. We have to wait for 18-20 min on line to get the call connected, and they are unable to resolve the matter. They are asking me to pay the charges through net banking, but my mandate forms are already submitted and charges for the same has been deducted why should i pay online. The other complaint numbers are of no use as they keep on asking us to call the consumer durable loan number and the consumer durable loan helpline is of no use. They are asking me to visit the branch. Earlier they made mistake in the ach mandate form which was rejected by the sbi. I again personally filled the forms and submitted in the head office in dalhousie, kolkata. Again there is issue. I am outside for my work, how will i visit the branch. This is pathetic. I made the worst mistake of my life by taking loan from hdfc. Please look into the matter with urgency.

                                        I got call from [protected], [protected], [protected], person introduce himself from hdfc life insurance company. He told me about interest free loan against hdfc life classic assure plus policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager of hdfc life insurance/loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

                                        By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Ie-if i will paid 50000 then hdfc will give rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to hdfc life.
                                        First it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls

                                        With the help of this forum, i would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers.
                                        These people are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products.
                                        Please be aware of such type of calls. One of my friend who has already taken a policy and he didn't get any loan after that.
                                        Now he is looking to close his policy but no one is helping him to return his first paid premium

                                        I have already told you that the broker has said that the policy has been given to pay a LOAN, so that the policy is right, the broker has corrected the policy, and it shows that the company is also involved in it and the company, together with such broker, The policy is made by ###, whose proof is with me, which I will now do against the broker and against the company under Section 415 and I will put all the mater in the Shossal network. If I If the policy is not canceled, then I will take it to the Mater High Court. Whose Responsible hdfc Life Company.
