Hi
I ordered on serious mass and received it today after a delay of 5days and on unboxing i found it to be filled with rag cloth and waste material with no product inside. I tried to cancel my order but did not find an option to do so. On receiving the parcel there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the packaging and the package was sealed completely with healthkart seal tape. This has never happened before and i'm extremely disappointed by this. I have attached the photos of the box and its contents below.

As per my suggestion you should not ship your products via xpressbees . I am not very satisfied with their services as my shipment had arrived at the centre on 6 but it was delivered to me on 10

    I placed an order on 24 october, 2018 at 11:30 pm via upi. The amount got deducted but i haven’t received any update on my order delivery, and it says no order has been placed. Check the same asap or refund me my money, my email id is aayush. [protected]@gmail.com. What a sham. I have been placing so many orders but this is not right on your part, i need this resolved.

      I received text messages from company that item is out for delivery but it is not delivered to me & when i see my order status on website it stated that costumer refused to accept the order but in reality i haven't received the product, neither did the delivery man came to my doorstep.

        On 10th of October I placed an order which was to be delivered by 16th. On 16th, I got a message from courier that delivery was to be done that day. Except for, it wasn't. After waiting till evening the next day, I called HealthKart Customer Care who assured me that delivery will be done the next day. After no attempt to contact me by the courier, I called HK Customer Care again. Same reply. After a cycle of mails and calls to HK, I got a call from their executive today who said that the courier was trying to contact me repeatedly but I'm not picking up the phone. Which is not true. I never received a call from them. Instead I was the one who called them using the given number in their messages. Anyway, I gave them another number in case the first was not reachable. They mailed me that they will try to deliver my order today. I haven't received my order yet. I'm a student and cannot devote all my time to this mess. It is frustrating, calling and mailing them all day. They're not taking it seriously, that's why I'm making a complaint. I don't know if it's the company's fault or logistics'. I just want my order to be delivered ASAP.

        I am unable to find any order cancellation option. I would like to cancel my order number:- HKD[protected]
        I would be very grateful if my problem is resolved.
        On 2 Nov'18 I tried to order one product from healthkart, When I paid them, the amount got deducted from my bank and the order is still showing not placed.

            I have ordered muscleblaze whey prime 80% protein on 11th october and they said that shipment delivered will be by 17th oct.
            But today is 19th october and my product is not yet delivered. Kindly please check. I have already paid for it online.
            They delivered a message that my order has been shipped on 11th oct and will be delivered by 17th oct but they didn't gave me any tracking number and any service name through it was shipped. And yet it has not been delivered.

              I paid for the order and it was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct as i got the message from delhvery that your hk brightlifecare package with delhivery awb[protected] will be delivered today. Later on i got a confirmation message that my product has been delivered but when i check with security they told no one arrive to deliver the package. Being a gym fanatics i cannot compromise on my diet but due to such incidents i am facing problem. I went twice to check with security but the told no one has ever arriver with my package.

                Hi, please help me as i am unable to cancel my order. There is no option for cancellation of this product, it is showing that the product is shipped and no option for cancellation, it had only been 8 hours. How can they confirm and ship it to my doorstep in a single day. I collected information about the seller selling this product. That store is in new delhi and it has bad reveiws. There are chances that this product will me 80% duplicate as the seller has bad record. I won’t buy this product even if i had to brawl with the courier guy. The outer seal is already opened but inner seal is in fine condition. But the customer care team is denying for return and even they talked rudely.

                        Hello Team,
                        My name is Srikanth Deokar from Hyderabad placed an order on 30th Sept 2018 of protine powder with order number # HKA[protected]. Also got a message saying that ther product is shipped with estimated delivery by 5th Oct 2018 with shipping tracking number # BLC7090752.
                        On 3rd of Oct 2018 i received an SMS & an email saying that the product has been delivered where as no one came to my residence to deliver the product and neither received a call from courier person.
                        Please nete that the payment of rupees 4500/- is already done as online payment for the product..
                        Its been 48 hours since i have complained about this to healthkart and they always say that they are waiting for "Proof of delivery" from their logistics.

                        Not sure what kind of courier services this people are using because i never got any kind of information about the courier guy arrival or their name or contact information.

                                  I had ordered dn mass mutation 5lbs from healthkart. Initially when i received the order i did not notice that the tape with which it was sealed was half healthkart tape and half tape was normal transparent tape. When i opened the vessel i was shocked to see the vessel half empty. I will definitely go to the consumer court. Coz this is our hard earned money not to waste like this with cheaters like you. I would recommend every one not to buy any products from healthkart. They are cheaters. I would suggest my friends and relatives not to order any products from healthkart
