6 months ago I had returned to the motor service center in Ambikapur due to motor failure, which was returned after 6 months after getting the service done and how many times I was told that my car's battery is bad but its service is not being provided. Due to which I have a lot of trouble with the service, so my vehicle should be replaced and the appropriate amount should be provided so that I can buy another vehicle whose service is good.

    Dear Consumer Forum,

    I am writing to bring to your attention the unethical and negligent behavior of Sumitra Motors, the dealership from whom I purchased a Hero Electric Photon HX scooty in Patna. I have been facing several manufacturing defects with the product since the beginning, which have not been resolved despite numerous complaints and reports to the dealership.

    One of the major defects is that the charging port of the scooty is not functioning properly, which has caused a lot of inconvenience and trouble for me. Additionally, the slow and fast mode switch is inverse from its functioning, causing further confusion and frustration. Despite my repeated complaints, the dealership has failed to take any action to rectify the problem.

    What is even more concerning is that the warranty period for my scooty has already expired, yet the problem still persists. This is a clear case of exploitation and negligence on the part of Sumitra Motors, which has left me completely dissatisfied with their services.

    I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Sumitra Motors and request your urgent intervention in resolving this matter. I demand that the defective charging port and the slow and fast mode switch be immediately repaired or replaced, and appropriate compensation be provided to me for the inconvenience caused.

    I hope that you will take prompt action on my complaint and ensure that justice is served.

      i am very sad to buy the hreo electric nyx scooty, because the scooty problem house, i mean no battery backup, no milage, no service, take service centre, today my scooty no running 80km, both battery backup, dealer pass the five times problem, says no serious problem. I want to action for service centre incharge, please solve my problem, other than viral the sosial website, no blame for me.         Dear sir i replace all batteries of my hero optima on 13/06/2022. But after 8 months batteries are not working. Batteries puffed. I contact the dealer . I requesting for change of battery. But dealer ignoring my problem with bad behaviour.please help me..

          Hello i have complain against your one of dealer golden motors tonk road Jaipur.
          Two months before my hero electric vehicle no RJ14 KY 2516 meet with accident i went to the dealers they told me to use the vehicle for some days because parts are not available
          We waited for 1 month but no response received again i want to there in January 4 they
          Said they will give me after claim after 2, 3 days I received message of claim approved and will provide 14 February 2023 but after that time also not received and they delaying it again and again saying company not providing parts so it’s warm request to please provide us our vehicle as soon as possible

            Dear sir,

            I'm very dissatisfied to your service team. After purchasing of vehicle we observed a lot of issue in this vehicle in 2 months just like
            1. low beam headlight not work
            2. Also low beam headlight goes upper direction
            3. front Rhs shocker leakage.
            4.Dicky proper not work
            5. Reverse & walking switch not work proper
            All problems are manufacturing issue no any external damages.
            After than we sending the vehicle in first servicing on 09/02/2023 and complaint the all issue, but only 2 issues are resolved by replacing (headlight bulb & Reverse switch) and both payment paid by me, dealer said that headlight not cover in warranty and switches covered but after approval we gave in warranty, than we said claim it and after approval we confirmed me but till now no any update.

            service day dealer said that shocker oil seal part not available at dealer. After arriving the part we replaced under warranty, but today i called and confirm the status of parts than he said that till date parts not available and its not covered in warranty.

            kindly look into matter resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              Dear sir I purchased a hero e bike photon from your Sri ganganagar dealer and last month motor of bike was defaulted so I contacted to dealer and he dispatch the motor to company on 24 Jan 2023, but after a month still I don't receive my new motor, sir I have only this one vehicle so please tell me that when I will get my replaced motor

                    My hero electric bike is at the Chennai Eco service center perungalathur for the past one week to check the motor. It's the very worst and has poor service.
                    The battery I have ordered on Nov'2022 but to date, I didn't get any proper response from the team.

                    It's the worst and bad experience in this service center.

                      I have brought this EV in November 2022 and now its been 4 months and out of 4 months its battery got dead by JERK jump on speed braker and now by 3 months we r requesting for new months.. and staff of service showroom of chandigarh road is so much pathetic that they didn't give any concern and just put lower model battery just for the sake of that we have resolved ur issue. But it dont charge fully. And now im again keeps on requesting for another battery they keeps on saying that sir batter will surely come this week. Im tired of this ### company and moreover they are not picking up my CALL NOW also. Totally disgusting company. Dont buy this EV at all.

                        Agent giving promises about this week battery will dispatch but after a 2 month still waiting for replaced battery.
                        Very Bad experience i am facing with Hero Electric.

                          While driving my hero optima Ev it suddenly stopped and now I am not able to start. It's totally dead even though it is fully charged. Even previously it was not showing proper details on dashboard like percentage of battery remaining but I ignored. I want urgent resolution on this

                            I am buying an hero optima E2 electric scooter.

                            Afterr 6 months the motor of the vehicle got struck on running. The dealer suggest to replace the motor and order it.But even after 2 months nothing is happend.when contact the dealer, they replied that the motor not get from the company and suggest to wait.
                            Therefore I hope an early proceedings about this mater from the company or take return the vehicle and encash.Otherwise i am forced to take legal remeddies.

                              I bought Optima last month and it is with damaged front wheel rim. due to the rim damage air leaking and need to fill air in every 3 days. i sent the vehicle to check and replace the rim. Very worst customer service. they are keeping the bike nearly 10 days not did any thing on bike. Hero is very worst customer service. don't buy vehicle from Hero company.

                                Hello,

                                I purchased hero electric bike photon model on Nov 30, 2021. After 1 year the battery failed and dealer confirmed. It has warranty but the dealer is not responding and not placing a new battery order. The dealer is located in Jagtial, Telangana-505327.

                                  We have purchase a hero electric photon bike . We face a motor problem in bike then hero service center sriganganagar take a advice to change the motor of bike in warranty then we leave our bike in service center on 18*1*2023.service center advisor taken 7 days for motar claim.we wait 10 days but they have not taken our mother in this period and they called no time bonding in this process 1 month 2 month a long time taken in this process

                                    My scooter battery got damaged as I had given it under warranty to Monil Cycles for replacement on 6/12/2022 but today even after one and a half months I have not received the replacement battery and when i called a showroom they said battery has not arrived yet when, the battery is shortege in the company. Company has approved my scooter battery but the company has not yet sent the reason it is said that the battery is not available I am facing a lot of trouble so the scooter is getting damaged please kindly look into this seriously and help me

                                      I have purchased Optima CX single battery from Hero dealer Jayabharat Motors, Chrompet, Chennai on Dec/3/2022.
                                      Am getting only 20KM for each full battery charge . I have reported this to the dealer and a service request created on Jan/02/2023 ( Jobcard No 696) .
                                      They have tested the battery for 2 days and told a warranty request raised .Post a week they told me Warranty rejected since battery Amph rating is 22.5 ( should be 22 Amp).
                                      But am still getting only 20KM mileage so raised this request with dealer . Multiple days of testing, now they are saying battery warranty/replacement applicable only if Amp rating below 21 .
                                      The scooter is no longer useful if I get only 20KM. Please help to fix this issue.

                                        I have bought the Hero Electric Optima Dual Battery one year Back, In Every 4-5 Month some snag came up and we have to visit to authorize service center to rectify the issue. Some of they fix immediately but what are all coming under warranty its took ages to resolved by Hero Motors.

                                        Now after a year rear wheel air is getting leakage so as usual i have show that tire at tire service centre and they checked and found that there is no nail inside the tire visit to service center.
                                        Once i visited there and checked by authorized technician founded that air is getting leakage with motor assembly as they mentioned on jobcard. So according to them they have to raised for warranty claim and they did.

                                        Jobcard opene date is 16th Jan 2022 after a week once i have called up them they said still no update from Hero Electric team.
                                        So now I can drive this vehicle unless it get replaced the motor, it is really disappointing product which i have bought, no proper response and service from team, warranty settlement is so pitiful kindly do something
