refund my one assist mfee

I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 18 th may 2019.

I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Pleases deactivate...

I have returned my order on amazon and they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received sms that - "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7122 for rs. 706.62 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[[protected]:14:45:47. credit card | one assist membership auto renewal

Hdfc team is playing a vital role in brokerage services to one assist solution pvt ltd. I mean hdfc is doing prostitution.

My wife's card has been charged 1300 + charges for auto-renewal of one assist which we have cancelled last year. I have also raised a complaint against one assist as well.

When i called customer care, it took a long time to get to the concerned representative, but call got cut apparently due to technical glitch on bank side and i did not receive any call back. credit card declined after all verifications.

Hdfc credit card of my wife was declined after doing all sort of verification dramas. I got a non-reply mail stating no salary was credited in the hdfc account and asking me to wait for the first salary to be credited. hdfc bank not receiving otp on email

I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because my debit card was lost and ever since i don't have a debit card

2) registered number + e-mail : the 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i don't know why, already written to [protected]@hdfcbank.com; ref - hbl=[protected] but its more than 24hrs still no response....

getting too many calls for personal loan and credit card

I am getting daily 3-4 calls from hdfc bank for a personal loan and credit card. This is irritating and must be ceased right now. My mobile number at which i am getting calls is [protected]. They say that i had requested for the calls which is a totally absurd statement.

Please ensure to notify me by sms when this cold calling is being stopped by the bank....
