I have been using a hero electric scooty since 3 years and before 3 years i was facing some problem with battery(back up reduced).After that I visited hero electric dealer(Jorhat, Assam) and given complaint and they told that to replace the battery in free of cost as the warranty was not finished.So, as per them I replaced the battery with new one.But after 45 days battery has gone faulty and now my warranty period is over and as per technician I have to buy a new battery.Now I am very much disapointed with your service because how can a new battery will dead within 45 days.
So, I hereby request you to look after this matter as soon as possible to resolve my issue.

    My hero nyx scooty's battery dead with in three month but company is not responding still I given it to company before 17 days and they given me 15 days to resolve my problem nut after 15 days they given me 15 days.
    If it possible to resolve my problem the. Please get it done I am very disappointed with your poor service..

        Date of the battery problem was 05 November 2022 and after that i goes to HERO ELECTRIC DELAR AMRAVATI, MAHARASHTRA.
        from where I purchases scoter and the battery is in warranty period so i compliant for replace that battery and charger also but till now they have not give any clear message about that battery. and now frustrated to call the dealer and he haven't respond any thing. And the bike not complete 3 year yet.

          I am Kush Garg and I purchased Hero Optima on 9 Feb, 2020 from GoGreen Bikes sector-21, Chandigarh . I am facing problem in scotty's battery and writting this complaint for the same.

          Due to exhaustion of battey we got if replaced with new one on August 19, 2021.
          The new replaced battery didn't worked properly and we got it replaced on 15 Feb, 2022 under warranty period only. The replaced battery was of Amptek not Hero. The replaced battery worked only 3 months and we again got it replaced on 22 May, 2022 under warranty period. This was replaced with very difficulty as the dealer was not responding and made us wait.
          Now the replaced battery has again started giving problem in 5 months only. In October end the battery gave very less milage. And now it works only for 10-15kms. And when I contaced GoGreen Bikes they told that they can't help me in any way and I need to get it replaced with a new one only.
          This behaviour is not accepted. Why is the battery not working for its committed life? I am a class 12th student and daily have 3 tution classes for which I travel by my Electric scotty, but due to the problem I am not able to attend my classes and facing very much problem in studies. You must be aware that Board Examinations are also approaching.
          Please help me in some way. Please get it replaced or get it repaired as spending so much moeny is not easy for us again and again.
          Please help me in any possible way as soon as possible.

            1.DEFECTIVE SMF BATTERY was fitted in my hero maxi ebike by Mr. Bajrang Agarwal, m/s. Golden Motors Jaipur ( authorized dealer of Hero Electric), on[protected].
            2.Defective battery was taken back by above dealer for Replacement (Under Warranty) on[protected] with the Promise of fitting a new battery on very next Day.
            3.It has been TWO MONTHS & EIGHT DAYS (68 DAY) NEW BATTERY HAS NOT BEEN FITTED in my Hero Maxi ebike.
            4.Hero Electric is causing MENTAL TENSION, MENTAL TORTURE & HARASSMENT to me & my family since 68 days as ebike cannot be used without its battery.

              It is to inform that i had a bike of Hero Electric Optima HX and i have a problem of Bike Front wheel and Same was informed to dealer and also bike is kept at Dealers Shed only Bike is not returned till yet and dealer is delaying me from past 30 days. The Bike subsidy is also not returned yet .

              Bike Number:AP39KH8069 and Bike purchased on 07/2021

                I request the management of Hero Electric to take severe action on the Manager of Hero Electric Thousand Lights branch RAMAKRISHNAN. He should be thrown out of the job for his cheap acts and behavior towards customers. He never listens to the customer problems and takes no action to resolve, instead he harasses and uses foul language. I had been waiting for a month (26Nov to 29Dec) to replace the battery & get service done for my Hero Optima CX (Reg no. Low 3, Chassis no. OS17EEC3063). But to my shock after a month long wait they didn't even check the new battery which was faulty and the bike wires loosely fitted, posing great threat to me and my child's life who were about to drive back in the faulty vehicle. I was made to wait for 4 hours and even after I pointed the issues after the test drive, it went to the deaf ears of the so-called Manager and he authoritatively told "He is not responsible, go and talk to service engineer or go and file a consumer case". He simply didn't care, my bike was left on the road without any care and he refused to give any commitment for returning the bike in good condition with fixed battery. They misplaced my charger and shamelessly claimed that some employee would have taken it for their personal use. Such careless about others life and unfriendly customer service people deserve to be put in jail. Hope the management of Hero, at least has ears to Customer's genuine requests and will take immediate written communication and action to return my bike in good condition as soon as possible.

                  I have purchased hero electric optima Cx on 14/09/2022. At the time of delivery i received only 1 battery and the company asked to wait for 15-20 days for another battery. Received 2nd battery on 28/11/2022. 1st battery stopped working since 30/11/2022. I went to service station and asked them to check why battery is not working. They told me they will exchange the battery. On demanding the complaint number for exchange of battery they asked me to wait for 5 days to receive complaint number. On 16/12/2022 i asked for replacement of battery. Till today no response received from company and from the date of purchase I'm running on 1 battery where as i paid for 2 batteries. So I think this is some kind of fraud that company making with customers in the name of dual battery. I will also lodge a police complaint if i don't receive the battery sooner. As this is disgusting and misbehave to the customers for not answering them.

                    Am not satisfied with the service which is provided by your side. Am from mandya i purchased hero electric Photon bike last year. From day one am complaining about my bike charger issue so many times i am contacted the showroom service people but still they are showing negligence. And i have returned my bike charger before one and half month but Still they have not provided proper response. If you not take further action about your service department especially E-mandavya motors mandya showroom. I definitely return my bike and i will take further action about your company. Am totally unsatisfied about your service.

                      I am a hero electric consumer having a hero optima hx version. Our Scooter was bubbling for one month and many other issues. Then I went to your service station and left my scooter there and convinced them of all the problems. Today when I went there my scooter was not serviced properly and the labour charge was very expensive. When we were testing our scooter, one of the employees came and asked me to give the key back in a very rude manner. They said this is our authority and started misbehaving with us. I am not satisfied with your result and behaviour of your employees. The issues are the same as before and no improvement was done. They charged us 150/- as labour charge even though the work was not done.

                        I have given my bike (Hero Optima dual battery) on 1st of December and today it is 29 of December and till now the bike is not ready. They firstly said to take bike after 15 days but i didn't got any any response from them. I personally touched the service center in each of two alternative days but they replies that the battery will take more two days and we'll inform when the bike is ready.

                          I have purchased my Optima in last Feb2022 and i m facing many problems in this scooter.

                          very bad experience with this scooter.

                          Viraj Automobiles, Panipat services is very poor and talking behavior is not goods, no body attending right way.

                          battery backup problem after first service. then I have check my scooter again in viraj service center and after few days i have found my scooter very dirty condition and nobody's listening about this.
                          inside battery parts and covers not fit properly.

                          so that my experience is very bad for Hero electric and viraj Automobiles.

                          so give me some solutions and updates.

                              I have given my bike (Hero Optima dual battery) on 16th of December and today it is 23rd of December and till now the bike is not ready. They firstly said to take bike after two days but i didn't got any any response from them. I personally touched the service center in each of two alternative days but they replies that the bike servicing will take more two days and we'll inform when the bike is ready.

                                  I purchased hero electric photon on 6th of march 2022 after use of 1 month issue occurred in locking system i go to company but they were not give proper response & their staff behaviour was too poor. I use this scooter since 8-9 months in this period it's locking system were issuing 4-5 times but not resolve by your authorise dealership Hero electric Nayra Traders situated at A 52, opp. MAHILA P G COLLEGE Akhliya Choraha, Pratap Nagar, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342001.
                                  I am still suffering much issues from hero electric photon but not resolving by your authorise dealership Nayra Traders.

                                    E regret to inform you that we have recently been disappointed with your sale and after sale service and also we would like to point out that the quality of your company's After Sale Service is extremely very very poor.
                                    I purchased a Eclectic scooty (Hero Electric Optima) ( DL12GD1047) on July-22 from your dealership and i had faced product issue from first day of scooty purchased, Brand New scooty motor found defective with in 15-20 min after moved from your company showroom then you have return back my brand new stcooty after 15 days after repaired.
                                    Now from last 2 months my New Eclectic scooty ( DL12GD1047) lying at your authorised dealer " Diva Ecogreen Khanpur delhi summitted on Oct-22 for replacment of right front side panel but till date it is pending for replace right front side panel and scooty lying with your Authorised Dealer.
                                    After countinus followups with Authorised dealer they are still unable to return my scooty after replace the front right parnnel even they used my sctooty for his person used now my scooty both panels has defaced.
                                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably and waiting for your reply with resolution to my problem.

                                      Hello sir/madam,
                                      It has been 9 months i.e in February I have purchased a vehicle Optima HX _____.So many problem has arrived from May.
                                      1.Handle has became lose
                                      2.Shocups has a shrill sound
                                      3.charging decreases very fast
                                      4.Battery and Display Problem(display photo is attached)
                                      5.Since it has not been a year I had changed real wheel motor
                                      6 .Vehicle gives so many problems during riding
                                      7.It has 1 year garantie as well as 5 years warranty but they are asking chargers 750 for repairing t that's why I had not done repairing of handle
                                      8.They have taken 450 for charger shocket repairing
                                      9.Now i.e on 5 December 2022 vehicle has stopped completely, by pushing I had reached our destination from 2 km. I have given it for repairing, hope so now the chargers will not be taken.
                                      10. I had demanded them to change the battery 2 times but they have told me we had checked the battery it is ok but still when I ride the vehicle it's not satisfying me .today completely decharge battery onny 20 to22 celometer
                                      I hope you will not disappoint me .
                                      Please give me reply as early as possible...

                                        I have purchased 2 electric optima about 6 months ago.now both are not showing any battery percentage, kilometer driven .even headlamp of one of them is not working.we have complaint 2-3 times at panchkula office.they said we will visit and resolve the issue but there is no visit till now. and this issue is from 3rd month of the purchase.
