I applied for a HDFC fastag on 16th Dec 2019. Application# HFR01128468.
Till data there is no communication from HDFC as well as no fastag is issued. I am trying to connect through their helpline but it is always busy.

I have not received welcome emailer from hdfc bank as a result I am not having Wallet id for Fastag as a result I am unable to login in my fastag account.
Sir I made a payment to iit Madras entrance through gpay. Transaction is showing as it is successful but payment not yet done
I raised issue in gpay but did not get the response plz look into matter

Ive paid and ordered the fastag from hdfc on the 28th Nov 2019. It mentions that it will be delivered in 7 days. Its going to be a month and have still not recieved it. Its difficult to even get through the cust. care no. If i knew it would take so long it rather buy it from paytm.

I've applied for Fasttag through HDFC bank on 30.11.2019, for which i received confirmation message on 05.12.2019 that my customer id and wallet id crated and i've 300 balance in my wallet from 500 paid. But not yet received my physical Fasttag, and tired of calling their customer care number which always says busy, busy, busy

Fastag not received. Customer Care is replying.

At least, they should be able to provide the status of Fastage,
then why do you provide toll free number[protected].
