Hdfc bank sent the sms like that-"dear customer your completed personal loan application is now accepted. Pls. Quote. Ref. No.67937768 for any status update -"my loan application no.67003511

But when check with that ref. No. Their no result found after that i contact customer care they told me that the loan is rejected. But they do not give any reason for loan rejection...

On 13th may 2019 i've tried to transfer rs 74, 452 to a beneficiary through hdfc imps but it failed saying "imps processor down". Funds got debited from my account but it did not get credited to beneficiary's account.

I made another transaction to the same beneficiary through imps and it was successful.

I have got a call on 3rd jan 2019, from one of hdfc representative saying since i hold an hdfc salary account, i am eligible for a lifetime free credit card.
