Hi,

The actual delivery date is 17th may 2019. Today date is 24th may 2019.
From 17th may 19 on wards, the healthkart website shows that undelivered on every day till 23th may 2019.
I have sent many mails to customer care to cancel my order.
Product is not delivered and there is no proper response from the customer care too....

received wrong item

I ordered healthkart women's protein, 0.88 lb chocolate; pink colour bottle but i received nouriza women's protein, 0.88 lb chocolate green bottle. Although the nutritional facts are same but am still thinking why this discrepancy is done? I don't understand i specifically chose that pink one that was also shown on the website but when i received i got green one. This is very depressing....

I have ordered a healthkart product on 1st of may, on which it showed that the product will be delivered by 2nd of may, today is 5th of may and till now no one has contacted me. Its very urgent for me. Kindly look into this and keep. Me updated. placed order, paid via upi but order not reflecting in my orders

I placed order for ultimate nutrition iso sensation 93 5lbs and paid via upi, money is debited from my account but order is not placed as i didn't receive any email or sms of confirmation.
It's not visible in my orders as well.

money deducted but order not placed on 20/04/19

Order placed for 2 kg muscleblaze gold for rs 4199 twice on 20/04/19. Both transaction failed through upi. Pls refund the amount. The confirmation mail was not received and i was redirected to the payment page but the amount was deducted. Payment made through paytm merchant. The company initiated the return, the package was picked up, but as per healthkart, the package is not delivered to them even after 15 days. refund after cancellation

Firstly, i received the order confirmation much later after the money was already deducted from my account. The order was made on the 2nd of april and i paid for it by internet banking. I cancelled the order on the 3rd. By when will i receive the refund? I have noticed that a lot of people did not receive their refund on time and i require the money to be sent back to me as soon as possible....

I want to cancel the order that i placed on the 2nd of april. I am worried that the product may be faulty or not delivered on time, as many people have faced this issue. I am concerned that if i cancel my order then healthkart will not send my money back to me. How can it be ensured that i will receive my money back? I want my money back in a week....

On the Healthkart app, I have paid Rs 1976 via UPI on 31st March 2019 at 3:45 pm, for Muscleblaze Whey Protein, 2.2lbs cafe mocha flavour. The payment has been made and money deducted from my account but the order was not placed on the app. (I got no response from the app).
Kindly look into the issue as money has been deducted from my account and I have got no response from the app....

product not delivered but I received message saying it's delivered to me

Order number is hkm[protected] and i ordered a protein powder. I kept getting messages saying i have postponed the delivery but i didn't even get a call from delivery people.

I got a call from them today asking if i was available for delivery just like i got calls since saturday so i asked them to cancel the order.

One hour after this call, i got a message and a mail saying the product has been delivered...

I was ordering heakthkart 100% pure whey protein on healthkart app. It was showing error with debit card so i paid through net banking. But when i paid through net banking, my money got deducted and there is no order placed on 20 feb 2019 at around 12.30 am.
