I have received the following sms from bank:

Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to mswipe technologies pvt limited with value rs. 7080.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith.

I have done payment of fees at IGNOU on dated 15/08/2018 with transaction ID [protected]P_8 and payment ID [protected] with my credit card to MERCHANT - IGNOU1358369 . kindly refund my extra amount.

Case id [protected]. Dt. 9.8.18.

already register complaint on 5th and 6th of august
of not receiving statement on email
last statement received on 6 th june
your officers says statement already email
but not showing in my email
