Hero optima electric Scotty controller 48v not available... Parts are very rare and mechanics are not available .very bad service......

I have purchased hero Lectro ecycle from AE-325, Salt Lake City. Sec-1. Kolkata-700064 KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL 700067 few days ago and it suddenly created issues by always paddle assist automatically applied.
The store manager is too arrogant and rude and repair person didn't co-operate to receive the e cycle.
Fortunately it got corrected automatically however I don't expect such nonsense from prominent brand dealers and store...

Hero Electric — Tyre swelling and oil seal damaged.
I have purchased Hero electric Flash in May 2021 with three years warranty. But now one tyre is showing swelled at 2 to 3 points so kindly arrange to change at the earliest so as to avoid any mis-happening in future.
