The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0691 without my concern on date:15/06/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-
The EMI amount against my consumer durable loan no. [protected] which was due on June 5th has not been deducted though adequate balance was maintained in the account from which the amount is recovered. Kindly look in to and take necessary action.

    I made a payment of one thousand rupees thru hdfc merchant for NTA answer key claim on June 9, 2019 .
    Payment Was not done on NTA web and amount deducted from my account.
    I had contact with SBI but they messaged me that Transaction was successful, so you should contact with HDFC merchant.

    Plz help me out for refund bcoz my bank SBI said that I should contact to HDFC bank .

      This is on my behalf of my father's (Tej Pratap Pandey) credit card account ([protected])which is suspended now for no reason. I have recently checked his all bills and found that as per bill generated on Jul. 18, 2018 total amount due was Rs. 37, 177 on Aug. 7, 2018 and he made the payment on Aug. 8, 2018 and since then he didn't use the card even for a single day. And he made the payment after speaking to one of the Zirakpur HDFC branch credit card department member.
      Post this he started receiving bills and calls to make the payment of approx. Rs. 400 which he was not able to understand and always denied to pay as he paid full dues already. And this was continued till April 9, 2019 when he received Notice from HDFC bank to make the payment. On April 24, 2019 his got debited by Rs. 9347 without any notification. He visited branch and got the update that as he didn't clear the dues in 7 days after receiving the notice so banks has rights to debit the amount from his account without any notification which is absolutely nonsense.

      I am also cards of multiple banks where we get grace period of 2 days to make the payment at no extra charges. And my father made the payment just one day late. He is old, so might be not able to make collection deptt. understand why he was denying the payment. But I expect Bank team to understand the customer situation especially old aged customer and waive off the charges of delay in payment by just one day which didn't happen. Rather Team harassed my father mentally and financially for almost 8 months which I never expected from the bank at least.

      Looking forward for quick resolution and the amount refund to my father's account.

      Respected Sir, . I got Two wheeler from HDFC Bank Ltd on 21.06.2010 of a sum of rs. abt. 30000/. from ess ell motors. Vehicle no.UK07 AE 6799. Named Jitender Tariyal and Ifully payment to bank. But I did not received N.O.C. till date
      Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to payu private payment limited with value rs. 30, 000 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

        Dear Concern,
        I am writing this with highly dis appointment that I was client of Hdfc Credit card and I was not using your card since long and continuing on your card payment. Recently I closed your card via making all the payment dues and trying to get my NOC for my card, but by doing all the necessary documents to your Chennai office your all the executive are not able to track my credit card provided all my detail, please find the attachment of messages sent by Hdfc Bank, and my latest Credit Card Statement (password— GURU0506).
        Even I have sent all the forms signed to your add through Speed Post Tracking No—ED[protected]IN, as last time advised by your executive and it is showing delivered on 13/05/19.
        But all your illiterate executives are not able to neither track the card nor the courier and neither they were trying to transfer my calls to Manager.so coming to the point try to issue my NOC for the said card and others card on my name if available, asap on my email other wise I will file a deformation case against Hdfc card for the Mental Torture and harassment.

          transaction timeout

          I have done the imps transaction of amount RS.500 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

          I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

          This is my 2nd issue from HDFC in same month. Why dont you credit it back when Transaction timed out and money debited from account??? What if its...

          I write this mail with great disappoinment and dissatisfaction. I hold an account with HDFC Bank which I do understand I wasn't using it for a couple of months as I was struggling in search of a job. On June 3rd, I had erroneously transferred Rs 18000 to my HDFC account. To my disbelief Rs 8035/- was deducted due to various charges. I was under a shock and immediately tried reaching multiple people including the BM and the call center but was unable to reach any anybody or to any conclusion.

          I humbly request you to reverse the charges immediately. I am not in a position, wherein I could loose Rs 8035 for charges. I hope you would understand my situation and would provide me with the requisite support by reversing the charges.

          Moreover, I would also start using my HDFC account henceforth as my primary account and also ensure that sufficient balances are maintained in the account month on month.

          I once again request you to reverse the charges on an immediate basis as the amount was supposed to be transferred elsewhere for an emergency reason. Kindly do the needful on priority.

          Thanks once again and awaiting for the reversal.

              Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9000 balance.
              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
              I approach branch, but they behaved rudely & refuse to close account.
              Plz justice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
              What is the action will take against this bank.

                On the 4th June 2019 I have done IMPS fund transfer to the incorrect account number [protected] instead of correct account number [protected] I called to HDFC BANK on same day. I logged a complaint (complaint no is MUMC [protected]) . Post logged a complaint I continued following up with bank they told your amount will reverse in 7 working days. Now today is 15th June but still there no update receive from bank and customer service team.my complaint is still opened.

                  False statements were given by sales representative to us while discussing the personal loan like we can pay part payment or full closure after 1st EMI without any restrictions. After agreeing for personal loan, so many conditions came into picture which were not conveyed to us before. Immediately I replied the manager who dropped us mail saying what we agreed for. Before loan getting sanctioned also, sales representative sindhu confirmed that we can make part payments after EMI itself without any restrictions & she told that she was going to drop a mail regarding the same today ASAP. But we have not got any mail, but amount got credited to our account today. We called her but no response. SO we dropped a mail to manager Govardhan, if terms are not getting changed as agreed, i want to cancel it immediately. & I am not delaying at all any time.
                  Please take this as serious note, Help us to either in keeping your promises or cancelling the loan. In case, if we need to cancel, Let us know the process to cancel the loan.

                      I have been charged INR 6076.57 without consent. I do not know who made this transaction or why I have been charged this money by HDFC bank. I demand it to be refunded immediately as it is a significant amount of money to lose without prior notice.

                      I tried calling on the helpline and it was extremely unhelpful. I hope you contact me as soon as possible.

                            This is Anil Chhabra and my company name is Topgear lifestyle Pb Ltd . My account no is [protected]. I have been visiting your branch since many times for Enat banking and I mer with Deepika madam. Whatever she guided me, we did the same and I have submitted the papers to Deepika but today I got one courier that there is some error in papers and Enet banking can’t start. Whatever Deepika told me, we did the same . Not again we have to give some papers and will take again one months to start this Enet banking .
                            If this is really impossible work for bank to start the Enet banking and we have to wait so long the I think I should close our bank account in HDFC bank. No one guided us properly. Enet team don’t even reply on mail or not even phone call. I am really tired from HDFC bank. You people hardly care about your customers. I[censored] can resolve it in one week then only I will keep my account in your bank. Otherwise I will close this account .

                              To HDFC Bank Credit card manager, Pune Zone.

                              I have received a call from HDFC bank Executive sitting in Viman Nagar office for Credit card about 15 days ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls on my Mobile and someone visited my home to verify the address.

                              Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i checked on HDFC Website and the Credit card application shows as declined. I called up the executive (I have the HDFC whatsapp contact number ending with 7262 through which i was in contact with the executive and now she is not responding) but its ignoring the call requests to enquire about the status. I want to know detailed reason for rejection.

                              I checked my credit Score which is GOOD. I have Salary account in HDFC bank since 5+ Years. All my insurances are with HDFC Life. No any due EMIs with HDFC since past 5 years. Now, i wanted to avail the exciting credit card offers provided by HDFC so applied for credit card.

                              I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service. This forces me to change my salary account bank as well as all investments from HDFC to other good banks.

                                I am not an HDFC bank customer or credit card with HDFC.

                                I have applied for personal Loan and my application was rejected due to document mismatch issue while applying for a credit card in the year 2011,

                                This is to bring to your notice I have not applied for a credit card in the year 2011. as per the Risk department, I provided a bank statement and salary slip which was a miss match.

                                Vasan from the Risk department doesn't have the hardcopy which was submitted in the year 2011.
                                as I am aware I have not applied for a credit card as per my knowledge. they don't know what to do.
                                I have been visiting the HDFC credit card department frequently to know the status no one is helping me, not being an HDFC customer I have to suffer.
                                the branch manager is not helpful in helping the customer.

                                I want that taken out of my name so I don't have any problem with HDFC in the future.

                                I am unhappy with Hdfc as they don't value the customer. Worst customer service ever I have come across with HDFC credit card Risk department and unprofessional manager and unprofessional management sitting in Risk Department in Bangalore. Vasan promised me a resolution by Monday and no one called me and now there as there are not answering my call. HDFC Need to learn how to value the customer. I am not a customer of HDFC but I am suffering. I have heard good things about HDFC and they customer service but I see it all wrong.

                                is my query so difficult to handle where I am not able to get a proper response from HDFC and from the RIC department, Person (Vasan) not answering my call he promised he will speak to his manager and get the resolution. what is going on is anyone in HDFC is serious about it or they don't care.

                                  My Opening balance on Date:12/06/2019 was 93, 684.83 for which Due date was 02/07/2019.

                                  I paid 90, 413.00 before Due date and still HDFC bank has charged me 1, 811.09 as finance charges.

                                  All my earlier dues were clear and paid.

                                  My DOB-21/07/1991

                                  Dear Customer,

                                  We wish to inform that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.                                     I am holding Regalia Credit card with priority pass for lounge access. As per rules 6 access to outside india lounge are available free in a calender year.
                                    I have been charged for lounge access on April 15 at chicago. I have not accessed lounge in chicago and did not travel on 15th April.
                                    I travelled on 31st MArch but did not access lounge in Chicago.
                                    When complaint they are asking me to get lounge access details from prioirty pass! . Why customer has to do this? Is there no responsibility of bank to check tfor what they are charging ?

                                      Acctully I want to salander my credit card, bcz with out generated pin my due amount showing is 4500.but how I m salander my credit card?kind ly help me, I want to agree to pay my due amount.acctully this issue effect my cibil score, recently my cibil score is 641.thts why I m not getting any home loan
