Dear HDFC,

I was using HDFC credit card since 2014 and in 2018 I gave my Outstanding dues to HDFC collection boy but amount was not submitted.
Latter on again I paid outstanding amount as discussed with HDFC executive and now it shows settlement in cibil.

Its request to remove setlement from.my cibil. I tried to cordinate with branch but no.one responding

    I took one policy from HDFC named HDfC life click 2 protect 3D.
    While taking the policy the executive confirmed that I can attach my policy to already taken loan from HDFC .
    However, after making the payment they are denying that now I cannot attach the policy to loan.

    This is so pathetic and even the customer care is not helping to resolve the issue.

          TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN..

          I am Allwin Joseph from mumbai holding a salary account with customer number[protected] with APMC branch.
          After i left my previous company the salary was credited to some other account so this salary account with hdfc got converted to savings account with a minimum balance of rs 10000.
          They started levying a charge of 700 something every month and now it has become Rs -8455 .Such a huge amount seriously who will pay all this amount i mean it will be like paying a big chunk out of your salary for some stupid rules made by this stupid bank.
          I am a hard working individual with an average salary i cannot pay this amount, I tried to raise complaint via customer care but those stupid persons are not even accepting my request and simply putting my phone on hold for 20 mins for without my permission so that i just walk away and wont disturb there precious time .Seriously who treats there customer like [censored]. They dont even have the basic manners all they know is to cheat and steal money from normal people using the punchline axis bank does that so we are allowed to do that what the ### is this seriusly i am not paying a single penny and i want to close this stupid amount.

          please kindly look into this otherwise they will turn this 8k into 1 lac...

            As I'm facing problem with EDC MACHINE. It's been 2-3 weeks I have called up near by bank to solve my problem but HDFC staff is very bad in such things. They just make excuses very time. I want that take action against them so they will not do it from next time. Why we use such facility if they don't corporate with customer.               I am writing this to HDFC bank With great dissatisfaction. I needed personal loan of 8 lahks and check my eligibility multiple times with your executives. Only after that said, I have the eligibility, I started with the process. I needed the funding very urgently (latest by end of this week). They agreed on it based on eligibility check. Today morning I received a text message stating loan of only 3, 86, 000 have been approved. This is just annoying. Being a reputed Bank, this is not the way you should be wasting ones' time and cheating by providing wrong assurance. Based on multiple discussions for eligibility criteria, applied for the load else I would have gone for other Financial institutions. I would like this to be escalated mainly because of 1. Wasting my time, as I needed the amount very urgently.
              2. Providing false assurance and misleading .

              This leads me to a very difficult situation, as I needed the amount for my admission by end of this week.

              I strongly condemn this and would need a clarification for misguiding me and making a wrong impact on my career.
              I would request, not to do the same mistake with others as it is very important to be transparent and ethical.

                Hi,
                HDFC Bank Agent call me and offered me to apply for credit card. I applied for credit card on 11may 2019 and got reference number after 1 month I got message that "We have completed processing your HDFCBank CreditCard 1*************" but today I have check with reference number then status "disapproved".
                Why this will happened to me . Firstly your employees calls customer to apply for credit card .then customer apply it will rejected by bank Agent. And again and again call to customer to apply for credit card.
                If customer is not eligible Then why you are call for the all the nonence thing.

                    So I want to solve my problem, & refund my money as soon as possible and I'll be obliged

                      I had booked a train ticket on 14th of june and i cancelled it same day. Then i got message that an amount of 2630 will be refunded. Next day i got message of hdfc bank that amount has been refunded but when i checked my account balance and statement then there was no such transaction /refund. It is requested you to please update status of statement and refund my amount.

                        Hello my name is Deepak Pandey. I'm from ludhiana. My father buy a policy from hdfc life from hdfc bank last year with policy number 20436985 on the name of Shesh Nath Pandey. The plan is HDFC SL Progrowth flexi. On 27th april my father has been expire. I'm applying for the death claim on last month. The sum insured written on the policy is rs-2, 10, 000/- but i receiced only Rs-26, 240/-
                        This is how companies foolish the people's. I also attached policy front page in attachment. Please resolve my claim issue as soon as possible.

                            On 31 May, 7430.66 Rs got debited from my account showing unauthorized transaction in mini statement. After trying for contacting customer care they didn't have any answer. I also asked the home branch for this unauthorized transaction but they also don't have any answer and kept saying wait for some time. It's already been 15 days and I haven't got the answer. Policy number is 20363249. The brokers told me that if you will take the policy then you will get the Loan from a City Bank at without any interest.
                                But I couldn't get any type of Loan till date. They did fraud with me. So, now I want refund my money because...

The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0691 without my concern on date:15/06/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-. So request you to please cancel the one assist membership. Please confirm once done.

                                  I had a very bad experience with HDFC saving account. I made the payment and after 5 working days also they hold the amount which i already cleard long back. i shared the reference no. also but they are say it will take time and don't share any ETA.

                                  I have received a message that customer mandate reference# HDFC[protected] issued to fedral bank ltd. with the value Rs. 41400.00

                                  I have not raised any such request nor i have any transaction with fedral bank.
