Hi i booked a ticket from hyd to pune on 16th april[protected]/- rs) after two days on 18th april 2019 i cancelled the ticket... And i got message regarding about the refund (1187.2/- rs) that it will be funded within 5-7 business days. It’s been 10 days since i cancelled my ticket till now money is not refunded.
I hope this time money will ne credited to my account.

    bogus offers given and 10% cashback not yet received

I was given offer of 10% cashback subject to a maximum of 4000 as limit, if i take emi option through hdfc bank. Since the total value of my products came to 76k+, me and my aunt took emi separately to avail the offer fully, by buying the products one each. They said, 10% cash back will be reduced in the 3rd or 4th month emi...

    Unauthorized transactions are happening from my credit card without my knowledge. This happened with my card during oct - nov 2018. I reached out the bank and continuous follow ups, they cancelled the card and reversed the wrongly debited amount to my account. Customer care executives assured me that on shifting to a new card these fraudulent transactions will not be repeated.
    On their request, i was issued a new credit card by hdfc during dec 2018 and the same was not delivered to me till 3rd march 2019 because of some address issues as per hdfc records. (As claimed by customer care executives). But there is an unauthorized transaction of rs. 1417.5/- during 20th dec 2018. The transaction happened even before the card was delivered and i realised the same while checking the statement on 14th feb 2019. Despite continuous follow ups with the customer care team, they had not provided me with any solution nor responding properly.
    Since the transaction happened even before was delivered i doubt that the customer care people themselves are involved in these transactions or the customer credentials are being leaked.
    Requesting to take proper action on those responsible and help me recover my amount wrongly deducted.

      I paid rs 500 against the hdfc fastag for my car, untill now there is no update from hdfc side.
      Very poor serivce, even after 2 mails send to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
      No one is responding to the mail
      If youre not able to send the fast tag please refund the money.
      I never expected this much poor serivce from hdfc

            Recently i took a superbike loan on basis of condition that it is interest free, the showroom along with the bank had an offer of 0% interest so i opted for it. But when i received email about the loan repayment schedule with attached pdf document, when i saw it was showing repayment with interest like almost 7%.

            I would have never opted for loan if it was with interest.

              I have done imps transaction on 24th apr 2019, it's 29 apr 2019, amount debited but still not credited to beneficiary's account, status is still processor down.
              While doing transaction i got message that server timedout. Called bank may times, but no resolution. They are telling that you will get money in your account automatically, but still no money received by me.

I received first premium receipt of rs. 28646/- & other documents without proper address (Without university name: - ikg punjab technical university) on my personal e-mail id. I had not received any single original document about my policy till date. I went to concerned bank with my problem so many times, but they did not give any positive response.

                So it is requested to you that kindly look into this matter & provided me original policy bond /all original documents of policy no. 20433301 at given below address. If you cannot provide me as above, please refund me all deposited amount (Rs. 28646/-) as soon as possible.

                  When i received this card from hdfc, i have been told that it is a lifetime free credit card even if there is no any transaction made.
                  Recently membership charge is added in this statement?
                  Almost i have been keeping this card for 2 and half years. I have not been charged the membership fee after the 1st year or after the 2nd year. Why suddenly that too without any prior intimation the amount has been charged after 2 and a half years? I wrote several mails to hdfc but i am not getting any response.

                  Please help to fix this as soon as possible.

                            I had given call on 1st april 2019 to customer care from bangalore and asked to any changes will be applied for delay in payment. Hdfc guy said that charges will be applied only on billed transactions and not on unbilled transactions. So trusting that person, i did 5000 rs payment by 2 days delay as part of feb month bill. But when i received march bill, i saw 6300 rs something financial charges which including both billed and unbilled transaction which is really not acceptable. When i call custoomer care, one lady said that person whom i spoke on 1st april left job. If i ask to check call recordings between me and that person, they saying only able charges mentioned in website. I want that recording to be listen and appropriate action to be taken again hdfc and that person for misguiding the people.
                            When i call everytime customer care (Manjula and anusha), they say its not possible to share recording to customer but atlease consumer court can ask hfdc and can be shared with court

                                  Sir on 08.12.2015 sujit kumar kar has done three neft/rtgc by pitam kar in favor of nandini das in her three separate accounts. The amount were rs: 175/-, rs: 3500/- and rs: 120/-. The updated passbook is showing that also. But its now very urgent to us to know her account numbers (3 account numbers) at which we have done neft/rtgc. It’s very crucial and important to us.                                   I just ckeked my acc information my 118 has been detucted yerstday at 1.24 .
                                  I dint even get a message.
                                  So what was that deduction for.
                                  I have reissued a new food card since my old card is not working.
                                  By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

                                  Kindly, can you please transfer the balance amount of my old food card into new hdfc food card.
                                  I am trying to update my address in account since morning, but hdfc provides such a pathetic service. I m not be able to upload documents from computer nor app.

                                  Every month I have paid the emi and last month delay happened for an hour within sad day. No this month they have deducted along with late payment rtn charges also which is absurd. can anyone please suggest me what to do.
                                  I have transferred Rs. 6839/- to my HDFC bank on 23 Mar 2019 from Payzapp app. Transaction was failed. But amount debited.
                                  The HDFC member gaves false information and charged around 708 for not keeping minimum balance in hdfc. i will request to all to not open account in hdfc as they charged high amount as compared to other banks. Please dont open any account in hdfc.
                                  Home Loan DSE @ Erode Branch, Mr Sethukannan and Sengottu Velu Not Responding against our loan and Processing Much more delay. Still now my home loan process Pending.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 4727 without my concern on date:20/04/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that I got Jumbo LOAN from HDFC which was disbursed forcefully because I was not interested. You may please pull out my LOAN details and recordings using my mobile number [protected]. I was paying EMIs but due to some financial crisis my EMI bounced. I am receiving calls from HDFC daily since morning to late evening and I am requesting to give some time and I will pay. Collection team is harassing like anything. On top of that today I received a call from collection team (Hyderabad - Secretariat) agent name Mr. JUJUBI (HisDy.Manager Mr. Anand). I informed him that yesterday 26th April 2019 I spoke to Manager of collection team and I took time and his manager agreed. Mr. JUJUBI started threatening me and warning me that If I am not making payment immediately he will visit my home. He want to collect money from my family if not he will collect home appliances form my home forcefully and sell it in market to recover pending EMI. He spoke ### words about my family ladies/girls. He bursted like anything started talking about my religion that. His words are '' ALL MUSLIMS ARE FRAUD, STUPID, MUSLIMS ALWAYS CHEATS, KATTON PE BAITHNEY WALE TUM LOG, KUCH KAAM NAI KARTE AND PAISE KHATEY" He also said he will speak in this way only with all muslims and people like me as If he got this training from management. When he disconnected call, I called back. on same number and spoke with Mr. Anand (Dy. Manager) He said he will call back or he will arrange a call back from his superior but no and disconnected call without intimation. I called more than 20 times and requested to take a complaint but no one is ready to take complain and every call got disconnected. Finally they put my CALL ON rejection list I think so because of which I am unable to connect with them. I spoke with Mr. Haribala 5th Floor. Mr. Anand- 6th floor. I informed everyone that I am recording all calls please register complaint or transfer call but no one helped me. Even I informed them that I will file a police case or I will report it to Mr. Aditya Puri still no one bother to talk or understand my concern. I have all call recordings and I am going to publish on Consumer FORUM, Grahak Seva, Facebook, Twitter and all complaint FORUMs/Social media.

                                      There is no agreement between HDFC and me which says that anyone can approach my family or I will be harassed for payments or disrespect my religion or talk ### about my family. No single term or statement according to agreement says that you (HDFC) can do all above things with me. No one has authorisation to approach my family or threat me or harass me or disrespect me, my family and my religion.

                                      I request you to go back to all call recording and I want all call recording to be shared with me and If not you need to share all call recordings to Police and Court of law. I also have call recordings and I will be posting it on social media.

                                      Transferred 7500 on 28 Feb to Canara bank beneficiary, account got closed due to account holder passed away, gave several complaints in CC, but not solved, calls disconnected, redirected wrongly to credit card division, need a solution for this complaint
