I had purchased gift voucher from hdfc via redemption of my credit card points for four fountain de stress spa
I had purchased 6 vouchers of 500 each, but the vendor tells me that i can use only one voucher per visit
Nothing of this kind was mentioned while buying these vouchers
Bank is not responding to my query and i feel like being cheated.

      No Mercy for ignorance at @CarebyHDFC_HL @HomeLoansByHDFC @HDFCERGOGIC in-fact they will make us to pay huge cost for our mistake to commit an insurance with them. If we discontinue at any point of time, we will have to pay for the whole year not for the specific months. MISTAKE

      @CarebyHDFC_HL @HomeLoansByHDFC @HDFCERGOGIC clever marketing by hdfc rep.thr r many hidden policies which thy'l not even share it with clients and only highlight's the pro's. It's mistake that I have signed an insurance for huge premium and now I'm not covered but still I'm paying Emi.

      Is it fair to pay premium for whole year when we discontinue in few months (No more I'm covered). They have show cased the very expensive plan and explained only the pro's and HDFC never explained the hidden cancellation policies in detail. @HDFCERGOGIC @CarebyHDFC_HL

      As always they explore the ignorance or impatience of the clients to get signed the documents & people never had to go through or review policies by trusting blindly these banks. Later we com 2 know that I was fooled when we have lot other quality and cheap offers.@HDFCERGOGIC @RBI

        Hi sir /mam
        I was not using my account for one and half year since i left my job later i never used that account but after that when i logged into my netbanking to check the balance it was showing around negative balance of 7000 (Change), later i have visited the bank to waveoff but she told that she can only wave off 5000 and not more than that i said okay and i will continue using the account but later on the next day when i have deposited 18000 in total and they have deducted entire amount of 7000 telling that it is a deduction for non maintenance of balance, i don't understand what is that amount she waved off still dedicating balance from my account

        Can you please consider this and do me the need full

        I want my credit card renewal
        HDFC employee called me repeatedly at afternoon when me and my kid was sleeping. When I denied to avail then she forwarded a vulgar message to me and also misbehave on phone. The phone number from which I got a call is [protected]. This would not be tolerated. Kindly see the attached message.

        I have credit limit 35k and I also pay 50k and more then. But now I m tired i want settlementsI am ready to pay a small amount of money. At least six months I have no job...
        I got the message saying 2000rs has been deducted due to one assist plan, but I didt requested to activate any membership for my account or to the credit card .

        This is like cheating the customer and wantedly debiting money from the credit card.

        Please take a action to refund my amount to the credit card.

          Dear Sir,
          I was called by HDFC life employee, Neha Sharma & she told me about policy of super income plan & policy was taken on 20 the Nov 2018.As per T& C there was no refund of 30%cashback, never saw Mediclam card. Pl note that the players in this area are Mr Aditya what people say him as File Manager. These two combindely forced me to take second policy of PNB MetLife telling that total benefits including commissions goes beyond 3 lac Rs. Again giving reasons of mismatching of bank accounts, Opening of Sebi accounts they forced me take third policy of Rs 60000/- Classic Assure Plan after which amount of Rs 328000/-was supposed to be credited to my account. But nothing was seen at all. After 2 months period they again forced me invest Rs 35000/- after which I was supposed to get Rs 328000/- in my account. Keeping some hopes, I again put Rs 35000/- & policy chosen by Accounts Head Prashant Dixit was Max Life who used to promise this will be last and after this you will get Rs 328000/-.He promised within 10 days but now it is more than 1 1/2 months, nothing happened like earlier days.In this way Aditya, Neha Sharma & Prashant Dixit for their personal benefits have done my social, psychological & financial harrasments . If no action is taken, I will file a case in consumer court. Because since seven months I have not seen any Mediclaim, no cash back of 30% from 1st policy, no pension for my wife & no commissions from businesses done by concerned people.Hence I have decided to knock door of consumer court very shortly.

            Fraud person from hdfc bank sell policy to me and fraud bank modified name of police owner to my sister who is married and very distant. Fraud bank hdfc executives of patiala branch behaved rudely and not received request, and they want my sister to come and to submit her documents. I haven't specified her name anywhere from where they picked i don't even know. I will never ever recommend to take any relation with such fraud bank and there fraud policies. They taken 15k from me and cut there fraud charges and still not paying as there fraud policies. The policy seller provided worst and incorrect information and its horrible experience and bank is not returning my money back as this bank is fraud i will not recommend anyone to connect with this worst service provider bank.

            Question 1: why i need my sisters documents?
            Question 2: why my cancelled cheque, neft mendate, and aadhaar is not sufficient to get money after fraud deductions of fraud bank?

              Myself kiran n having hdfc bank savings account having ifsc: hdfc0001744 and customer id: 66101319 this branch is making unnecessary extra charges on my savings account by generating a statement as intr brn cash transactions.
              I never ever used any services from other hdfc bank branches but this branch is deducting charges from my savings account without any prior notice...
              I am facing very bad experience with this banking system.
              I kindly request you to make me ease in this process as early as possible...

                Person named zameer mohammad with phone number "[protected]" who worked on my loan deceived me saying the rate of interest would be 11.25% and the i requested for 11.00%

                When i disagreed he requested me to approval on loan and he would pay the difference in amount for 11.00%.

                I have been requesting for my money since 3 months and the person is not responding at all.

                He keeps giving me a reason.

                I don't understand how can hdfc recruits such non trust-able people who cheats their customers.

                Request hdfc loan department to look into this matter.

                  I had hdfc salary account few years ago in my previous company. After i changed my company i changed my salary account. Now its showing negative balance on my hdfc account. I have not been noticed to maintain any minimum balance, all of a sudden i have been started to charge. This doesn't look ethical from part of the bank. It is the duty of the bank to inform me that i have to maintain minimum balance in my account as it was salary account. I am not going to pay a penny and i would like to close my account. But now bank is asking me to pay the negative balance in my savings account in order to close it.

                      On 19 dec 2018 i received email that credit card has been dispatched by courier. I immediately sent an email to hdfc mentioning that i had not applied any credit card & do not want the same. I wrote the bank mentioning that i would not accept any liability, whatsoever.
                      Lot of email exchanges took place with the bank & myself. I was also called by hdfc staff to write an email mentioning that i had made a request for credit card by mistake, else, his job could be at stake. I declined & did not write such email.
                      To my surprise i was informed that rs. 1180/- was deducted from my sb a/c for membership fees & applicable taxes on 2-june 2019.
                      This is a case of harassment by hdfc bank & credit card section. Customers are being cheated by issuing such credit cards without their permission.

                        Hi. I did a transaction on phonepe sending 8000 to my sister. First time the transaction failed. So i tried again. For the second time the app showed that the transaction failed but i got a message from my bank that the amount has been debited from my account. I called customer care of phonepe and they said the issue is with bank and i have to deal with bank itself. How am i supposed to get back my money?

                          निवेदन है कि मेरा hdfc बैंक की शाखा सीवन जिला कैथल (हरियाणा) में खाता है। जिसका खाता नं [protected] है। सर जब मैं कई बार बैंक में पैसे जमा करवाने जाता था तो कैश पर बैठी मैडम पूनम मुझे बार बार कहती थी कि सर हमसे बीमा करवालो।मैं हर बार यह कहकर टाल देता था कि मेरे पास क़िस्त भरने के पैसे नहीं है। फिर उनके बार बार कहने पर मैंने कहा कि मैडम मेरे पास सिक्के होते है अगर आप जमा कर सकते हो तो आप बीमा करदो। मैडम पूनम, मैडम रजनी (Hdfc life की कर्मचारी) और वरुण सर जो कि इन दोनों के सीनियर है। इन तीनों ने कहा कि रोज 1000 रुपए के सिक्के जमा करवाना आपका हक़ है। मेरी दो पालिसी पहले भी hdfc के साथ चल रही है। तो ये तीनो कहने लगे कि आपकी पहले वाली पालिसी की क़िस्त भी सिक्को से जमा करवा देंगे। इन्होंने 8600 रुपए के सिक्के मेरे से लिये और कहा कि आप धीरे धीरे सिक्के देते रहना हम जमा करवा देंगे।इन्होंने मेरा 20000 वार्षिक क़िस्त का बीमा करवा दिया। जिसके बाद पूनम मैडम का ट्रांसफर दूसरी ब्रांच में हो गया। नई आयी केशियर मैडम ने सिक्के जमा करने के लिए मना कर दिया। इस विषय में उन्होंने मुझे ब्रांच मैनेजर से मिलने को कहा। जब मैं ब्रांच मैनेजर से मिला तो मैंने उन्हें सारी जानकारी दी। उन्होंने मोके पर वरुण सर को बुलाया और पूछा कि क्या तुमने इन्हें सिक्के जमा करने के कहा था। वरुण सर ने कहा कि हां हमने बोला था। जबकि रजनी मैडम उस दिन छुट्टी पर थी और पूनम मैडम का ट्रांसफर हो चुका था। ब्रांच मैनेजर ने कहा कि आप मुझे लिखित में शिकायत दीजिये मैं इन पर कार्यवाही करूँगा (जिस शिकायत की कॉपी मैंने साथ संलगन की है)। उन्होंने मेरे से 4 से 5 दिन का समय मांगा और वरुण को कहा कि इनके जो सिक्के आपके पास है उन्हें आज ही इनके घर देकर आओ। जब वरुण सर मेरे लिए घर आये तो मैंने पूछा कि सर आपने सिक्के जमा क्यों नहीं करवाये तो उन्होंने कहा कि मैनेजर चेंज हो गया है अगर कुछ परसेंटेज कटवा कर सिक्के जमा करवाने है तो हो जाएंगे ।वरुण सर मेरे घर सिक्के दे गए। इसके बाद मेरे पास पूनम मैडम और रजनी मैडम का मेरे पास फ़ोन आया कि आपने हमारे खिलाफ कंप्लेंट क्यों की। मैंने कहा कि आपने झूठ बोलके मेरा बीमा क्यो किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सर आप काउंटर पे सिक्के जमा क्यों करवाने आते हो। इन्होंने दुबारा कहा के सिक्के मुझे देदो मैं जमा करवा दूंगी। और इन्होंने ये भी माना कि इन्होंने मुझे झूठ बोलकर बीमा किया है। फिर मैं 01/06/2019 को जब ब्रांच मैनेजर मैनेजर के पास गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि हमने चेक किया है कि आपके साथ कोई जबरदस्ती नहीं कि गयी बीमा करवाने के लिए ।और हमारे पास वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग है जिसमे आपने बीमा की सारी नियम शर्ते सुनी है। मैने कहा सर की आपके सामने रजनी मैडम और वरुण सर ने माना है कि हमने इन्हें रोज 1000 के सिक्के जमा करवाने के लिए बोला है (जिसकी बैंक की सीसीटीवी में रिकॉर्डिंग मौजूद है)। इसके बाद ब्रांच मैनेजर ने कहा कि मैं यहाँ पर नया आया हूं और ये मेरे आने से पहले का मामला है। फिर मैंने कहा आप मुझे ये तो बतादो की आप सिक्के जमा क्यों नही कर रहे जबकि आर बी आई कि गाइड लाइन है कि ग्राहक रोज 1000 के सिक्के जमा करवा सकता है।तो उन्होंने कहा कि ये मेरे विवेक के ऊपर निर्भर है कि मैं सिक्के जमा करू या नहीं।फिर मैंने कहा सर आप लिखकर देदो की मैं सिक्के नहीं जमा कर सकता।इस पर इन्होंने कहा के मैं लिखकर भी नहीं दूँगा। उपरोक्त सभी बातें बैंक के सीसीटीवी में रिकॉर्ड है।
                          कृपया जल्दी कार्यवाही करें।

                          1. मैं इतने सारे बीमा की क़िस्त नोट के रूप में भरने में असमर्थ हूँ।
                          2. मेरी स्कूटी जो मैंने अपनी बेटी को ट्यूशन छोड़ने के लिए दिलाई हुई है। उसकी क़िस्त भी इसी खाते से कटती है।
                          3. मैंने अपनी पिछली hdfc लाइफ की पालिसी पर 30000 का लोन ले रखा है। जिसकी 2 क़िस्त सिक्के जमा ना होने की वजह से टूट चुकी है।
                          कृपया सख्त कार्यवाही करें ताकि आगे से किसी ग्राहक के साथ धोखा ना हो।

                            I am not able to get connected to customer care executive when i tried to get connected to credit card collection number who called me for card payment amount had direcltly blocked my number the no was (+[protected] no one is responding when i tried to call the complaint no there also my call got disconnected and switched to customer care no i was not even asked to hold on. I have recorded the call to for an evidence sake coz i know these guies are going to get their hands up. I will not be responsible for the next payment issues. I havre tried from my side.

                                    I was told by the agent who came from hdfc ltd that interest rate for women is 8.35,
                                    I applied for home loan and paid processing fee by cheque, after taking process fee they said that interest rate will more than 10,
                                    This is really cheating, i don't want a loan on this rate i agreed paid process fee for rate of 8.35 not for more than 10.
                                    I tried to contact them and sent mail, but they are not responsible
                                    Hdfc ltd has looted me.
