I am going through a harassment process newly developed by this companies credit card authorities. 45 days before I paid my complete outstanding and asked the customer service agent to close my account by blocking the card, however I still see email statement are generated requesting me to pay the annual membership fee. AS I said I have asked them to block my card upon paying the last bill and told them I am not interested in their service anymore.

I don't know the actual annual fee, however today to my shock when I see the email, its mentioned Rs 2480/- as outstanding. My customer ID is 9671617. Please stop harassing me to continue your service. I will not pay any annual fee to renew the card. waive off my charges and send me a NOC immediately

This is not a solution. I have tried several mediums to contact you guys. I have sent email from the grievance addressable portal you have, FB Messenger and all I hear is "will get back to you". You need to call me and solve this, I have NO time to wait in your call center que and then get abandoned. Please NO TRICKS, Call me immediately and resolve the issue.

    Dear Sir,

    Last year in April 2018 I had updated through hdfc bank customers care that my account is closed and now onwards I will pay to net banking the Same Emily. But after 1 year at time of closing the personal loan they are showing outstanding of about 24646 but in which 11024 is cheque bounce charges which is illegal rest balance I can by cheque or neft. So kindly do the needful help.

      I Booked Order on FLIPKART 50, 990/- through Credit Card. But my order was cancelled due to wrong address. FLIPKART convince me that my amount was returned to my HDFC Credit Card Account but when i order another objects, then previous amount 50, 990/- always attach with recent bill. I registered my query on 17.10.2018 (90 Days Crossed) But till my query is not solved

            The unauthorized transaction happened on my HDFC credit card on dated 06/02/2019 Amount: 3024.23. I called customer care in a few seconds time after the transaction happened and blocked my card. It was an international transaction. I filed the complaint in the credit card dispute department but no response till now and the amount has also been added into my credit card bill with the international transaction tax and GST on it. When I'm calling the customer care to know the status then they are not responding they just keep transferring the call and cut the call at last.

              I had withdrawn 5500 from SBI atm machine using my HDFC debit card on 29 may, due to some fault in machine I did not got the money but money was deducted from my account and has not been returned to my account till today. I had gone and complained at the HDFC bank on 30/05/19 and again on 02/06/19, I had even wrote my complaint letter to the branch manager .Due to some work I am out of station from 03/06/19. It is really a matter of disrespect and negligence from bank that I came to know from the costumer helpline that no complaint was registered regarding my issue till today. I want some strict actions taken to those responsible regarding my issue so that there won't be similar case repeated again by the bank employees. My bank branch is Ravangla. I hope some necessary actions Will be taken against those responsible for this kind of work negligence.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I avail home loan from HDFC (Sahakar Nagar) branch and SARANYA MADHAVAN. on 29th June 2018.
                File no:[protected].

                1. I availed the home loan @ 8.65 and it has been increased to 9.05 over the last 3 quarters and i did not pay any charges for happening this process. i received emails and i was intimated time to time on this.

                2. Now RBI has reduced the repo rate in february, april and may : which in turn the interest rate should be reduced accordingly. But now the bank is asking conversion charges to bring the ROI.

                3. I paid 2950 to bring ROI to 8.80 from 9.05. Again RBI reduced 25 basis points. now the HDFC limited demanding 2950 again to reduce the ROI.

                The bottom line is "HDFC increases ROI immediately, but wont reduce unless we pay conversion charges".
                If this is the case, do i need to pay these charges whenever repo rate is decreased? it does not make any sense..this is absolute looting from HDFC limited. this is cheating as new customers always get a discount of 25 basis points.
                i have already contacted support team, grievance redressal Level 1 2 and 3, Regional Manager, Banking ombudsman & NHB, but no response from any one. now trying with Indian consumer court.

                  I have paid my whole bill for my credit card on/before due date, the same bill amount is auto debited from my saving account on the same day in evening. Due to insufficient balance in the saving account the auto pay amount is re re-returned to my saving account, add a fine of 450 + 81(GST) is added to my current credit card bill. If I pay the bill before date then why the auto debit is made and a inappropriate fine is imposed on my account

                  We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the minimum monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 10, 466.00 from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We note that you have affected payment of Rs. 10, 466.00 on the same day when the attempt to claim the amount was done. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account. Alternatively, you can effect interim payment through net banking 3 days prior to Payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

                    HDFC bank have not sent any credit card to me but they are sending bills by mesaages. I requested you to take this issues seriously and let me know as soon as possible.

                    I raghavendra sira lakshiminarayana was using credit card of hdfc bank. Number 552274******1727 as life time free. when the card expire I received call from bank for issues a new card I said not required. Then I visited the branch I have given closing letter to them they accepted by outstandings of credit card then they accept my form with broken credit card. After few day I received message from hdfC your crisis card 2122 out standing black is due. I did not revived any 2122 number credit card or any other card from them.
                    We don't have any credit card number what they messaged me .

                      I have my saving a/c in Hdfc bank Tohana branch, Hry in name of Pyari Devi.

                      I have made a transaction on PhonePe in which a/c number of the recipient was incorrectly entered but other details like IFSC code, A/c holder name was entered correctly.

                      The transaction went successful and has been wrongly credited to a person of Gujrat who is an NRI as said by bank staff.

                      Here The bank is totally at mistake to make the transaction successful as the details were not correctly entered because there is no such a/c belongs to any person by such details in Tohana area and they have credited someone who belongs to Gujrat.

                      We have requested bank staff various time but they were not cooperating and we have visited them several times.

                      during this procedure, we have expensed rs 1000 from our pocket which we have added to the claim amount.

                            I have opened an account in hdfc branch pallavpuram meerut on 29/05/2019 they told me that now end of month is going so they dont have a welcome kit, they said the welcome kit will be delivered at my house within 4-5 days.

                              I was taken a loan from HDFC bank loan no is 66331192 . ( BT loan). Load was approved of RS-508641. Loan amount deposit on 30/3/19 (RS-78139) I was sent an email request for DD on 28/3/19. ( one is RS-12400 & other is for RS-305000).
                              But they give me wrong DD. After some days on my complain they give me the current DD.
                              In this process bank take 1 months 10 days.
                              Now my question is that why I am paying 1 month 10 days extra interest os RS 429000. As it is totally bank mistake. I provide correct mail request for DD.
                              Bank do the mistake and I have to pay?
                              I want guests.

                                Hi Team, i took loan from HDFC . Its being 2.5 yrs . I paid for starting 2 year however due to job loss, I am unable to pay my rest EMI . Initially i got calls from bank but from last 4 month i didnt get call from bank. Suddenly today some of my relative called me and ask to connect with bank and few of them threatened me how i can give their references to bank they will take legal action for this n so on bla bla... Infact i have no idea who has given their reference to bank . When i spoken with bank they said they got your relative number from tracing team they have investigated and find the number from the address i have provided . I just wanted to complaint against bank why they are telling a lie to anyone and ruin their relationship they have no right to do such things. If their tracing team is strong to find out the number of relative, why dont they find my and my family member first .This is illegal things they are doing and ruin their relationship . I would like to request you to please take legal action against them. Banker number is +[protected].

                                      i applied a home laon through hdfc bank name of Harender Gahlyan, file no. 63605877, hdfc bank employee said sir you eligible for loan so i applied it after few days credit manger Tnaya Dhingra called me and insult me and very rude and misbehave with me she said, paise toh apke account me hote nhi hai, and she ignore my call, she doing these things after making me one month fool. and they took 5800rs as processing fees they said after deduction 3500rs remaing balance will be refunded, Now Tanya dhingra againg after 6 month explaining same fake story due to credit norms we are unable to process your money and she is very rude.

                                        Deducted twice from my credit card and the same is not showing and toll free not picking calls and email not answered
                                        Hdfc promotes payzapp which is a money holding process for over 24 hrs and then it comes back to customers and at times it is being laundered for not giving back to customers.its a shame how this repute d bank is getting tarnished for these small benefits
