Before some moment I received a call from HDFC Bank with number[protected] caller was female and she told me to deposit the required money in my bank account I assured her that I will do it as soon as possible but she was telling all these in a very arrogant manner I interrupted her not to talk like this but she did not stop and she was constantly talking in a very rough way of talking this is very wrong and painful so kindly do the necessary action against her otherwise I will find myself compel to take a legal action against the concerning authority thank you

    I am complaining about Rashmina cashier at HDFC Bank commercial branch at moradabad. We are feeling so bad about her atitude and aggresiveness. I am 63 old she doesn't know how to deal with old age person. We withdraw cash with is more than Rs 50000 as per RBI ruling if we withdraw cash more than Rs 50000 so we get note at our choice... she offer note of Rs 100 but there is huge availability of Rs 500 note. When we ask why she is not offering 500 noye. She said agar lene hai to loo nahi jao hamare 100 wale hi note...
    We afraid of her argument... End senior also is not good always ready to fights...

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have hdfc credit card holder I have using past 10years. I have using the credit card properly on every year, I could not pay the full amount within the credit period before due date. Hence, I have paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest which I could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

      I tried to contact the person regarding the issue. I have contacting customer service continuously. But they told many time, offer is not available in your card and offer will be provide later untill wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is possible amount of my outstanding amount. Please consider to my obligation as early.

I could not pay the full amount within the credit period before due date. Hence, I have paying only the minimum due every month.           Hello HDFC,

          I opted for car loan from you and have paid all most only 22k left which I stopped because one of your executive picked up a cash amount from me and didn't not update emi at your end and I started getting call from your collection agency, I did update them even I made a complain about cash pick but no action were taken from you, paying this small amount isn't a big deal but you are continually threatening me with misbehaviors collection calls. Just understand I have made n numbers of complaints about many issues but no response from your end.

          I am looking for a proper response and resolution as I am tired getting calls from you and explaining the same issue to each caller

            HDFC Bank given me a credit card free of cost for life time my credit card number [protected] I never used this card till now but bank show dues on me 4017 rs and when I go to the bank they said we do not know any thing about this because it is with settlement department and call will come to me but no call I received till now in seventeen month then I again go to branch they ask me to go to ashok niketan branch of HDFC Bank no problem solution I get from their thes said some policy is sold on my card even I don't know they without telling me they sold a policy to me and doing fraud when i ask them don't know they sold me a policy without any information to me they said go to rajouri garden card settlement branch which is closed now even bank donot know that their card settlement branch rajouri garden is permanently closed before 8 months then I to to other card settlement branch Vikas Puri Delhi again they said me we don't have this case and we cannot do any thing even they don't tell me about my charges on credit card no body is helping me please help me

                Is is Kaushik Reddy Muppa, I am one of your old customer of your bank, currently I am Resident of 13507 maverick ln, Herndon, Virginia 20171, USA. On 27 May 2019 one of your bank account holders name Vinay Yadav had cheated me and has take Rs 35000 is which got deposited into his bank account which he has with your institution. The amount is transffered online To his HDFC bank bearing with the account number [protected] and routing to HDFC0001897. The amount is been transferred form my Bank of America account to his HDFC account through XOOM a PayPal service. According to XOOM the money is been deposited to your account on May 27, 2019 at 12:32 PM PDT. I have found that he is a fraud who lives in Dubai UAE with an Indian number(+91 [protected]) and is been doing this fraud saying he is a service provider.

                I have contacted him multiple times and also emailed him officially through an email letter and also text messages which will be added to this email. I am a student in this country and expect to provide me justice.

                  From my HDFC account 1721 rupees deducted, In statement it is not showing why that amount is deducted. Tried to check with customer care also but no proper response from them. just want to know why amount is deducted and I want my money back in account. When i am doing transactions that 1721 rupees showing in available balance.

                      My HDFC credit card expired on May 2019 and in advance i submitted letter thrice for my new office address updation and even an executive visited my new office address last month for data collection but till now no such action has been taken by HDFC bank.                       I received the card today I. E 19.06.2019, then why you have charged late fee payment. It's your fault that you have delayed the service from your side.iam not supposed to pay the addition charges, if same happens then take away your card and cancel the number.
                      I have submitted letter for signature and address change but still you have not updated. And now it's been over a month and you are saying card has been destroyed! For your lack of service I'm not supposed to pay the late payment fee.. Further I will take up matter to RBI ombudsman. 3 years back your executive came to me for opening credit card and now I'm not supposed to go from office to office to do these formalities.
                      Please send me the OTP to reset my ATM pin.

                          I have requested for payment link for the pre-EMI that I have to pay due for 31st May
                          And the pre_EMI values that is due for payment is increasing.

                          I have been requesting the link from 3 weeks

                          I initially got a link which soon expired (within 1-2 days), thereafter I have put many emails requesting a new link, but not a single executive responded to the mail
                          There has been no reply since May 16

                          Not able to submit a request/complaint on the hdfc home loan page also, has some issue with submitting the request

                            I am going through a harassment process newly developed by this companies credit card authorities. 45 days before I paid my complete outstanding and asked the customer service agent to close my account by blocking the card, however I still see email statement are generated requesting me to pay the annual membership fee. AS I said I have asked them to block my card upon paying the last bill and told them I am not interested in their service anymore.

                            I don't know the actual annual fee, however today to my shock when I see the email, its mentioned Rs 2480/- as outstanding. My customer ID is 9671617. Please stop harassing me to continue your service. I will not pay any annual fee to renew the card. waive off my charges and send me a NOC immediately

                            This is not a solution. I have tried several mediums to contact you guys. I have sent email from the grievance addressable portal you have, FB Messenger and all I hear is "will get back to you". You need to call me and solve this, I have NO time to wait in your call center que and then get abandoned. Please NO TRICKS, Call me immediately and resolve the issue.

                              Last year in April 2018 I had updated through hdfc bank customers care that my account is closed and now onwards I will pay to net banking the Same Emily. But after 1 year at time of closing the personal loan they are showing outstanding of about 24646 but in which 11024 is cheque bounce charges which is illegal rest balance I can by cheque or neft. So kindly do the needful help.

                                    We note that you have certain reservations regarding the transaction of Rs.129.00 on 10/06/2019 at M/s AMAZON STANDING INSTRUMUM. We wish to inform you that we have received an Authorization request for the transaction and the same was approved. However, we observe from our records that the transaction has not been debited to your card account. Since the transaction has not been claimed by the merchant within 03 days, we confirm that the amount blocking the credit limit has been restored appropriately.                                       The unauthorized transaction happened on my HDFC credit card on dated 06/02/2019 Amount: 3024.23. I called customer care in a few seconds time after the transaction happened and blocked my card. It was an international transaction. I filed the complaint in the credit card dispute department but no response till now and the amount has also been added into my credit card bill with the international transaction tax and GST on it. When I'm calling the customer care to know the status then they are not responding they just keep transferring the call and cut the call at last.
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
