[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — pf not yet received

Dear sir/madam,

I was an employee of hdfc bank agartala branch fro 2016 to 2017. But till date i have not received my pf amount as they have inputted my wrong date of birth. After that, i have resolved it online. However when i am applying for a withdrawal of the whole pf amount i am not able to withdraw the same. Its showing that i can only withdraw the pension amount and the other amount under form 19 cannot be withdrawn as it is under the name of the trust of hdfc bank. But at the time of joining or my resignation i have not been informed about the same by the said company. I need the full withdrawal of the pf amount at an earliest.

Dear sir i need a copy of my credit card which i was satteled whole amount paid by me before 15 days ago.

I have applied for Fastag on 24/11/2019 for two vehicles. One vehicle fastag received on 06/12/2019 but 2nd vehicle Fastag not received till today. My customer id is[protected] and Vehicle No. which Fastag not received is DN09K0438
Dear sir, I have log in fastag from HDFC my customer I.D.[protected] on 20.12.19 but this tag is not rev. Pl. do the need full.

I have not received my fastag even after one month .No use in calling their helpline number as not able to reach and even when I reached its of no use and I can reach the number only during odd hours and I reach the number early morning.Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected] . My mob number is [protected] .
I have applied for fastag on Dec 3. While applying they said i will get in 7 working days. It's been almost 17 days, I didn't get any update regarding status of my application other than debiting my money and creating a wallet. My application reference number is HFR881555
