My name is deepak, i have ordered some of the products from your website healthkart and my phone no.which is registered with you is [protected], so that you can fetch up the details of my order.
Its a great disappointment that i have ordered 7 items from a reputed co. But from those items, only two items i have found in good condition
1 HK Peanut butter 2 HK Multivitamins
But with other items like in packet of tri- chromium and omega 3, instead of that i got chromium piciolinate which is used and unsealed and i didn't ordered that and omega 3 also which is used . And instead of kaged muscle clean burn i got muscle tech hydroxy cut, which is used and totally different from what i have ordered, and instead o[censored]ltimate nutrition iso sensation which i have ordered in two quantities and i got in one box which is sealed and packed but that is protein scoop box, that i didn't ordered and in the second one i got ultimate nutrition box which is also used and unsealed and totally different from what i have ordered, everything is like ###, what is this ? This is not what i have paid for.,
Sending you all the screenshot check it properly and i don't know what is that crap, it's a online prepaid order, and i didn't get my products and they are also not refunding my money, please do the needful.

As the shipments were delivered to you in intact condition hence there is no possibility of change in content of the parcel. Moreover, we have also checked the weight of the parcel at the time of delivery with our courier partner which is as per the dispatch weight from vendor's end only. Therefore we are sorry to inform you that we wont be able to take any action here.
