I have ordered muscleblaze whey prime 80% protein on 11th october and they said that shipment delivered will be by 17th oct.
But today is 19th october and my product is not yet delivered. Kindly please check. I have already paid for it online.

I paid for the order and it was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct as i got the message from delhvery that your hk brightlifecare package with delhivery awb[protected] will be delivered today. Later on i got a confirmation message that my product has been delivered but when i check with security they told no one arrive to deliver the package. I have to cancel this order as i have got this product from market already. It's already shipped and i didn't find any options of cancellation in the health cart app... I have placed my order on 29september & it showed it will be delivered on 3oct. Till date 6oct the delivery has not been made no calls from the courier. I have also contacted healthkart customer care they told that they will forward the message to the courier service on behalf of myself but weren't able to make any commitments or guarantee's that it will deliver within proper time. I want to return my order (Ultimate Nutrition Prostar whey protein) with order ID HKD[protected]. when i talked to customer care team they told me to send images of the seal. The outer seal is already opened but inner seal is in fine condition. But the customer care team is denying for return and even they talked rudely.

I received my order of muscleblaze xxl super gainer today and i was totally in shock after seeing it's condition. It was totally damaged and the powder was coming out from a small hole at the top. This is just ridiculous, it was my first order from healthkart and i am absolutely disgusted. A small hole made at the top, i doubt if it was unintentional.
