I own a hero electric e- bike bearing chasis no. MEPHEHPSB099L7141 bought on 08/10/2021from 4Aces MotoCorp India LLP, Guwahati, Assam .
From the day I bought this vehicle I have been facing issues as my cluster meter is not working. I had asked fr a home visit, the technicians visited and promised me a replacement but i am utterly disappointed as i have still now not received anything till date.
Apart from this, today as i was driving the scotty suddenly it got disbalanced and I fell down on the road and lost my senses . After I regained sense, which the nearby people helped me to found out that the front shock absorber broke apart . I could have died if the road would have been busy .
This sort of poor quality product is not expected from a reputed company like Hero . I am attaching relevent pictures against the damaged caused my invoice also.
I need a home visit within 48 hours of the complaint with proper explanation against the damage caused as i have no faith in the company anymore and driving this scotty would be like playing with fire . I need a refund or I will be compelled to take legal action against the company .

    Purchase Optima after paying Rs. 1, 02, 000 to GURU NANAK, AMRITSAR for duel batteries. We got single battery and it was ensured by dealer for second battery will be provided in 4-5 days. It was mislead further by dealer of milage of 70 kms after full charge for single battery. But it just have 55. Today When ask for second battery hot words were exchanged. It is said second battery will be provided after one month. Could not understand when dealer is receiving full payment for duel batteries then why single battery is provided and if it company policies to provide only single battery then what will be the guarantee period . Is it from date of purchase or from date of delivery as my scooty is premises of dealer and we refuse to accept it without Second battery. If it is possible to deliver with duel battery then co firm otherwise cancell my Invoice and refund my money.

        Respected sir,
        Date:-22/06/2022 i purchased hero optima cx er from rajkot at avdhesh agency. After drive 100 km i feel the front suspension of optima does not working properly, then I inform tk dealer, he said that he check my suspension and said that this is company fault and we replace suspension in few days. After 2 month i complaint frequency but they do not give proper answer and said that this is your problem, in addition to at deliver time USB Charging slot and both remote not working and they said we replace it in few day but payment was done after he not give us proper answer.
        So I request you consider my request and give solution.

              I own a Photon hx of Hero Electric. This is the second time I'm facing the problem in charging my vehicle. The charger is not responding when plugged in. It's my humble request to please resolve this issue, either repair it or exchange it.

                So far below parts are changed so money waste

                  Hello Sir, I'm Shivlal Dhoot from Surat Gujarat. my mob.no. is [protected]. sir i have bought hero electric photon lp scooter from dealer name: Boss Auto Point. Add:- purushotam nagar, opp. shyam dham temple, Sarthana Jakat Naka, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006 Mob.no.[protected]. sir I bought this bike and complete all the formality's of the scooter my rto number also came even my 2 emi also deducted now my issue is that i received faulty scooter or damage scooter which was laying with the dealer and they given to us yes at the time of purchase we seen the scooter it was look good in condition and in running also look like good condition so we decide to done the deal but problem started in just one month we went to dealer with scooter and ask him to check they said its fine we will check and we will revert you its past almost another month but till date we have not received our scooter and whenever we ask they reply to us we have sanded mail for parts to be installed in your scooter but need approval from hero electric and also keep telling us may be that parts are not available with the hero electric & when they send us we will replace it and get it repaired when i investigate more we came to know that they had given me faulty or damage scooter which was former customer was rejected regarding the same issue and they given to us I'm losing my patients and decided to take legal action because this scooter cost me 110000/- and from one month they keep with them in there showroom my emi is deducted my demand is I want new scooter against this faulty damage scooter and if my complaint not resolve soon I'll file legal complaint against this dealer and also file complaint against hero electric.

                    I have buy the Hero Electric Optima CX ER on 12th August 2022.

                    I was about to die. I was on highway and Scooty battery charging exhausted without any waring.

                    I visit hero electric showroom at 11 am and get my Scooty at 6pm. After getting my Scooty i going to my home. But i face multiple issue only in 1 km ride.

                    Day 1 ( same day ). Scooty stop, after 1km & never started. I have complaint to Showroom owner about this issue.

                    Day 2. Engineer Visit. Issue he found in 5 hours as below

                    a. After 3 hour scooty started.
                    b. But speed meter not working. He fix the speed meter issue but broke my scooty near to headlight. ( 1 hour )
                    c. Battery charging time 6-7 hours. ( Company claim 4 hours )
                    d. Voltage fluctuate to 30v. ( Company claim 51.2 V )
                    e. Battery range 30km. ( Company claim 80km )
                    f. But Batter tripping after 1 km ride.

                    Engineer Report :

                    1. Need to replace the battery . Please visit the Showroom.

                    Day 3: Showroom Visit :

                    a. Get my job card after explaining the all issues ( voltage issue, charging issue, speed meter issue etc ).

                    b. As per showroom owner OPTIMA CX ER is not registered on GOV website. It will take time to apply your SUBSIDY. Till now not applied.

                    c. Accessories bill is not provided by showroom owner.

                    Day 4: Scooty Status :

                    a. Showroom owners not answering the call.
                    b. Showroom owners not replying my text message.
                    c. luckly Workstation employee pick my call & Give the below details about the scooty. ( audio call recorded )
                    c.a. After testing we find, your scooty battery have issue, need to replace.
                    c.b. Hero team visit our store tomorrow so you can get your replacement.
                    c.c For more please connect with showroom owners.

                    Day 5: Call with Showroom owner : ( audio call recorded ) Strange reply.
                    a. Your scooty is working fine . We don't found any issue.
                    b. You can take your scooty.
                    c. No need to replace the battery. Battery is working fine.

                    I try to connect with heroelectric on social media and some of other channels. But no reply from Hero company. I have all my proofs, Like Engineer report, Bills, job card, call recordings etc.

                    Please help me to resolve this issue.

                      unfortunatly byke is close at the time in running lock cut and on after statrt your service man say lock is damage but new lock is not available at show room

                          Respected sir I book hero electric optima dual battery model on 30 august 2021.but not receive till July 2021.
                          then august 2022 i buy hero optima hx er model.but these problems faced by me daily.
                          1.range of battery is only 45-50 km per battery in single seat.
                          2.one charger showing only green light.not working.
                          2. sound of broking anything is hear.
                          3.headlight is not working.
                          I buy this Ebike on 6 august 2022. from Amravati Maharashtra state showroom.
                          Please refund my Full money and Stop giving me mentally and economically harrasment.
                          My family and friends are torchering me for this ebike.

                              The behaviour of dealer neither good nor cooperative with us.whenever we go to him, regarding any problem he always deny to even listen.we are just exhausted now.please take it seriously otherwise we will go to consumers court to take legal action against him along with the department.

                                  i have 7 electric soocter of hero i want to know that what things is under warrnty of my soocter and how much warrnty in detail...
                                  i write 2-3 mails but you did not reply of any one mail.
                                  plz reply me
                                  Your customer support is saying 5 product (motor, charger, controller, battery, conveter) is in warrenty.

                                  but your serivce center is saying only 3 product is under warrnty (motor, charger, battry) of 3 years.

                                  they charge me for controller/conveter...
                                  Plz reply me at your toll free number of complaints did not pick call i call may be 10-15 times
                                  is it your service... this is not fair sir/madam

                                    I am buy a optima CXer scooty from Ajay motors kushinagar on date 26/07/2004.
                                    After one day theirs was a problem in battery but do to some problem I not visit the service center but after visitin they was told that the battery of scooty was dead. He told me that he will provide my battery after one month, so I requst you that provide my battery as soon as possible because I am facing so many problem. I am also told you that the service of Ajay motors was not good. So requset you again and again please provide my battery as soon as possible.

                                      I have been informed that Motor problem so New motor order has given ..But no update till today.

                                        We bought one hero ele photon from chandauli dealer and called more than 100times in 2 months but didi not get any service and i am getting frustrated. At the time of buying they have promised me to provide service but after bought they did not act like same. Please help me.
