Dear Sir,

I had bought Hero Electric Photon HX on 28/10/2021 but within 11 months its rear tire has swelled with two jugs when I talked to the owner of the distributor Shivaay Motors Jail Chauraha Jhansi he said that TVS Tire Warranty 6 There are months which are from the company's side, whereas I have come to know that TVS Center gives 3 years warranty except motorists are saying that the company gets six months warranty, this company is doing wrong with the customer. To do wrong with the customer in this way is to defame the company, this customer should not buy Hero Electric Motor, I am informing you that the image of your company is getting spoiled in the market. People are picking up other electrics except Hero Electric, please order except motor owner to make trouble of changing my wheel.

I have not received my hero electric nyx model battery yet so if I have commercial activity so how can I afford this service latency

The behavior of all the staffs in agency is very worst and rude. They always shouted on customer. Their service is very poor.

Electro scooty submitted on 08/09/2022 at Tejasvi Motor Bharatpur Rajasthan but not delivered his owner (RJ05PS4409) Govind Singh S/o Gopal Singh.

Vehicle not working smoothly from purchase date. I m tired walk from dealer so please take action against dealer otherwise i will take legal action opposite hero electro. Kindly request that my vehicle return immediately by dealer

I have purchased Hero Electric Optima in Nov-21, I have faced accident in Sept-22 after that I have applied claim against insurance. I have got amount of bike body parts from insurance company within 15 days. but last 1.5 month I'm delivered my bike for body part replacement against claim received me @ AIMS automobiles, Wadmukhwadi, Alandi-Road, Pune. but last 1.5 months dealer said me optima body parts not available with company head office or any other dealers. my bike unnecessary unused last 1.5 months. So I'm very irritating from this delay service or parts shortage.
Requesting to you please solve my problem as earliest.

When I am going my office suddenly stopped the Optima Scooty, its an Error, error file attached for your information, please check solve issue ASAP

A week after our new bike arrived, the bike was put in service due to battery issue, we were told from the show room that the bike has gone to the company due to battery issue, it will take about 15 days, but now it will be almost 1.5 months but bike not come from the company, we were told from the show room that it's delayed due to delivery of the bike, very poor service.

Maine aaj se 3 mahine pahle Hero electric agency Etah se hero electric photone lp purchase ki hai ...but kuch dino se scooty mileage 15 Km de rahi hai...and uska meter kaam nahi kar raha tha ...

Maine Hero electric agency Etah par scooty 15 August 2022 ko jama kar di thi... Battery change ke liye ...

But aaj lagbhag 1 se 1.5 months ho gaya scooty theek nahi hui...
Aur na hi koi positive response mil raha hai ...

I have given my hero optima scooter for service on 19 of september 2022 in uttar pradesh bahraich echo electric vahan service centre . My scooter was under Warranty until 19 of November 2022 I asked for a battery and charger Warranty claim as it had issues. The service advisor whose name is govind trivedi treats me rudely and didn't not claim by Warranty Now he asked me to pay for replacing battery and charger.

I have given my hero optima scooter for service on 25 of June 2022 in Chennai echo motors service centre . My scooter was under Warrenty until 12 of July 2022 I asked for a battery Warrenty claim as it had issues. I also got approval from Arun who is the incharge for approvals . But the service advisor dint not claim by Warrenty as he had problems with the company and finally company has fired him too. Now I am being asked to pay for the battery as Warrenty has elapsed
For someone fault why should I bear the cost
Every time I call or visit the service centre they ask me to wait for 2 days

I recently purchased the above mentioned product from vb hero electric situated in kaithal, haryana.
On 7th sept i visit the dealership for repairing my bike and for installing
Battery into it.it takes 5 hours to instal a battery into my scooter.after that when i left the dealership at 4:00 'o clock after some miles the scooter stop working.i manage to take this scooter to dealership somehow by hiring a private rikshaw and ask the dealership machanic to repair the scooter and should take your own time.I left the scooter into dealership for 2 days on 9 th september 2022. I came to pick up my bike from dealership the dealership charges me (500+300) for (battery replacement + mechanic fee) and now on 16 th sept after a week my scooter is again stuck up into mid.Please take a serious action against the dealership VB HERO ELECTRIC, KAITHAL, HARYANA, INDIA
another vise i contact to some purchaser of this scooter and complaint against the hero electric pvt ltd.

I have bought hero photan in 29 april 2022, after 5 month o[censored]se its brake wire broken . I got insured during an accident..

Am extermely Dissappointed withwith the service which Hero electric is giving .. first of of all no one of you wanted to reply for any emails,

My bike Break wire was not working first i visited to TUSHA Motors for Replacement they didnt even responded to me Very Worst Serivce ...
How can i Travel without a break wire they said me viisit to near garrages and get this adjusted i have visited more than 10 Garages they said its not possible they dont know how to do it .

Later On i have visited to more than 5 Hero electric show rooms no one have given solution for this .. from past 10 days i am travelling with bus ...
Its my mistake that i have taken it from Hero ...
I REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS NOT TO VISIT ANY HERO ELECTRIC SHOWROOMS ... PLEASE ...
I have faced many issues before related to their customer services...

Agency is not providing post sale service

My battery is not replaced almost it is under warranty period

Battery is under warranty still it is not replaced after 1 month .

This mail is in the reference that I’m facing several issues on my Honda electric scooter. On the month of Feb, 22, I have bought two Honda electric scooters from PREET MOTERS DURG. The customer service executive of PREET MOTERS DURG, recommended me some accessories, to safe the body parts in nearby time. On considering their recommendation I have put to use those accessories on my scooter, I have faced mudguard breakage within 15 days of buying both scooters out of which they have replaced mudguard in one scooter but not replaced mudguard of another scooter. I am also facing problems regarding the charging point and chargers on my Honda electric scooters which have been solved by the service center of Om Automobiles, Mowa, Raipur( the authorize distributor of Honda Electric Scooters) but they regularly demand service charges for these services and when we asked them to not charge the service charge as we had bought those scooters only 6 months back and we are facing the same problems from day one of buying those scooters. Now, they have denied providing any further services and not providing us the mudguard of another scooter. We have also informed the same to the Sales Head of PREET HONDA DURG as well we have discussed the same with your company executive in a con call arranged my gentleman from PREET MOTERS DURG still our problems are not resolved .Kindly bring attention to my problem and guide us to provide a remedy as soon as possible.

I have purchased a Hero dash before 2.7 years.my scooty motor was damaged .I have informed to dalar at Puri, odisha before 25 days.yet that not solved.I am a job holder.i am facing much more problem

The worst scooty hero optima CX er. Started problem giving from 1 day. Service centre annoying this. Customer complain does not picking call.

1- 1.5 months me battery dead
2. Side glass broken in 1 month
3. Third class break
4- accelerator loose in 1 month
5- 1.5 months me 20 baar service centre visit karna pada lekin abhi tak problem resolved nhi hua
