I have purchased 2 electric optima about 6 months ago.now both are not showing any battery percentage, kilometer driven .even headlamp of one of them is not working.we have complaint 2-3 times at panchkula office.they said we will visit and resolve the issue but there is no visit till now. and this issue is from 3rd month of the purchase....

It's not even 1 year since the Optima HX electric scooter bought, the scoter is dead though battery all fully charged.

More than one week yet to receive any service visit....

My ATRIA LX battery have problem from 10.10.2022. battery not charge properly . so i deposite the battery to kolkat bidan street service center. they reply me battrey have a problem and they send for a exchange procedure but till now i am not getting the new battery.

I bought hero electric optima dula battery I used one month after one battery fully spoiled I go for service one month over till bike issue not solved they don't return my bike till I gave on 26/10/2022...
