My name is deepak, i have ordered some of the products from your website healthkart and my phone no.which is registered with you is [protected], so that you can fetch up the details of my order.

Its a great disappointment that i have ordered 7 items from a reputed co. But from those items, only two items i have found in good condition
1 HK Peanut butter 2 HK Multivitamins
But with other items like...

I ordered peanut butter from healthkart on 21st august 2018 and made the payment through debit card. The estimated delivery date was 23rd august 2018, and i got a message on 22nd august that my order has been shipped. But today it is 28th august and the order has not been delivered till now. I have been trying to contact healthkart customer support but they are not responding to my query. I did not recieved any update on my order either....

I ordered Opti-men 240 pills a sum of rupees 3970 on the 14/8 and payed through Tez. Money was debited from my bank ( successful on tez) but the payment failed on Healthkart. I called and made a complaint. They told me to wait for 7 - 10 working days. It has been 10 days now and So far the money hasn't returned. Please return the money as fast as possible.

I have ordered muscleblaze whey gold isolate from healthkart on 10 aug delivered to me on 16 aug it was delivered in damage condition i have wrote to customer healthkart customer executive call me and ask me to send images i have send images yesterday but till now no response when i tried to call they are not recieving they put my number in black list
As per their return policy the if the product is damaged they will return but they...

Today i get a msg that my product is ready to delivered to me
I wait it for the whole day that my product is delivered to me
But in the evening a got a msg the i refused to take my product..
Even though that i had not even recieved a single call for you.
Is this the way ur delivery boy treat us.

I have ordered ultimate nutrition whey protein 1kg on 16-june-2018 and i got below message from healthkart on 18-jun-18.

Dear customer, your order HKA[protected] has been cancelled. Any refund due will be initiated within 24-48 hrs.

Till now i havent received any refund. Kindly refund my amount.

This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and poor customer service.

I have received multiple messages that a particular order is out for delivery. However the delivery person failed to deliver the same in spite of calls and confirmation of the address. I have received multiple messages claiming the product is out for delivery, however, the delivery person has stopped attending his phone.

I ordered muscleblaze creatine through ola money wallet and due to some reason the money got deducted and i got blank page when i returned to the main page it showed payment failure. I placed my order on 20 june at 8:51pm amounting 519. I had 51rs in my ola money wallet so total deducted money was 468rs. And the order didn’t got placed. Please look into the matter.

The estimated delivery date was given 17th june 2018 and today is 17th of june.. And the product has still not been delivered.. The ordered was shipped back on 12th but it still hasn't arrived...
I'm really disappointed by this...

I was ordering muscleblaze 2.2lbs whey protein cafe mocha on healthkart app. It was showing error with debit card thats why i paid through upi. But when i paid through upi, my money got deducted and there is no order placed on 12 june at around 2.20 am.

Payment 125 rupees was done by credit card
But still item not delevered
I haven't receive any single call from healthcart
It's very unresponsive behaviour
When i try to call them they don't pic the call i tried many time in day but there is no response if they can't provide my order
They have to return my money shortly...

I have placed one order, my money has been debited from my account which is 5389 rupess but order not placed from the site and now i spoke with customer support about this he said it will take 7-10 days to refund. On (18/5/2018) i visited hk store at mohali. That guy there didn't give me any bill and charged extra money from me. Is this a way to treat ur customers. This is not the first time i didn't received a bill from ur store. Every time i purchase the product that guy over there didn't give me any kind of receipt or bill. How do i trust on ur brand then. I even pay extra money to buy from u guys. Why should i pay extra then i can easily get supplements...
