I have taken a hdfc fastag in aug'19 directly from my car dealer. Yesterday we travelled from delhi to pathankot and my fastag was having low balance which i was not aware because i didn't get a mail for my wallet id and customer id due to which i couldn't recharge my wallet. Today after so many efforts i got my details from my car dealers and recharged my wallet with 500. But now the toll guys are saying that my fastag has been blacklisted. How come without notifications it has been blacklisted. Now i m trying on customer care and there is no response on it. I have checked online and it's clearly mentioned that after recharge account will automatically comes in active list. So can you please let me know why it's not done on my account. Kindly resolve issue.

My Tag was blacklisted from past 7 days continuously calling to your customer care number they said it will activate within 24 hours i call back them after 24hrs they said 24hrs this is continuously happen from past 7 days but no response from them the wrost bank that i will never seen
I have sufficient balance in my account but amount not deducted today.I dont know the reason.
I Did Not Receive Customer ID and Wallet ID of my fast Tag which was registered with mobile no [protected]
Hdfc fast tag application given on[protected]...but still not received
I have applied for the Fastag through Online and 500rs is also deducted and its been a month and no reply or no update from the Bank about the Fastag.
My refernece number is HFR938952. This is so Disappointing since I am a customer from 2+ years and this is how the HDFC Bank treat us.
Hi My Reference number is HFR627743 i have applied fastag on 27th Nov 2019, till now i have not received the fastag sticker, i tried calling cust care several times but there was no response, kindly take the responsibility and send it by tomorrow

    This is in reference no. 3754481 to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

    Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 10th jan 2020 under the name of depository charges dec-2019

    Initially when i did not have demat account they forced us to create one without...

      Referance to my hdfc fastag application number : hfr948504 not yet received, could not contact bank on this subject, the given customer care number[protected] is useless nobody to answer on this number.
      Don't know where to get the status on the subject?
      Its more than a month now, i am not getting any contact from hdfc bank to get the solution where i have spent my money.

        There is no email id to complain regarding fastag. This is a scam by hdfc to rip customers of their money and earn intrest for free.. The fast tag has been paid for on 3 dec 2019 and till date 12 jan hdfc has not bothered to have it delivered. There are s no penalty on hdfc deficiency of service. I dont think even consumer complaints forum is interested in taking forward complaints for whatwever reason

          Hi

          I am unable to change my password as I do not receive OTP from HDFC netbanking. I am getting all other sms from everyone even from HDFC but only OTP is not received. Please resolve this issue. An early help will be appreciated.

            I had purchased hdfc fastag which is now not working.

            I had requested for re-issue of new fastag via your fastag helpline no. On 21 dec 2019.

            I was supposed to get the fastag within 10 days as per helpline person, but till date

            I have not received it.

            The details of my fastag and transaction details is given below:-

              I have applied for hdfc fastag online on 03/12/2019 & made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker till today 11.01.2020.
              Today i have received sms that"your hdfc bank fast tag for vehical number mhxxxxxx948 has been replaced.
              Your hdfc fast tag has been activated successfully."
              What does it means?
              Why my fast tag not been sent to me till today.?
              I am very much disappointed, i feel that i should have applied for same from another bank.

                Pls deactivate my fastag because I will pay extra on some toll plazas compared from nhai iussd fastag and they will debit to my wallet a adjustment charge's 120/- that's I don't know how's adjustment so I will serrender my fastag and pls refund my security and my fastag balence. Hdfc tag are not speedly read on toll tax its frequacy don't fastly match and both barrier not up fast and also long quo so I not satisfied to there.

                  I ordered a cheque book on monday, january 6, 2020. It was supposed to be delivered to me by friday, january 10 at the latest. However, i still have not received it. When i approached the delivery agency, they straight up said that they will not be able to deliver it. This is absolutely unacceptable service on behalf of hdfc and the mailing agency. I am in urgent need of a cheque book to make a payment, and i’m stuck because of this gross incompetence. This is not how you deal with your customers. I strongly urge you to resolve this asap, and also to change your delivery agency. Extremely disappointed and very troubled. Shame.

                      credit card not received due to wrong address

                      Hi,
                      The delivery executive of blue dart could not deliver the credit card because the delivery address was wrong. After that, i have gone to the nearest branch of hdfc bank and have taken a form where a new address could be filled up. I have filled the form, signed it and then submitted it to the bank.

                      It has been more than 7 days and still, i did not get my card. Even i don't know whether my changed address form has...

                      I have purchased hdfc fastag in 09/01/2020 along with new car.
                      They have charged rs 500/-.
                      .
                      After filling id, wallet, car number etc the portal says no record found.

                      I visited the hdfc bank branch. They have given me the toll free number.
                      Tried to contact but failed

                      I called fastag toll free no but was informed car not rgistered

                      Ultimately putting on this site with hope that i can recharge the account.

                        Dear sir,

                        I would like to tell you that, i applied for hdfc credit card with the application no. 19l[protected]w2, and its been around more than one month.
                        I have been asked for document verification from the bank side, and a representative (Named mr. Malhare) from the bank has done my document verification.in document verification i have submitted 3 months bank statement, 3 months salary payslip, my employee identity card, adhaar card and pan card to the bank's representative in-person. After the document submission, i got a call from the bank that my application will be processed further.
                        After this i received a call from another representative for address verification and he confirmed that the address is verified.
                        Since then i have not received any communication from the credit card/ bank side.
                        So from last 5 days, i tried to take the follow up from the representatives who did my document and address verification asking for the status of application, and i was informed that the status is in declined state. I asked reason for declining, so the answer i got was address has not been verified.
                        My address was verified by the person who said he is a bank representative named narendra ([protected]).
                        I request you (Mr. Umar and mr. Malhare) to look into this matter and resolve it asap.

                          Hdfc issued me a fastag with customer id[protected]. I have recharged the account with 383rs. But till now my vehicle is shown blacklisted over toll plazas. Also i have called all the hdfc customer cares & road side assistance. Trying from more than 4 weeks to connect but still not able to contact with their customer care (Not even once). I want my money bank. This is hard earned money and these #/goons are there only to loot them. If you are giving your fastag then you should be accountable for that. I urge all people to not use hdfc banking or fastag services. They dont deserve to be leading banking firm. Goons in whitecollar theya are.

                              Fast tag customer id is[protected]
                              Existing hdfc salary account holder

                              Please note that i have applied for fast tag and paid the necessary fees but have not received the fast tag delivered to the address provided nor did i get any call regarding the same. The fast tag had been returned to hdfc as per courier, can you ship it to my address immediately or any dispute needs to be raised/consumer complaint raised?

                              The fast tag was shipped once complaint was raised, they still don't have tracking mechanism and customer care number 18001201243 is junk. Be prepared to go through pain without having any contact point or email I'd for fast tag tracking on hdfc

                                This bank has sanctioned loan of 3.3lout of which they disbursed 3.17l.. I had paid 50k out of it and tenure was 5 years.. They are deducting 3-4 times ecs per month and putting all bounce charges on my name..800*4 per month... These rascals have marked lien on my salary account to tune of 4.14 lakh and depriving me of my sustenance... This bank is the biggest scam in banking industry... I am not sure how i will survive this and don't know if i will be able to clear the loan and they are mounting charges like anything as per their wish..

                                  I was open salary account at 26 dec 2019 in hdfc bank a/c no - [protected] at saharsa branch bihar.

                                  I didnt recieve welcome kit. My dec salary is also credited in this account still i not get welcome kit. I was contact so many times at branch. Bank staff told me that wait for some times and now 14 days cross away.

                                  As my salary is credited in hdfc bank and i not get welcome kit i am unable to withdraw my money for my personal use hence and its result that i became to be financially weak.

                                  Hence request you to plz provide me welcome kit as soon as possible. Give me the permanent solution.

                                    Hi.. I am kaliprasad.

                                    I had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
                                    So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible
