My order is delayed 3 days from the date of expected delivery date and i have paid my order and there was no information about my order so please make sure my order deliver as soon as possible otherwise refund my money i have written to healthkart but they are not answering and i also called them but every time call is not connecting so please make sure that my order is delivered as soon as possible. Also they are neither replying nor give any notification about my order

I have ordered multi vitamins and omega 3, i was promised that my order has been delivered by jun 20.but its not.
Don't make the false promises your customers.
Unable to track my orders.

I ordered mucleblaze fat burner today morning through healthkart. I wanted to prepay via net banking and I also did. But the payment was canceled though the payment of 449 was deducted from my account. Please help.

    This delivery was promised on 13-June. But still no sign of the product delivery.
    There is no contact number of healthkart where you can call and ask for the help, update..
    There is an useless online tracking system which doesn't provide any details like tracking number, operator etc.

        I have ordered 2 unit of amway nutrilite salmon omega 3, but received only one unit in the package, i have vedio recording of the whole incident and i am a regular customer of healthkart. Plese take action on it and refund by hard earned money. This incident happened for the first time on healthkart and i feel very disappointed and cheated.           The actual delivery date is 17th may 2019. Today date is 24th may 2019.
          From 17th may 19 on wards, the healthkart website shows that undelivered on every day till 23th may 2019.
          I have sent many mails to customer care to cancel my order.

            I ordered healthkart women's protein, 0.88 lb chocolate; pink colour bottle but i received nouriza women's protein, 0.88 lb chocolate green bottle. Although the nutritional facts are same but am still thinking why this discrepancy is done? I don't understand i specifically chose that pink one that was also shown on the website but when i received i got green one. This is very depressing.

                    I order On gold standard whey protien 5 lbs CAFE MOCAA CHINO flavour order No.HKM[protected] which is i recieved through courier from XPRESSBEES ..THE ORDER MIGHT TO BE FAKE .Firstly there is no bill inside the box which contain gst and tin no ...secondly the batch no and mfd no on the bottom of jar was not properly written some words are clear on that cant even seen properly . Thirdly the scratch code on the jar given by the bright commodities .. when i verified that unique code the result shows that the product is already verified how can it be posible that is unique no only the reciever can verify that no instead that shows the product is already verified .ThESE ARE THE SIGHNS OF FAKENESS OF PRODUCT ... kindly action to be taken on that and give me a valid feedback and i want the bill copy from u of that product ...

                    I ordered the order on May 10! Which was to be available on May 18 but the same product got out of delivery on May 16 which I have not yet received?
                    Mr. Mohit Punia are you still alive after eating the protein powder sent by Healthkart. Two days ago I received a gainer from Healthkart without GST bill. I was excited and consumed it and only then realised that the GST bill was missing. I'm afraid to consume it now.

                        Order placed for 2 kg muscleblaze gold for rs 4199 twice on 20/04/19. Both transaction failed through upi. Pls refund the amount. The confirmation mail was not received and i was redirected to the payment page but the amount was deducted. Payment made through paytm merchant.                           I had placed an order through healthkart and the delivery time for it was 13th april'19, which was already gone and your courier company is responsible for it as it should be delivery on 13th april'19 but i haven't got my item yet. I tried to make many calls to your customer care but not able to connect to them. The tracking number is blc7126947. Your tracking number is showing that you attempted a delivery on 13th aprol'19 around 10:22pm but i want to let you know that i haven't got any call from your end for the same.

                              I bought a product from healthkart. The product was in open state and hence i asked to return the product and get a refund of the amount. The company initiated the return, the package was picked up, but as per healthkart, the package is not delivered to them even after 15 days. The package was to be shipped from noida to hyderabad and the shipment was arranged by healthkart. They have stopped responding to my emails. Every time i call them they ask for 48 working hours and never get back. Its a fraud company who is selling fake/open packages/products and when asked for return does not entertain customers. My money is stuck with them for over a month now and they do not intend to return it back to me.

                              As stated earlier, I have made multiple calls and written multiple emails on the given contacts, but of no use
                              I want cancel the order but can't because it's saying order shipped.. I tried to many times to help line no but no one replied and i want cancel it.

                                Firstly, i received the order confirmation much later after the money was already deducted from my account. The order was made on the 2nd of april and i paid for it by internet banking. I cancelled the order on the 3rd. By when will i receive the refund? I have noticed that a lot of people did not receive their refund on time and i require the money to be sent back to me as soon as possible.

                                I am yet to receive my money. I'm very ill and I would appreciate it if you sent it as soon as possible. It should not take so long to refund a simple sum of 509 Rupees
                                I want to cancel my order. Be cause I want to place a fresh order.
                                I have selected option cash on delivery. But I was unable find order cancel option. So please cancel my order.
                                I have ordered muscleblaze whey protein on 10 April but I chose my old address now I want to change the address how can I do that ?

                                  refund on cancellation

                                  I want to cancel the order that i placed on the 2nd of april. I am worried that the product may be faulty or not delivered on time, as many people have faced this issue. I am concerned that if i cancel my order then healthkart will not send my money back to me. How can it be ensured that i will receive my money back? I want my money back in a week....

The payment has been made and money deducted from my account but the order was not placed on the app. (I got no response from the app).

                                  I have not received my product . It's been shipped from 25 March 2019 and date of delivery was 27 March 2019.

                                  My order number is HKM[protected] via book my packet.
                                  Please look into the matter or I will cancel the order.
                                  My Order id is HKM[protected] which I ordered by mistake its been 4 days but I still not got the refund. In case of amazon they gave me the refund within 1 hr. Healthkart service is the worst.
