On 10th of October I placed an order which was to be delivered by 16th. On 16th, I got a message from courier that delivery was to be done that day. Except for, it wasn't. After waiting till evening the next day, I called HealthKart Customer Care who assured me that delivery will be done the next day. After no attempt to contact me by the courier, I called HK Customer Care again. Same reply. After a cycle of mails and calls to HK, I got a call from their executive today who said that the courier was trying to contact me repeatedly but I'm not picking up the phone. Which is not true. I never received a call from them. Instead I was the one who called them using the given number in their messages. Anyway, I gave them another number in case the first was not reachable. They mailed me that they will try to deliver my order today. I haven't received my order yet. I'm a student and cannot devote all my time to this mess. It is frustrating, calling and mailing them all day. They're not taking it seriously, that's why I'm making a complaint. I don't know if it's the company's fault or logistics'. I just want my order to be delivered ASAP.
