Bought ultimate nutrition prostar the label on it is totally different as on the official site also it show the leucine content to be 3912 mg while on their official site it’s 3129mg it’s a totally fake product the bar code is also unreadable my order no is HKM[protected] the seal was also very very thin

    I received my order of muscleblaze xxl super gainer today and i was totally in shock after seeing it's condition. It was totally damaged and the powder was coming out from a small hole at the top. This is just ridiculous, it was my first order from healthkart and i am absolutely disgusted. A small hole made at the top, i doubt if it was unintentional.
    These are some of the photos of the product i received.

    I have been trying to call them but it just won't connect. I want a refund for this product

      Just 15 mins back i received my the oder and i have already informed your customer care support.
      Attached are the pictures you asked for

      Please see to the matter.

      After this i made so many calls.. Tried soo much and so many mails and they clearly said we cannot do anything what kind of response was that

      I had a word with the floor manager also and he was talking rubbish

      Ur box was not sealed after receiving the wrong product i called ur customer care in 10 mins of delivery from then till now what i am getting is nothing your manager mr. Kapil bidori clearly said we cannot do anything in this you should have made video before opening the box. Are you guyz crazy who makes video before opening the he said we have given you right product.. And now i believe i am cheated by you guyz i'll make sure that people in my known don't buy anything from you... And i never knew that you guyz are growing so well but you hardly care about your customer response and products they are getting... I literally feel cheated but i'll make sure that i go to senior level or ill take judiciary action where you can show ur proofs to them...

        This is the mail copy what i send to healthkart

        i ordered two product from healthkart and recieved delivery of product on saturday and i found that products are in damanged condition and having open seals even one product seal is under the box of shake . Sir i use healthkart product from last 6 months and buy porduct from amazon paytm and snap deal but sir i am shocked that product that i buy from healthkart is worst sir even one box has a bent sir and one thing more til now idonot recived any reply from healthart and yesteday i call costumer care executive for that even he talked rudely and say mr singh u r confusing us . Sir what is this sir i pay 2000 rs for products and dont get it free from you sir what is my mistake if i recieved wromg products .

          Sir,

          My name is deepak, i have ordered some of the products from your website healthkart and my phone no.which is registered with you is [protected], so that you can fetch up the details of my order.

          Its a great disappointment that i have ordered 7 items from a reputed co. But from those items, only two items i have found in good condition
          1 HK Peanut butter 2 HK Multivitamins
          But with other items like in packet of tri- chromium and omega 3, instead of that i got chromium piciolinate which is used and unsealed and i didn't ordered that and omega 3 also which is used . And instead of kaged muscle clean burn i got muscle tech hydroxy cut, which is used and totally different from what i have ordered, and instead o[censored]ltimate nutrition iso sensation which i have ordered in two quantities and i got in one box which is sealed and packed but that is protein scoop box, that i didn't ordered and in the second one i got ultimate nutrition box which is also used and unsealed and totally different from what i have ordered, everything is like ###, what is this ? This is not what i have paid for.,
          Sending you all the screenshot check it properly and i don't know what is that crap, it's a online prepaid order, and i didn't get my products and they are also not refunding my money, please do the needful.

          Tried to add the attachments but its not adding here as its saying the file is too large, please help me in the matter.

          I don't know what ### you have investigated, why you have delivered the parcel to other address and as per the weight, i've also checked the weight, the weight is there, the packets are there, even i have sent you the screenshots as well, and i have seen your other complaints as well not only mine, now i'm seeing your reviews also from other customers too, the product which is in good shape and condition, did i told you anything about that, if you're providing the services with such a reputed name and doing such things, its totally ashamed of you guys, so please do some action and either i want my products or just refund my money then or let me know what can i do or let me know where i have to post my queries twitter, linkedin etc., where i have to go.

            I ordered peanut butter from healthkart on 21st august 2018 and made the payment through debit card. The estimated delivery date was 23rd august 2018, and i got a message on 22nd august that my order has been shipped. But today it is 28th august and the order has not been delivered till now. I have been trying to contact healthkart customer support but they are not responding to my query. I did not recieved any update on my order either. The website itself is showing that the order has been shipped but nothing more. I can't even track my order. Please help my i just want my order to be delivered because the payment has been made.

            worst service ever received the product but the lid is broken...peanut butter was spread all around the box...looks like you guys are just doing a formality by delivering this quality product...it would have been better if the product was not delivered...never going to buy anything from healthkart again...looks like i received this kind of product beacause i complained against them...

              I ordered Opti-men 240 pills a sum of rupees 3970 on the 14/8 and payed through Tez. Money was debited from my bank ( successful on tez) but the payment failed on Healthkart. I called and made a complaint. They told me to wait for 7 - 10 working days. It has been 10 days now and So far the money hasn't returned. Please return the money as fast as possible.

              Failure transaction

              After repeated complaints and patiently waiting for almost a month now. Despite sending my bank statements as proof to not receiving the money and even after waiting for the requested time. HealthKart is still yet to resolve my problem. I honestly feel like they're neglecting my complaints and trying to scam me and will consider to sue if I don't get my money back.

              I had purchased this, this product having too much bad smell like it was expired.
              Even it was not soluble in water
              So much bad smell coming in this product.

                I have ordered muscleblaze whey gold isolate from healthkart on 10 aug delivered to me on 16 aug it was delivered in damage condition i have wrote to customer healthkart customer executive call me and ask me to send images i have send images yesterday but till now no response when i tried to call they are not recieving they put my number in black list
                As per their return policy the if the product is damaged they will return but they are dening their own policy

                    I have placed an order on 18th july order id is hkm[protected].

                    This is my 3rd order.in last orders i have received my packet 3rd day after ordering.

                    But this time its been 6 days no delivery is there. I have received a call from courier person on thursday he told me he will deliver it today but in the evening when i call him he didnt receive his calls. Next day also he did the same. I have to postpone my plan for going out due to your irresponsible courier person i have to spoil my whole weekend.

                    On saturday i talked with the customer care person. He told me he raise the query your packet will deliver in 24 -48hrs. Yesterday i called again he told me the same now 48hrs have been gone still no record found. Estimate delivery date is jul 20,

                    I have already paid for this still i have to suffer. I will never place an order on healthkart and never recommend this.

                    Worst service worst experience. Will share this on every social media platform. So that people would get to know about this.

                    Please clarify my will be delivered or atleast refund my money.

                        Dear customer, your order HKA[protected] has been cancelled. Any refund due will be initiated within 24-48 hrs.

                        Till now i havent received any refund. Kindly refund my amount.

                        This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and poor customer service.

                          I have received multiple messages that a particular order is out for delivery. However the delivery person failed to deliver the same in spite of calls and confirmation of the address. I have received multiple messages claiming the product is out for delivery, however, the delivery person has stopped attending his phone.

                          I placed a order date of 11th jun, 18 and the delivery date is 13th jun but healthkart not deliver on that time even still not delivered . This is the worst service from healthkart.

                              I have purchased an healtkarts multivitamin gold capsule from an authorised healthkart shop situated in dwarka sector 10 new delhi opposite dwarka sports complex
                              I have taken it for 2 days and i had sever dairreah and nausea i thought that it was just beacuse of something else not because of these capsule i have been hospitalized for a week in bhagat chadra hospital where doctor inspect me and strictly ordered me to stop intake of any other foreign substances although am only taking these multivitamin form healthkart
                              After getting discharge from hospital i came back and after 3-4 days i trusted healthkart product and start taking multivitamin capsules again after 2 hours taking a capsule i have suffered from stomach pain and sever dairreah again and the condition become so worst that i have to be hospitalized again
                              Then i got to know that really that is causing persistent dairreah are those capsules from healthkart so i stop taking those pills
                              I tried calling company to look into this matter and return my amount but they have not replied anything to my request
                              So i request you to look into this matter
                              I want my whole money back and want to inspect these hazardous capsules which are threat to humans life. Hoping for a quick and reliable reply

                                  I placed order on 20th June. And it’s yet to be dispatched from your ### warehouse. It’s been 5 days now. I called, emailed, complained did everything I can. And I don’t want anything from your end now. And want to cancel both my order of creatine and healthviva daily and omega 3. You disturbed my mental peace. So at least this time just cancel both the order and refund the money ASAP. To anyone viewing this don’t buy from them. If you don’t to get frustrated.                                     I ordered muscleblaze creatine through ola money wallet and due to some reason the money got deducted and i got blank page when i returned to the main page it showed payment failure.                                     I ordered healthviva omega 3, multivitamin and muscleblaze creatine on 20 June at approx 8:45pm the order got processed and packed on 20th June at 11:45pm and now it’s been 3 days and still they didn’t dispatched the product from their warehouse. An ecommerce site working this much slow in this era is ridiculous. You will lose all your customers soon.. better to buy products from another online ecommerce site except HealthKart..
