I bought a battery of hero nyx electril from you bt it is not working .I have complained but didn't got the response from your side.I have paid 700rs for this.They gave me one month time that it will be replaced in one month but two months has passed still no response is there.issue my approval as early as possible

    Sir/madam I am Dinesh I am purchasing in Hero Electric Optima ES model purchasing date 09 2021 purchasing day to till date I am facing to lot of complaint in this electric bike (1) bike charging port not working (2)battery box is damage (3)back tyre is problem(4) front fork problem(5) front wheel hub is damage(6) side body fitting not fit properly I give my bike service in manavala Nagar hero Electric service centre the service centre is only for money mind servicing not give proper service I give my vehicle in service problem solved but temporary not permanent solution provided very worst service center from Thiruvallur district manavala nagar tamilnadu the service centre not in proper electric bike technician I give servicing in 2 weeks before 21 Saturday may 2022 till date not report to me for which status in my bike kindly action to my bike service resolve this problem thank you.

      At the time of booking I was informed that the waiting period is 60 days but now it’s 240 Days.
      Vehicle booked on 28th September 2021
      [Order #HE-LIVE[protected]] (28 September 2021).. in spite of continuous follow up vehicle has not been delivered.
      And no response from the hero team/ hero care.

            I bought Optima HX dual battery bike on 4.02.2022 and within 3 month I found Digital console and Front Mudguard cracked and service center people saying they can not do anything. and Hero Electic have no complaint portal or number which is working, I called[protected] but only phone is ringing.

            I bought my bike from Gorakhpur (UP) and dealer name is Ajay Motors.

            really the build quality too bad and not justifiable for normal city driving.

                Hi,
                I am writing this about the inefficiency in service that the dealer provided and the casual approach towards their service to the customer. I went to the dealer for third servicing of my scooty and from there onwards the issue of not getting start took place. My residence is far away from dealer service center and since the scooty is not getting started, it's difficult for me to take my scooty to the service center. I called the dealer but he is insisting to carry my scooty to their center. After so many follow ups he replied that if they send any mechanic to place then it would be charged of Rs 350. It has been 20 days but my issue is still not resolved. Please take this into cognizance and act towards the casual approach of dealer in providing their services to the customer. Hope you will help me in getting my issue resolved. Thank you.

                Hi, still I haven’t heard any update on my complaint. Adding to my agony, is the fact that no one picked my call when I called at customer care. Is this the service a customer expects from Hero?

                  I had purchased hero optima 4-5 month ago.the body of optima is very cheaper.Its many parts broken or unserviceable.it is fully insured. I had asked many time to dealer to provide me acesseries but he is not able to provide his acesseries . Mechanic is also not available in the agency to provide customer help.i had registerd to dealer to provide acesseries about one month ago but he did not provide acesseries to till date.kindly help in this regard.Thanking you

                    Hello I am Akshay Dubey from Jaipur Rajasthan. I have taken HERO NYX HX double battery scooter from Jaipur Rajasthan. I am facing several problems for the last 1 year.I have visited the showroom 4 to 5 times but did not get the solution. Here I know the person named PANKAJ KHANDELWAL, he sold the scooter to me. Instead of giving me solution he forbade recognising me and also abusing with me.He used non parliamentary languages with me.For the last 1 and half my scooter has run less than 3000 km. You can imagine how much problem I am facing. Please give me the solution as soon as you can

                      We have purchased a few Optima HS scooty from "Global Motors Beminga Srinagar Kashmir ( J&K), who is authorized dealer for Hero electric scooties, however after purchasing the support is so pathetic that every customer complaints about it, first if you call customer care the wont help you instead give you lame excused and even their behavior's after selling is so pathetic there is every customer starts fighting with them. Also it is very difficult to get date for service and even somehow you get the date through online booking then on that date they will make some other excuses. Also i found one my scooty was faulty bumper was damaged and was repaired before they sold it to me.

                        I arrived at 1045 hrs and receiver told me that after 1 hrs job card number 941 dated 14 May 22 will be done by employees but inspite of my objection employees took 2 vehicles before me who came after me this is the second time first time I didn't complaint but now it is was over my patience because inspite of my objection they took 2 vehicles before my and on this I was sitting in the service area till 1330 hrs.                           I had purchased optima HX dual battery 10 months before. Iam facing a battery performance problem in one of 2 batteries. One battery is giving approx 60 kms but another battery giving only 15-17 kms. I had struck so many times in middle of journey. Showroom person saying that there is no problem in battery and perfect after testing but I don't know whether he tested property or not since I had faced repeated problem by that battery. They are not ready to replace it which is having 5yrs warranty.
                          One more problem is that seat lock is unable to opening. By this problem I am unable to charge since charger is inside and unable to change battery switch.

                          Tragedy is that battery level indicator shows full in all percentage and off when drains fully. We don't know about how much is there to drive and how much have to charge. It has to to blindly.

                          It's 8 months has gone to purchase hero electric optima scooty but I am facing seat lock problem from sam day purchased scooty.. still problem not short out so please request resolve the issue

                              Need to inform that i had purchased Hero optima HX dual battery EV scooty from one of your dealer in Mira road oli e Fam solutions.

                              I got my EV scooty on 7the of Feb 2022,

                              From day one there was a issue of back gaurd touching the tyre of scooty.
                              When we raised a query they resolved it.

                              Again after one week, we found that the front ghar was having crack and the gaurd was touching the tyre.

                              We raised a query for that but they said that the warranty period is for one day.the day when we collect the vehicle, after that we need to pay for anything happens to scooty.

                              This was not excepted by me and i spoke to the owner of dealer Mr.Reza,
                              He convinced me that right now i should pay 850 INR and later after one ye he will refund the amount if there is no insurance claim is done .

                              They said in one week i can get replacement but if it gets delayed then they will update me..

                              I waited for almost two weeks and when nothing was going well i contacted you people ime hero customer care.i got the number of Mr.Arshad from your end.
                              I explained him whole scenario and he promised me that warranty for the vehicle is there and it can be replaced but i already paid to dealer, so for now nothing can be done .he also asked if any issues come in future please contact him rather than contacting dealer.

                              After speaking to home my front guard got replaced on 9th of April 2022, almost after one month also same time service centre asked for servicing the vehicle because as per the protocol it was 60 days from day of purchase.

                              On 9 th April i picked my scooty fr service centre.
                              They did not gave me any service report no paper just they wrote a date on a booklet which i got while time of purchase.

                              Again on in 3 days i.e 12th of April same issue happened, front gaurd got cracked .from same place same manner
                              I would like to bring you in notice that there was no accident or any other things .it was by default getting cracked when we drive the scooty .
                              Also there is issue in telescopic shockup. I e black oil is coming which should not come.
                              Everything is informed to service centre and Mr.arshad but they are ignoring me .

                              This was accepted by service center and also by Mr.Arshad from hero electric when I shared him pics on his WhatsApp.

                              From 12th of April, till today ie.2nd of May j have given false promises from your guy.i.e Mr Arshad that service centre will replace it .from hero they will get approval Mail because service centre again is asking me money.which i won't be paying.
                              Mr.arshad requested service centre. To do temporary solution and give the scooty till approval comes for changing the guard but that also did not worked for one day.they gave me the scooty putting laami type thing.

                              Now the situation is Mr.arshad don't answer my calls .also he has blocked me on his WhatsApp .

                              N as usual service centre has no clue they are telling me only after approval they will help me.

                              Service centre has worked so badly in my scooty that they even loosed the cover where chaichis number is mentioned.

                              Please see the photos i am sharing my scooty is in so bad condition that i feel i got cheated from Hero for 77000/-INR.

                              My case is not getting heard in both places neither service centre nor Hero customer care.

                              I want to look into this issue soon else in coming week i will go and handover my scooty to Fam solutions.and will go for legal action for selling me a product whose quality is dam bad..

                              I can't show the scooty to my near n dear ones because of this issue .i hardly remove the scooty out it is just there parked in my building .only in emergency i take it out .
                              Because of this issue i rode my vehicle just 1300km from Feb to May

                              You can understand how humiliating is spending a huge amount and getting a product which can't stay for a year.

                              Yesterday i called customer care, and spoke to miss Dipali and Mr.jagdish regarding the same issue.

                              They gave me assurance that they will speak to Me.arshad and let me know when my issue will get resolved .but today also i haven't received any update.also they logged a complaint with complain number S5662

                              Requesting you to please look into this issue and give me solutions else on next week i will go and handover the scooty to the dealer i.e Fam solutions because I feel that is the only option i am left with as i can't drive the vehicle .

                              Service centre guy informed me due to issue of oil leakage the mardgaurd is broken.
                              And this oil issue is also from start.as i told you before that i am new about vehicle with zero knowledge..oil leakage issue was told by one of my friend and then i started asking to service centre.

                              Now my question is last mont my first service took place .want to know what does they do in service..they don't even look what is the issue with scooty. how can the service be completed without checking all the parts of scooty by service centre..
                              So many cases are coming about EV scooty getting burnt, accident and many more ..you people should be more careful in doing service.

                              As a customer we are totally new to this EV things .

                              So careless work is going on from hero electric.

                              Mr Arshad is the worst person i have spoken to ever and even ur call center people lie a lot .both of them had given false promises.and now fooling me what is the use of doing complaint if no reply no action is taken..

                                I ve got a Hero electric Optima dx on 15 th May 2017. I ve given the bike for service at Chennai Eco Motors Chennai Annanagar service Centre.

                                It was in the running condition, but when it is climbing high ramps, it sometimes gets switched off. Initially they suggested to change the battery which costs 28, 000 Rs. I asked them to rechk the motor condition so that if it is only because of battery, I can change it. They had mentioned that they have to remove the rust in brake shoes n Motor.
                                Now they are saying that the motor is not working after removing. we have to change the motor which costs 11, 000 Rs. And I cannot run the bike now as it is jerking and not in a running condition. I wanted the bike in the original running condition which I had given.
                                I gave it in a running condition, and I wanted it in the same condition.
                                Request you to hand over my bike in the original condition.

                                  They have promise to give delivery between 45 to 60 days but till now it's about 270 days they have not provided delivery nor giving us refund worst service i ever seen ... really very disappointed from hero electric and the surat dealer to

                                    I, Ms Sonia kathuria, have purchased hero electric scooty from yr NIT branch on 17 February 2022..But after few days, we observed some fault in scooty battery while charging..We have complaint to that branch& ballabgarh branch also..But after servicing also, same problem arises...If there are issues arises in scooty within 1 month .That means that scooty actually has some problem ...which is not sorted out.
                                    So, kindly this is my humble request to you to refund my money or exchange it with new one scooty...As there is no solution of this scooty after showing it 4-5 times to yr authorised showroom and servicing..
                                    Kindly do some favour in this regard.
                                    Hoping for yr positive response.

                                        1 . The speedo meter is not showing any reading regarding speed, battery charging and millage.
                                        I mentioned it during delivery only, but technician discard my appeal.He said that all will be like this you have to be acquainted with it.

                                        2. During delivery they gave only one battery, after repeated phone calls they gave second battery after one month.

                                        while taking second battery I mentioned about meter, they said that it is replaced after getting meters by placing order, They are not responding whether order is placed or not?

                                        3. Battery plugs are not working properly due to loose contacts. Battery change switch is not working. Front shocks are very weak, strucked quite often.
