I purchased a fridge on 01.11.2018 from electronic paradise, indira puram ghaziabad. At the time of payment the sales man and a representative of hdfc informed me that if i pay the amount through hdfc bank credit card, it will be converted into "no interest emi of 3/6/9/12 months and i will be entitled for 10% cash back also." on this i agreed and made payment through credit card. Lateron i came to know that 12 months emi has beeen made with interest @ 1.17%. I immediately lodge complaint at the showroom. They assured me again that there will be no interest on emi. I tried to lodge complaint at your customer care center but they showed their inability in lodging complaint in this regard as there is no procedure of lodging complaint in this regard.
I again request you to make my emi without interest otherwise i am not interested in emi with interest. Please let me know at the earliest so that i may take decision for further action in the matter.

    I am using hdfc credit card from last 4 years, i did many shopping from this card.

    Last 1 years, i have paid the amount rs 4000 every month but still the margin amount was not reduced and i have requesting for executive more then 10 times to closing my credit card for some amount but they are not give the proper response.

    Last one years paid the extra amount was (Late fee + interest+over limit fee + gst) come around 45k but my credit card limit was 55 only.

    I am not able to pay the extra amount contentiously so please help me to closing the my hdfc credit card for final settlement.

      Good morning mr. Puri,

      My card details are as follows:

      I'm a loyal & a long term customer with your bank for more than a decade & the services offered by your bank on a timely basis, i've opted it and it helped me as a savior like a friend who is in need.

      I've not used or utilized the benefits from the card that i am eligible for but i've used the benefits when i'm in need & your bank have considered it.

      My purpose of writing this email to you is because my credit card was expired in the month of october 2018 & ideally my renewal credit card should be delivered to me before it expires & the same procedure was followed by your bank.

      To my dismay, what i came to know is that my credit card will not be delivered to me as i got a confirmation text from the logistic team (Bluedart) confirming that the card has been returned back to sender, as my premises was closed.

      After a day or two, i contacted customer service of your bank & informed them that my parents are always available 24*7 to my residence & they confirmed nobody turned up to attempt a delivery.

      My past experiences teaches me that company like bluedart have informed their employees to drop a note if premises are closed & luckily what i came to know that there was no such note left at my premises, so this was the 1st malpractice attempted by the logistic company.

      I made another request with this belief that during diwali i'll receive my new credit card, diwali passed, bhai dooj passed but still my card was not delivered to me, i assumed that due to festive season it may got delayed.

      I tried contacting your customer service team again in early morning, one of the chap directly provided me the awb number & i felt he was in hurry to logout from night shift. As awb number was provided to me, i checked the status, i found that the card was sent back to sender, don't know why???

      Post 9 am, i got a chance to speak with a human from bluedart & confirmed the status that why my credit card wasn't delivered to me, she said that there's no landmark provided on the address. I re-confirmed my address to her & said that when it's mentioned behind matushri bhamibai punshi charitable trust, what does that mean? She agreed that it was a landmark detail but to cutoff the call, she directly blamed that the sender has requested the courier (Card) has to be returned back.

      Day before yeasterday (13/10/2018, tuesday), i called again to your customer service team & spoke to a chap again & i told him that i'm receiving paper statements, dd's at my given address, so why not the renewal card?

      If the card will not be delivered to me by 14/11/2018, wednesday by 12 noon, i'll understand that i'm no more associated with your bank & i'm not liable to pay or clear any osb's on my credit card & i requested him that as i'm already harassed in life as these days i'm not doing well due to a bad phase of life & top of all these, i'm being harassed by all these that i've gone through.

      I told the chap that i demand to get a call back from one of the floor manager or from the one who has an authority to take a major decision & not to waste my time as well by 12 noon on 13/11/2018, tuesday but i feel my complaint wasn't taken seriously.

      Like as usual i was 1000 times sure that you're so called customer service team executives haven't forwarded my complaint or request & nobody will contact me & the same thing happened. Today i. E. 15/11/2018, thursday when i called your customer service team & spoke to a chap called bhaumik, i shared all these details with him & i came to know from him that without my consent a new request has been taken to re-issue a new credit card to me & also i gave him the logic that when i don't hold any credit card from your bank, i'm not a customer with your bank nor i'm liable to show my loyalty to your bank again.

      When my patience was tested during the conversation, he simply kept my call on mute & when i just said that let mr. Parekh to contact me & demand me for my money to paid, i'll kick off the #, bhaumik disconnected the call. So it was a insult to me & he made me so uncomfortable on the call that i lost my patience. Before i convey my apology, he immediately disconnected the call & i felt that he was also list bothered to listen to me.

      I also found that the logistic partner (Bluedart) their employees are not doing their job properly & due to which we as a customer go through these problems.

      This email i am writing to you under this perception that you being a ceo of the bank can understand that not only me but customers like me who are loyal & pay on time & give appropriate business & we don't do fraud like vijay mallya or lalit modi, so why our loyalty is not considered and why your bank don't treat us special customers??? Why???

      On this note i confirm that by today evening i. E. 15/11/2018, thursday before 5 pm if i'll not receive the new credit card at my registered address, it confirms that your bank & your employees don't have any rights to contact me with any mode of communication nor i'm liable to pay any osb of my past credit card.

      If i'm being tortured or harassed by any mean of communication or if i receive any threat from your end, i'll escalate this difficulty to prime minister modi & tell him that when he requested all o[censored]s to consider & do business with the banks & in return what we get "a appalling service" from the asia's no. 1 bank & will also tell that he expects us to be loyal every-time?

      Mr. Puri, if you or your team is reading this email, think yourself from a loyal customer's point of view & think about it.

      I've lost all the hope from your so called disgraceful customer service team & as well as from your finance team who chose these kind of logistic partners who simply ignore all such things deliberately.

      Don't try to contact me, by the time when you or your team will be reading this email, i've already told my parents (Family) & made them prepared mentally that if i exist or not don't get disappointed, as your bank is responsible for any actions taken from my end, because my loyalty doesn't considered by your bank & you people simply do publicity to attract & cheat with their emotions.

      I'm not threatening nor i'm warning you or your team but i'm conveying my feelings, maybe you're & certain people are hardworking and genuine but there are such humans everywhere, not only in your organisation they don't do their working efficiently for what they are assigned for? They don't bother with their customer's feelings, the only concept in their mind is been passed out by the trainers & by their seniors, sales has to be done, whether it's by the wrong way or fraud way, let customer go through the trouble, as we are already dying since ages by this term known (Customer) it means cust (Pain) mer (Die). Die painfully & give us your money.

      Hi Manoj, I've received a reply from Pramod Nair on my email id & to his email below is my reply:

      Yesterday i.e. 20/11/2018, Tuesday, I've received the renewal credit card but for this whole episode that I've gone through, who'll be responsible for the mental trauma that I've went through? Since it's a big error from your side & HDFC bank is responsible for me to put in a situation where I've to think about committing a suicide.

      On our day to day basis of life we as a loyal customers of any service provider including your bank, why you people take us so granted that harassing us and giving us such traumatic situation, what's the fantasy you people get?

      I seek for a compensation from your bank for giving me a false commitment & to make me feel so hyper during these whole episode. This conversation will also be shared with consumer complaints department to give me appropriate justice.

        I already sent mail as well as submit an hdfc credit card account closer form at your bundgarden - hdfc data center, pune on 3rd oct 2018.
        After that i also received text message on 15th oct 2018 regarding processed for permanent closure.

        Also i tried to contact to toll free no. But they didn't respond.

        But till date i received monthly bill statement.

        Kindly close my account.

          This is with the reference to the transaction id mir[protected], i have been charged an amount of 885 as debit card annual fee, i am really frustrated by these charges. I spoke to the customer service and i was been told that the amount cannot be reversed. Kindly requesting you to reverse the amount or else i want to close all the accounts i am holding with hdfc bank and this really does not encourage me to use any of your services.

            I have been charged an annual fee of 885 on my debit card... I have not upgraded my card. But i have still been charged the money. I need a refund asap.

            How can i be charge fee like that.

            This is serious and i need the refund asap

            Treat this as priority.

            Hope to get a reply by tomorrow

              My credit card even after it is blocked, I am getting interest on interest even after I reported customer care I was out if the country after my wedding and hadn't followed up on the card. Request immediately call from hdfc credit manager to get this issue sorted. Also the mail id they are sending statement is very old id and no representative from HDFC had contacted me on this instance.

                When i opened my salary account they opened the demat as well and told that it is free. However, they are charging me the account fee now. This is very ridiculous.
                I tried to contact the custom care time twice but after long wait couldn't connect with tham. That is really a example of pathetic customer service.
                I would advise everyone to not choose hdfc further.

                  I give request to above bank in prescribed form to close my s. B. A in march 2015 but still they do not consider my application. Continuously they corresponding but they still not inform me what happened with my application. I went several time to branch and requested to bank official sitting at customer s desk. He ensure that your a/c has been closed but other side bank writing continuously to me to close a/c. It looks his employee and bank are north south. Pl close my account.

                    I had an all miles hdfc credit card which was valid till 10/18. However on the 3rd oct i received an e statement for a new regalia card which i had not yet received. As such i couldn't read the statement as i didn't have the card number needed for the password. When i wrote to hdfc they sent me the same. But i was sent an otp password which i had to validate at an atm. I tried several atm's but was not succesful. Till i managed to do so at my 4th attempt.in order to ensure the card was working i withdrew rs 1000. But i was surprised to receive my monthly statement. But what is surprising is that i have been billed the following without my knowledge,
                    Cash advance fee rs500/-
                    Igst rs 90
                    Finance charges rs 10.33.
                    Why have i been billed these extra charges? Can you ask them to please justify them. They do not reply to me,
                    Especially why a cash advance fee?

                    i received below message.

                    Your trx is debited to HDFC Bank CREDIT Card for Rs. 129.00 in MUMBAI at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:17:35:30.This is not an authenticated trx as per RBI Mandate effective 1 May 12
                    Reservation Failed while booking a train ticket. Refund status in IRCTC shows money is refunded. I got a message that amount 2961.96 is creditedreversed by IRCTC from HDFC bank, but amount is not credited yet.

                        I had got a call from the hdfc ergo saying that there is some offer for new policy.
                        They deducted rs.9815/- on 27 nov 2015, later i did not get any official confirmation or email stating that my policy is generated,
                        Today i. E.[protected], i checked with hdfc ergo app for the details where i got the policy has been raised on 27 nov 2015 and also has expired on 26 nov 2017 as per the information in the app, since i did not have any information/ official conformation about the policy raised, i now want hdfc ergo to refund my amount rs.9815/-, if you deny i am liable to raise suit against hdfc ergo in the court.

                        Kindly do the need full.

                            I have never applied for credit card or any of the other facilities at HDFC bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
                            Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

                            Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

                              I had closed my home loan by paying full and final amount on 13 feb 2015 where my wife was also coapplicant in the same now this same account which got closed and noc was issued shows closed in my cibil but not in my wife's cibil and thus effecting her cibil score and credibilty, even bank people and cibil is not supporting going through severe mental haressement, please resolve the issue and oblige

                                I did a transaction at Hyderabad on 6th November 2018 of rs 3500 through POS(ATM SWIPE). Later, it was cancelled by merchant because the amount is 35000, not 3500. And, he says Void Sale will give you amount back within 24hours and given me a slip of Void Sale.

                                Date of Incident: 6th November

                                The transaction was done on 6th November at Hyderabad Patny Center through POS( ATM Swipe). The Amount was about 35000 but instead, it was placed 3500. After the transaction, we noticed it and cancelled the transaction by void sale. My Bank is SBI and resellers is HDFC. The amount has not credited till now and I am worried about that transaction.

                                    I had raised complaint (Written as well as customer care) to hdfc bank about one of the disputed transaction hard-declined by e-commerce site (Amazon india).
                                    The transaction had happened on 15th of nov for amount of rs.1368/- (Ref: pf[protected]). I had raised dispute claim form with hdfc as well as called up several times in customer care but had received no feedback/inputs.
                                    The claim is still pending as unattended.

                                        I got a legal letter from your end that sufficient fund was not in my account to debit the emi.

                                        Actually i purchased a macbook laptop using my debit card, my debit card liked to my salary account: 501xxxxxxx7256

                                        But, when i checked the legal letter, it is mentioned that they were trying to deduct amount from my current account: 502xxxxxxx4172

                                        I really wondered how they are trying to deduct the emi from my current instead of my savings account.

                                        This was wrongly updated from your end and charging penalty to me. It is totally unacceptable.

                                        Please ask them to check and remove all the penalty and link the emi deduction to my saving account where i am using my debit card.

                                        I wondered why they are not able to link the loan amount to my savings account and deduct money and it is not my issue. It is the problem from your end that you wrongly linked the EMI to the current account instead of savings account.
