I have got verification call from your end also completed physical verification and also i have got the message like your verification process has been completed successfully... After all these process then also without any reason my status is declined...

    When password is forgotten for hdfc bank, the retrieval is most horrific.
    The sms works at fast pace, however email does not come, irrespective of what we do.

    Several times this issue is raised with hdfc bank, kalpataru garden pune branch as well as by email, but no response to this issue

    Even today dated 31 may 2019, i have been struggling to get the password otp on email however since last few hours no amount of efforts is yielding any result.

      I was made a transaction through hdfc credit card having amount rs2597/- on dated 24/05/2019 to upcl b2b - mumbai in.
      This amount already debited from my credit card account, but still it is showing pending at merchant side (I. E. Upcl).

      Already 8 days has been gone, requestingto you kindly resolve as early as possible.

        Dear sir, my self kritika mishra, w/o mr. Adarsh mishra. Sir, he has done the payment of inr 67, 000/- against total out standing of inr 1, 28, 000/- and it was agrred to pay in 4 emis.

        Yesterday also he paid inr10, 000. Due to some accident yesterday, he is in police custody and will be released by today evng or by tomorrow. I urge you to give extension upto monday mrng. If you not receive the payment upto monday afternoon, you are free for the legal action.

        I have requested mr. Ankit mobile number:[protected] on sms and explained the problem but still he is torturing by sending sms.

        Kindly look into this and provide a final extension upto monday after noon.

        When the time of issuing they said we can cancel the credit card at any time after i paid all my debit by calling the number[protected] now the number is not in use now i want to close my credit card but now they say i have to fill the closure form and have to send their address. why the are making this uncomfortable for the customer.
        I didn’t apply any debit card from my account, I got one generic debit card which doesnot contain my name. My cust id[protected]. There has to be email or sms notification for this deduction. I dont need any debit card if every month it will charge 885 rs

                  I had purchased lg tv from kohinoor electronics, palm beach road vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra.
                  And i taken consumer loan from hdfc bank and below are the details.

                  Emi scheduled date: 05th of every month from axis bank

                  Problem:

                  This month (May, 05th 2019) emi was bounced because of insufficient balance in my axis bank saving account. So i visit to hdfc bank and deposited the amount 6000/- inr into above loan account.

                  But again hdfc bank deducted the same amount 6000/- on 09th may 2019. Why?
                  Please revert the same into my axis bank account or adjust in june month emi.

                      While sbi cut home loan instantly when rbi cuts rate but hdfc ajmer branch makes all false promises and stop document processing for lowering rate. My father (Who is no more) and bank swiftly charging 11.25 percent right now in may 2019 and while home loan rate going on below 10% from more than 5 years. We want to clear loan but seems they know as common man we are going to be at wrong side.
                      Please take action and also reduce our loan rate and also balance principal based in 9.75 % average rate for last 5 years.
                      Thinking of taking legal route but hopefully better sense will prevail.

                        Hdfc employee at my office told me my credit card application will be processed within today (5th of may) same day i was applying the credit card. Yesterday my application got declined without telling the reason. It is my first job, i do not have a credit score yet. How could these guys decide? My salary is on time, without any deductions 😒.                           Hi,

                          This is to inform you that after filing claim for my bike of radiator damage when I enquired at customer care of hdfc ergo I asked whether I can postpone the survey or not since bike was heating too much and riding bike may damage engine and it was communicated that I can do so.
                          When I talked to survey officer, I asked him to do survey when the parts of bike be available at showroom since driving bike for long was risky as engine was heating too much upon which he was ok with it.
                          On 15th may I enquired at KTM showroom sohna road about parts and I got to know that parts will be available on 16th may. So I called to surveyor and inform him that parts will be available by tomorrow so please let me know when he can come for survey. Surveyor informed me that I can ho for replacement and he will collect the bills and will process the claim.
                          When I called Surveyor today ms Ishita spoke to me and told that my claim is processed. When I enquired about the payment she told me that we have your cancelled cheque which I haven’t gave them till now. So I told this to Ms Ishita that I haven’t gave any details of my bank account after that immediately claim officer started conversion with me and told me that my claim is refused and it will not be processed since I didn’t submit my bike after claim. I explained him bike was risky for ride and I already spoke with surveyor and customer care for postponding survey dates but he keep on telling that he cannot process your claim.

                          This was very unprofessional behaviour. Please look into this matter

                                Again, this is ridiculous. I have again paid online for examination fee of 13, 250 and again error occurs and amount got deducted from my a/c but not received by the examination center, i am fed up with you guys. I need my money back!!! One of the incidents happen on 8th of may 2019 has been resolved but 14th may 2019 is still pending.
                                I called hdfc customer care 100 times for my refund. However, they do not have any answer for this issue. I am not satisfied with the services provided by hdfc for now. I am going to take legal action against you guys. Thats enough.
                                Below are the reference number which are useless i think.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  As per the health policy the sum amount should provide when the time we need, apparently that can’t be happen from your side. I called many times for customer number but they didn’t response properly and told to email higher managers but till now my query has not be solved as per policy we make cashless payments to customers but, it’s all false and you people can’t make your promise as i had payed 2 lakhs for the hospital bills... I already lost faith and hope on your company..

                                    not receiving otp for credit card on my registered mobile number

                                    I am sudama prasad, i have recently received my hdfc bank new credit card. Few days ago when i tried to generate the ipin, it was asking for an otp which i was supposed to receive through sms on my registered mobile number but i did not receive any. I thought there is some problem with my phone so i contacted the manufacturer but my mobile is totally fine. Then i contacted hdfc bank many times but still my issue is not resolved. Kindly resolve...

                                    Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 3 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                                    I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3877. I recently received a bill of amount rs.245000 /-.

                                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 3 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.
